I have already registered complain with complain no: 1886687 for not able to connect internet. I have done at least 8 to 10 follow up for the same. Still this complain is not solved. Every time whenever i called to customer care number.. They are giving us false promises and ultimately i have to suffer it.

I am very disappointed with this kind of service. Please resolve this complain as soon as possible and escalate this to higher management.

    I have made an online payment using hathway app on 17th jan, 2019 at 00:39 hrs for an amount of rs.699 towards renewal of hathway account [protected].

    Amount has been debited from my bank account but not yet credited to hathway account. I have confirmed with bank about the transaction being successful and no marking was done on the transaction.

    Hathway customer care is of no help. Can someone from hathway team look into this and provide a solution.

      Hi,

      I have raised a complaint to hathway that my internet is not working on nov 27th 2018, that it is getting disconnected frequently (Every 10 mins it will disconnect) and even if it connects net speed is very slow. They said to pay for next cycle bill as its nearing (Dec 15th bill cycle) so i paid the amount thinking it will work. But the issue was like that only. I raised so many complaints with customer care but next day they will close that ticket without resolving. Its happening from past one and half month, till now issue is not resolved. If ask them to give high authority people so i can escalate they are not providing any thing. I paid for 3 months already 1 and half month got over with out internet.
      Can you please consider this request and take proper actions in cheating the people with out providing any proper service and doing fraud in the name of deals. Hathway account number: [protected]

      Till now no executive have contacted on this, but they are simply closing the ticket.After i raised issue here again they have closed the ticket without resolving it. If you are not able to provide the service, kindly refund the amount i paid for 3 months.( already 2 months over without Internet). If you are not providing service or amount refund i need to go in illegal way to make sure my ego should feel satisfied. Thanks.

          Free channel list are not clear. Some free tamil channels are not listed free channel Sri Sankara TV is put in one Hathway package which I do not require
          They're not answering my queries.
          Free sun tv channels are not shown in free channel list. I do not burden myself by taking their packages with unwanted channels
          The free channels as mentioned by Trai are not indicated clearly by Hathway data om in their list.
          They should not remove any broadcast or bouquet in their list.
          They should not force us to take Hathway bouquet thereby not giving opportunities to select channels of our choice
          Please look into the matter urgently before 26th January so that we can start our new subscription from the on.

            I have disconnected my hathway broad band almost more than a year back and some one came and collected the modem. But now they are claiming that modem is not returned. I don't have the receipt etc as it is more than a 1 year.
            I can't do any thing with that modem. Any way there will be way to track where it is based on serial number etc. Please check that and also check who has been assigned to collect based on your record.

              I am really super pissed with the kind of service hathway renders.

              They are in big business and hence do not worry much about single customers. That is all fine. However they should render service after taking money.

              I keep getting a lot of calls about the offers and suggesting me to reactivate the service. I received a call in the month of october, stating i can recharge for rs. 499 for a month with 20 mbps speed. I made a payment on 03rd or 4th of november 2018, i receive a confirmation for payment as well. But the service was not working. I try reaching customer care, but great difficulty, being on hold for long and after getting disconnected many times. I finally speak to someone who promised to send a technician after 2 days. Since this recharge was for 30 days only, and i have already lost 2 days in the delay of contacting customer care and also the representative promised to send a technician after 2 days i wanted to cancel because the way the customer service was rendered was pathetic.
              I requested for cancellation and the technician promised for a refund after 30 days. I even received a call from some team to come and take back the router the next day.
              But i have not received the service not the refund.
              I have called hathway customer care so many times, and so long on queue, every time i call them they tell me their network is down and ask me to call back later. I ask for manager or supervisor, they transfer the call to technical team where i stay on hold for more than 12 minutes.
              I am sick and tired of this service.
              I recently received a call from the sales team, person named namitha, about the new offer. I explain the situation she promised to send an technician to have the router taken care and provide the service for the charge i have paid already and it has been 3 weeks now.
              I have all the call recordings i had with the representative.
              It is the worst service i have ever received in my life.

              No response on calls and i send an email. I received an email response after 2 weeks or more stating my money cannot be refunded.

              Anyone who is reading this, pls pls pls do not subscribe hathway service.
              If you still want to subscribe. Please be prepared to face #.

                This is the most irresponsible, non accountable broadband service provider in Ahmedabad. Internet disconnect so frequently that i have to call them every day. Their customer care is worst, you will feel frustrated since they response only only one liner i.e your issue will be solved in next 24 hrs.They don't give you any details about this frequent disconnection. I feel there is no governance in the company, all customers are just left out to suffer their decision to take Gtpl connection there is no responsibility no accountability no transparency only humiliation and frustation

                  Hathway promised me to give sunnxt subscription during the installation and it’s been 3 months still yet to get credentials. Customer service is worst.. I have been calling them for almost 5 times and every time they will tell we will get back to u with in 10 working days..

                  If i ask can u please resolve when i am in call they tell no we can’t. This happens every time..

                    Hathway is calling frequently even after i returned modem as i was not using the service there are torturing me i don't why. Is using a hathway connection is sin in my life such a worst internet service provider don't know how to treat the costumers. I am suggesting all of the people while using hathway is ok if you don't use they will torture with unnecessary calls and send the illegal notices to the customer such a worst network is hathway better to go for act fiber even it is more cost because they provide good service where hathway provides good torture to customers.

                      Hi!!

                      I paid for 2months advn for hathaway connection they responded well till they received money after that no response only they given cabling & router, activation still pending if i called customer service also they told we will try to resolve this issue, but still now no response from them, this kind of response you are giving to customers

                        Hi team,

                        I stopped using my hathway connection long back. And some months back i had told them to come home and collect the modem when they asked. 3 or 4 times i have told them. Also have told them to refund the deposit paid while taking connection. I have got no reply for this.

                        Now this is 4 or 5 times i am receiving calls stating they are from legal department and said legal notice will be sent. But i have not received any notice with regards to this.

                        Please can you send some one to collect the modem and stop this harassment.

                          It is with deep regret that i am having to write this complaint for a leading company, which ideally should be resolved by a customer service representative.
                          I am a new customer to hathaway broadband and got my connection on january 2nd, 2019. Though the cabling was done on january 2nd, 2019 your customer support is not being supportive in activating the connection, even though a payment of rs. 2411 was done by me on the same day.
                          On january 2nd, 2019 was told that the connection will be activated by january 3rd, 2019. And now, it's been 9 whole days now and still get the same response from your rude customer service when i call them. All they say is "the connection will be activated next day". It is the same reply i got from your hathaway supervisor on january 9th, 2019 (When i finally got connected to one) and still, there is no activation!!
                          Every time i call your customer support, instead of being supportive and assisting in getting the job done is very rude and is also reluctant in transferring the call to a manager there. But now i know the supervisors there are there only for namkesake and to only avoid customers. This is how you treat your customers??!!!??!!!?
                          And what is the point in sending messages like "dear patron, we have completed the cabling work at your place. Our support engineer will visit you shortly for the installation of your hathway internet connection, kindly be present for the same." when you don't want to send the so called support engineer or even resolve such a simple issue of activation for days together??
                          Also, there is always some background noise of other people talking which is really very bad service. I am completely vexed of this non-service and unprofessional behaviour of your hathaway customer service, and honestly tired of waiting. Also, notice there are same complaints from other customers regarding activation on the hathaway complaints page. I want to cancel the connection and hopefully you have the authority to get it done.
                          Waiting for so many days for a simple connection activation after the payment is made! I don't think i want to wait anymore. I want the connection to be cancelled and my money refunded as soon as possible.

                            After availing your services for a couple of months i had to shift to a new location. At that time i have raised a relocation request. Your customer care executive came to the new location and notified that connection won't be possible in this case and took the modem with him. At that time i was not aware to take any receipt from him. Since then i haven't used your service.

                            Rite now i'm getting legal notice emails from the company on the same. I have written multiple emails to the [protected]@hathway.net but they are bluntly asking me to pay 2500/- without even considering a request from my side.

                            Also, kindly verify your records. I paid for 6 months of service and hardly used it for 2 months and i had requested you to refund the remaining amount which didn't happen till this point.

                            Kindly work on this and let me know the status.

                              My hathway account no is [protected] and i request the company to disconnect my services immediately. I had already sent mail to the customer care 3 days back but no one has come to collect the modem. I send u this mail so that im not billed unnecessarily by hathway. As i have stopped using the net connection already. This is my second compliant about disconnection of hathway broad band services. No one came to collect that modem box. Can you please acknowledge this complaint and disconnect the broad band service and collect your modem box.

                                The company is mailing me and harassing me giving notification for submission of device - avoid legal hassles

                                As communicated to the company representative many times that the router has been handed over to the company still they are maling me again and again.

                                Also the connection is more than 1 year old, why mail again after so long. I beleived the issue was solved after i talked to their representative long back

                                  I am getting frequent marketing calls from chennai broadband team. I have moved out of chennai for more than 3 years. I get calls every alternate day and i kept on repeating the same thing for every caller and asked not to call, but still i receive calls.

                                  I have mailed to tn appellate team in oct 2018 to remove my number from the marketing list but no response came from them. I have enabled dnd but still i receive calls frequently. And every time from new new number.

                                    Only dd national channel is seen at night time. No customer support call center number after 10 pm. The nodal officer is also not responding. The further escalation to appellate authority email got bounced. Ultimately would be discontinuing the service. Not sure whether it can be addressed by raising here. Should i continue the service since my due date is 29 january

                                      Hi team,

                                      I have requested for internal wiring while requesting for new connection. They have given normal connection initially and sent some people for internal wiring in the apartment. Finally after few days of discussion. Internal wiring is not possible in our apartment. Later the reperesentive said that he will refund the amount as he failed to do the internal wiring. I went with another isp who did the internal wiring. After waiting for 1.5 years, now people responded saying refund not possible. I have choosen for 6 months plan. I have used only for 8-10days (Time taken to solve internal wiring).

                                        I was a hathway broadband user, userid [protected] (Bangalore).
                                        I deactivated my account in feb 2018, since hathway was not there in the area where i was shifting to.

                                        I have even returned the router, still i keep getting calls. Is it some sort of harassment?

                                        I have even asked then to remove my number from their database, but it has not been taken care.
