Respected sir/madam,

I kiran v jannu, my account number is [protected] and registered mobile number is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com, first i requested for a new broad band connection on 10/2019, but due to local cable operators issue activation not done so i requested for refund on 12/02/2019, but till now my refund amount is not credited am requesting every day to your customer care number but response,
And customer care guys without my knowledge closing the tickets without any comments, and when ever i called to customer care i getting the same answer as our backend team get back to you, till now from any end i didn't received my amount
Please help me out of this...

    With due respect to new rules applied by trai and applicable to all cable and dth service providers, a customer is allowed to select only those channels which he/she wants to see. Gtpl is not providing this facility (A la carte). Their website is not working so we are unable to select channels. When i called gtpl customer care, i was informed that i will have to select a base pack which costs to rs. 230 per month, then if i want to add any channels then i will have to pay extra. I can select individual channels or buy a entire pack of broadcaster like zee, sony etc. But i must have to buy their own package. I requested that as per trai rules there is minimum rent of rs. 130/- + gst for 100 free to air channels. Then a customer can select channels of his own choice. But gtpl refuses to allow. Even gtpl navsari office person also advised to select their customized pack of rs. 390/-. They have designed packs in such way that a customer has to pay more to see all chanels and he is enforced to pay for those channels which he doesn't want to see. It seems that govt. Also supporting them, taking no actions.

      Hathway Malda, West bengal is playing dirty politics by abandoning users to watch live telecast of cricket matches on DD national rather then that they are forcing us to buy their channel pack. Also when electricity is out no telecast is seen if told they say there is no generator facility you should wait until electricity comes. We have inverter buy no telecast is seen please do needful..

            Hi i am siddharth kumar verma since last 3 days i am calling the call center no one is responding everyone is saying tomorrow someone will come and do the installation, but no one is responding now they already charge me for three month amount also 3345 is the amount, even the agent also not responding positive regarding the installation. Please do some need full or return my money, you all are use less no one is care about the customer, this is the second time i am facing this issue. First time i put the request for the relocation but everyone is say that there is no hathway connection i personally check the hathway cable but everyone is useless in this case after that i have to take new connection and call the agent to verify personally and he generate the customer number also, after that no one is responding also i have paid 3345 in hathway.

                I wanted to setup hathway broadband at my residence. There was no signal at my residence for broadband internet as per the technician. The devices were returned and the refund was not given. I visited the physical stores and several customer services calls were made. Payment date - 30 july 2018. Account no. [protected]. It's been 7 months and due to the company's poor customer service, i have been so frustrated. My tweets also go unanswered. Is this the way company harasses customers?

                    Hathway customer service has assured me that hathway can provide connection in my area and given me with the link to pay the money.

                    I have paid rupees 3179/- on 18th december, 2018.

                    After paying the money, hathway has said that hathway couldn't give me the connection since hathway doesn't provide service in my area and assured me the refund of the money paid by me.

                    It has been 68 days since the amount has been paid and 54 days since the complaint has been raised.

                    There has been multiple emails and calls to hathway customer care, i have even appealed to hathway on their official twitter page and i have even visited the hathway office in hyderabd but still i didn't get the refund.

                    The person at hyderabad head office (Ho) says that customer complaint dealer (Cd) will deal with the issue,
                    But cd says that he will not look into the issue and ho should look into the issue.

                    Hathway's customer service is unwilling to resolve the issue, hathway's head office is unwilling to resolve the issue. Hathway's twitter handle doesn't look into the issue. Whom should i approach?

                    On searching online, i could see that there are many people who are having the refund issues with hathway.

                    I doubt that either hathway is intentionally not refunding the money or hathway is making interest on the customer money to be refunded.

                    I would like to say that, hathway has the worst customer support.

                      Hathway tv cable service disrupted without any intimation. We bought package of 1 yr and services stoped since suddenly two weeks back.
                      I have filled an online form choose all channels but yet have service hasnt been activated. I’ve made server calls to the call center, main office even cable technicians. No one seems to answer their calls.
                      I hope you look into this matter as soon as possible.

Spoke to cc/technicians multiple times, every time they have the answer that it will be resolved within 24 hrs.
                      Hathway please resolve as soon as possible or refund my amount.

                          I had renewed subscription for my cable service in sept 2018 by paying an annual amount of approx rs 5000. Pursuant to trai order i also selected my bouquet of channels recently. However, 15-20 days ago all pay channels stopped working. I also wrote an email to the nodal officer on feb 16 but have not received any reply.

                          Yesterday, ie feb 25 i finally got through to their call centre number and after explaining my issue for over half an hour, some channels started working and was told the others would start working after 2 hours. However, not satisfied by the reply i asked for a complaint to be registered about my matter and asked for a complaint number for future follow up. I was told that a complaint is registered only if after two attempts to resolve the matter online and a complaint was refused to be accepted.

                          The customer care number given for their bombay office is only ringing and on the website hathway.com also the register complaint link is not working. Only a blank page appears when one clicks register complaint.

                          I want to change my hathway cable service to other dth services becoz hathway service is the worst i have ever seen.. So please kindly take back your set up box and give back my money towards the set up box.

                            Since the time trai has got in the new ruling, hathway has stopped servicing in spite of advance payment made to them, they do t even pick up the calls aocne last 10 days and have disconnected all channels.. There is no way to contact them.. And no complaints are being attended to.. Hathaway online complaint, there is no response.. Can this not be a police complaint for cheating their consumers? And it seems most of the hathway customers are suffering and have no where to get this sorted immediately

                            Sir, I am using Hathaway cable service at home. They are giving very bad services to the costumers. First of all their Toll free number is not working. They not bother any new cable service rules and regulations. Please take action on them
                            I am the customer of Hathway cable and I am residing at 11th A cross S.P. Extension Malleswaram Bangalore-560 003. The cable operator has not providing all the free channels and inspite of I have paid 1 years subscription in advance and they are charging Rs.275 per month for me. I have contacted the cable operator and he informed that what they providing only channels you have to see. Hence this complaint to you

                              I had recharged my Hathway account No. [protected] for the broad band connection amounting Rs. 450. But nothing has been received on my part. Now, I could not even contact them nor they are replying for my mail. Kindly look into the issue and help me by either making the refund of Rs. 450 possible or by recharge of my broad band connection.

                              Further, I also request to kindly lookinto the matter and take serious action against this company since a number of customers are facing issues with this company.

                              An executive from Hathway named Pankaj Saluka calls 2 times (first from [protected]) and I ask him if is this the time to call for offers and sales he again calls from ([protected]) and starts arguing about the time and misbehaves. He calls from his personal number [protected] as stated by him.
                              We are being charged for free channels (130) as compulsion in name of network capacity fee. heavy gst being charged to customer..around 30%...please look after dis matter as soon as posssible...

                                I have taken 50 mbps plan nad paid for a full year. However most of the time either broadband is not working or even if it works speed is as low as 1 - 5 mbps. Very few time it works with 50 mbps speed. Already complained to customer compliant but after compliant it starts working for few hours and then again star giving trouble. Main problem is gtpl dont have any service office in maharashtra everything is been operated from customer service at gujarat and they every time i complain they have only one answer we will resolve it in 24hrs.

                                  Under the festival offer i had applied for broad bank connection for my home for inr 399 monthly. With upfront payment for wifi and installation of inr1770. After a month they started billing me for inr 499 plus tax. When i complaint about this they started demanding for additional security deposit of inr 450. When i refused for this they started giving me threatening call to return the wifi device or bear the consequence without refunding my money. Now they have started visiting my home threatening to return wifi device else bear the consequence. Request you to help me get my money refunded and stop the threatening calls.

But my cable operator don't allow my family watch this are channels. He told my family, i pay extra ncf amount rs. 20.00 then i watch this are channels. Regarding trai rules inside 100 fta channels 24 dd company compulsory channels, which is not remove and 76 free channels. I don't want watch some unnecessary free channels. So, i want replace free channels slot to paid channels. But my area cable operator don't allow my family add any paid channels in this 76 free channels slot area. He forcefully wants all customers watch fta 100 free channels. He is fraught. Cheated my area all hatway customers.

                                      I want my money back. My cable operator cheated me and forcefully earned some extra amount... I want that amount totally refund. Also next upcoming month please ensure me that my cable operator don't do this again. Please do this as soon as possible

                                        I have submitted channel selection form to Cable operator 2 days before but it's not working yet. I tried to call operator for same but his number was busy all the time, even he is not responding to messages also. When I meet him for same reason, he told that he has already activated subscription just we have to remove card re-enter it that also not working.

                                        We wants to concrete solution for this.
