    I was repeatedly called at least one time per day even though i am not interested in taking any hathway plan. I have already told MANY MANY TIMES THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED, CALLER WILL TELL THEY WILL UPDATE IT IN THEIR DATABASE BUT THEY WERE NOT DOING THAT AND CALLING FROM DIFFERENT NUMBER EVEN THOUGH I AM BLOCKING THEIR NUMBERS.

      I had hathway connection when i was in bangalore. The service was ok, no major complaints at that time. It is after that the issue began. I shifted from bangalore to pune which was around 2 years back. I have been receiving constant calls from hathway since then. I have told them on multiple occasions to stop calling me and blocked 34 numbers from them but they don't stop. At this point i am ready to file an fir against them for harrasment.

        Following are the details of payment made for Hathway Cable

        Cheque issued in favor of : Umesh Anand Dhulap (Contact No. : [protected])
        Cheque No. 590186 dated 19/12/2018
        Bank and Branch : State Bank of India (Dattapada, Borivli East, Mumbai 400 066)
        Cheque Amount : Rs. 8, 530/-
        Payment break-up:
        HD Set Top box : Rs. 4, 500/-
        Installation charges : Rs. 400/-
        Cable charges per month : Rs. 330/- per month for 11 months
        (One month extra)

        As per above-mentioned payment of Rs. 8, 530/-, I should be provided uninterrupted HD Cable from 19/12/2018 to 19/12/2019.

        Now Hathway Cable has breached this agreement.

        I would like to highlight following wrong doings of Hathway Cable:

        Wrong-doing-1:
        No receipt is issued for Rs. 8, 530/- in my name. No document provided confirming HD cable subscription from 19/12/2018 to 19/12/2019. I am left to the mercy of cable operator which is highly unjustified. I have begged number of times to Umesh Anand Dhulap (Contact No. : [protected]) for receipt but it has not been issued to me.

        Wrong-doing-2:
        Every month end HD channels are stopped and I have to call cable operator Umesh Anand Dhulap (Contact No. : [protected]) to beg him to start HD channels.

        Wrong-doing-3:
        When I call Sai Cable and Hathway Cable helpline, they refuse to help me and ask me to call cable operator Umesh Anand Dhulap (Contact No. : [protected]). Leaving customer to the mercy of cable operator is unjustified.

        Wrong-doing-4:
        My cable subscription and HD subscription has been stopped as I refused to sign channel selection form as required by TRAI immediately.
        Please note that TRAI has given time upto 31.03.2019 for customers to select channels and submit form. Still cable operator Umesh Anand Dhulap (Contact No. : [protected])​ is refusing to call Hathway distributor and start cable subscription and HD subscription.

        Currently the situation is that I have paid Rs. 8, 530/- till 19/12/2019 and I can not see HD cable TV which is criminal cheating on the part of Hathway cable, your distributor and your cable operator.

        Please note that if I select channels as requested by TRAI, my monthly cost will cross Rs. 330/-, which is against the principles on the basis of which TRAI had started this whole process.

        Wrong-doing-4:
        When I requested cable operator Umesh Anand Dhulap (Contact No. : [protected]) to stop cable subscription immediately, I was been told that Rs. 2, 200/- will be deducted along with monthly charges of Rs. 775/- per months (2 months charges Rs. 1, 550/-). Total deduction will be Rs. 3, 750/- which comes to Rs. 1, 875/- per month.

        Which means if cancel my cable connection today, Rs. 1, 875/- per month will be charged to me for the THIRD CLASS SUBSCRIPTION of Hathway. This is clear cheating by Hathway.

        Request and Begging:

        No I have no option but to beg Hathway through you to start my HD cable subscription immediately, allow me time till March 2019 to decide channels as per TRAI guidelines.

          For the last one week many channels were blocked For the last three days all the channels are blocked our cable operator, I'm Sai cabels is not responding to our calls we called Hathway help desk number yesterday morning and registered a complaint They informed that within 24hrs this will be resolved Now the issue is not resolved and when we Hathway customer care number we are put on hold for 7min and then the call gets disconnected Appalling service

            I have 2 tv connections and from past 4 days no channels are coming. I have tried calling the call centre and the local operator but no response. I also tried selecting the channels as per the new policy and paid the amount, yet it does not work. However, some other locations the cable is working. The irony is that i get a payment reminder today even though i have already paid.
            Even visiting the local office did not help.

                I have already told the hathway customer care to disconnect my broadband connection two years back, they did not respond at that time. Then in oct 2018 they asked me to pay 2500 for the modem (Threatening by saying calling from delhi high court). I paid it. Now they are again calling me and asking to pay 500 rupess.
                I used the service in hyderabad in 2017, still they are asking me to pay.

                    I am getting multiple calls to return the modem or they will file legal case against me.

                    I used Hathaway account more than 2 years back. All of a sudden they are calling me continuously to pay 2500/- for penalties.

                    What should I do.

                      I am from aurangabad and i am alone facing the hathway broadbands service issue for the last three months, i had made more than 50 complaints and till date i am not able to get broadband internet, my neighbours internet are working properly, when i complained to customer care they restore for 8-10 hours and afterward they disconnect my internet from their side, their attitude is pathetic and they didn’t receive calls. I had paid in advance and when i ask to refund they are not giving it back. I had also contacted my areas office but they’re not receiving it. Also i had tried to reach the local customer care offices support, even from there we are not getting any support. I had several times for a contact of higher authority or executives but they are not giving it to us. It’s shame on such a service provider who is taking huge amount from customers and even not ready to talk and resolve issues of customers. Please let us know what to do.

                          It is very visible that consumer has to suffer due to the ongoing issues between the cable network & the channels. Though it is repeatedly informed that post 31st march, 2019 the cable network will only show the channel packs that have been bought by the consumer, having said that i fail to understand why are channels being blocked at this time of the month. This seriously causes trouble to elderly people and the families that watch entertaiment together. I feel it is actually of no use to complaint because the cable service provider has clearly stated that till the time a form is not submitted, they won’t be able to help because they are just “servants” of hathway. They do not guarantee if hathway will still activate/unblock the channels after submitting the form with channels marked on them that are required.

                            I am a customer with hathway from over 10 years now. Ever since this change of choosing your own plan, i have been requesting the cable operator to give me channels i missed while selecting in the form. Its been a week of requesting the cable guy (Calling every day at phn no: [protected]) to re-send the form so i choose my channels. The payment has been fetched for february however now no body is turning up for help, instead they are saying we have 400 more customers to cater to so cant come.

                            I am unable to login online as well. So please let me know who can help me with this???

                              Hathway balaji cable tv operator in scheme no. 114 indore mp took rs.1900 from me for a new connection. And charged 300 rs per month... After 2 3 months all channels have been stopped working and he is not picking my calls.
                              When i call from another number he picks calls and says he will activate all channels
                              And still no channel is working except fta channels.
                              I am feeling cheated on stb box also, he installed second hand stb and charged 1250 rs for the same.
                              Kindly help me.

                                We have a cable from your partner neha cable. One feb 26th he disconnected the cable and saying to choose the plan. We said that govt has given time till 31st march to consumer to choose pack. He denied and said that government has given the right to retailer till 31st. Know i ask disconnected the cable he told to give back the reciver back and take security money. When we reach to his office he denied and said what i will do of this box. So please help me. What a stupidity is made of consumer. Please reply soon. Or else i look forward.

                                  I am from banglaore and we facing the hathway service issue for the last few weeks. Either it will not work or it is saying that service is blocked. I have already paid the payment till may 2019. We have tried to reach the contact number in the hathway site and none of them are not working.                                       Hathway Cable TV Operator (Mallikarjuna Cable Network, Located at KTR Colony, Nizampet, Bachupally ) is providing a bad service to the customers even after paying the required channel money to them.

                                      I have paid Rs 300 for selected Channels on 9th Feb-2019 and still all the channels are blocked, tried calling Cable Operator @ [protected] and [protected] but no body picks the call to respond.

                                      Hathway being a big brand, what a wonderful service is being provided by Hathway cable TV Operators

                                      PLEASE ESCALATE THIS REQUEST TO HATHWAY CABLE TV HEAD OFFICE MANAGEMENT

                                      Even after escalation, No body from Hathway called me to resolve the issue, Now i am frustrated and just wanted to stop the Hathway cable TV service and get the money back which i paid for selected channels to them on 9th Feb-2019.

                                      Tried again to call operator and as usual no body is picking the call when called to Cable Operator @[protected] and [protected]

                                      PLEASE HELP, THIS IS WASTE / PATHETIC SERVICE FROM HATHWAY
