Following is the mail which i have sent to hathway
Hello,
Please find below the trailing mails. Please check the mail dated "mon, may 14, 2018 at 1:33 pm" from your billing team, in which it is clearly ask by your team to pay rs 824 for june 2018 month payment and the remaining wrong amount will be taken for waiver as that was a wrong amount.
Last time when i had a discussion with your executive (Daisy), i clearly told her to put me in my old plan rs824 plan, which i was using earlier before taking your new plan in jan 2018, and to this she agreed and thats why i was asked by billing team to pay rs 824.
This month also, same issue is coming and i am being asked to pay rs 3000 which is reflecting as due amt in my account. This is a wrong amount, and it should have been waived off. I am not going to pay this wrong amount and since i am getting this wrong billings every month, i do not want to continue with hathway.
Please disconnect my connection asap.

SO I visited Hathway head office at Hyderabad and complained about the calls that I am receiving on daily basis.
I asked the Hathway executive (SATISH) about the below details but he has no information on this.
1) I asked a lot of times in the past to disconnect my connection as I am moving out of current place(Call records for the same)
2)Bill info :_ Can you provide me the bill details and usage of my account details as I didn't use the account for more than a 1 1/2 year.
3)As far as I remember my plan is Prepaid how it got changed to post paid Can you provide me Plan info
4)When I am not using the account for more than a year why it is still active as its a prepaid connection
5)Suddenly after almost more than a year with out any intimation to pay the bill how can you register a case.
6) Even I visited the near by Rajendra Nagar Police station at Hyderabad and SI spoke to him but the person didn't gave any information to the police officer except that I am calling from Delhi consumer court.
Why I need to pay bill for the account which I am not using for more than 11/2 year

when i placed a request for termination of the connection they asked me to submit the router. I requested them to send on executive to collect the same as it was not possible for me to visit their office and submit.. they agreed to send on executive to collect, but no one came for that and neither i received a call back to submit the router at their office.. now they are saying as a customer it is your responsibility to submit the router at the office, then why the hell they agreed at first to place to send an executive??
We went to the office and they in threatening toned told us to pay the compensation or they will sue us in the high court.
The connection was disconnection 2 years back and the router was returned to their office still they are sending us the legal notice now.
Please suggest us what should we do ?
Exact same thing has happened recently. I think if we all get together and threaten them they all stop this non-sense. I thought I was alone in this, but here we are lot of people. Its high time these people are taught some lesson
