Hi, this is anand from chennai, i have low speed. I am only getting 60 to 60 mbps speed as you promised 150 mbps speed. I registered complaint on last tueday 16/10/2018. My complaint number is 14102018w794044-1. For past four days i am calling to your customer care they promising daily will send today but no one came and checked. Still i am facing the same problem. I am totally disappointed with your service. If possible do it. Otherwise i will change my connection to act (The service was very good and prompt compare to hathway).

They have yet two pay the rent of the office.

    I am getting call saying i have not returned modem, if i don't have to pay 2500 in 1 hours via online they will file a complaint and send legal notice. I am getting this call from multiple times from multiple numbers.
    Around 1 and half year back hathway engineers came to my house and collected modem and other cables and they have given the receipt also, these people now asking for the receipt, how can i find 1 and half year receipt? It should be recorded in hathway office.
    I have recorded every phone conversation with them, if needed i will submit all the phone conversations.

      I m not getting a proper speed from hathway broadband as such mentioned in my plan 50 mbps vs 150mbps, i have raised a complaint regarding this and raised a ticket but still it is pending morethan 2 months, everymonth if my plan expired then i m getting a call and they acting and convenice me to recharge my connection saying raised a ticket to solve my problem. But nothing is changed. Getting a worst experience from hathway

        Ugent help required!!!

        Pls note i was using 50 mbps plan 3 months @ rs 3000.

        My plan got expired on 25th sept and when your collection guy came i asked him for monthly plan since i shall be relocating.
        He gave me monthly option for same plan of 50 mbps @ rs 1140.

        I paid him rs 1140 on 24th spet for 50 mbps plan form 25th spet to 24th oct.

        Yesterday my account was suspended and when i called customer care after misguiding asked me to mail.

        Therefore pls change my plan from 3 months to monthly.
        I have already paid in advance for my monthly plan, so re-activate my account immediately

          Yesterday, 20.10.2018, at around 6pm one of your staff changed my broadband connection and said the connection will get activated in one hours time. Till now even after 30 hours there is no internet connection. I tried contacting your customer care number, but every time the call was dropped. It is just frustrating and you feel helpless when you cant even contact some one for help. I am doing online forex trading and i stand to lose some thousands of rupees because of your apathy. I request you to immediately to take action and see this does not recur

            Surveillance camera and sun next application offered as part of your sales commitment is not yet honoured. Your sales team pulled me into Hathway by offering the above freebies, were did not have any issues with ACT broadband. It has been 2months now since I accepted your offer. Even after repeated follow up over phone and email, I couldn't get any response from your team

              We have hathway connection in our home. But the speed of our hathway connection was very poor.
              Sometimes it gives higher speed and sometimes nothing. We have 50mbps upto 1000 gb per month plan and afterwards 3 mbps unlimited plan.
              The speed of the hathway connection was not also steady. After complaining to hathway customer service. They are not giving us proper solution and satisfaction.
              Please give us help and resolve the problem.

                I am getting calls from a lawyer or civil office in delhi stating that hathway has filed a case against me because i haven't returned the modem back after the use. The biggest irony here is they never give me a connection or i never used there internet. The only thing i did is filling an application form for the connection. The service guys came and put the wire inside my room but never came back after that. I informed them multiple times about the scenario but nobody appeared with a resolution and i ended up taking a connection from another service provider. Most funniest thing is it happened around 2 years ago and in between i shifted to an another place, were i got cheated by them again.

                Some lady from hathway telemarketing team called me and asked me to recharge for 899 and i will get a bundled offer for 3 months with some extra data. This was at a different location in bangalore and i informed the lady about what happened when i took or apply for the connection last time. I paid the money and the next day she called me and informed that they dont provide services in the area were i stay now (Murugeshpalya). I asked for a refund but they said they dont have any policy for a refund. I had multiple conversations with them that time but never refunded the money. And they kept on sending sms to me to take a new connection.

                So now i am getting sued because they cheated me twice. I am getting calls from delhi even though i stay in bangalore stating that there is a civil case against me in delhi. And when i googled about them, its a same story with multiple consumers who used hathway broadband. Am writing this in this forum to make sure that they are not going to do this to anybody anymore. I lost the money and i got cheated from their own marketing and installation team twice. This kind of harassments should end and the government should take a very strict regulations to stop this kind of fraudulent calls.

                Same thing happening with me. Hathway constantly harrassing to return the wifi modem long after I have left the city, when they never mentioend clearly that the modem has to be returned.

                Same case with me today, i was using the Hathway in 2010 / 11, after that i have stopped using that, because the other area didn’t had the feasibility. Now after 8 years i got call from Delhi saying Hathway will put a case on me if i don’t return the modem. Also i didn’t get any call / SMS / mail earlier from Hathway about returning the modem in last 8 years.
                Now they say if i don’t have the modem i need to pay 2500/- which is too much, when we can get a modem at 600 to 1000 Rs, Hathway is charging 2500/-, not sure why Hathway is harassing the old customers like this. I have used other providers also, they say if we use the connection for more than 1 year then there is not charge or even for the 1st time installation they give the modem for free.

                Hathway Team, if you treat you old customers like this, then even if we were thinking of coming back to you once our area gets the feasibility, we will never take the connection from you and even we will keep sharing the same bad experience with others.
                Earlier I kept on telling about the Hathway to all my friends that if they have the option then go only for Hathwasy the speed and support is good from them, but now definitely need to think on this.
                Hathway is constantly harrassing me too to return the wifi modem long after I have left the city, when they never mentioend clearly that the modem has to be returned. Also they never came to collect the modem at the address when I was staying there.
                I got the same call today from +[protected] named Raj but Truecaller shows kishore and multiple scams reported asking me to payup or he is sending notice to me within an hour. I don't know why there is no action against them even after these many harrassment reports. I used connection in march 2018 and I'm getting call today june 2019.
                The same has happened to me .
                I used Hathway only in 2017 and left the city returned the modem and everything and they have been harassing me since the past two years calling me to renew the service and now they've sent me a legal notice to return the modem when i already gave it back? This is horrible service and Consumer Harrasment . What is this service?

                  Hi,
                  I have registered for hathway internet in hyderabad and done whole payment few days back with customer id - [protected], but i have been deceived as no connection and installation till now. More ever that, i have been given false promises from few days that internet will be installed soon and so on.
                  Please suggest, how may i sue this company in court as they are making false propagations repeatedly.

                    I had a 10mbps connection for 18 months. after 2 months GTPL gave me an upgrade for 100 mbps for additional 2500 Rs. The plan was upgraded on 14/07/2018. However till dat .i.e. 18/10/2018. My plan has not been upgraded as there is no fiber connection facility in my town. The executive said it will be done in 1 month but it has been more than 3 months and I have no conformation from there when will my connection get to 100 mbps. They have just taken my money without providing the service.

                      Problem : have been promised 8 mbps speed, but the speed we have been getting since last 2-2.5 mo ths is pathetic, tge internet suddenly stops working, numver of complaibts have been made, but except for temporary solution, problem not resolved permanently. There have been major issues and they say problem will be resolced in 4 hours and sometimes it takes 2 days also.
                      The nodal officers number/nane wrongly publushed on site, the person who comes up says she is nodal officer for cable-tv, she gives a landline number which is rarely picked up.
                      Please take up the matter, hathway is such a reputed company but support wise a lot is expected from them & amounts to cheating as we lose precioys hours wothout internet

                      I paid amount of my renewal but there is no installation for my account it has been completed 2 days but when Cal them they are saying from our side problem has been solved but the problem was not cleared at all.

                        I had disconnected broadband services 2 years back and had refunded their modem also. Now i am receiving calls and messages from couple of months asking me to submit the modem other legal action would be taken.

                        Today again i received a call from [protected] saying to submit the modem, these calls i had received before also couple of times.
                        That time also i told them how will it be possible for me to keep the receipt after 2 yrs of disconnection. This person was talking rudely

                        If they didn't receive the modem that time they should have been calling me asking for it. Why all of a sudden from no where now they realize that they didn't receive the modem.

                        These people are harassing by sending daily calls and messages.

                        Below is the actual message received.

                        "due to failure to surrender hathway internet modem, legal notice has been sent to user xxxxxxx. Plz deposit the modem for ur hathway a/c no.[protected] to nearby branch to avoid further legal action. For any query cont [protected], [protected]"

                          My name is gopinath aravapalli, i hold a broad band connection with hathway and the account number is #[protected].

                          I have raised a complaint on saturday 13th october saying i have no internet connection at home and los light on the wifi router is blinking. Every time i call them they are saying they will sort it out in few hours and i see no response.

                          As per the agreement they are suppose to fix the issue in 4 hours and it has been 5 days.

                            Even though we have paid the bill, hathway has suspended our network. I have been calling since 4 days and they have done nothing. Please look into the matter. They say that the payment has not been processed yet, but we have proof, which i have attached. And they haven't even been cooperative. All they have to say is that they will look into the matter.

                              Regarding Service ID: 03092018W088442, I have a complaint.
                              Since I received a call from Ashwani (Safdarganj Branch Mobile: [protected]) on 3rd Sep'18 asking to recharge the hathway wifi. I told him that my wifi is disconnected from 1 month due to your executive Mahesh's wrong commitment to me as he took Rs 1066 first month and promised to pay only 400 from next month but after 1 month he did not pick my call. Ashwani asked the Mahesh's contact number ([protected]) and tried to call Mahesh but he did not pick the call. Ashwani told me that I have plan of minimum 550 with 5 mbps speed, if you reacharge immediately I will get started your services. I told him that my new address is 100 meter away from old address, so please feasibility but Ashwani said to me that hathway service is available everywhere in Dwarka Mor (which is my new location) then I made payment of 550 through Paytm. Technician called me that there is no any feasibility there. When I called back to Ashwani, his number is switched off. I also have a call recording.

                              Please look into the issue. If not feasible then refund my money

                                I had taken a hathway connection in 2017 through a package deal and after being dissatisfied with services i stopped using the services.

                                It has been more than 6 months i am receiving messages, this is a legal notice call, please return the router and then next week i get another call "sir, please renew the service". I have been telling on each call that please come and collect the router from the address at which the connection was given, but no body comes to collect and and i keep getting legal notice messages and harassment calls.

                                      I am being a valued customer in hath way network for last 3 years .

                                      My name is Jedda Mahesh reddy and my account no:[protected] .

                                      Last month I have renewed internet connection for 6 months and I get the confirmation from the team that connection will continue to hold when you moved within the city and I have also mentioned the area am moving. Then the executive said service will be available in this area and accordingly I have renewed for 6 months . From last 10 to 15 days I am daily calling customer executive for connection update in my new premises after struggled for 10 days I got a call form technician and his way of speaking is rude and he is not at all willing to take the update for the exact location where am staying he just said that there is no connection available in your area and get off the call.

                                      I try to call customer care and also mailed head office but till now i have not received any response from them. why should n't they pay my amount back as am not using my internet. Please help some one there.

                                        I have taken plan for 15mbps per month speed on 15 aug account id is [protected]. They asked me to pay 1532 inr for 2 months invoice. Their executive ist threatened for asking about refund. After that they collected router too.net was purchased on 15th aug and disconnected on 19th aug and 30aug they even collected router. And dozens of mail are sent but no respond and even no refund. I got more than 10 times call from company from different no and disturbing me and harassing me and saying to recharge whereas i am not using it.
