So please refund a chaque in one day because I need some another place apply for broadband..

Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We have purchased gtpl set top box about one and a half year before but since one month error occurs after every two minutes and if we press ok display disappears and sound too goes away. Error mention to contact customer support. Our cable operator is also not able to solve it. So please if you can solve this problem let us know.

    During day time after 2pm till 1am the network is the worst. I get const 20% packet loss and 250 ping in singapore server. Every time i complaint them about this issue they say i'll forward your msg to the technician, but as usual they don't. I have been complaining for about 2months straight now. Either you fix my issue or refund me back my money of 6months.

      Today i got a call from [protected] name - (Protected) from legal registrar delhi, stating that i have not submitted the modem hence they will be putting legal case on me. Asked me to pay rs.2500 on hathway payment website and send the receipt on advocate. [protected]@gmail.com. When i asked for contact no of mr. Kishore kumar, he did not give me.in july 2017, i disconnected the broadband internet connection bcoz relocate and asked the hathway team to collect the modem but no one came. Now after 1.5 years they are screwing the people this way. Also they are pressurizing to submit the amount today by 3pm else they will put legal case against me. When i purchased hathway connection that time no one told like that return modem and not anywhere mentioned like on bill and even they didn't intimate via mobile or mail. Please do needful justification.

        I want to shift my connection to my new address. I am complaining on Hathway costomer care from last 15days every day i received call from ther side for regarding shifting my connection, But instead of shifting it they told me to buy a new connection of Rs. 2200/- and told me they will not shift my connection to my new address because only 15 days plan is left. So instead of shifing it you have to buy a connection. But according to my recharge period 48 days is left in my plan. I attached picture of my Hathway account.

          My internet is not working for last 7 days.
          Gtpl customer care is raising a service request and closing it same day without resolution.
          I have complained via email and phone but they are not bothered to give resolution. They give robotic answers that they are working on the issue. Please do something to resolve my issue. I need the services to be started and compensation for whatever days my services are not working.

            I signed for gtpl internet broadband in dec 2017 and i paid rs 1500 deposit, but now they are saying that "there is no outstanding deposit amount from our end to refund." i send them a proof that i own the 1500 deposit from you, but they are not solving my problem. I tried to call sales person but he is not answering my phone or replaying on whats app.

            Can you please take a look in this matter?

              This is complaint regarding account number [protected]. This account has been deactivated based on my request in year of 2017, july without any due.

              In year of 2018 nov, i received call from a mobile number asking me to pay for rs 2500 for lost modem as per legal notice. File number 404. They told the call was from delhi court.

              As per email communication from bangalore help desk, i have paid for lost device 4245 via the url provided by bangalore help desk because in verbal communication they told they would settle the refund within a month and provide me confirmation for payment of lost device. As soon as i paid, billing team had activated my account without my request/concern. They did that to keep themselves in safer side for the issue. I never requested for account activation. They have activated the account with outstanding balance of rs 4245 which is false. Now the complaints are as below (Attached is the email they send for payment of lost device which has some extra amount added and this payment activates the account to trap the customers, it again shows renewal date with outstanding balance).

              1. Paid for modem amount on 3rd nov 2018 but did not receive grn.

              2. Extra amount is not settled as committed verbally from bangalore help desk.

              3. Account reactivation was done from bangalore help desk without my request. I deactivated the account in year of 2017, july.

              Till the date there are more than 10 service request ids are generated but they smartly close the request to keep themselves in safer side. Further i avoided communicating with them verbally as they give false commitment. Good service indeed!!

                Acc no -[protected]. I have an advance payment for 3 months and i have suffered so much in this period. I called customer care multiple times and raised number of service requests which is of no use. I will never use this connection again in my life and i will recommend my friends not to use this. My work life got impacted so much because of this wifi. I need a refund for being suffered so much. I will go to any extent to get my refund.

                  I had requested to disconnect the service and asked them to collect the dues in jul - aug 2018, numerous times at least 5-8 requests a month till sep 2018. There is no response from the team for nearly 6 months and after these many months, suddenly i got a call from consumer legal team delhi - ph:'[protected]'. They started to threaten me about a legal case. Upon calling the hathway customer care they mentioned that legal proceedings will be commenced, if i do not submit the modem and clear the dues. Upon this i visited hathway head office, himayat nagar, met satish (Sr. Support executive). According to him the company will follow its procedure and necessary action will be taken. All these months i have never received any call from hathway team requesting me to clear the dues or my availability to disconnect the services & collect the modem and they never bothered to respond to my requests.

                  After long discussions satish agreed that this was a miss from hathway and assured that a field technician will visit to collect the modem, the immediate next day. The field technician approached through a phone call, but did not turn up on the committed timeline, upon calling him its told that he does not even have a valid company id card.

                  Threatening customers using a fake legal team when the responsibility/accountability lies with hathway teams who did not do their job from last six months.
                  This kind of behavior from hathway is not acceptable and very tormenting and proper action should be taken.

                  Hi Team,

                  Today i.e. on 25 Dec a person who claimed himself as field technician from Hathway visited to collect modem. I requested him to submit a copy of connection closure along with a receipt of no dues to me from Hathway before taking away the modem . He did not submit anything, neither he carried a valid company ID and left the site saying he will re-visit after checking with his teams.

                  At 4 pm evening again I received a call from Delhi consumer forum threatening about a legal case on me from

                  This is now next level to what has already happened, despite of my visit to Hathway head office in Himayat Nagar and meeting Mr.Sathish who assured that this wont be repeated has repeated again and from our side now action will be taken as this is highly intolerable
                  I've setup a new hathway connection about a few days ago, they assured me with a speed of 100mbps but all that I get is only about 28 to 32 mbps at the maximum, pls resolve this issue, I switched to hathway hoping for better speed but all I get is much lower speed, look into this issue and kindly resolve my problem.

                    I recharged (paid Rs.2522) my internet last week on Thursday (6th Dec 2018).

                    My internet is not working from 6th Dec 2018..

                    I have been calling regularly to customer care team. Every time they will raise a new ticket and close it without taking any action on it.

                    This is the worst experience experience I had with any Internet service provider company.

                    They have such a wonderful and efficient customer care and technical team that takes one more (still i don't know how much it will take to make my internet in working condition) or more to resolve a small issue.

                    I have paid Rs.2522 for recharge.

                    They are not helping to resolve my issue and to refund my amount.

                    I was contacting customer care people for one week regarding the issue and waiting for the results. Finally after waiting for one week i decided to took it to next level.                       In the month of august when my subscription is due for renewal. I got a call from Hathway saying that a cctv camera is free for a 1 year subscription plan.
                      After a month prior to the subscription date of my opted plan for a year subscription which provided a free cctv camera, I received a call from an Hathway executive asking me if I got the camera. I said "no" then I was told that I would be getting a confirmation mail to my gmail account. Till date I haven't received the mail or the camera. I've been only receiving calls from Hathway executives asking if I received the camera and raising useless complaints or tickets. And today I was fed up so I called the Hathway helpline only to be turned down by the irritated Hathway executive who said "sorry you are not applicable for the offer". Is this what Hathway does? false advertising?

                      Ticket id:12112018W200101 was submitted on 12th November. It's still not resolved. Yet no eta was provided.
                      Can't use the so called fiver network for gaming as it was the first priority,

                        I am a Hathway Broadband customer for over two years now having Acc No: [protected].
                        I was offered a free CC Camera with installation (immediately) in Aug 2018 on renewal of 6 months connection. I promptly did the renewal.
                        I waited for about 20 days and when I did not get any response, I raised a service request for the same, Which show the status as "In-Progress" till date.
                        About 120 days now.
                        After that I called the customer care atleast 60 times expressing the same concern but all I hear is there is no stock, our executive will get back to you, we are sorry for the delay, we are working on it etc etc.
                        Till date the installation has not happened, and guess what in few more days my 6 months renewal is also going to expire for whose renewal offer I still did not get. :(

                        This is a very serious concern as this is a breach of the customer trust.
                        And definitely not the way to treat a customer who has been loyal to Hathway for the past two year, inspite of so many lucrative offers on broadband outside of Hathway.

                            Hathway broadband really cheated me my account number is [protected] i didnot renew it for few months one day i got call and told offer for 8months and mad me recharge but the plan was activated for only one month i immediately registered complaint on same on 29th nov 2018 and ticket number was 29112018w442688 i told me refund my money till now they didn't refund or they didn't call back i called them almost 5 times each day but they answer our billing team will get back but for 12days also they couldn't get back. Really this is how hathway treat there customer... Very bad sales team and cheating team... Now they closed the ticket by saying they will refund but again cheated me very badly they closed the ticket on 6th dec. Now after calling again they opened new ticket on 6th dec ticket number is 05122018w523754 this ticket almost another week old so its almost from two weeks i have been waiting i have not even used single kb internet till now. But still they couldn't get back to me for waiting for so many days really one of worst service i would ever subscribed in my life.

                              Sir i have submitted this complaint on november 25th but still its not solved i was thinking that you will solve but now i came to know you cant do that

                              This is vikas my account number[protected] internet service provider, when my internet date comes to end i got call from hathway care i was getting daily 2 or more times calls from hathway, so they were telling that we are providing internet service 50mbps unlimited all the time there is no fup for monthly they were telling there is no speed limit and i recharged with 3179rs. For 6 months as per they requested. Now i am getting 20gb/day as fup so i asked with them as they told that there is no fup, when i asked they are telling its 20gb/day we cant give more than that then i told my offer is that. So i asked to connect call to level-2 officer so they are telling that we are connecting but actually they are disconnecting the call i called more than 5 times they disconnected
                              Now i called with a specific reason ok you are telling that you cant give more than 20gb/day, as per my recharge its unlimited i asked them ok i got a mail from your company for direct link to pay money.in that you are not mentioned that its limited. You didnt mentioned terms and conditions apply for this apart from this you mentioned unlimited 50mbps with no fup. Sir you can check it in their website http://www.hathway.com/Broadband/HomeBroadband — hyderabad.
                              Check this sir they didnt mentioned any terms and conditions by saying 50mbps they should mention that 20gb/day,

                                They have fraud agents. I have told that i will get 6+2 months if i pay for six months at once. I made half yearly payment and when it came to sixth month they have deactivated my account. When i called customer care they don't have any number for billing team to reach. I have completely scammed by the hathway agent. Fraud company. They just want to sale the plans to the new customers at any cost by telling them all the lies.

                                  I had opted for braodband connection at my residential address aurangabd cidco n4 0n 23 oct 2018

                                  Sales executive gave me conformation of connection in 2 days, insted of giving demo and inspecting feaibility in that area took cheque and enrolled my connection.

                                  Later 3 days i was informed that connection cant be established, i requested for rufund - i was told refund will be processed in 7 working days on 30 oct.

                                  I waited till 8 nov 2018 - asked to hatways guys my refund - surprisingly they havnt made any request from their side till 8 nov 2018. Not even today on 10 dec 2018 — almost 40+ days now - have not recived any refund cheque or any type of communication from hatway broadband.

                                  Which is very unprofessional and we can say, hathway using our money without providing us interest.

                                    I am getting threatening calls from an advocate stating that he is from delhi and i should pay 10 thousand rupees as fine as some payment is due against me. I used hathaway prepaid connection 4 years ago and there is no due. After 4 years how can someone call multiple times a day to me and my wife saying they are from hathway cable?
                                    I mailed to hathaway support team but there is no response from them. Please suggest as this is customer harrasment.

Asked them to remove my details from their database. They are harassing me every other day despite my repeated refusals to take a reconnections.                                         I had a hathway broadband connection installed about a few days ago, the person who installed assured us speed of about 80 to 100 mbps in wifi, but all that we get is only about 48mbps to the maximum, the speed is too less and not even half of the speed we were assured.
                                        The plan that we opted was for 150mbps, but wat we get at this moment is just less than half of it, when enquired the customer care did not reply to our queries giving lame excuses, i did not opt for this connection to get such unreliable and irresponsible replies, it's better that the company resolves this problem, so they can at least retain the trust which we levied on this company.
