Dear Team Hathway,
I am sorry to chose incorrect category previously as Bank, hence choosing the correct one and raising the complaint against Hathway Cable.
I have booked your connection keeping a faith in your company. But I am really disappointed with the type of cable service and most importantly Cable Operator in our locality in Chunabhatti. Our cable operator Mr. pravin, I even don't know his full name, is so unprofessional & pathetic person, that he's even not giving us any monthly receipt for the Cable charges he collect.
Further, while applying for the connection, he has not provided us any Bill or Subscriber id for the set top box. I am now fedup of his behaviour and asked him to refund me the amount, he does not seem bother about the same. Moreover he has provided us Mutilated card along with the box. Despite of several requests, he has not changed the same. These kind of people are spoiling your name and service in the market and forcing the consumers to switch to other Dth operators. Kindly look into this matter seriously and reply.
