Even today also got your message
After i requested for a hathway broadband connection in bannerghatta area, their sales representatives made me to pay for 3 months & they disappeared. He disconnects my phone calls and also there was no one turned up for installation

    I have contacted to gtpl customer service and they registered my complain
    Complain no. - 1362371.
    Talked 4 to 5 times till yesterday and they told me that they will solve the the problem. And today one of executive ms. Urvashi has told me that they can not solve it and even when asked to talk with senior she said i can't talk with senior.

    Tell me about this ridiculous response.

    I hope i will get proper response from gtpl.

      Hi team,

      I have request to relocate my broadband connection to mt new place and i have an active plan till 20th may. It's been 5 days since i have raised a complaint and i do not have any response from your team. Ticket number i was assigned is '16042019m436553'. I have been calling them very single day and all they do is ask my name, current and alternate mobile number. No one from the technical team has approached me explaining the delay in processing my request.

      I was fed up with the way they are treating me and tried to check how they would treat new customers and raised a request for new connection. I got 5 calls from the technical team in 40 mins. This is pathetic. I'd get calls for renewal 3 times a day when i still have around 20 days of active subscription, call me 5 times in 40 mins to issue a new connection and don't pay heed to the existing customers. Do you think it is just?

        I am having acct no [protected] of my cable tv in dadar, mumbai. They are not allowing me to choose broadcasters channel online. Eventhough i have paid all my earlier dues, they are wrongly showing pending payment in my online account. Because of that, i can not choose channels, which i want. Their representative is forcing me to take hathway pack, which is costly.

          I wanted to renew my subscription and also apply for hathway broadband service. Called up customer care atleast 7 days in a row, 3-4 times a day. No damn response. So a month goes by, i get 15 calls from 15 different people regarding my issue asking me to renew my subscription. Explained atleast 7 times to different people, still getting calls from those #. Told them to register in their system that i'm never getting service from them neither am i ever recommending the same to anyone, ever. Rather, i'm going to go aggressively against getting that connection and judge everyone who does get it. It's the stupidest, most nonsensical customer care ever and you need to be high on some stuff if you think otherwise.

            We have tried to contact our hathaway cable operator like 1000 times, but they are not responding to our calls. If they are responding then they are saying that they will come and see but no one came yet and checked what is the issue. Also, they are saying if you want then you can cut the cable connection as we people are busy and we are not here to attend if the cable is working or not let me know who is responsible for that then? Once you take hathaway connection you will not get any services after that?. Till now our cable is not working and it is showing contact your operator. I want necessary action to be taken immediately. Also, they took money for the whole month but we still didnt got our connection.

              I am a gtpl broadband customer facing issue of broadband connectivity for last 15 days. Everyday i am calling up their customer care and they close the request without any resolution. Everyday i talk to their executives and it seems like they are reading again and again same script. Everyday i call them and they say your complain will resolve but everyday from evening my net is not working. This is clear case of fraud and cheating, they have taken money and now not giving service also.
              Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Its a regular problem with GTPL and the support is pathetically poor. For the last 6 months, GTPL broadband was up for almost 4 months. For 2 months it was mostly down. You log a complaint and you have to keep on following for one week. But it won't get resolved. You have to literally beg for the solution and even after that It won't be solved.

                Dear hathway i have taken cable connection from your service provider value vision network (Located at ms palya-vidyaranyapura road) who had told to give 6 months free hd channels from hathway from 15 nov 18 to 15 may 19 and taken 3500/- cash but only after 5 months it has discontinued the services telling that hathway had stopped the free plan and asking for further money to subscribe the channels

                    I have took the internet connectivity from hathway broadband, hyderabad for six months and from february i am facing internet connectivity issue and has raised multiple requests regarding the same. None of the issue was solved and i am facing the same issue daily.

                    Payment was made for six months, internet is active till august and there is no one to look after the issue.

                      Hi all,

                      Please be informed that we have taken the hathway connection (A/c no: [protected]) in ejipura and had done the recharge for 6 months. Within less than one month of time we have relocated to ajr layout, munekolala and had requested for the reinstallation of the connection.

                      But we have received a reply from the concerned department saying like the connection cannot be installed as it was not under their area and there are not even going to pay the refund for the remaining five months or even the reinstllation of the connection.

                      Kindly help us in resolving this issue and please do the needful as earliest as possible.

                        Same thing is happening with me. Hathway is constantly harrassing to continue services for account [protected]. I kept telling that i have left the city. I have left the city a while back and have no pending dues with hathway. I had called and requested closure. They never mentioned at the time that the modem has to be returned. And now i am getting notifications that i should return the modem or else they will take legal action. This is truly shocking.

                          Hi,
                          I have a cable tv connection from hathway.
                          Account number: [protected]
                          There is negative balance of 906. Not sure why this amount is being shown in the app.
                          I have made the bills correctly when it was post paid.
                          Recently I had added 2 kids channel in mid march and during this the cart was showing the amount correctly. Now when I trying to recharge in April month its by default showing 906 Rupees.
                          I had called customer care of hathway and raised a complaint on 10th April. From then on I have been calling customer care everyday twice and they keep saying billing team will get back. But after a week also hathway is not able to give an answer for why I m being charged 906. They have the worst customer care support. Please help me in getting this addressed ASAP.

                            Hello,

                            I've been a customer of hathway broadband holding acc - [protected] since from years, there are several complaints raised like - slow speed then one promised while taking plan, fake promises of extra internet with a plan, and disconnection issues, the issues are raised by customer should be carefully taken into account but hathaway is the first company on this earth who shows ignore on them and they purposefully keeps the issues.
                            Though i've not moved to another service provider because of some reason, now it's not an option.

                            From the past week, the internet service is down with no reason, i keep on calling your customer care, they just providing fake promises but not taking any action, this is 5th day, just now i have called the representative, he disconnected just after reviewing my complaint and history.
                            Yesterday i asked to disconnect they say no refund, but they are ready to come and collect waste dabbas (Wifi, router), i don't understand the waste policies and waste people with hathway who making this plans, seriously pathetic. Care representative just hangs out the call with rubbish reason. I've taken 6month plan, just 2months are over, i've no way and i'm trapped with the rubbish internet provider they just don't wanted to take care of customer.. Neither they ready to provide internet or disconnect and refund whatever left.
                            Can someone here help me out - either to get the internet or disconnect with refund?

                              may i have residence on ganesh nagar near ganesh temple behind commerce college bhuj kutch gujarat may i have tv connection on GTPL through dish connection his operator are charge me on a 180 per month and hi was provide me on 100 channels on free to air so my complain rais to your office on my problem and its problem are like same as my town area are like both persons.we raise complain and call GTPL help center but he ask me so its TRAI regulation on fee collect to 180 on minimum charge on 100 channels.
                              may attach with slip on pay on april month charge.
                              so please solve my problem as well as possible.and i wish to replay me on positive.

                                I am facing speed issue for the past 3 months, i have registered complaints more than 10 times in an month, but they could not resolve the issue even now... One of the worst technical team, they dont even know to find the root cause of the problem, and one fine day a hathway executive said our "network will be like that only"..                                   These people don't care your concern and there is no concrete word from their sales person also they are one those fraud peoples around in gujurat.

                                  How come a business state have such fraud companies..
                                  We paid advance and get link install after 100 requests..
                                  We install it but not the paid amount bandwidth... They monopoly given 20 mbps less what we actual paid for.

                                  After all its a big gaming company..

                                    The Hathway Cable operator (Anand Cable from Sector - 16, Rohini, New Delhi) have not activated the FTA Channel on our Setup Box. After complaining many time the operator refused to activate the FTA Channels.
                                    The operator told me if i wish to see the FTA Channels we have to take the package prepared my the company / operator

                                    Sir, When i am paying a fee according to trai regulation then why my operator is not providing the FTA channel which is selected by me for full month, which is not as per trai regulation, but they are misusing of their rights.

                                    Kindly help us on the above issue, so we can use of our rights.

                                      Raised 2 complaints 29032019w165803 and 30032019c42935 and several calls to the cable operator for the issue in viewing picture however the issue still remains.

                                      They are resolving tickets without any confirmation, neither the cable operator nor the hathway agents have reached to me for the issue.

                                      Absolutely there is no service for the channels i have paid as it cannot be watched with channels getting stuck continuously. Hathway is not able to provide service or manage service properly.

                                      1st Jan 2019 if you will deposit you will get 4 months subscription instead of three, massage was given by Hathway.

                                      When I paid the amount on 1st Jan 2019, Hathway disconnected the line on 10th April, why ?

                                        The company is not ethical in their practices. Just because they are taking money in advance, they feel that they can take the consumers for a ride.
                                        Background - i had taken a prepaid connection of hathway broadband for a period of 6 months. I wish to terminate the same in 2 months and the company is not willing to provide refund of the same. They have put it on email that their policy of non refund is mentioned on thier site in terms and conditions. I have attached a screesnwhot of their terms and conditions and they have nowhere mentioned this.
                                        Also i fail to understand that if the company is no longer providing any services, why would they retain my money. Had this been a billing connection, would they keep on providing service even if i do not pay the bill.
