My card number xxx-4692, want to complaint about the service issue once again. Really very much fedup with the hathway services i must say, i lodged my complaint 12-14 days before, you can check with the your service record or with miss jyoti, she was following my complaint, but till now no response or say resolved. I had told her that my cable wire is broken from last 7 days but all in vain.
Really want to ask what kind of services your are providing to your customers? And your local cable operators are of no use as well, they are just for collecting money on time thats it but about service related its nill. Miss jyoti was attending my complaint till last week (27th july) but after that no call and no confirmation about the request.
You can check my past record i had disconnected my one connection due to bad service of my local cable operator and hathway and same thing is happening once again now. Just tell me once very frankly if the hathway is not enough capable of resolving my complaint once again just disconnect my mentioned setup box connection. Don't want this kind of services served from your end from last 15 days.
