My account was recharged for Six Month and Period is 16/10/2018 - 15/04/2019. Package Expiry should be on 15th April 2019 12:00:00 AM
But suddenly expired on 9th April 2019 and I complained to Hathway Customer care and They told that A New Package has recharged on my account as per new rules.

Please take a note that, since the day internet installed it’s getting disconnected daily. I have called customer care many times but no permanent solution. I have registered a complaint three to four times and service person is visiting my home however without solving the issue ticket is been closed with fake report. Service person checking the issue but not giving the solution. No seriousness...

I want disconnect hathway connection due to worst service.
Reason:
Requested channels in package were never provided for more than 2 weeks. Ipl has already started and i don't have connection to that channel which i have already paid.
