After making numerous complaints they finally restored the services after 5 days and was promised that services will be extended for the number of days it was not activated. not able to connect internet since last 15 days

I have already registered complain with complain no: 1886687 for not able to connect internet. I have done at least 8 to 10 follow up for the same. Still this complain is not solved. Every time whenever i called to customer care number.. They are giving us false promises and ultimately i have to suffer it.

I am very disappointed with this kind of service. Please resolve this complain as soon as possible and escalate this...

I have made an online payment using hathway app on 17th jan, 2019 at 00:39 hrs for an amount of rs.699 towards renewal of hathway account [protected].

Amount has been debited from my bank account but not yet credited to hathway account. I have confirmed with bank about the transaction being successful and no marking was done on the transaction.

Hathway customer care is of no help. Can someone from hathway team...

hathway broadband connection issue

Hi,

I have raised a complaint to hathway that my internet is not working on nov 27th 2018, that it is getting disconnected frequently (Every 10 mins it will disconnect) and even if it connects net speed is very slow. They said to pay for next cycle bill as its nearing (Dec 15th bill cycle) so i paid the amount thinking it will work. But the issue was like that only. regarding modem not returned

I have disconnected my hathway broad band almost more than a year back and some one came and collected the modem. But now they are claiming that modem is not returned. I don't have the receipt etc as it is more than a 1 year.
I can't do any thing with that modem. Any way there will be way to track where it is based on serial number etc. Please check that and also check who has been assigned to collect based on your record.

I am really super pissed with the kind of service hathway renders.

They are in big business and hence do not worry much about single customers. That is all fine. However they should render service after taking money.

I keep getting a lot of calls about the offers and suggesting me to reactivate the service. I received a call in the month of october, stating i can recharge for rs. 499 for a month with 20 mbps speed....

worst broadband connection in ahmedabad

This is the most irresponsible, non accountable broadband service provider in Ahmedabad. Internet disconnect so frequently that i have to call them every day. Their customer care is worst, you will feel frustrated since they response only only one liner i.e your issue will be solved in next 24 hrs.They don't give you any details about this frequent disconnection. I feel there is no governance in the company, all customers are just left out...

sunnxt subscription not provided as promised and data speed is also not that.. worst customer service

Hathway promised me to give sunnxt subscription during the installation and it’s been 3 months still yet to get credentials. Customer service is worst.. I have been calling them for almost 5 times and every time they will tell we will get back to u with in 10 working days..

calling frequently

Hathway is calling frequently even after i returned modem as i was not using the service there are torturing me i don't why. Is using a hathway connection is sin in my life such a worst internet service provider don't know how to treat the costumers. I am suggesting all of the people while using hathway is ok if you don't use they will torture with unnecessary calls and send the illegal notices to the customer such a worst network is hathway...

activation pending still

Hi!!

I paid for 2months advn for hathaway connection they responded well till they received money after that no response only they given cabling & router, activation still pending if i called customer service also they told we will try to resolve this issue, but still now no response from them, this kind of response you are giving to customers...

activation not yet done for a new connection from january 2nd, 2019

It is with deep regret that i am having to write this complaint for a leading company, which ideally should be resolved by a customer service representative.
I am a new customer to hathaway broadband and got my connection on january 2nd, 2019. Though the cabling was done on january 2nd, 2019 your customer support is not being supportive in activating the connection, even though a payment of rs. 2411 was done by me on the same day....

Your customer care executive came to the new location and notified that connection won't be possible in this case and took the modem with him. At that time i was not aware to take any receipt from him. Since then i haven't used your service.

The company is mailing me and harassing me giving notification for submission of device - avoid legal hassles

As communicated to the company representative many times that the router has been handed over to the company still they are maling me again and again.

frequent marketing calls

I am getting frequent marketing calls from chennai broadband team. I have moved out of chennai for more than 3 years. I get calls every alternate day and i kept on repeating the same thing for every caller and asked not to call, but still i receive calls.

I have mailed to tn appellate team in oct 2018 to remove my number from the marketing list but no response came from them. I have enabled dnd but still i receive calls frequently....

channels are not seen since two nights

Only dd national channel is seen at night time. No customer support call center number after 10 pm. The nodal officer is also not responding. The further escalation to appellate authority email got bounced. Ultimately would be discontinuing the service. Not sure whether it can be addressed by raising here. Should i continue the service since my due date is 29 january...

Hi team,

I have requested for internal wiring while requesting for new connection. They have given normal connection initially and sent some people for internal wiring in the apartment. Finally after few days of discussion. Internal wiring is not possible in our apartment. Later the reperesentive said that he will refund the amount as he failed to do the internal wiring. I went with another isp who did the internal wiring....
