Despite several calls from hathway from mumbai offering attractive offer of free wi fi camera if payment is made for one year amounting to rs.10620/-. I have made payment by cheque against id no.27072018w464910 connection id no.[protected] in the name of baldev raj arora. But they said without confirmation by mail camera facility will not be provided and till this time no mail is received by me. Please expedite.

    Dear sir hathway is cheating on people by promising services and by not completing their promised services.
    Sir hathway promised me a cctv camera installtion for free and additional 10 days service to me if i take their services but not only they did'nt install a camera also they did not add additional 10 days to my subscription.
    Sir ny name is anshul dobhal and my hathway acc is [protected] and my phone number is [protected] sir please help me to resolve my problem as i am very disturbed thank you.

      I have taken new hathway cable connection from vcn network, aashirwad cable network nagarabhavi 2nd stage bangalore-560072 by paying rupees 2000 for the new set top box.
      In return to the amount paid, i have been given a used set-top box which is not working properly and has lot issues. Even after multiple phone calls i am not getting any response from the cable operator and he sends his boy with some other used box which doesn't work. So far he has replaced 6 set top box with in 6 months
      When demanded, he asked me to contact the owner of hathway..

        I used to use hathaway broadband internet service in aurangabad, maharashtra in 2015-16. After shifting to new place i contacted hathaway to disconnect the service. But now a days i am receiving messages like legal notice has been sent to pay the bill rs 3220/-.

        So what can i do now. Why should i pay the bills for this.
        And hathaway customer care support is also not good.

          I have discontinued hathway internet service around 2 years ago as i shifted to another house and hathway said it was not a feasible area to shift connection.
          I asked them to collect the modem before leaving. I also gave the new address for them to collect the modem from. But no one came or contacted for modem collection.

          I have now received an sms saying that demand notice is generated and legal action will be taken if rs.13, 392 is not paid.

          I also have communication from them confirming that i am shifting to a non-feasible area for shifting the connection.

          This is harassment and instead legal action needs to be taken against them for this. Hathway should pay rent charges for storing their modem at my place.

            I have made connection 10 days back, they have installed modem but iam not getting internet, i have reached out each and every person i can and received very poor response from hathway team, i have paid 3179, i have raised request through customer care for cancellation of subscription and for refund, they said you will receive call from hathway by end of the day but not yet acknowledged,
            So, i have called back again to customer care,
            Now the customer care person was like, account details are not found

              Hi team,

              I have been receiving spam calls from a person saying that they are from delhi court asking me to pay the broadband bill which was closed in 2016. I had informed hath way team to close the connection before moving out of the hyderabad. Its your company fault for not closing the connection on time.

              After 2016 i have not received any calls from hath way about this issue. As of a sudden today they called me and threatening me

              Can some one please help me what to do on this issue?

                More then 100 times did call for same issue but still doesn't get resolution. Very poor service. You will diplomatic answer from everyone. 1000 times more better jio instead of #gtpl

                From last week my office internet is totally stopped.
                No buddy can take responsibility. Very poor customer service. If have negative ranking then i give minus ratings.

                Avoid gtpl. Don't buy any gtpl plan.

                  I used hathway internet 2 years back which is a prepaid connection. I requested to disconnect the service in jun 2016 as there severe network issues and no service was provided for almost a month. I reached out to customer care and asked to terminate the account, in response they have directed me to drop an email for termination and account will be closed. Hence i followed there instructions. However there was no response from hathway and i assumed that account was terminated. Hence after i didnt use hathway services. Hathway team didn't reach for next two years. However after two years, i received a message as below:

                  "dear customer, process about case to be file in lokadalat court due to default of rs.4920 in your hathway account [protected]. Call [protected]"

                  Hence after i am getting threatening calls for payment which is harassing me mentally.

                  First of all my account no was 1351230 which is not the account they mentioned. Moreover my connection was prepaid (Which i have paid money in advance). Please look into the issue and resolve it

                    At the time of my broadband renewal in march 2017, the sales agent fom hathway broadband had promised me 700 gb data per month if i renew for 1 year. That was the worst midtake i made as now i am stuck for 1 year and i have to fight for every little thing that was promised during renewal. Till last month my account was showing 400 gb data per month. I raised a service request for correction and have been following up with thier billing team and so called nodal officer also via email. To my shock, instead of correcting to 700 gb per month as was promised, now my data plan shows 200 gb per month.
                    I also had to follow up a lot to get my billing amount corrected which was showing a balance due even after making the full payment.
                    Request you to save me and many other naive customers from this fraud company.

                      I made payment through paytm on 15 july 2018 they came and install the router on 19 july 2018 on that i am called to customer care they said minimum 24 hrs to activated and later 3 days finished toady 22 july i'm highly dissatisfied even customer care also didn't even response properly they don't even know how to active the connection i want my money 3180 a.                         One of the worst internet providers. I registered a complaint that the internet is not working at my place. The customer care said it will be resolved in 24hrs. I requested that it was urgent and they mentioned it will be done before 24 hours. It was never done within 24 hours. So I called the customer care and the professionals kept saying 1 hour more. When I wished to speak to their managers, in the name of transferring they kept saying transferring and disconnected after some time. They also mentioned that they will give call back which never happened. After several calls like this, the customer care professionals started asking me to be professional. Finally, I asked them to take away the connection. Which this filthy company immediately did. But did not return the money immediately. Bad service and bad professionals. They have blocked my money for 15-20 days but disconnected the service immediately.

                        The company has now refused to pay a refund. The refund which they initiated and said will be given in 15-20 days, now they are saying that it is company's policy to loot their customers and not refund their money. Losers, cheats, thieves in disguise of a company

                        The company keeps saying there will be no refund. Also, during installation they used the LAN wire of other internet service provider. When I got the new connection done, the original provider of the LAN used it. So there is no way I can use the Hathway connection. And no refund as well. This company should be banned for cheating and now stealing as well!!

                          Called customer care for same purpose for 4 times on[protected].
                          Didnot receive any back calls from any one of them (Billing helpdsek or customr care) till now.
                          I am being charged for bills for which the data is unused. False contact details are mentioned in mail for contacting hathway broad band aurangabad customer care. I could not reach the forum for this reason.

                            We have been without Internet for a month now, despite timely and full payment of dues. Excess amount paid also has not been refunded

                            Everyone I call either cuts the call or their phone is switched off.

                            Pathetic. I can't do anything because I've paid so much money. Every time I contact someone they say "don't worry, it will be resolved soon".

                            The sales coordinator who I interacted with while registering for Hathway says someone messed up but we can't do anything, and that I've left (Sarath).

                            Suraj who is apparently a manger keeps cutting my calls and when I call from another number denies he did this.

                            Tejas (some big guy in billing) tells me to wait for one day, and when I calm again the phone is always switched off.

                            What am I supposed to do. I have no idea.

                              Broadband speed issue
                              I had been constantly facing the internet speed issue since 2-3 months and already many a times have complained to the Appellate authority of the company, still I haven't got any resolution regarding the issue.I had Presently paln of 6 Mbps and still am not even getting complete 5 mbps speed.So its a request to kindly take some action on the company and please provide the solution at the earliest.

                                I have been given offer by hathway
                                about 3+2 months for 1415 INR ruppes in March

                                I have bought that package ..(attached Screenshot of the offer message.PFA)
                                It was 24 March 2018 i have made the payment
                                have attached Screen shot of payment it was through PAYTM ( Attached Screenshot) The package was 3+2 moths for 1415

                                So from March 24 to August 24 i have paid for 3+2 months service

                                But on June 24 My service is terminated and i was forced to pay 1415 on 24 june 2018, I got my serivec back and i started contacting customer service through phone and through email...
                                i called customer service but my call was not attended

                                i have emailed them 8 times with same repeated message
                                i have attached screen shot of emails i have send
                                and i have been said i will be contact back
                                but it been a month .. they have not contact me back about that issue

                                Yesterday I have got New message. Asking me again to renew before 26 july
                                How could it been possible that my account is going to expire just in one month when that package was about 5 months

                                please find attached images and help me on this issue
                                I would like to have refund or full given package service with same speed

                                  I had Hathway broadband connection during 2014 and when I had to relocate to a new place, I requested for a relocation with Hathway broadband but that place did had the option to have Hathway connection. so the Hathway team sent a mail saying, we cannot provide service to that particular location.

                                  I requested for a disconnection and they sent me bills for two more months though the connection was removed from my old residence. I paid that also and requested to disconnect the broadband. They accepted it and sent a mail saying, "Please ignore the bills sent from Hathway team" and asked me to give a date to return the modem. I sent a timeslot, and a person came to collect the modem and he collected it and gave me receipt for the same.

                                  Since the hathway team said to ignore the bills, I ignored it after that. Later by 2017 I relocated to a different place and took Hathway connection again. And now I am currently a Hathway customer. But all of a sudden I got a call one day from CIBIL team saying, "If I dont pay the pending bill amount (Rs.6000) to Hathway, they will file a case against me in court and I have to proceed it further through court." And they asked me to pay within that evening itself. Since they were threatening me saying this, I ended up paying it.

                                  But later i realised this was for those ignored bills of my previous connection with Hathway three years earlier.

                                  Now I have all the related " interaction mail chain, receipt given by the Hathway person while returning the modem etc". I forwarded everything to the Hathway team, and they are just saying apologies and saying, they cannot refund the amount though they knew very well that, this is a mistake from them only.

                                  I cannot give Hathway Rs.6141.98 like charity. If I say few apologies, will they ignore my current bills for six months.?

                                  Please help me in solving this issue.

                                    Hello all,

                                    Even I had the same issue with Hathaway broadband. I have use the Hathaway till date February 2015 and then changed to ACTFIBERNET from February 2015. But suddenly in last month (June 2018) I got a call from Hathaway broadband saying that I have a due of some amount around 6000. I have shocked and said that I was not using Hathaway since 2015 and how come my account will be active when iam stop using Hathaway since last 3 years. But these Hathaway people don't have a proper reason and proofs or logs for what I have use data from February 2015. Don't know why these people are trying these cheap tricks with the Hathaway old account. And iam continuously getting calls from some people from Delhi and saying that Hathaway filed case against me as a money cheating case in Delhi high court. Iam getting calls from two people one lady and one called himself lawyer. Talking to me with unparliamentary language. I don't know if the court people will talk to the people in this kind of manner. Even I don't know why these Hathaway broadband people filed case against me in Delhi while I am used connection in Hyderabad. Don't know these people are fake or real. But this kind of activities are not at all acceptable.

                                      The last time when I used my Hathway internet was 2 years ago and now they sent me legal notice that Rs 2250/- was due on my account. I have cleared all my dues but now they are saying that there was uncleared amount. They gave me some advocate number who said that case is filed on my account and he was very rude and was using bad words. My Hathway was a prepaid connection. I disconnected it 2 years back and now there calling me and harrasing to pay the due amount.

                                      Please look after this issue sir.

                                        I had Hathway broadband connection during 2014 and when I had to relocate to a new place, I requested for a relocation with Hathway broadband but that place did had the option to have Hathway connection. so the Hathway team sent a mail saying, we cannot provide service to that particular location.

                                        I requested for a disconnection and they sent me bills for two more months though the connection was removed from my old residence. I paid that also and requested to disconnect the broadband. They accepted it and sent a mail saying, "Please ignore the bills sent from Hathway team" and asked me to give a date to return the modem. I sent a timeslot, and a person came to collect the modem and he collected it and gave me receipt for the same.

                                        Since the hathway team said to ignore the bills, I ignored it after that. Later by 2017 I relocated to a different place and took Hathway connection again. And now I am currently a Hathway customer. But all of a sudden I got a call one day from CIBIL team saying, "If I dont pay the pending bill amount (Rs.6000) to Hathway, they will file a case against me in court and I have to proceed it further through court." And they asked me to pay within that evening itself. Since they were threatening me saying this, I ended up paying it.

                                        But later i realised this was for those ignored bills of my previous connection with Hathway three years earlier.

                                        Now I have all the related " interaction mail chain, receipt given by the Hathway person while returning the modem etc". I forwarded everything to the Hathway team, and they are just saying apologies and saying, they cannot refund the amount though they knew very well that, this is a mistake from them only.

                                        I cannot give Hathway Rs.6000 like charity. If I say few apologies, will they ignore my current bills for six months.?

                                        Please help me in solving this issue.
