I don't know who could able to resolve / help me on this issue...
I live in Chaitanyapuri (Dilsuknagar), Hyderabad. I am using hathway cable service from last 10 months, through local cable provider "Mega city cable TV network". When they installed setup box initially, I didn't get good clarity, because there was a issue either with cable or setup box itself.
I have been keep on telling him about picture blurr problem, when cable person visited to collect the monthly money. He was keep on telling, he will fix it that month, but it never happen.
From last 2 months, I stopped making monthly payment, and told him that...will pay the dues once setup box issue is fixed.
Last month, technician visited and confirmed that, there is problem with setup box and needs to be replaced. Most importantly, he communicated that, I need to bear the amount to replace the setup box.
I havn't paid the dues and told him that, I will not pay the due amount and also setup box replacement amount.
Starting from yesterday, my account is disable and showing up message "You are not authorize to view this channel. if you wish to view this channel, please call customer service:[protected]". When I called on the same number, replay was worst ever. They are not least bother about customer issues and even don't have minimum concern about customer problem.
Can someone help to take this forward.
