I am using hathway broadband since 2yrs now as pathetic as their service is, it was not unbearable. This time it got out of hands though. I had applied for change in plan and requested for the same online as well as on call. I got a call for same and was asked to pay 1847rs for 3 months which i did on 31st jan. Later i was told my plan will be activated within 24 hrs, for which i have called numerous times now that now i think they follow some different timestamp. I have my work pending since 3 days now because i relied on their internet service. Hathway connection is highly unreliable. So now i am asking to either activate the service or for refund and the customer service call magically gets disconnected after i tell them my issue. This happened at least 5-6 times in a row. Obviously they are calling it technical coincidence. But now i do regret using hathway and i will make sure never to recommend it to anyone as it can neither provide a good internet service nor even customer service or anything at all. This service is by far the worst service in all aspects i have ever got for anything. Before you decide to get hathway connection go through all the reviews online unlike me.

Complaint marked as Resolved I had to make numerous calls to their customer support number. They told me every time that my plan will be activated by 2pm, 6pm or next day morning or within 24 hrs. And after following up a lot for around a week, finally plan got activated today that is on 6th Feb. I can't say I am really satisfied or happy with their service as I was told 24 hrs and it took a week and customer service representatives didn't know what was the issue or why was it getting delayed but just to keep me quiet kept saying a different time.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
please check you gtpl package amount .. That take package 390 rs but your rule 294 only.. So please take a responsibility for that.
