Hathway Cable TV Operator (Mallikarjuna Cable Network, Located at KTR Colony, Nizampet, Bachupally ) is providing a bad service to the customers even after paying the required channel money to them.

I have paid Rs 300 for selected Channels on 9th Feb-2019 and still all the channels are blocked, tried calling Cable Operator @ [protected] and [protected] but no body picks the call to respond.

Hathway being a big brand, what a wonderful service is being provided by Hathway cable TV Operators

PLEASE ESCALATE THIS REQUEST TO HATHWAY CABLE TV HEAD OFFICE MANAGEMENT

Thank you Consumer help desk for looking into this,

Even after escalation, No body from Hathway called me to resolve the issue, Now i am frustrated and just wanted to stop the Hathway cable TV service and get the money back which i paid for selected channels to them on 9th Feb-2019.

Tried again to call operator and as usual no body is picking the call when called to Cable Operator @[protected] and [protected]

PLEASE HELP, THIS IS WASTE / PATHETIC SERVICE FROM HATHWAY

      Hi team,

      I mr. Sagar sawant want to inform the malpractices followed by hathway. I had paid for entire year full hd pack in the moth of august. Now with new rules which started on 1st feb, they have stopped all my channels even sd i am not able to see. As per train guidelines of migration, cable network operator needs to honor if the amount has already paid. These guys are looting customers.

        After having been a Hathway customer for years and years and constantly ignoring their absolutely degraded customer service I am writing to you to bring to your attention just one of the many issues I have faced with these so called Service Providers.

        The latest internet plan that I had was from Nov 18 to Feb 18. The 90 plan had several days of down time on which I did not get any internet on account of them doing some work on the internet lines. Finally after chasing their "extremely competent" help desk they confirmed that as per the technical team I am eligible for 10 days credit. Now this confirmatio was received on 13th Feb while my plans last day was 14th Feb. They have the audacity to say that for me to get the 10 day extension ( which I am already eligible for ) ...I have to extend my plan and make payment first. Now please help me understand, in which world does a customer have to pay for something he has already paid for and was not given to him.

        Called thier third class customer service team which only lead to banging my head on the wall. Spoke to a lady (sheetal) convinced her for a call back from a higher authority. She said I will get a call in one hour. After waiting for 2 hours and no call ended up calling again. Spoke to another lady who said I have to wait for another one hour. Finally after banging my head again I got to speak with a senior called Santosh who only kept saying the process to get extension is by paying since the connection is disconnected..Highlighted the fact that if I was eligible for 10days extension on the 13th itself then why did the team disconnect. He had no answer despite repeating the same thing like a parrot or maybe on account if limited understanding he has of things. Asked for an escalation says no manager or Sr manager available ( another typical and standard practice of this team) Finally gave me number of Nodal office and speak with some Vijay/Vishal

        Don't have the patience to deal with these incompetent bunch of monkeys dancing and talking about prcocess like a parrot.

        Every single plan that is taken there are several days of down time which is never compensated by these guys and it's open customer looting philosophy that is very conveniently followed

        My only question. For a 10 day eligibility that is already confirmed to a customer in writing, why should he be asked to first renew his internet plan. ?

          Hi hathway boradband is only active when it comes to new connection they will run like anything but you want to change the connection or shift they are leqst bothered. Since 3 weeks I am calling them and sending the email for shifting my connection but their team is least bothered. Talking to the customer care is waste of time they will just say email it nothing else beware big time fraud.

            Hi,
            We have GTPL broadband connection in Shivajinagar, Pune area. Our registered contact number is [protected].
            From the last 3 weeks, our internet service is down. We complained repeatedly but every time they lodge a new complaint and assured that their technician will check the connection. After getting tired of their ### responses we went to GTPL Pune office to personally complain about the issue. People there told that their Shivajinagar office is closed due to some issue.
            After 3 weeks our connection is now working but for the duration of 11 am to 8 pm daily only.
            So my question is is GTPL going to address this issue or still going to reply as "Our technician will visit you in 48 hours"?
            Is their management so inefficient that they can't resolve the problem in a whole month?
            Are they going to compensate for service down for whole month?

            में मुंबई दहिसर ईस्ट से जी टी पि ल का ग्राहक हु. जो फ्री चैनल है उन में से बहोत सारी चैनल नहीं आ रही है जैसे की पारस गोल्ड, अरिहंत, जबकि ये सब फ्री चैनल के अंतर्गत आती है और वही उनके लिस्ट में नहीं है तो क्या आप ये सर्विसेस चलने देंगे जो फ्री चैनल भी छीन लेते है ? क्या हमको आप की तरफ से कोई रेस्पॉन्स मिलेगा ?

                Hi trai, i am resident of secunderabad and after seeing the trai decision most of them taught it will decrease the cost which pay for operator but its totally reverse we are paying double the amount the view the channels which we used to get it for 250 rs/-.

                I have been checking with local cable operator on consumer submission form from december 2018 and they used to say you have time don't worry and suddenly they have stopped airing all the prime channels and yesterday morning they have distributed the consumer form to us, i have been calling my cable operator, hathway nodal office & hatchway customer care no's none of them are responding to the calls.

                I have tried thru hathway mobile app & hathway web service none of them are working and we are in suitation where we cannot argue or check on this deactivation of services by hathway cable & datacom and our cable operator service name is guru sai network regimental bazar, secunderabad 500025 owner name : eshwar lal yadav & suresh.

                Hope you take some serious actions on this.

                  I have a two cable subscription at my home. I purchased yearly subscription for both the connection on 1st december 2018. Attached payment receipt for both the subscription.

                  From 14th february 2019, "hathway cable & datacom" has stopped services of sony, zee, star and many more paid channels all of a sudden without informing or taking concern of any of the customers. After inquiring to many, it was came to know that the services were stopped in entire area.
                  In addition to this, hathway was not contactable on any of its provided numbers and even our local operators were not answering the phones.

                  This needs a urgent attention and serious action against hathway cable & datacom. I want full refund from hathway cable.

                    I recently moved from pune to hyderabad.
                    In hyderabad where i live does not provide hathway internet. But near by area has hathway service.
                    When i called pune office if i can submit router in hyderabad they said i need to courier it,
                    Can you guys accept router from different city where you already have established service.
                    Now i am receiving email, if i don't submit router they will attract legal proceedings.

                      My gtpl cable operator doesn't allow me to choose channels on a-la-carte base.
                      This type of behavior is totally against the trai rules.
                      I have already registered complaint to gtpl website but there is no response from them.

                      I have also registered a complaint to gtpl gujarat nodal officer but there's no response from them.

                      Net not working before 4 days to till. So many complaint register but only system generated mail is back. No one call n reply. Till i m waiting for solution.
                      I have paid the bill 4 days ago online and because your website was unable to provide you information, i only had to sumbit the screenshots of the bill paid to you and also after that it hasn't been started yet, i have mailed you 100 times n even called you bt there is no response, my work has stoped because of your fault.

                        Dear customer care
                        Hathway cable

                        1) firstly my address is q3 hauz khas enclave 2nd floor new delhi 110016.
                        2) service of your hathway internet is very bad in this block. Every now and then there is damage of lines and repair work is very lax.
                        3) everything is in the hands of one line man ([protected]) who comes at his convenience.
                        4) last many months he has been collecting cash and will disconnect at will.
                        Sometimes for several days without tv broadcast.
                        5) i have no connection since last evening despite speaking to lineman and paying dues.
                        This is serious customer satisfaction issue.

                        Please look into the matter urgently or process refund

                          Today on 14th february 2019, our cable service provider sonali cable providing service for "hathway cable & datacom" has stopped services of sony, zee, star and many more channels all of a sudden without informing or taking concern of any of the customers.                             I have taken hatchway connection but every now and then their internet is not working properly.
                            I have taken 50 mbps data plan but getting only 1 -2 mbps speed.
                            I have complained 4 times but it is automatically closed.
                            I asked for terminating the connection but they are saying that you won't get the amount.

                              My hathway cable connection - 3 nos. Not working from last 3 days but no action and response from local cable operator dattatray mira road.. Complaints sent to nodal officer also but still action awaited.
                              Local cable operator contact kept busy, sometime switch off and intentionally keep all contacts busy to not face the customer issue.
                              Majority area hathway customers are facing this problem from last 3 days but all management are very careless

                                Since I have shifted to new home, I requested for relocation of my existing connection to new address. I raised a formal request 5 days ago.

                                I have been following up with customer care & nodal office since 5 days. But all in vain.

                                Customer care and Nodal Office has been useless for me to relocate & restore my service since last 5 days. This has been impacting me financially. Its barely takes 20-30 mins to relocate.

                                I am done with false assurances & now blatant unresponsiveness of your customer service in place.

                                IF NOT, I would like to terminate services. Kindly refund my money from 9th Feb 2019 to end of March which I have prepaid.

                                This is organized loot.

                                  I am a subscriber of hathway digital cable network at bangalore. The recent changes has burdened my cable bill by about rs.150/- more per month. The basic charge of rs.150/- for dd and free channels is grossly unfair to subscribers.
                                  Moreover, hathway has not given me the option of choosing free channels withing first 100 channels. I am compulsorily choose whatever is offered in the first 100 channels (Fta) and pay the minimum charges.
                                  Due to this, i have to pay for the next tranche of 25 channels additional fee of rs.20/= plus gst which is unfair.
                                  My cable operator is charging me an additional fee of rs.25/-as service charges and says since his commission of 10% doesn't cover his expenses he is charging this.
                                  The old system was good enough for customers but govt was not getting gst due to malpractices of operators, etc who do not give receipts for payments received (Like doctors, lawyers, etc do).
                                  Please issue necessary instructions to hathway cable services to allow access to choose fta channels and pay channels as i wish apart from mandatory dd channels.

                                    While i had connection, the customer support was horrible. Not once was my issue resolved. After i disconnected the connection, i used to recieve more than 20 calls in a day to renew my service despite of warning them not to call. They sent me a threatening notice after just one call to submit the device when i was not in town.
                                    Now the customer care is not picking up my calls and no mention about the refund for the device which i was promised when i got the connection.
                                    Hathway has the absolute worst service. Horrendous customer support. Impolite and incompetent staff aand poor network. Take it only at your own risk of constant intimidation and disturbance.

On enquiry from the om sai cable tv operator, i came to know that it was bloked by you.                                         We have subscribed cabletv connection from m/s hathway @rs.250.00 per month.
                                        Now in view of trai order, operator is compelling us to accept higher charge package. Moreover they have disconnected our service since last night and not responding to our call.
                                        Therefore, you are requested to take suitable action against cable operator (M/s hathway) for harassing the subscribers.
