I had recharged a plan of 880 on may 30 2018 for three months in advance, i, e 2300 amount. The offer suggested to me was via call and recording shall be there. The offer was: pay for 3 months in advance and get one month free. Now after 3 months have surpassed, i got a call that you need to recharge the last day. I had raised a complain in their forum that i need to be billed for free month. Its been 5 days and yet there is no internet for me and the customer care had asked 72 hrs and its been more than 5 days of that. Even if i get the internet in subsequent days. I would want to observe some beneifts for the loss and tension i observed over these 5 days of no internet even after paying for the service. I cannot over look this cause its not any manual or connection issue. Its purely technical and billing issue which could have been resolved way before.

    I have paid rs.2655 for 3 months plan on 5th july 2018 and on 6th august i did shifting of my internet connection after which my account has been deactivated and internet is not working since 25 days.       I have disconnected the hathway broad band as i was moving out of bangalore
      And also i have handed over the modem. But i am still getting calls regarding this.

      Today i got a message again, to surrender the modem.
      I am out of bangalore and i don't have modem as it's already returned.

      The connection was disconnected in nov 2016 and the modem was handed over the same month.
      I have emailed several times to bangalore help desk in 2017.

      Kindly resolve.

        2 years ago, I have been using hathway prepaid internet services for around 1 year and was closed later I discontinued it for personal reasons.
        I got a message today that "Due to failure to surrender Hathway Internet MODEM, legal notice has been sent.To Avoid further legal action plz deposit the MODEM.
        After 2 years of break in service they suddenly appeared for the MODEM.
        They could have come just after 7-15 days after the discontinuation of the service.
        When I call the number given in SMS, the person on call was not speaking properly.
        Is this kind off ransom/spam to get money on name of "legal Notice".

          I am another victim of the hathway threaten & extortion fraud call scam, I received many threatening calls for my account no. [protected], which got disabled 2 years ago as i have the legal proof of relocation, i have called many a times that take back your wifi router as i have relocated to an area where there is no hathway operations. (where do i go and submit your router where you are not operational)
          Despite that i started receiving threatening calls that we (hathway) filed a case of forgery against you, you have to come to the court or else submit the money within 30 minute, after few hours again i got a threating call, since my wife picked the call hathway guys threatened my wife tooo, she got too depressed & started crying, she got too terrified that i was forced to pay rs.2436/-, that to for a disabled connection.
          This is the clear case of threatening and extortion as i have recordings for the same.
          I must say hathway is the real name of terrorism, forgery and extortion...
          We all should unite to file a legal case against such extortion fraud of hathway..

            I have gtpl internet connection and from last 13days my internet connection is not working. I have registered issue to gtpl customer care.
            I have called maninagar branch (Nearest branch) many times they told me that issue will be checked but no one come to check and still my internet is not working.
            Everyday i am calling gtpl customer care to register the issue they book my complain and very next day they close the complain without solving it.

            Even gtpl is not taking my issue seriously. Gtpl customer care gave me maninagr branch number when i have called them they are giving other person number round and round.
            Lastly i spoke with the person named vishal from maninagar branch and he was asking me to visit the branch office else issue will not be solved. I don't have time to visit the branch every time as i am also doing the job.

              I got the connection disconnected 2 years back when i shifted from the city. I called them 4 times to collect the setup box but no one turned up. Every now & then they called up asking me to give the set top box. I asked them the address in my city but hathway has no office there. Now i am receiving threatening calls saying my payment is pending of rs 1225. Which payment? It was a prepaid connection. I don't owe them anything. Then why this harassmwnt. A lady talks in loud voice threatening legal action if money not paid in 2 hours. Why? This is absolute fraud, unethical on part of the company. Total harassment

                Hi i'm getting repeated calls on daily basis on behalf of hathway from this no [protected], with proper disconnection procedure it was being disconnected in the year 2016, now why am i getting such calls, is hathway purposely giving such data to fraudulent people outside, y they themselves don't mail customers from there official mail ids and clear with there customers instead...

                  Hathaway internet service continue force me to submit charge for postpaid connection while connection was prepaid. Every month, i were paid then he started service of that month, otherwise internet service was not provide by him. If not paid then he was stop the service from day one of new month start. But today i have gotted call from hathaway for submit charge. Regarding this, i hv already discussed with costomer care & he informed me that by such thing happened bydefault postpaid showing & assured me for we will correct. Then why he call me again & bother.

                    I want to complain regarding Hathway. The customer care is irresponsible that I can't even explain.
                    They keep on increasing the prices of the plans.
                    Even after recharging they take a lot of time to activate the account.
                    I called customer care 9-10 times and they say sorry for the inconvenience just.
                    They do nothing. They just say "we are sorry we cannot do anything.
                    Please email us"
                    I sent emails a number of times but still no response and no call from their side.
                    I needed to use the internet very urgently but they just repeat a single line.
                    "We are very sorry for the inconvenience".
                    I really am pissed off by their so irresponsible behavior.

                      Hathaway broadband services promised me 50mbps speed but the speed never crosses 10mbps whereas i’ve specifically paid for high speeds, plus since a few days internet hasn’t been working and i generated complaints which haven’t been solved.
                      I paid them 3100 for three months for unlimited high speed internet. Even after filing complaints i got complaint resolved messages without anyone visiting my place. Very disappointed and traumatic experience. I’m highly disappointed and harassed.

                        We are regular customer of hathway t. V. Cable for the last 2 years. Our service provider is zee cable vipin garden, uttam nagar, new delhi. Our connection is in the name of anirudh sharma r/o 284b, vipin garden, kashmiri gali, uttam nagar new delhi. We are finding it very difficult to move ahead with the services provided by zee cable for the last two months. There was no cable when we spoke to them they told us to bring the system to their office for checking whereas they are supposed to rectify the problem at home not by saying customer to bring the system to their office but i did that but sorry to say that within a day or two there is again no cable network. Then again we approached them but again the same reply was there from them. Then they changed the box. But after a week again there is no network then on calling them they said the computer man has left for the day so it could not be rectified till next day. We being old person in family have no other option and decided to switch over to some other network such as dish tv or tata sky for better services. If your company's agent cant provide services to the customers then you should stop allotting them agency for providing such useless services. Pl. Let me know how much refund i will get for the disconnection of the cable and other formalities.

                          I have terminated Hathaway broad band connection in year 2017 in month of May and cleared all dues and informed the company through Email and to customer care on phone.
                          No Email reply came after that and no technician if hathway company came to uninstall the modem Till date on 27th Aug 2018 got a call from a Delhi Number[protected] on which person speaking said I am from Hathway and you have to pay 2500 rupee through PayTm or online. When I confronted him for what ? He said for modem then I said please collect it from place of installation this is company's responsibility. Then he said no you deposit in company then I told him I will not, please collect it from place of installation where your technician installed it, then he said I am sending your file to consumer court and disconnected the call. I wrote a Email again to customer care after this call but no answer till date. Please see screen shot attached.

                          and i moved location so there is hathway service then i took act fiber and purchased new modem.

                          Today i got call from hathway legal department that i have to return modem or have to pay 2500.

                            Hi,

                            I used hathway internet 1.5 years back which is a connection. I requested to close the connection due to there bad customer response and they said ok. After a month or so an executive came and collected the hathway devices. However, i keep on receiving bills every month over email with a different account number on my name. I raised a support case over email to them, but there was no response from them. Finally, i got a call saying that they are calling from delhi high court there is a case lodged on me.

                            Why should i pay the amount if i had not used the service at all. I complained to stop connection and it was the failure of hathway support to stop connection irrespective of multiple reminders to stop connection and hathway saying to send the legal notice to me now? I am not ready to pay amount as i had not used the service. Moreover, my connection was prepaid.

                            This is harassment and instead legal action needs to be taken against them for this

                              I had hathway broadband connection, which i used to pay bills in advance still company says its postpaid. After couple of months always have issues with line or network so i want to close my connection. Whenever i call them to close connection cc told to give request before 1 month, then i paid again and asked to close, haven't take request. Then onwards i stop using connection still they are generating bills. After couple of months there representative come and take the modem. Still they generating bills. I have mailed them to stop genrating bills and all.

                              Even i told them i have used the connection 3 rd day of month if you consider 1 to 30 then im ready to pay 1 month rend actually which i haven't use. Request them to stop give me final bill of just one month i will pay and stop this. Never get solution.

                              Now im getting calls from delhi high court saying they have send the legal notice, sending police. What i do please advise. Actually its there fault still im raady to pay 1 month still they giving 11000 bill.

However, nobody from the office came to collect the router. Now i have received a legal notice to surrender the router. Can you harass your consumers anymore?                                 I was user of hathway broadband in 2014 the account number assigned me that time is 1166173. I paid the amount for this connection at starting itself as it is prepaid plan. Because i am not satisfied with the service i approached district forum against hathway in march 2015. After some time hathway agreed to provide me one month free internet so withdrawn the case in october 2015. I used one month which is november 2015 free service and left it. Their customer executive taken the router from me at this point of time. After one year i got the bill 2753/- i called customer care of hathway and asked about bill and explained that my connection is prepaid plan and closed, i don't want to renew and told about the consumer case cc/123/2015 that i am not satisfied with the speed then they said they will consult their manager and call me back but never got call. Because the plan i have taken is prepaid plan it's over by that time and i never renewed it. Again after 2 months with different account number [protected] i got the bill. I tried replying to their mail but got bounced. I neither used data connection nor requested for new connection after november 2015 from hathway. I never taken any new connection from hathway after november 2015 and nobody came to my home for giving connection or for taking my kyc detials. I didn't get any call from hathway about bill all these years. Suddenly i am getting threatening calls and messages some telemarketing people saying need to pay the bill otherwise legal notice will be sent. How come prepaid connection will have pending bill? Who asked to give connection [protected]. When it was activated? Who has taken kyc for this connection?

                                Complaint not yet resolved how come it is moved to resolved state. Today I got call from hathway([protected]) saying that if I activate the connection by paying Rs:1463/- I no need to pay 5460. I am not interested to activate again face the same headache. first of all why should I pay 5460 when I haven't activated the previous connection([protected]).

                                    I took hathway services in 2016 or 2017 and i suffered a lot because the service was not good. I have disconnected the services and asked them to take the router as i am not going to utilize it. After a long time, i got a message saying that due to failure to surrender the router hathway will take legal action if i am not submitting the router.
                                    I was shocked seeing that because i have never asked for the free router to install and when i spoke to hathwayagent ankababu ([protected]) he told it is free and need not required to give it back however if at all required hathway person will come and take it at the time of disconnection.
                                    This is what he promised me and now hathway is ready for legal action for no reason. Even now i called the hathway to raise a ticket and also conference the call with the delhi legal team person pooja ([protected]) and someone ([protected]). Again the agent (Nikhil) from hathway told that the person will come and collect the router in 24 hr. Which is not happen again i got a call from the legal team this time when i called the customer care the agent (Sajith or sai) told me that it will take 30 days. When i asked him to tell the same thing to the legal team he disconnected the call.
                                    I am not sure whom should i complain and what to do please suggest me and do the need full.

                                      My gtpl account user id is - shabri_018

                                      I have gtpl broadband connection internet. I am using gtpl broadband since last two years. There was no any issue for long time. Now they are disconnecting my internet everyday and i call gtpl customers care number everyday for my disconnection issue. Everyday they disconnect and when i call them then they reconnect. Even customers care number [protected] is not working today. I am not happy with gtpl internet service and i could not concentrate on my work because my all work is on internet. I have bought high speed 10mbps internet and paid in advance and still they are not providing proper services for my money. Gtpl is not interested in giving proper service but they are much interested in taking customers money.

                                      Kindly request you to sort out my problem.
