I had two hathway broadband (Both are presently in "deactive" status. Below are the details of both with account numbers and other details.

Hathway account number : [protected] was expiring on 30th sept’18 but i had to shift to a different rental accommodation about 1 km away. I contacted hathway helpdesk and executive named shailesh chand – mobile number : [protected] from mulund east, hathway office contacted me. I asked him whether the existing connection can be transferred since the new place is only a kilometer away. But shailesh told some technical issues and requested me to take a fresh connection. I asked him about the existing modem and he told to just keep it with me. You can call and confirm with shailesh regarding this, he will surely remember.
I took a new connection with hathway account number : [protected] in may’2018. I did not recharge this connection after my last expiry on 6th july’18. I sent request for disconnection around mid july’18. After this i have been continuously telling hathway customer care that i am not interested in renewing the connection. But each time a different executive used to call and ask the same question. I came to know from my friends who had hathway broadband, that even if connection is in "deactive" status in hathway records, it is not removed unless the modems are returned but i was not aware of this and even customer care executives did not inform me. I finally got fedup and blocked hathway numbers. So they sent a letter to my residence to submit the modem where they had specified a mail id to send the date and time for collection of modem. I sent the details to the mailid but noone bothered to come to collect the modem. After this i started getting sms with link of google forms to enter my details and date and time to collect the modem. I submitted this google form with my details atleast 3 to 4 times with different date/time to collect the modem, out of which i remember i had submitted on 20th dec’18, 22nd dec’18 and 29th dec’18. But nobody contacted me to collect the modem.
I am not sure if someone at hathway is looking at the google forms sent my me or just ignoring it and also ignoring the customer. As a cutomer what more do you expect me to do.
So in short i am being harassed by hathway customer care/technical team/nodal officer (Mr. Vishal rajpure) continuously from july’18. I want a monetary compensation from hathway for the mental harassment given to me for no fault of mine. Unless i get a mail with confirmation of the monetary compensation and date when it will be transferred, i am not going to handover both the modems i am having with me.
