Error code 20 displayed o n gtpl cable and operator not responded. If it will not resolved by today, i will disconnect the gtpl cable and switch to other cable. I am paying 390 rs. For the month to gtpl operator. This type of error frequently came on gtpl cable and their opertor not responding on phone. Some time connection error also came on gtpl cable....

I am using airtel connection for last 9 years. Somewhere in 2016 i had some issue regarding my plan and speed with airtel. As i was not sure to continue thier service, i had a chat with hathway people about new connection. They came and promise me new connection within 24 hours. They asked me to fill form which i did. But for 2 days they were no response for laying cable or router installation.
Subsequently i called and asked them not to proceed further on my request and cancel my connection request [protected]. It is nearly 2 or 2& half year since then,
Suddenly from aug this year some people from so called legal team of hathway started calling my number from nu [protected], [protected], [protected]. Recently for last three days they told me that they will file a legal case against me as i have not deposited router to hathway. I told them no connection has been installed at my residence by hathway. Where is the question of returning router. But they kept threatening for legal case. I request concerned people to take action for undue harassment. Kindly advice.

    I had recharged for 3 month + 1 month free on hathway website. But after recharge internet got activate only for one month. Every month i had to raise request with hathway and ask to enable the internet even though i had made full payment for 3 months. After 3 month they did not provide 1 month free connection as promised and they deactivated the account
    I made several call and raised service request. But they were giving false hope that they will extend the internet connection. But they did not give.
    Now i am not using hathway and using other brodband service. I get lot of calls from hathway to pay the bill and activate the account. This is a harassment and i am fed up with their calls. Please take action against them

      My name is prachi and my accono is [protected] before expiring my plan i call to your customer care team that is plan no new intex 3 is for 400 gb data for per months or for three months ? So customer care manager said yes these is for three months.

      i pay the bill of rs 1797 now your customer care team said your plan no is deactivated so why u people did not update the plan details on the websites ?? Is this my mistake?

      And i also call to your customer care team and they said now you have to wait for 4 hours it has been more than 5 hours and there is no response.

      *My issue is your website is not updated in terms of plans?
      *After paying money i did not getting any bill??
      *I also want to know what is my plan and how much data i will get and till what time it will validate??

      *Your technical boy is still not contacting us because your router gas some liquid lickage??

      I having lots of issues regarding you and after my plan get over i will disconnecting your hathway connection

      Also find the attachment of your foolness that your deactivated plans are still on websites.

          Hathway team charged me 400 for modem connection and they said they will refund while you return the modem, The hatway internet connection way very poor every time i get a message their will be 2 hours outage like that and frequent disconnect as well, so after 2 months i disconnected it and one of the hathway representative came and collected the modem they said in 3 to 4 days i will get a cal from Hathway team and they will refund the money but still i didn't recieve the cal or refund, called the customer care they said i need to be a customer for 3 years in order to gain the refund... so its clearly a cheating from Hathway

            Recently from the past few months i have been getting very high ping on multiplayer games such as csgo for ex. Earlier i used to get around 50-70 on all indian servers and around 5-10 ms on my own citys sv, but now i am getting 150-200 on all indian servers and 50-70 on my own citys server which is ridiculous. The ping is absolutely fine in morning but after 11:30am it shoots up till late night... And the customer service is even worse.. Expect no help from them at all... Very poor customer service and their response time is even worse

            I have provided some sreenshots below which are taken at morning around 9:00am and then after 12:00 pm where one can clearly see the difference in the ping and jitter.I used meter.net/ping-test as well as Ookla and you can see the difference ..at morning in ookla i got around 5ms ..but after 12 i got 50ms .
            This is happening from the past few months and after contacting support they told to wait without mentioning a time peroid within which it will be resolved.

            Same Problem(Getting 150+ ping in csgo indian servers) and really the customer service is very bad didnt get any help at all.

            From Past 2 weeks im getting 80-90 ping while playing online games such as valorant .I live in Bangalore before I used to get 28 ping on mumbai server now its 85.. it used happen only after 9pm but now(Lockdown in Bangalore from 28th April till 10th may) the ping goes to 85 from 12 pm itself ...Competitive games cannot be played with such high ping ...and the customer care is worst because after raising a complaint they call me twice a day and after describing my problem everytime they call they just tell me that senior technical team will contact me ...and the cycle repeats but the problem never gets fixed
            I have done speedtest and ping test on ookla and i get 12 ping in the morning and it goes to 60 on eveings ...The speed too reduces to 12mbps but the plan is for 60mbps

            PS. My friend has hathway connection with same plan, he lives 2km away from me but he faces this issue rarely but for me its an everyday problem ...and the thing that pisses me off is that i have paid for 4 months subscription so i cant change ISP...

              "hathway" no 1 fraud company in india
              I was made a payment to hathway on 3rd july by icici net banking and below are the transaction details. But at the end of the payment i got an error but the amount got deducted from my bank. But the amount did not reflect in my hathway and i called to hathway and they told me that they did not recieve the below payment and they told it will get reversed. But even after 15 days also it did not get reversed and i called to icici bank and they told me that to get an email from hathway saying that they did not recieve this payment and they will arrange to get this payment back from tech process gateway. And i wrote an email to hathway billing team on oct 27 and till now no one giving a response to my email. I have sent multiple reminders and also called to customer care and everytime they say that you send a email once again and this time you will get a reply. And even some times those # customer care executives they act like they are not hearing my voice and they cut the call purposefully,

              I would say that " there is no biggest theif company in this world such as hathway, no customer service and they want only money, 10 before the due date of renewal there shameless executives call every day 10 times asking that your renewal is due and when are you recharging, 10 days in advance,
              But for providing a small service there is no one alive in this company, its a ruthless, company, never take any connection from hathway,

                As everyone knows that Hathaway is leading Telecom provider in Data and Cheating customers in non existent calamities of network.
                But here this issue seems to be ridiculous and utter waste in wasting our time.
                Your data seem to be worthless for us. Without providing the proper area coverage and you guys threaten us unnecessary reasons. Since it's a democratic country that I have invested my effort value for money and services taken here. If we asked questions they will become statue

                  This is about the issue which i have been complaining from past 9 days .my a/c no[protected] I have complained about the modem, frequently getting disconnected. i had called them more than 20 times but they responded only 2 times and they tell some reasons and did something to solve it from their office but the issue remains the same . till now i did not get any solution and i have requested them to visit and check the modem but they are not ready to come I have attached the 5 min video for you to see the problem i am actually facing ...This video is just a 5 min sample but this continues throughout the day from past 9 days i am really fed up of this ...either you repay the money or solve the problem with the extension of 10 days

                  After complaining constantly for past 11 days .The HATHWAY staff had called us on 17th and informed us that they had reset the settings in their office and they told us to reboot the modem but still the issue of frequently disconnecting internet isnt solved till now and also the speed of the internet has been decreased from 50mpbs to 20mpbs.I am really fed up of complaining the same issue.so kindly take this issue seriously and solve this problem as soon as possible with the extension of 10 days or repay the money back

                    Custmer care executive called me and offered me a deal of 550 for 50gb speed, after twodays my internet go disconnected and i made seceral calls to the tech support however each and every custmer care agent lied to me and no one was ready to help me and at the end one agent told me that there is no such plan however the number that called me when i called him the next time he got my account activated but after a week it was again discinnected, it seems like hatway customer service people are just sitting there and lying straight on customers face and the management is doing nothing, still my internet is not working it is on 15th nov and i made the payment on 6th nov,

                      I live in the mumbai suburban area. Just a week back i applied for a new connection with hathway. However, just 5 days after installing the set top box, the remote stops functioning. I made repeated calls to the call centre/helpline number that was provided to me. But every time i call, they keep telling me my number is not registered, which is why i believe there has not been any satisfactory follow up as regards to my complaint. They take my details and say they will look into the matter and call back within 24 hours. But that never happens, and i am the one who is calling them back at the end of 24 hours only to find that the previous complaint is missing from the database.
                      Secondly, when i caught hold of the local operator, who had come to install the connection, and told him about the remote, he made it very clear he will not be willing to help unless i shell out more money to replace the remote as apparently only the set top box has a warranty. However its been only a week since i installed hathway, and the remote has become dysfunctional. Rather than providing me with a solution the local operator is behaving arrogantly and demanding more money (Maybe because he knows my number is not registered with the helpline where i can complaint about this). Please help!!!

                        On nov 12' 2018 evening after receiving rs 2000/- vide money receipt no.2463 towards their uncollected payment for 4 months for my cable service subscription for royal package and ala carta package, the starlink people plotted a conspiracy against me and changed my cable subscription from royal package to prime package without my prior consent nor was there any post intimation to me about the same changeover. The subscription rate of these two packages are rs.380/- and rs.300/- respectively. Later, on next day on my personal follow-ups with hathway directly and of course with their sensible initiative the said royal package could got restored in the evevning of nov 13' 2018
                        I being an ontime payment maker and not a defaulter would ask for a show cause explanation and a written apology from starlink cable operator. This act of theirs has been a gross offence amounting to a deep scar on my self-respect and dignity and unless until my grievance gets redressed i shall remain helpless to cooperate with them henceforth.
                        Finally, would request your good-honour to look into the matter with due weightage and promptness thereon with a substantial outcome so that these kind of wretched local cable operators should come to their senses for ever.

                          Hello,
                          I don't know who could able to resolve / help me on this issue...
                          I live in Chaitanyapuri (Dilsuknagar), Hyderabad. I am using hathway cable service from last 10 months, through local cable provider "Mega city cable TV network". When they installed setup box initially, I didn't get good clarity, because there was a issue either with cable or setup box itself.
                          I have been keep on telling him about picture blurr problem, when cable person visited to collect the monthly money. He was keep on telling, he will fix it that month, but it never happen.
                          From last 2 months, I stopped making monthly payment, and told him that...will pay the dues once setup box issue is fixed.
                          Last month, technician visited and confirmed that, there is problem with setup box and needs to be replaced. Most importantly, he communicated that, I need to bear the amount to replace the setup box.
                          I havn't paid the dues and told him that, I will not pay the due amount and also setup box replacement amount.
                          Starting from yesterday, my account is disable and showing up message "You are not authorize to view this channel. if you wish to view this channel, please call customer service:[protected]". When I called on the same number, replay was worst ever. They are not least bother about customer issues and even don't have minimum concern about customer problem.
                          Can someone help to take this forward.

                            I have requested to deactivate the account since I have relocated to different place and there is no Hathaway connection available in the area. There were multiple requests raised by me for the disconnection and all were resolved.

                            Everyday I receive calls from Hathway and people ask the reason for deactivation. How many calls do I have to attend and tell the reason ??????

                            How many times do I need to raise request for deactvation ???

                            Please take necessary actoons. I hope I will not receive further calls or my account still active.

                              I have applied internet service connection from hathway which got installed on the 2nd nov 2018 (A/c # [protected]) with 300 mbps speed and 3 tb data download limit. Ever since the connection was installed, i have faced frequent disconnect issues and have raised almost 7-8 service requests and made nearly 70 calls to their customer service. Most of the times, their techincal team would never turn up for attending the problem. The customer service representatives do not have any control over the problem and just keep dodging that they have escalated the issue internally but nothing seem to be moving. Only once the techincal person visited and replaced their router stating that the problem has been addressed but it is false as the problem have been recurring on daily basis. There seems to be absolutely no customer service from hathway and i am planning to visit their corporate office to escalate this matter and if not to take a legal route.

                                I got an sms saying 'legal notice has been sent to user xxxxxxxxx, hathway broadband a/c no. [protected] plz pay immediately rs3338.31 and return modem to avoid further legal action. For query cont legal team [protected], [protected]'

                                First of all, there shouldn't be any pending dues on prepaid plans. Secondly, i haven't had a hathway connection for three years. Thirdly, i had communicated the connection to be cancelled before i left the place. So how is it that i am getting a legal notice now? It's possible that they didn't even cancel the connection so why should i pay for their mistake? Also modem was returned back when cancellation.

                                Later i've got calls asking why i discontinued the service, answer were given. Why was i not enquired of not giving the modem then? Also, got a call from some advocate claiming to call from delhi high court. When i asked for the address registered against my name in hathway, they gave some address which i've never stayed at.
                                This is not acceptable.
                                Troubling innocent people for no reasons at all.

                                  I made payment on 2nd Nov 2018 for broadband installation. I made several complaint about the same. In spite of complaints none of engineers visited for installation.

                                  I made several calls to customer care and assured that the installation would be done by the same day. I must say your service is pathetic.

                                    I have taken hathway broad band connection in the month of october 2015 and disconnected in the month of february 2016, due to the lack of deficiency bin the services. I got a confirmation call on termination of service from hathway customer care executive. But after confirmation also i was getting reminders from hathway regarding due amount, immediate i wrote a mail to hathway helpdesk and called to customer care and i was informed by customer care executive to ignore all the reminders and they assured me that they will waive off all my dues.

                                    After 2 years 7 months i. E., on 5th october 2018 at 12:53 a. M. I have received a call from mr. *, advocate, supreme court, regarding to clear the outstanding amount before 2 p. M. On the same day otherwise to come to supreme court along with my advocate. If i loose the case, then i need to pay ₹ 45, 000 penalty. At that point of time, i don't have any option and my brain was stopped working. Hence i paid the outstanding money of ₹ 9, 456.49 though i did not have any active hathway broad band connection.

                                    "i was surprised that, as per my knowledge and being an l. L. B. Student, i don't think so that the cases falling under the jurisdiction of hyderabad high court can directly entertain in supreme court without any orders from the high court".

                                    Later on the same day at 3:30 p. M. I went to hathway hymayath nagar, hyderabad main branch along with police officers for justice and money refund, but they denied to provide the relevant information to the police officers and giving all the irrelevant information. Finally they said, they don't have any information and they will retain the information only for 180 days.

                                    Now i request the concerned officer to look into this issue and refund my money back.
