Dear sir,

I am ravindra my hathway digital cable tv ac no.[protected]
On 28/02/2019 first i recharged rs.310 (Kannada premium pack) on the time cable tv not activated. After recharging rs.153.40 (Kannada fta pack) on same day activated only fta channels.
Already complaint raised about this. But worst service from "hathway". Local hathway office is not supporting since we have paid through online.

When i called hathway customer care they tell us our server is down please call us after some time, since last 5 days same answer from them..
Please help me to get back rs.310 or activate those channels

Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The local hathway operator is not providing us with the app and charging double gst of 36percent for each channel subscribed. And not giving us a proper bill for the same. Only the amount handwritten. Vc/mac/vsc id[protected].
Chaprana cable operator, sector 30, faridabad, haryana.

    Gtpl connection problem,
    I applied for internet connection for my flat in ambawadi (Ahmedabad), technician came, then due to not appropriate behaviour of the person, i requested them to take back the connection, i dont want it anymore. They are not refunding me my amount of 5500.
    It has been 4thday, i dont have any response from them. Kindly help me with this.

      Hi, i am nitin from hyd, sr nagar
      I have been facing a lot of issues and i am currently using plan :

      Fiber hd5 hyd 50 mbps qtrlyu

      It has 5 times since i complained about my net connectivity which i was promised 50 mbps but i couldn't even get 1 mbps speed. On top of that when ever i am raising an issue, they would keepn ticket open and then close without any intimation.

      I wonder how an isp like hathway recieves the customers this way. I got vexed up since last 3 months now if it is not resolved i had no other option then fighting legally battling in courts no matter how many years it takes...

        I have subscribed gtpl for internet broadband service in oct. 18. For 6 months.

        I have been suffering by no connectivity, poor qualities and delay in service.

        In beginning frequently connectivity was not there. And i have complained so many time.

        But now this is the height of delay and dissatisfaction from the company.

        I lost connectivity on 14 jan. 19 and till today my connection has not been reestablished after complain by mail and customer care contact.

        Today is 50th day of no connection and so no connectivity.

        During this 50 days on 27th (14 days) i have shifted at new place and applied for shifting for broadband connection. But till date (After 50days) connection has not been reestablished.

        In every mail and customer care contact same response "within 24 hours your complaints will be resolved but not yet.

        Delay, poor services, poor customer service, poor quality were there. But now i am experiencing depressed and harreshment by the company.

        I think now i have to file the case against the company for delay, poor services, poor customer service, poor quality, unconveniency by delay and harassment for 50 days.

        Please do favor and guide me and give me justice by reestablishing my broadband internet connection and companssassion for unconveniency and delay in service.

          Though i have taken the hathway cable net work connection, i not sure who the cable operator providing me the service is. When i went to the hathway office near ramaswamy circle in mysuru to know who my cable operator is, hathway office is unwilling to give me the complete details, not even the telephone number of the cable operator which i am told is mr pradeep. According to hathway, the cable operator's entity's name is raghavendra enterprises. On locating their office where there is no name board, one mr suresh who was present said the name of their co., is sagar enterprises, and operates from : 1019/2, srinidhi krupa, jayalakshmi vilas road, chamarajapuram, mysore - 57005.
          Though mr suresh assured to get connected the channels i requested for, none of the free channels i asked for are operational even after about a month since my request in writing was given. There is absolute indifference and no one is responding properly. Further the boys working for the cable operator demand much more than what is stipulated as ncf charges.

          DD sports is free channel, but it is not coming when match is started. Date : 02-MAR-2019

          We have subscribed to free channel and etv and star plus.

          When match got started it got disconnected.

          Please take necessary action.
          Hathway is forcing to take their own channel packages in high price. They are also telling They have only 80 FTA channels including other regions channels in West Bengal out of 500 FTA channels.

          My lcd is showing-Pls call your cable operator/[protected]@y office to subscribe to this channel(4).I am not able to watch anything on my TV since last 3 days.Neither call cnetree nor local executive is receiving call.

            From last 15 days officials from hathway not coming to collect channel subscription form and also not starting cable tv also and demanding rs 350 for free channel + additional amount for another paid channel eventhough we require only 44 channels including free channel

            He is also not giving bills for monthly subscription also

            50%channels are not coming since feb.1st week.Reported cable operater somany times, but he is not giving responce.just because we paid yearly subcription, we are suffering.

              I am your newest cx and its been 15 days with you guys and o am facing issues with my wifi connection very frequently.in the last 1 week there were 3-4 instances where there was issue with wifi connection upon calling your team they say there is a problem and ask me to wait 24 hours.
              I am not happy man you have to do something regarding this because the only reason tp have wifi is not to have internet issues but if i am still facing the issue them what is the need of your network

                My cable operator is not showing me those channel which are choosen by me instead he is asking me to choose those packs which are pre-decided by him.
                Since last ten days my cable operator has disconnected my connection.
                He is not showing the free channels too which are covered under ₹130.
                When i choose chennels of my choice he said your pack will be started and after some times he disconnected the connection.
                When i asked why u discontinued my connection he said the chennels u have choosed can't be continued.
                To start ur connection u have to choose our predecided pack.
                He is also not providing the bill of fees and gst which paid to view the chennels of my choice.

                  Fed up of calls i receive from hathway customer care.
                  I used to hold a hathway account. But i shifted my residence and terminated my hathway connection. So now i have nothing to do with hathway. But the calls are unstoppable! I have informed the customer care and have been patiently telling all executives to delete my no. From their calling list, but of no use. Its torturous and annoying. It is a case of mental harassment of customers.

                    I have been told on installation day that you will receive a call for activation but no one called, they started billing me without any service. I called multiple times to customer care and simple they saying it will get activated, it's been more than 4 days nothing happening and when i asked cc executive to transfer my call to your supervisor they simply put me on hold for 20 mins and disconnect the call. Very poor customer service. When i raised this concern to sales guy he asked me modem picture which i sent, later he replied they gave you wrong modem. Now who will change this and when will internet will up.

                      No internet is coming, for payment hathway will harass people but for service providing we have to call. Too many works i lost becaz of waste internet services. For this waste down internet charging huge compared to others. Tooo many mails i sent but no one responded.

                      They are charging fee for nothing.. No internet. They said 100mbps but not even 10kb im getting.

                        First of all, our cable was cut so i filled up the physical form for channels and submitted. Now the person says we haven't got any update and hence it cant be implemented.
                        And hardly any channels are on. So i[censored] guys weren't ready and able to implement it, why arent all channels on?

                          Dd sports services were blacked out of 24 feb 2019 with intention of troubling people so that they should not watch cricket match n should subscribe to star sports channels. Before match it was blacked out 30 mins before and was not available throughout the match.

                          I am user of hathway and paying them inr 340/- per month so i am eligible of having access to all the free channels.

                          Kindly look into it.

                            Service is not working

                            I have already submitted form regarding the selected channels 20days before still it's not working
                            Yesterday I resubmitted the list of channels but still it's not working
                            Please check the issue and resolve my problem as son as possible
                            I also tried to call the operator as well as the Hathway office regarding this they didn't bother to resolve the issue

                              Today i had very bad experience with hathway cable tv as i paid 174 for fta channel and today i was watching one day cricket match in vs au in dd sports, however hathway blocked dd sports channel and when i talked with hathway customer care representative vikram he was very rude over the call and instead of providing resolution he was giving excuse

                                I have been going in gtpl office for selecting a la carte pack for tv channels as per trai new rules. They have already taken advanced money for 1 year. I have gone there three times but they are not giving me my choice of channels neither giving me refund. They ask me to come next day every time i go there, with new excuse. Sometimes they tell me that the circular is not there. Sometimes they tell me server is not working. Everytime they give me new excuse. I just cannot go there again and again just to select channels i want. Plus they do not have proper customer care service. They do not attend customers thoroughly.
                                And currently the pack i’m having is not of my choice. It’s of their choice. We have to put up with the tv channel packs they have selected for us. I think this is total injustice.
                                I request you to do needful regarding this.

                                  The free channel like dd sports used to come everyday but recently when the india vs australia matches are coming at that particular time the channel goes blank and this is only happening when the india vs australia matches are coming and the rest of the time the channel is working great . i think the bad hand behind this is star network.

From last month i am seeing many channels distorted. And some channels are closed without my information like satsang, sanskar, masti etc. If i ask for channels choices from arun operator then he does not provide me choice form.

                                      I have paid the amount for my new account activation rs.4748 for one year plan. The payment transaction is processed by phonepe app and hdfc bank account. The amount has been deducted from an account and i have transaction id and every transaction detail. Though, hathway is saying that they did not receive payment.

                                      After sending multiple emails and complaints on call. No resolution has been provided and now they are not even responding to my emails.
