Kindly note that i have an account with hathway for cable services and there is no reception of cable channels.

I have paid for annual subscription directly to hathway starting from september 2018.

Have tried calling hathway company executives and written to your nodal managers, and yet there is no response from hathway.

I have been using hathway from 2017 and was happy with the service. I had to cancel the account while shifting within the city. The customer care has mentioned that i will get my refund once the modem is returned. I cancelled by connection and an engineer has collected the modem from my new address.
Now the hathway team is mentioning a crf which says that refund can be processed only if i had stayed in the network for 3 years. I haven't...

Endless spam calls by customer service for renewal of internet connection. Even though i had requested for deactivation the day my 3 month plan ended.

I have received call on monday 18.02.19 from Billing department of Hathway to renew the broadband account as it was expiring in 3 days. Hathway service provider has promised me 3 months + 1 month offer to me at the time of connection but now they didn't reply to mail and online query request.
