I had a very bad experience with Hathway, I called Hathway customer care on Sunday(Jan 20th 2019) requested for new connection I got a call back from executive and given commitment for 6+1 months for 3K round figure, She transferred call to back end team they guided and paid 3k on monday morning at around 11AM through hathway.com.
Jan23rd wire and internet connection was done in my home, I got a call from hathway for connection confirmation they said it's for only 6m not for 6+1 months, I shocked and called executive personal no(i transferred adhar card and current bill to her watsup), She said 6+1 for you as offer with only 3K, I said thanks, (She didn't mentioned it applicable only on renewal), I called her for not mentioning in our conversation, Asked why u cheated me? She said we have more speed we have unlimited data blah blah..., i said.. you didn't said 6+1 not applicable for new user strongly!!, she disconnected the phone, she is not lifting my phone any more.
She also said i hathway is going to upgrade, So i will get 100MBPS from Feb 1st, I called customer care at around 7th Feb and again shocked i am only eligible for 75Mbps, Again cheated...
I used ACT for 10 Years and they offered 5+1 months for 2.5 K, But i trusting you customer care for 6+1 for 3k and unlimied speed and 75 Mbps speed from Feb 2019, i badly cheated.
I mailed all the details to [protected]@hathway.net but no one responded back
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is horrible service. Why are you changing the daily rent without full filling the installation aspects.
