    Hi sir/mam,

    I'd like to inform with with great concern that your company is enormously harassing and intimidating me that a case is pending against me in mumbai high court as i have not returned the modem and this is perpetuating unabated from last one month.

    I would like to bringing this to your kind submission that i have availed the prepaid services for broadband connection in august and paid them via the cheque and subsequently recharged my accounts
    With the requisite payments. However i find the services quite dismal and ordinary and therefore i stopped my prepaid connection and asked them to take the modem/ router from my home as i do not want to continue with them for thee poor services.

    However instead of taking the router/ modem from my home, they are indulging threatening calls from different numbers telling me the call is call from mumbai high court and the case is filed against me. To know who has filed the case they are referring me to some other phone number to get the details. When i asked them to stop harassing they are calling from different numbers.

    I have kept the screenshot of these numbers and some other strong proofs of harassment. They wanted me to submit the router/modem to their office.

    Since i am an office goer i cant submit the box to any office but i have suggested them to take the box from home., which they blatantly refused to do so s i am supposed to submit to their office which is never been a part of any contract signed.

    I request you humbly to collect the box from my home and stop harassing me disguising in many advocates to file a case against me.

    If you do not collect the box with a receipt, hen i can clearly presume that you want not to provide me any receipt at your office by coercive force to continue with a baseless charge against me.

    I received a call from the [protected] to know Why I called . I told him to take the router from the home of which he threatened that there lawyer will talk to me.

    This harassment is assuming the alarming proportion and it is disturbing my mental peace drastically. They do not want a router but will continue threatening me.

    In a civilized society this is the most obnoxious way of disturbing the mental ace of entire family and therefore I want to stop this harassment for once and all and take away the router by giving me a receipt.

    One time they have threatened me that the case is filed in Mumbai high court against me almost twenty days back and on the contrary there are forwarding to reactivate the connection, which is bizarre and irrational to core of any one's belief.

      Hi,
      I am Dattatraya Ringe, my Hathway A/C no is [protected]. It was prepaid account. I have used your broadband service from Nov-2015 to May-2016.
      Because of my relocation and Hathway broadband service is not available at new location I have stopped to use service and submitted the device (device s/n: 2N[protected], MAC : FC4AE91A53F4 ) in Hathway office at Chinchwad, Chafekar chawk in jun-2016 and asked for the acknowledgment but a person done some entry in system and told me there will be no requirement of acknowledgment I have settled & close your account. On that basis I was assured.
      It was good experience, good connectivity and speed. I have paid bills online and time to time. I was your loyal customer.
      But after 2 year I have got message “Legal Notice has been sent to user Dattatraya Ringe for Hathway Broadband A/c No [protected] please pay immediately Rs 13111.34 to avoid further legal action” and calls for pending amount …
      I never used Hathway service from june-2016 (even though 1MB net).
      Please check your record & correct it, unnecessarily these messages & calls are coming.

      Please look after this issue sir.

        Since 16th september 2018, i am facing an issue with hathway broadand connection at my home. It disconnects frequently and does not return for a long period and sometimes for hours.

        I am from pune city and stay in kothrud (Ac. No. [protected]). First i sent an email to hathway pune's nodal officer on 19th september as connecting to hathway's customer care number is another pain in a axx.

        Pune nodal office mr. Sameer haldikar, [protected] responded that issue will be checked and resolved. Nothing happened, the frequent drop in connection was still continuing. He first asked me to call him directly whenever the connection goes off. Whenever i tried calling him on +91 [protected], none picked the phone. Hardly couple of times i could get through the call but by then network was on so he really could not check the issue.

        This is still happening as on 5th september 2018.in the mean time, i have all communication on emails. On phone, i was told that engineer will visit my place, but none visited in 19 days. 5 days ago my ticket number "01102018w576202" was closed stating power failure and mr. Sameer updated me that the regional switch/hub room receives electricity from some private resident and he turns off the supply on his wish any time so you are getting connectivity issues. And the ticket was closed without checking with me whether the issue was resolved or not.

        As on today the problem persists and after 1st october also there are two tickets were raised and got resolved automatically.

        This morning i lost my temper and blasted on mr. Sameer. Upon that he told me...
        1. Please contact his senior, i asked him to sms his number he said, he has no phone to sms, he will verbally tell the number, i was stubborn on sms but he said he cant. He claimed his senior manager's name is some mr. Vijay vadnerkar
        2. Mr. Sameer also said that everyday he is following up with his senior for this problem and he cant to anything anymore, this clearly means they are aware of the problem as well as its status but still they were closing the tickets to just to complete their sla
        3. When i asked, how the tickets are getting resolved without checking the status with customer, mr. Sameer's response was, thats a different department and i should call and ask this question to customer care
        3. My argument was, why a customer should become a ping pong ball and talk to various people from hathway's different departments
        4. I was angry and even mr. Sameer was angrier than me and on me, he was blunt, arrogant and simple said, he cant do anything, he has got lot of other works, i asked him if these are his "final words" and does he mean it, then he said yes. Do whatever you want to do, i cant do anything was his final words,
        5. At the end of call i told him that i am going to escalate this to wherever and that would be troublesome and expensive for him, he replied, do whatever you want, i dont care. (This shows how matured, cultured and professionals are hired by hathway).

        After the heated conversation, end result is, i did not get the phone number of mr. Vijay vadnerkar on sms, my internet is still not working, i received another ticket number sms "05102018w642505", no engineer turned up and i am left helpless.

        I have along mail communication in my mail box which happened with mr. Sameer since 19th september. If needed i can forward that to the senior most person in hathway management and not to any tom, dick or harry.

          Hi,
          My hathaway account no is [protected]. I was using hathaway prepaid broadband till 2016 mid in noida. I switched job and moved to a different city. The internet connection was disconnected.in june 2017 i got legal to submit modem or pay fine. I replied 3 times and tried to call delhi nodal officer but to no avail. I have those mail chains as evidence. I called customer care but they said it's not their department so they cannot help. Now i am in different city and the modem was collected by the local hathaway dealer/vendor later on but i guess he never updated the authorities. Now i am getting calls regarding legal notice for return of modem. Why?
          There is no proper contact details of the concerned department to resolve this issue. It's total harassment on the company's part. 1st of all no proper process no proper information and no contact for resolution but out of blue you just get a legal notice served on email. Is this why people avail service, to be harassed? Is this the company motto?
          Still till date i have not been able to resolve it.

          I was contacted by hathway over the phone and they asked me to pay Rs. 2500/- in order to close the account. Since I do not have any receipt for return of the modem. When I asked them to send and email/ written communication regarding the same, they denied. I need an email stating the same because I do not want to be left out with no proof of money payment for the specific purpose. Please send an email on my registered mail ID or atleast an sms on the registered number. If so I will pay and can close the account.

            I was using Hathway broadband approximately 7-8 months ago. Ever since I stopped using it, I get daily phone calls from your call centre. It is very overwhelming to receive all these phone calls when I have explained my case clearly to each one of them. The customer care agents have continuously promised me of putting my phone number under “Do not disturb (DND)”. Nothing has been done so far.
            Today I tried to reach out to the helpline where they completely refused to help me or even transfer my call to the concerned department.
            In case you want my case to be further justified, refer to the official email I have dropped on helpdesk, where I have shared my details.
            It is highly disturbing for an individual to attend as good as 2-3 phone calls everyday. Kindly look into the matter asap otherwise I will have to take some legal action. Please make it stop.

              Every month there is technical problem for a few days. The cable operator does not pick up the phone many times. The Nodal Manager seems helpless always.
              Despite sending email, there is no solution for 5 days. Hathway sent reply asking details and yet no solution.
              I want a refund for the days from 29th Sept 2018 till 5th October 2018.

                I have paid the hathway bill through the googl pay (Tezz) on 16th sept and my bank as well as google pay confirmed that they have already paid to hathway but hathway people saying they have not received the amount and instead they deactivated my account. No action being taken my hathway till now.

                  Hi Guys,

                  I have raised a request for New Hathway Connection and after sometime the new connection request was raised on 28th September 2018. I submitted the documents in Online & on behalf of the hathway representatives request I paid the sum of Amount of Rs 3180.00/- towards the 50Mbps Package with 6 months validity on the same day i.e., on 28th Sept 2018 at 3.30 pm.
                  After the payment the reference number was generated from the Hathway, but in reality the Installation-team of Hathway denied to do the Installation saying that the payment is not reflected into their account. When I checked with the HDFC Bank they told that the Transaction was completed successfully without any fail.

                  How one can deny to do the Installation even after the successfull payment was made, if the payment is not successful the TransactionID won't be get Generated from hathway right.?

                  I didnt even expect this kind of facility from "Hathway". This issue makes me to regret myself in choosing the best broadband network provider. My previous broadband provider might have provided me a best service if I hold with them. I came back to Hathway only with the hope that they might be providing a good service. I am totally regret for my fault in choosing hathway.

                  Even after calling up customer support team and following up the status with installation team, no boday has provided me proper answer and in my shock they are even not picking the calls. So this is the way that customer service work.

                  After raising the tickets and complaints noone came back to me for the current status of the issue. The scenario was different when I first contacted Hathway to check the offers, they called me "N"- number of times for to get the confirmation of connection, once I paid the Amount and submitted the documents they are un-reachable to me over a call and mails. It has been arround 6-days since I made a payment after the connection request, still the installation is not done yet. This is such a bad Experience from Hathway.

                  I raised the requests in customer Support call center several times once they took my complaint after that they are not even picking my calls.

                  I sent a mail to "hyd.[protected]@hathway.net" and "hyd.[protected]@hathway.net" but there is a no use at all.

                  If they provide this kind of service how one can refer this connection to others and dumb those guys.

                  It has been arround 12-days since I made a payment of about Rs 3180/- towards the new connection request in the name of Hathway, still there is no progress in this status. The Customer Care of Hathway is doing Time-Pass by simply saying it will get resolved but there is no call from their end about the Status of this New Connection.

                  I'm totally wondering how they can behave that much rude with us even after the HDFC Bank saying that the payment was successfull without any Fail. I request all the peoples who wanted to go with Hathway please do check with the service of them before taking up their connection. It has been worst experience that am facing with these guys.

                  Here am attaching the screen-shots of the Customer requests that I raised, actually I raised arround 10 to 20 Complaints out of that they have noted only 2-Complaints and they are not even replying back to my mails.

                  This is one of the worst Experience with them, I lost my Energy, Personal Life and Professionally I am unable to Support my day to day office activities from Home due to lack of Internet Connectivity. I am wondering even the excalsion department also not able to file a complaint regarding this. Every time if you wanna going to check the progress of your ticket as a Customer we need to call the Hathway Customer Care and check the status. They wont even take a initiation on this simple status check.

                    I have had no internet for the past day, my account no is [protected]. Since the past week or so i have had to raise 7 or so tickets to address problems with the internet. Imagine that. I have written emails to customer care, raised complaints through the app where tickets misteriously vanish without being resolved. Now i hear jio wants to acquire, i hope when they do so they fire their useless customer care staff. The past week has been a ducking nightmare.

                      Hi,

                      I have made payment on 26th Sep of amount Rs 1766/- for a plan of 3 months+30 days of 20 Mbps speed as per call received from Hathway executive (ph: [protected]). Existing plan expired on 27th Sep but account not activated and i raised complaint on 28th Sep but no luck.Till today i called more than 30 times to customer care and receives only one response "it will get activated by today" but don't know how many today's has to come. Everyday morning to evening only one thing im doing from last five to activate my account but they don't care at all and no manager to escalate and speak to any other authority.They will not provide update on ticket raised only same response they will give.

                      Can someone help me to resolve my issue..Either activate my account today or else refund amount.
                      Is there any legal way to file case.

                        Due to irresponsible behaviour and poor service . Decided to discontinue this existing hatway broadband service which is just 15 days old. Sales team given all false commitment . Even talk to customer care which is useless .Even with sales person who is not taking ownership and nodal officer Mr. Sameer Haldikar Contact number [protected] who is irresponsible .Only once picked up call agree that he will get it sorted and put refund process over email . But since that day he not picking any of my calls.

                        Droped so many mail but company is not responding to single mail.

                          I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the internet connection provided by your company in my area. I am writing this complaint because of the high handed behaviour of the hathway broadband department of mira road.in your brochure you had mention that your company uses technology that guarantees uninterrupted internet connection. However, this not seems to be true.
                          On 27 sep.2018, one of your associate"mr. Sharukh"from hathway has approached to me for new internet connection. He has explained new broadband plan (50mbps for 6month-4450₹with gst). According to plan, 500₹ required for registration and remaining amount
                          Will be paid after the connection of modem and after the call, i have received an email from"ajinkya ravande"with the full details of plan see as below email. I have taken
                          This plan and transferred 500₹ to my hatway account a/c-[protected]. Almost 1 week passed but still modem installation is pending. When i am trying to follow up with"mr. Sharukh"on this no.[protected]. I am fed up with his foolish answer "tomorrow we will install" but never comes his tomorrow and now, he is not replying on my calls.
                          I thought by droping this complaint issue get resolve faster therefore i have copied to you but situation still remain same. However, i am angered by the mismanagement of hathway technicians and his foolish answer. If your staff is not able to resolve this issue while knowing this gm is copied in same mail and they haven't taken any action then i can understand "how much responsible you are!!" for your customers.
                          I am disappointed because provided poor service as well as hathway technicians does not work properly.
                          I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until (Set a time limit).
                          Please contact me at the below address or by phone.
                          I would like you to send a team of trained technicians and your staff has proved inefficiency of trained technicians in hathway.
                          As soon as possible to resolve this issue. If you don’t, we cannot help but switch to another service provider.

                            I have 40 mbps internet plan, and i am getting 5 mbps speed.

                            When i was called to customer care executive "amit rajput" senior executive of gtpl.

                            He asked me we are not able to provide you more than 5 mbps internet speed.

                            He gave me calculation (If my plan is 40 mbps, so here is the calculation of internet speed [40 mpbs/8 = 5 mpbs downloading speed] and for upload speed [40 mpbs/16 = 2.5 mpbs upload speed].

                            Also, please aware of fraud of gtpl, they did not mention this thing in a company brochure.

                              Hi,

                              I used hathway broadband services from[protected]. I stopped using their services after may 2017. I called up hathway and asked them to end my connection and to collect their router and modem. Nobody showed up. I kept the router and modem with me for a year after which i got threw them away. However, after almost 1 year later they are texting me asking me to submit the router and modem failing which they will initiate legal proceedings against me. I had already asked them to collect their stuff on phone to the customer care executive a year ago. How is it that i'm being threatened with legal proceedings now? It is their responsibilty to ensure that as soon as a request is raised to terminate connection it is acted upon. Whether it is over email or phone is irrelevant. I also checked against my account and there is bill due. I'm all paid up. Also, i was using a prepaid connection

                                My hathway account number is [protected]. I have taken a plan in 2016 and was told that if the plan is taken for 3 months, then modem is free. Now that i have stopped using the hathway services, i keep getting calls to renew the account though i have told number of times that i do not want the service. Off late, i started getting calls to return the modem. I have taken the plan initially on the assurance that the modem is free. Please have this issue resolved as soon as possible to avoid any further inconvenience.

                                  I shipped my old account with prepaid connection those are neither service not provided nor my money also not refunded i was raise so many complaints but those are all the tickets have been closed without any update, intimation, action taken. After 3 months i visited hathway office those are very worst service, those we were not helping you you can do anything like complaint but we cant anything before approval from mumbai, but i am trying this almost 4 months
                                  I see this type of complaint so many worst worst worst service and response
                                  And also mainly i was getting mental torcher from hathway callers and messeges regarding renewal and payment for not provided service how i did,
                                  I am not getting refund and return i recieve calls and messeges for renewal payment.
                                  Please do this needful to me.

                                  I have used Hathway before 3 or more years and terminated their service due to poor service. From past one month I have been threatening calls. If same thing happened with you - do email me - [protected]@gmail.com

                                    Termination of connection and refund of my money against prepaid account[protected]
                                    My hathway account number is[protected]
                                    My account registered under name ramesh jeyaprakash
                                    Hathway sales team promised my to give 6 months complimentary subscription if i pay for 12 months subscription up front. They also promised a 4 antenna router.
                                    I made payment of rs14, 000+ on 14th aug 2018. Connection was given on 18th aug 2018.
                                    They did not honour the commitment of complimentary subscription of 6 months
                                    Even today 29th sep, as per their records my next recharge date is 18th aug 2019. I had raised internal complain in hathway. They said the offer is not promised to me. I told them to disconnect my connection and deduct the fees for the connection for 1.5 months or 2months and refund the balance

                                      Hi, i used my hathway connection till first week of april 2017. As i was not satisfied with service of hathway. I decided to stop it. On 18 april, i went to hathway office in deccan, pune and paid the full settlement bill after having discussion regarding the discontinuation of service in hathway office in their payment machine. I have email copy of that. Hathway employee was agreed and said, they will disconnect it and will collect modem from my home and not to worry about bills as i am not using any service, so no need to pay bills and it's in their record. I stopped using internet before 18 april 2017 itself but still received bills without any reason after that. They collected modem after a year and now randomly getting such calls. It's causing me mental agony. Trusting hathway seems to be a biggest blunder of my life.

                                        I am currently using broadband service from gtpl as i have purchased a plan of 25mbps for 6 months on 05/06/2018 and they have stop giving me the service from 05/09/2018 till today.
                                        After complaining for several times in there customer care no. [protected] and there appellate authority (+[protected] i didn't get any redressal. I have complaint all the authorities concerned from local level isp to the appellate authority but they only seek the time and didn't give me any response regarding my issue.
