Nagesh, sales person, from your jayanagar 9th block bangalore location arrived promptly on nov 1 to sell the service after my phone inquiry. I asked him a few times if same day install is possible as nov 1 is a karnataka public holiday. He told me it will be done by 6pm same day if i make the payment immediately.

I had hathway connection with account no of [protected] and email id [protected]@hathway.com!! Connection was at charchop kandivali, i left 2 kandivali 2 years back still hathway is generating my bill!!
Request for disconnecting hathway connection was done but still my bill is been generated unnecessary!! I dont understand how can hathway broadband generate bill s for connection which is not been used for 2 years!!! Pl help...

I took new hathway broadband connection on 29th aug 2018 with sun nxt one year subscription offer. But after ot of followup recieved sunnxt coupon code but it was saying invalid or coupon expired. I raised several request with hathway customer care but still i didn't get proper response. So thought of raising my concern with youvguys. Could you please help me to get out of this issue

I'm old user but i what to change my internet connection because of highly charge. Hathaway executive offer me new connection in replacement of old one and promise to start connection in same days. I done all formality but my connection not activated and not provide solution. When i raise complaint request is automatically closed within 5min....

I was promised for a wifi router with dual band and the respective amount is also paid for the same, but they have not sent the router to me, whenever i call them they said they will do it in 2 days and pattern is followed across for 4 months till now and i still have not received it

They are giving very false promise and take orders but never respond. Please make sure they arrange for the router and get back...

I have a prepaid account for which I paid last on 27 Oct. After 3 days of payment Hathaway suspended my account citing reason that my previous payment was reversed(27 sep). And for that they suspended my account on 15th Oct. So they have provide service for 19 days. And now 4 days after payment again. So for total 23 days of Service they charged for 30 days and so much of mental harassment. Keep calling there customer care ..they put on hold...

I have sent emails to hathway chennai helpdesk regarding my hathway broadband disconnection, through email & also booked a disconnect service request through customer care phone call. Still now did not get any response. I have recorded conversations and emails. Nearly more than 15 days raised multiple service request from the app to fix the broadband connection but they have closed all my issues without resolving the problems.

It was not a india's best broadband they should mention as india's worst broadband it apt exactly for their all services. One of the executive called me and said if you renew before the renewal date we will provide a 1 month extension offer. Actually it was not an offer its a big fraud, because if you book a offer it should be updated in their database so that when the renewal date comes the offer should get activated. I applied for a new connection for the suitable plan which costs me 5650/- per year, i have taken /paid them for one year. After the payment nearly 3 hr later they sent technician. He said my area is not available for connection.

I contacted support and explained my issue they said we will process refund. A a week gone, still no response form the support. They are not responding at least. They just ignore my call....

I am facing trouble since last 5 days, and didn't get any response from any authority. And initially they have told that plan is refundable on cancellation basis. Later i found out that there is no refund policy in any case! Bi have talked to mr. Tushar patil from the hathway office aurangabad and got no positive guidance in cancellation process. I would like to lodge complaint against hathway broadband services....

Due to relocation, i have deposited my hathway connection modem and wifi router and was supposed to get deposit money back for my router. Have deposited the router on 17th aug-18, but have not received refund amount as of now. And no response from billing desk as well, have done multiple follow-ups on email and call, but nothing happening.
