Hi am nagaraju. From mettuguda.
I paid the cable tv payment last three days back still my payment not update or my tv is not yet start. I given executive srishalam. I am following up daily he said i already paid the payment. Ask my manger yoender mobile : [protected]. But he mobile is s. Off. Again i called up srishalam mobile no [protected]. Talking rude and disconnected my call.
It's farud cable operating in our area.
Kindly look of my issue re sloved it asap. Other wise i will file a case at police station..

    I am depressed and stressed with the Hathway Internet service. My account number is [protected]. Mine is an unlimited plan.
    I pay my bills on time or in advance. I always have connection problems. When I contact customer service, they say it is a technical issue. It keeps persisting for days. At times, they also disconnect the call on my face.
    The supervisors and managers are always busy on other calls, or at least that's what they say. The managers and supervisors do not talk or resolve issue, they hide from the customers giving lame excuses like kids in school.
    The agents have attitude and do not have patience and always say 24 hrs. They say "you have to wait for internet, there is technical issue". Seriously?
    U talk about 3 months plan and all that, and stop providing proper service once the bill is paid. There is no refund or credit or proper service.
    Is this how you work? Is this what we pay for?

      Hello respective,
      I'd like to inform you that from few days my internet connection is not working between 1pm to 6pm. My service provider is a well known company gtpl.
      After complaining in company they always told us that our issue will be resolved in 24 hours. But the same problem happen again and again. They give us the same answer every time. I have paid for paid for 40 mbps and i can't even feel 20 mbps of speed. So it is a speed issue which they are not even gave attention on complaining.
      So i'm kindly requesting you to take action on this.

        Hi,

        I am suraj shende i have taken the broadband service of your hathway operater on[protected] from mahor patil of plan rs 2300.
        But still now today they he has not provided service nor any engineer came to my house to install the router.

        Manhor patil committed me to give service with in 2 hours.

        We contact to higher authority mr. Sandeep shejwal to which he reply to give service within 48 hours.

        But he didn't stand by his commitment that time i call to customer helpline no. He said me to give service within 7 days.

        Is there no guidelines to provided to the people of your hathway service?

        Please take a action on that people to miss-behave your coustermer and give me reply.

          Hello respective,
          I'd like to inform and complaint you about the service provider with a big name in here our local area. It's name gtpl.

          After certain complaints raised with customer care and experienced response with bad attitude and wrong commitments here i am writing what we are facing. First of all they are selling fraud service with the attractive schemes like 50mbps which i have taken before 2-3 months but never experienced a speed of 20 mbps. I paid the amount for 50 mbps but i don't know when and where i will get this much speed from this fraud company. Apart from the speed issues i have seen that they are cutting off the internet on certain days. Like yesterday i had not internet connection from 1pm to 6pm. Also, my neighbor have the same issue.

          For bad attitude i'd like to say that whenever i tried to call customer care representative i never reach them in a single call or within 5 minutes. I must have to try and try and try to get connected to them. Once i get connected they are always happy and ready to take complaints and generate tickets so it makes a hope to customer that now his complaint about to get resolved. But the next day a customer will see that ticket closed and issue is still there at the same position. I called them again to know on which base they closes the tickets but then they again raise one ticket. God damn..

          One of the customer executive instruct me to visit their office to get solution for shifting router from hall to another room. I happily reached to the office on friday and met to the person ravi zala. He answered me that he will send local engineer to check it on monday. Now it's been a week i am waiting for that engineer who has to just pass 1.5 km to reach my home from the office. I called more than 10 times to ravi but he didn't bother to pick up my call and then i tried from my office phone and i got success that mr. Ravi talked to me. I asked him that why don't you picking up my phone then he replied that i am receiving more than 100 calls from mobile number so and he told me to send a msg on whatsapp (I don't remember this sentence he told me or not). Again i sent him my address on whatsapp and got same reply that he will send engineer to check it out. And it has been more than 2 days i am waiting for that engineer.

          A company is not providing a service to anyone at free cost. And a customer is not purchasing a service at free. A court only can help us from this fraud company. I'd like you to take strict action and make force them to reimbursement to each customer for the problems they are facing.

          One more time i lost connection now.. Please help us.. We trust you..

            Dear sir/madam,

            Please note that i am resident of f204, mayflower grande, opp. Noma function hall, mallapur, hyderabad-500076. I am having hathway tv cable connection for several years. Recently i purchased one more with hd settop box and paid entire amount with monthly charges regulerly.in feb 2019 end we paid total of rs 585/- in advance as per trai guidelines. Our area hathway operator named raju cable network (Mr. [protected]@[protected]) disconnected our connection in mid of march 2019 inspite of paid in advance amount and still now it is not restored. All channels are showning you are not authorised to view channels from mid of march 2019. I called mr. Madan, cable operator several times and asked the reason but now he is not picking the calls. They told it is not our problem and signal is not there from hathway. Till now there is no respone from raju cable network and they are not responding to calls.
            I request you to look into matter and wants my refund from cable operator.
            Also wants refund of hd set top box and will handover the device to them as dont want to continue with this cable connection as not getting proper service and wants to change my connection to other service provider.
            Please help me in getting my refund of rs 290 towards half month cable diconnection plus rs 3000/- towards hd set top box and other charges.
            Kindly help me in getting my refund.
            Also till date they have not given payment receipt of hd set top box and service charges.

              I had the misfortune of subscribing to hathway as my broadband provider in mumbai. Due to their pathetic customer service and attitude, i finally stopped using the connection in april 2018 having paid all dues and having handed over the equipment.

              Since then, every day, their tele-callers have been harrassing me through calls. It's random calls from random numbers throughout the week-days. Pleading, requesting, shouting haven't changed anything. Complaints using twitter handles, tagging sleeping trai's official handle haven't changed anything either.

              I am planning to take legal action on this soon and spoken to a lawyer a couple days back. Besides, i have made a reddit post about the issues at https://www.reddit.com/r/india/comments/bccvow/how_to_deal_with_hathway_broadban...

              I am also calling up the govt. Consumer complaints helpline on monday to register a case.

              Ps: from hathway's twitter handle, it does seem that this targetted harrassment of erstwhile customers is their tried and tested business tactics. Loads of complaints there are exactly like mine.

                I request for the new connection in my area at 8 feb 2019. But due to some technical issue, there is no fibre line available in my area in vikaspuri. So i talk to your sales executive (Ajit singh - [protected]). They say we will refund your money in one week. I call in customer care executive as well. They say it takes maximum 45 days to refund, so i wait for 45 days full. But now it's almost 20 days more, they are not responding and when they pick my call always asking me to wait for one week repeat and repeat. I am frustrating right now fully.

                If anyone can help me form this situation then it will be great for me. Thanks in advance

                  I have paid rental amount for this month 2 days back but local operator still not bringing up the connection which will take only minutes to do this. He is not answering the call as well, i really don't understand how hathway is encouraging such persons, it's always problem with this guy sometimes he responds soon but most of the times it's a issue with him. I hope my problem will be resolved soon.

                    My name is akhilesh, with hathway internet account number is [protected]. We shifted to a new house back in mid-february, and have since called the customer care to: a) intimate them o[censored]s moving, and thus cancelling our subscription, which was done after multiple calls, and b) return the deposit amount of rs. 1500 we had paid, and were assured we would get back once we cancel the subscription. We had since been requesting hathway to process the deposit amount to our bank account, and despite numerous calls and emails, hathway has since told us that they cannot refund the amount, which is utterly disgraceful.

                    We were skeptical while taking the connection in the first place, as we had heard similar stories regarding the isp. Even after numerous calls/reminders, they wrote to us that this can no longer be done. Request you to let me know how such organizations can be held accountable.

                    This hasn't been resolved. Has got to be one of the worst ISPs I've ever had to deal with. I haven't received a single call or penny from Hathway.

                      I have given complaints more than 15 times. They open ticket and close. Nothing happened from 4 months. Unfortunately i have taken 6 months plan. Now i am getting 2 mbps speed. Worst network i have ever seen.in two months i will get independence from this bloody network. Definitely i will make all friends and colleagues remove this connection and uninstall this bloody app. I sent more than 10 mails including pics. Still i didn't get reply from them. Let us see if they can reply this or not. This what i reported in google.

                      I have so many pics but your site not allowing us more than 2mb images. It's okay. If they respond on this please make them to call me once. I have tried many times to talk with higher authorities. But they didn't give a single chance. I begged more than 10 times to the coustomer care executives to make a call with manager. They told manager does not talk with coustomer.
                      Understand my pain and Please Justice .

                        I have been calling up regarding the expiry reminders, even though I have paid for next 6 months - and still I don't have internet.

                        I am not sure if the customer care are co-ordinated well .

                        The expiry date was April-10-2019 and I have topped up on April-8-2019. No Internet today and after 3 calls in 3 days .

                        Also still getting the expiry reminder, while all customer care folks have confirmed that i have paid the amount.

                        If disconnection and refund is an option I would like to take it up!

                          Hi,

                          I used to have hathway connection in my parents home, now after marriage i have shifted to someplace else, and have hathway connection there. However, for my parents, i have disconnected hathway for whatever reasons. I still keep getting calls starting early morning late into the night.. 5 times a day at least from different numbers. It disturbs me in between meetings and work and also post workhours. Repeatedly i have asked them to put my number in dnd for that particular account yet i keep getting calls.

                          Please resolve this asap!

                            This is regarding complete number 1251613 i would like to bring to your notice that inspite of paying 410rs we are not getting required channel earlier we used to get all channel's however now we're paying 410rs but only getting few channel's such as discovery, zee tamil, national geographic, star movie, axn, &fix, etc... Earlier close to 300 channel's including regional,, english/hindi we're provided now 410rs only for kannada channel's we are getting and few paid channel's so what we understand that this is a just creating burden for customers and not helpful in anyway we consumer we are end up paying more money but not getting the required channel's hence we refuse this plan and request to relook in to this issue and make the better plan for the people

                              I have gtpl cable connection. Last 10 days, channel isn't working, when i called cable operator, he told me that your recharge has been finished, even month has not been completing. Then, i wrote mail to gtpl customer care for 6 month bill statement and customer-id, where they respond me that you have to co-operate with operator but cable operator has not give any id which belongs to my set-top box.

                                My account was recharged for Six Month and Period is 16/10/2018 - 15/04/2019. Package Expiry should be on 15th April 2019 12:00:00 AM
                                But suddenly expired on 9th April 2019 and I complained to Hathway Customer care and They told that A New Package has recharged on my account as per new rules.
                                I recharged for the expiry of 15/04/2019. Customer care didn't extend my package should be done by now.

                                  Please take a note that, since the day internet installed it’s getting disconnected daily. I have called customer care many times but no permanent solution. I have registered a complaint three to four times and service person is visiting my home however without solving the issue ticket is been closed with fake report. Service person checking the issue but not giving the solution. No seriousness in the troubleshooting, just doing it time being escape mind set.

                                  Please solve the issue permanently else refund the money back.

                                      I hav alredy complained to hathway broadband services with complain no 30032019w185061 last week saying thath i have renewed wrong account i. E, [protected] with 5498/-rs and requested to change to my account no [protected] and to change my address details also in a mal. And they have replied me saying thath my complain will be resolved in a week but there is no action and now i have received a message sying that comlain has been closed

                                      Im not satisfied with the customer service and im facing a lot of problem for my work
