I requested for new hathway connection online. One day after, i got call from the hathway and got information about broadband plans. I submitted my documents and paid amount of 3180. The guy told me i would get the connection by the end of the day. Now, its been 5 days, yet i haven't got the connection. One day back, i talked to hathway customer care and raised a complaint and i was told issue would be resolved in 24 hours. But no one came and gave connection. I was given with account number [protected] and i want to close the current account and get refund. I did not expect this kind of poor service for even new customers.

My internet goes offline everyday for hours and when I call them they start my internet for 10 minutes then it goes offline again really frustrated with the kind of service they are offering.

    We are trying call number of times they are dont anwaring call. Customer care also not respond proporley. Please take action. Hathway company is totally cheating company. No.1 worste serviece in world. I dont like hathway brodbod with 1 week

      I took hathway broadband connection last year, as i was relocated i have asked them to deactivate the connection. They called me and said that the connection is deactivated.

      Until many days no one has contacted me, after few weeks of deactivating the connection they called me and asked to return the modem. I told them to come and collect the modem - no one turned up. I received calls several times and every time i told them to go and collect the modem - no one went and collected it.

      Now i have received a mail saying that - return the modem or pay 2500 rupees for the modem else we will send a legal notice

      First of all, why you guys didn't came to collect the modem, even after asking you guys to come and collect it? Simply you people will call but no once came. Secondly at the time of taking the broad band connection you guys told that modem is free - no one told that we should return the modem if we deactivate the account.

      Also we took 550 rupees plan but every month bill amount used to be 825, and we paid it without asking anything.

      What kind of service is this? Don't you people have minimum common sense? How dare you to send such mails when mistaken is from your end?

        Since 14th Dec I have opened a ticket for relocation however they keep giving me false commitments. I have not received a single call asking for any formalities neither anyone has visited the locTion. I have been making regular phone calls to their customer care with no notable movement in my query. Please do something. I have had yearly subscription and feels like I have been taken for granted.
        Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Internet is not available since last 24 hrs. Worst service by GTPL.
        Yaha ke mso aur operator galat pack and rate le rahe hai.

          I had called for a plan change on saturday. The official customer care number had a customer care executive called chetan (As he named himself) who said that he will hive me an unlimited high speed plan for 3066 for 3 months. And asked me to pay online immediately. I did. I have the receipt.

          Till today the plan wasn't changed. I called to ask and got told that there is no unlimited plan for that amount and no such plan change request has been made.

          I want my money back. Immediately.

          Give my money back immediately. I am tired of calling multiple times and registering complaints on the app. This is a clear case of fraud. Resolve it immediately and return my 3066 bucks.

            Hathway account number : [protected] was expiring on 30th sept’18 but i had to shift to a different rental accommodation about 1 km away. I contacted hathway helpdesk and executive named shailesh chand – mobile number : [protected] from mulund east, hathway office contacted me. I asked him whether the existing connection can be transferred since the new place is only a kilometer away. But shailesh told some technical issues and requested me to take a fresh connection. I asked him about the existing modem and he told to just keep it with me. You can call and confirm with shailesh regarding this, he will surely remember.

            I took a new connection with hathway account number : [protected] in may’2018. I did not recharge this connection after my last expiry on 6th july’18. I sent request for disconnection around mid july’18. After this i have been continuously telling hathway customer care that i am not interested in renewing the connection. But each time a different executive used to call and ask the same question. I came to know from my friends who had hathway broadband, that even if connection is in "deactive" status in hathway records, it is not removed unless the modems are returned but i was not aware of this and even customer care executives did not inform me. I finally got fedup and blocked hathway numbers. So they sent a letter to my residence to submit the modem where they had specified a mail id to send the date and time for collection of modem. I sent the details to the mailid but noone bothered to come to collect the modem. After this i started getting sms with link of google forms to enter my details and date and time to collect the modem. I submitted this google form with my details atleast 3 to 4 times with different date/time to collect the modem, out of which i remember i had submitted on 20th dec’18, 22nd dec’18 and 29th dec’18. But nobody contacted me to collect the modem.

            I am not sure if someone at hathway is looking at the google forms sent my me or just ignoring it and also ignoring the customer. As a cutomer what more do you expect me to do.

            So in short i am being harassed by hathway customer care/technical team/nodal officer (Mr. Vishal rajpure) continuously from july’18. I want a monetary compensation from hathway for the mental harassment given to me for no fault of mine. Unless i get a mail with confirmation of the monetary compensation and date when it will be transferred, i am not going to handover both the modems i am having with me.

              Few days back i got hathway new broadband connection for 50mbps.
              Salesguy in kukatpally forced me to pay 3180 which is for 50mbps 6months.
              After paying the money, i gave multiple calls and follow ups after 2 days then they had installed the modem.
              For username/password they took another day.
              During the very first day the speed is 1mbps. (Do you believe?? Attached are screenshots) i asked the technician about this. And he informs that its none of their business and advised me to contact customer care.

              +if i call customer care they just create service id's and tells us that a technician will get in touch with us in 24hours. After 24hours the case will be automatically closed without our permission.

              I found the most worst services ever i used 50 mbps speed..
              Currently im writing this complaint using my mobile internet. I am but getting speed less then mobile internet..!!!

                I was using Hathway Broadband Services in Mumbai from Nov 2014 to Sep 2018 (Account No [protected]. I have moved out from Mumbai in Sep 2018 after clearing all their bills and returning their modem. I was to get a refund of Rs 1000/- after returning the modem which has still not been sent to me by the company despite repeated emails and reminders. They had asked for a local address for sending the cheque which I had given them. This is sheer arrogance on their part and harassment of customers.

                  Myself mr goutam nayak, agarapada, a bonafied customer of this cable network. I paid an annual rental fee as per directed by the network service.. But without any message, call or any voice input information they have disconnected my connection on 3rd january. I have no much knowledge about it. But i tried to contact but failed to connect him for which i suffered a lot. Please take necessary steps by concerning my problems.

                    I have had hathway internet connection a long time ago, and their service was pathetic. They first of all did not give the speed they promised and never bothered to fix the reported issues several times. The customer care calls me frequently to renew but not fix the open issues. Hence i did not renew their service and no one bothered to come fix issues, but only offered to renew their service. Since then i changed service provider post my term with hathway. Post almost 1 year, i get a call from delhi maybe a lawyer stating there is a complaint from hathway to me stating i did not return their router, and they want me to go to their office and return the router. Now why on earth will i go there and return the router, they are a pathetic company and a service provider. With what rights are they filing complains on a consumer who has paid them in full, and did not get service from them at all. If they wanted the router they should come and take it, rather that raising a complaint. Please help me out on how we should proceed.

                    I am surprised to see a company who is pathetic at customer service has the audacity to file a complaint against its customer for a silly router which costs much lesser money than the customer pays them. Is this a way for the company to make money?? Hathway can make more money if they provider proper customer service to its customer and provide them with what you promise.

                    From one month so many channels are not coming it is showing that please call your cable operator/ Hathway office to subscribe this channel. We called cable operator so many times but they didn’t check the problem

                      I have taken hathway connection in navi mumbai (Kamothe) 2 months back of 8 mbps for 1 year and for the 1st month is was working fine, and now speed they have reduced to 1 mbps (Id : [protected])
                      Sales guy from whom i have purchase plan : [protected],
                      And the local technician contact no : [protected], this guy will never receive your call.
                      I lodge complaint many times :
                      Service id : 03112018m082913-1, 20122018w733272, 03012019w920680, 0401209w934769 engineer has never visited to my house for any of my complaint. Every next day i receive sms that : request id is closed and problem is resolved. Never seen such a bad internet service provider and thanks for giving me opportunity to understand how hathway works.

                        I have terminated my service with hathway through customer care and they told to return the modem to take the refund. Then i placed the request to return my modem and they said u will receive the amount after the executive take my modem. I have the returned the modem to the hathway. But i havent received the refund yet. When i called the customer care they say the amount is not refundable now. Kindly help. Customer care is really irresponsible to say to collect money from the executive who took my modem.

                        I request hathway to respond on this issue. The customer satisfactory levels are really low. The employees are very unprofessional. They suggested to raise a new connection instead of relocation. Now they are refunding for modem for my old connection

                          hathway sent me a legal notice

                          I used hathway internet 3 years back which is a prepaid connection. I requested to disconnect the service. I requested to close the connection and they said ok. However i keep on receiving bills every month over email and every month i raised a support case over email and there was no reponse from them. Finally i got a message as below.

                          Beware i have booked a hathway connection on 30th december 2018, my hathway account no:-[protected], and i have paid sum of rs 1650 online, in my premise cabling has also not been done, i have called hathway customer care to cancel my subscription and refund the amount they said to email i have emailed on the same day to [protected]@hathway.net and i got revert to write to [protected]@hathway.net, i have emailed here as well with attached screenshot of payment, but not hearing anything from them.

                            My internet billing date was[protected] and i have submitted bill on[protected] but still they disconnected my internet and its still not working after lodging many complaints. I am very disappointed from Hathway service executives and their behaviour. Many times they disconnected calls and never gave any solution. Its being 4 days still my internet services are not active and service executive says it will be resolved in 4 hours but even after 96 hours its still not fixed.
                            I am running a small software company and i have lost many works and it harasses me a lot.

                              Sir, we have a hathaway tv cable connection, at our residence in c-86 madhuranagar, hyderabad, 500038. It stopped functioning for the last two weeks. I tried to make complaints to the service provider several times. The phone was ringing but no one lifted to receive the call. At last two days ago they responded and informed the they will send a technician to adress the problem. But they did not do do. Afterwards i tried to contact several times but no response received, though the phone was tingin. I got fed up with their attitude and preferred this complaint. The mobile no. Of my service provider to madhura nagar residents is [protected]. I request your intervention to get my problem resolved. My mobile numbers are : [protected] and [protected]. Thank you.                               Promised free modem upon taking 6 months plan, but sending legal notice for the modem collection now even though I had 1 year service with them. Anyway submitting the modem now, hope I won't get any other legal notice from now onwards from hathway at least.

                                In the month of may i had relocated to tadipatri location in andhrapradesh location. Hence i was called to customer care and requested to pick my hathway device as i will be not using it. I waited for 3 days and i left bangalore as i vacated.
                                Now i received a call a month ago saying to return the device. I checked with that person if the connection is possible at hado sidhapura, sarjapura road but as the connection is not available, i requested the time and date to pick the device from me. But nobody called me. Yerterday i received a mail and got a link to schedule the date and time again to schedule for device pick up. I did and given todays date at 1 pm. But it is already 2 pm. Nobody called me or came here to pick the device.
                                I dont know why nobody is coming to pick the device from me and sending so many mails saying you will be taking legal action. Please ask someone to collect the device or if required i will come to any hathway office to return you. You can call me on [protected].

                                  I got my hathway internet connection disconnected almost 8 months back, post which they have never reached out to me for almost 4 months for modem. They started sending me threatening (Suing me) emails for not returning the modem. Every other time when they send an email i gave them the appointment and other relevant details. But no one turns up to collect it. Instead they prefer to send one more threatening email. I am fed up seeing these emails every fortnight.

                                    I deactivated my hathaway account 3 months back and paid all the bill. After that their guy came and collected the modem without giving any receiving or any proof. Now after 3 months of terminating of my services suddenly hathaway is sending me legal notice through e-mail to deposit the modem. How am i supposed to deposit the modem again?

                                      Hi,
                                      A/c no:[protected] i have shifted my residence 2 years before i. E, in 2016 may & i requested hathway 6months before to deactivate it. They still send me notifications of pending bills and scare me to file case against me. I paid one more bill accidentally in december 2018 for which i haven’t used at all. So, request is to deactivate it and get rid of my data from your records. I called n number of times to customer service but they tell me to return router which is my propert as i got it by paying huge sum of amount at the time of new connection & i was told that i own it. Anyways the router is been spoiled.
                                      I want an early response in regards to this and stop sending me messages and emails
