My family select some paid channels like, star jalsa bangla, star cricket 1 hindi, zee bangla and sony yay. But my cable operator don't allow my family watch this are channels. He told my family, i pay extra ncf amount rs. 20.00 then i watch this are channels. Regarding trai rules inside 100 fta channels 24 dd company compulsory channels, which is not remove and 76 free channels. I don't want watch some unnecessary free channels. So, i want replace free channels slot to paid channels. But my area cable operator don't allow my family add any paid channels in this 76 free channels slot area. He forcefully wants all customers watch fta 100 free channels. He is fraught. Cheated my area all hatway customers.
Please help me as soon as possible.

I want my money back. My cable operator cheated me and forcefully earned some extra amount... I want that amount totally refund. Also next upcoming month please ensure me that my cable operator don't do this again. Please do this as soon as possible

    I have submitted channel selection form to Cable operator 2 days before but it's not working yet. I tried to call operator for same but his number was busy all the time, even he is not responding to messages also. When I meet him for same reason, he told that he has already activated subscription just we have to remove card re-enter it that also not working.

    We wants to concrete solution for this.

      Since 25 days no channels are being telecast through cable. Subscription form with valuable pack details and related fees regarding same has been paid to the cable operator. They are just making fake promises that your cable will start today, after 1 day, 2 days etc. Till now no solution has been done instead of that operators of this region are just taking it casually. It seems that your operators are just making fool to the consumer. Resolve the issue as soon as possible.

        I have a hathway broadband connection for last 3 yes. Unhappy with service, i decided not to renew my plan which expired on 19th january 2019. However, i am getting at least 10 calls every day since then from hathway. Inspite of multiple requests to the sales representative, i am still getting calls. Moreover, the calls are coming from more than 20 different mobile numbers, which i have blocked individually. Request you to stop this harassment

          The service that hathway internet was providing has not ben functioning since[protected] at 23:00h. On Sunday this complain was issued at 10:50 am. I was informed that within 4 hrs the service will be resumed or technician will contact me. No response from Hathway since then, Again in the evening a reminder call as made with lot of trouble to reach customer care. Monday from 14:30 onwards we have been asking them to rectify the problem, but they have not responds in anyway. this complaint will be recorded for future consumer court reference.

              As per new TRAI rules regarding cable and tv subscriber have right to choose channels which they want to watch and paid for accordingly.I am Hathaway customer but the Hathaway force to take frist100 FTA channels and make it mandatory.i am going to csll on Hathaway customer care toll-free number which they provide on thier information tv channels but it just playing piano music when we call also i am try to our Hathaway local cable operator but no one going to answer the call.on Hathaway tv information channels they demonstrate how to select plan of our choice but the ground realty is they force they do not give right to choose, due to this since last three week we faced tv channels black out day.please do something.

                I paid for one year service RS. 5650 for hathway broadband services on 28/July/2018.After six months they send me message regarding deactivation. and my account deactivated. I am not getting an internet since two weeks on wards. I raised a complaint regarding this in hathway on 12-Feb-2019. They accepted that they activated wrong plan i.e for six months and i ask them to activate the right plan. They are not doing that. I am calling every day since two weeks on wards, everyday they are saying your issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Some times they forward the call to billing department, those will say that the issue resolve in two mins, some times call will be disconnected in the middle without giving any answer.                     Hi,
                    I have subscribed to hathway cable tv id:[protected]. It worked for 2 weeks and after that it got disconnected. I have recharged again (Thought it was expired), still for 1 month always showing no signal, call customer care screen.
                    I have called multipletimes the customer care, local cable operator, their technician etc, no resolution till now. My time and money got wasted on this service.

                      I have raise more then 5 complaints and have paid the money also. I am still not able to view all the channels which i have subscribe for.
                      Call center nos are not reachable and the number mentioned on the invoice is also incorrect. The website and mobile app both show different status.

                      From last 15 days i am trying to contact them to no avail.

                        Hi,

                        I had taken a connection from hathway in bangalore when i was there for a two month stay. After availing their services for the stipulate duration, i called their operator to collect the modem before i was about to leave. And he did not turn up.

                        I had to leave on time and i was putting up in a rented place.
                        Today, suddenly after 20 months i get a call from them stating that i have to surrender the mode. And am threatened by legal action if i don't do so.

                        This is annoying, disappointing and outraging given that i have been repeatedly getting unwanted calls multiple times (For sales and not related to the matter) and thi is the first time that they have informed me regarding something like this.

                        This even after i had already paid for the modem initially.
                        Please let me know how to deal with this
                        And help me find a solution.

                          My hathway account no is [protected] and i request the company to disconnect my services immediately. I am not at all satisfied with ur service. I had connection few months back from that day on wards iam unable to use internet when ever i want to use it, customercare says network problem. Hence i cant use the service. Try to resolve my problem and make the disconnection immediately.

                            Dd sports services were blacked out of 24 feb 2019 with intention of troubling people so that they should not watch cricket match n should subscribe to star sports channels. Before match it was blacked out 30 mins before and was not available throughout the match.

                            I am user of hathway and paying them inr 375/- per month so i am eligible of having access to all the free channels.

                            Kindly look into it.

                                Hi hathway,

                                We have opted for the broadband connection from you in january 2019 and being in second month we are uttlerly unsatified with ur services. Even though renewal done on feb 12th, 2019 still im getting messages that i havent done the payment. Raised multiple complaints but they are getting automatically closed even without checking with me. All tickets closed without providing the solution. Hope atleast now you will respond and close the complaint by getting the feedback from me

                                    For hathway cable we have submitted the required channels but still now we are not able to view those channels. We have elderly people at home and they want to see few kannada channels but not. Even we had called customer care but no response, called to local hathway cable operator but don't even attain the call.

                                      This has become a daily routine that after 9 pm on a daily basis our tv screen shows a technical problem whom should i am located at sector 73 noida. Kindly resolve this issue otherwise we all in this appartment will switch on to some other cable operator like dish tv. We are totally 81 families in seperate 2 bhk apartment residing in this building as your sector 10 noida office remains closed after 6 pm.
                                      Resolve this problem asap. We will observe for a week or otherwise we will switch on to other channel operator.

                                        I had enquired with hathway service in thane and ws offered 10 mbps unlimited speed internet for which i agreed and was assured by the sales person called sunil who offered me 2 months subscription for 1400 and after that can go for a yearly plan. The commitment was for 10th feb 2019 the internet will start working by 8 pm on sunday and had gave 500 cash without any acknowledgement. 2 service person came and said they need some permission to get the cable connection from the other building but i was still assured by the sales team that they will activate the internet and was asked to pay the total amount of 1416 with gst. Things looked fishy so i asked him to first activate it then will pay the rest. That person didn't answered my call for 2 days and just got a text stating i'm in a meeting. As if he had meeting for 2 days. On the 15th i made the payment as the cable was connected and they installed the modem and the hathway connection. To the worst on the 16th and the 17th there was internet so i called hathway customer service which of no use and i was working as a technician to get my internet working. The customer service rep said the technician dont work on sundays. Again today on sunday there is no internet connection.

                                        One of the worst internet service provider is hathway. They dont know the meaning of customer service. They only know how to collect money.

                                        I will appreciate if i get a permanent fix but i won't recommend hathway to any of my friends, no way.
