Dear sir
We have subscribed cabletv connection from m/s hathway @rs.250.00 per month.
Now in view of trai order, operator is compelling us to accept higher charge package. Moreover they have disconnected our service since last night and not responding to our call.
Therefore, you are requested to take suitable action against cable operator (M/s hathway) for harassing the subscribers.

    Cable operator or service provider not trying to pick up phone. Showing on tv 'please call your cable operator/[protected]@way office to suscribe to this channel (4). Want yo restart channels and it has been officially announced that the all channels will ne showing up till 31 st march, 2019. Then why have they cut off our english and cartoon channels???

      I am one consumer of hahway cable tv under lco rik entertainment, belgharia, kolkata-56, w. B. Vide a/c no.68254645, bouquer i. D.-58053, nds no.
      [protected] & stb no. C[protected] respectively since long with package cost of rs 300/- per month.
      I have already submitted pay channel list to my lco on 5-2-19.
      But most surprising that my tv is completly black out since 5-2-2019.
      In view of above, i would like to draw your kind attention regarding restoration of viewing of tv channels

        Respected sir/mam,. I am mr. Bhausaheb bankar residing in khardeonagar, chembur, mumbai, 400071. We use cable services of hathway cable, by cable operator "shree mahalakshmi cable". The cable operator is overcharging us saying that trai has provided 100 free to air channels. And we have to pay extra for next 25 payable channels. Our cable card no. Is 57296949. Reality istrai has given only 25 free channels. For 150 rs. We have right to see payable 75 channels, without additional 20 rs. Please resolve the issue asap. Thank you.

          Hi sir/ mam,

          We are staying in the gachibowli area, hyderabad. Even though government has decided on 12 feb 2019 as new tariff system will be applicable from april month onwards and current running package tarrif will be continued till mar 31 2019 without iany notice and giving new package selection form stopped relaying all the channels and not responding to this request by their office people.
          Please give us some response and do the needle.

            I had a very bad experience with Hathway, I called Hathway customer care on Sunday(Jan 20th 2019) requested for new connection I got a call back from executive and given commitment for 6+1 months for 3K round figure, She transferred call to back end team they guided and paid 3k on monday morning at around 11AM through hathway.com.

            Jan23rd wire and internet connection was done in my home, I got a call from hathway for connection confirmation they said it's for only 6m not for 6+1 months, I shocked and called executive personal no(i transferred adhar card and current bill to her watsup), She said 6+1 for you as offer with only 3K, I said thanks, (She didn't mentioned it applicable only on renewal), I called her for not mentioning in our conversation, Asked why u cheated me? She said we have more speed we have unlimited data blah blah..., i said.. you didn't said 6+1 not applicable for new user strongly!!, she disconnected the phone, she is not lifting my phone any more.

            She also said i hathway is going to upgrade, So i will get 100MBPS from Feb 1st, I called customer care at around 7th Feb and again shocked i am only eligible for 75Mbps, Again cheated...

            I used ACT for 10 Years and they offered 5+1 months for 2.5 K, But i trusting you customer care for 6+1 for 3k and unlimied speed and 75 Mbps speed from Feb 2019, i badly cheated.

            I mailed all the details to [protected]@hathway.net but no one responded back

              Beware i have booked a hathway connection on 30th december 2018, my hathway account no:-[protected], and i have paid sum of rs 1650 online, in my premise cabling has also not been done, i have called hathway customer care to cancel my subscription and refund the amount they said to email i have emailed on the same day to [protected]@hathway.net and i got revert to write to [protected]@hathway.net, i have emailed here as well with attached screenshot of payment, but not hearing anything from them.

                I am subscriber for hatchway cable tv in anandnagar colony khairtabad, hyderabad

                I have already renewed my subscription on 31.01.2019 paid rs.360 and expiry date is 04.03.2019. From today morning we are not able to view the tv all channels as before. Even yesterday also have view all channels and why today we are not able see. Please rectify and restore our services.

                  I have visited hatchway.com for selection of channels wherein i have found that all the channels are not shown for selection in ala carte. They are not bothered to rectify nor help us in selecting the channels which we require. Very very poor service. I have informed the concerned authority at hathway, but they are not bothered to attend to our complaint. Also i strongly feel that they are forcing us to go for their bouquet so they are benefited monetary wise which does not comply with the trai rule.

                  Kindly help in resolving the issue.

                    I'm susanta mistry, consumer of hathaway cable network at banangachhi (Sub distributor shanti chowdhury), setop box nds: [protected] & c[protected] ;my distributor mr shanti chowdhury forcefully take 20 rupee's extra charge on free basic pack. I protested but he didn't hear my word. So i force to complain about this matter. Please take nessesary action soon as possible.

                      My internet connection has been down since 3 feb 2019. I placed my complaint on 4 feb but the technician came on 6 feb. After inspecting he said that there was some fault but did not tell me what problem there was and said that it would be resolved by 4 the next evening. It has been 1 week since then and still nothing has been done. I just want to know why is it taking so long. I have repeatedly called the customer care for any update. But they say that they don't know #. And after every time i file a complaint, my complaint is closed the next day without any action being taken. This really is some shoddy work and no transparency whatsoever. I need my internet fixed as soon as possible. This really is the worst service ever.

                        I have subscribed for my list of channels on 12th morning via online at that time there was no issues however by afternoon there were no cable connection and the operator number in my area was switched off and still it is... Even not able to connect customer care... Fed up if these from yesterday... Please take an action on these as many of them in our area is facing the issues. Out cable operator is not providing the invoice which we pay for him even though asking n number of times...

                          I purchased Hathway cable connection from Afsha cable network shadipur new basti Ranjit Nagar
                          and his number is +[protected] i also paid 1000 for set-up box and 440 for 25 channels but it's more than 5-6 days there is no channel showing. I complaint many times but he is not rectify my problem.

                            This is very unfortunate that last three months i was paying bills through net banking but from 02.02.2019 i am enable to make payment through net banking/debit card!
                            I have select my new plan through hathway site, but enable to find payment option.
                            As my local cable service provider behavior is too bad so i want to make payment via online mood. Several times i informed it to hathway kolkata office also send email about it but they are not taking any possible steps to solve it.

                            I took a broadband connection and got activated on 30th of Jan and till now I have not been given the magic box. The sales rep is not responding.
                            This is horrible service. Why are you changing the daily rent without full filling the installation aspects.

                              Hathway account number [protected], kukatpally hyderabad. I closed the account and their employ collected the modem from me in 2015. Recently they called for modem and i replied to them. I got a call from lawyer that i have due on the above number and threatened through police arrest. I dont know what to do. I paid that amount. When i approached the company, they said that the account was not closed and was in service, in post paid mode. I asked them for proof that i transferred to post paid, which they fail to show. This company is doing goodaism, by threatening the customers, by producing wrong information. I got every evidence.

                                  The broadband people took my money and after a payment of 3000 rupees they promised me to set up everything within 48 hours but it has been 5 days and they have done nothing and even not picking up the calls deliberately..

                                  They are refusing me the service when i have paid the entire money for three months in advance. They were very punctual and eager at the time of payment but at the time of setting up the wifi they are doing nothing and not even updating me about anything.

                                  Everyone is forwarding me to some other person. Is it my job to call these persons????? I have called 5 of them that i have been referred by the respective previous person and none of them did anything..

                                  My job is to pay the money and the people should take care of setting it up .

                                  What kind of incompetent and unprofessional people are these??

                                  So far i have contacted Balaji, rohit, satish, nagarajo, reddy but no one, no one did anything.

                                  Is this how you treat your customers????????????..

                                    I'm a customer of hathway which is provided by "universal cable network" of area alwin colony, kukatpally, hyderabad in my area, they didn't give any chance to select new tariff pack as per the trai rules. But they stopped some of channels and not responding to activate as they are saying it will take some time as we are paying the cable fee monthly we should get all the services or as per your new order they have to provide the option selection of channles quickly, please do the needful

                                      I have applied for new broadband connection from hathway after paying the initial amount 943 for one month with refundable amount for modem Rs 400 Total paid Rs. 1343/-. But they took 9 days to provide connection after so many follow up at least 5 to 6 calls for a day and follow up emails as well, I requested to refund the amount they didn’t do as well, finally 9th day one of the engineer came and given connection. After couple of days the cable got cut after so many follow-up guys came and rectified. The customer care is useless they will not take care of customer complaints. Every time we need to inform from when it was happened what was the issue. After giving the complaint number they say will send the technician in 24 hours, very irresponsible service.

                                      I have consumed hathway broadband from July 2018 to August 2018 just for month usage and migrated some different network in Chennai with closing of this connection. Due to improper response and pathetic service we will fall into sick every time when talking to customer care.
                                      Then they keep on calling me to surrender the modem, I request to return the money and request to taken the modems and they are harassing me that we will send me legal notice. Then couple of months later the technical person directly called me and took the modem by giving the slip for taking the modems back.. The hathway engineer conveyed me that our hathway people will call you against the repayment within a week. But still now didn't get any calls. Even I have been calling hathway custom care number they said if you use for 3- years then only they will refund the money. Need help in resolving this issue.

                                        Hi Team,
                                        I have applied for new broadband connection from hathway on 29th jan 2019 paid on the same day at 3:10 pm as directed by their service provider through upi qr code scan in their ISP. Hathway portal. After payment they are simply not responding to the service by showing reason. Amount not affected to account. I have transaction reference number transaction id and confirmation from upi site and all . Attaching all the proofs here. When I call them every time they are saying 24 hours. It's been 8 days till now no response at all. Even I sent mail communication to entire hathway team even though no response from them. Please help me with this.

                                        When I call them they are saying will transfer your call to next level team and keep on loop and disconnecting calls please help me on this.
