I took hathway services in 2016 or 2017 and i suffered a lot because the service was not good. I have disconnected the services and asked them to take the router as i am not going to utilize it. After a long time, i got a message saying that due to failure to surrender the router hathway will take legal action if i am not submitting the router.
I was shocked seeing that because i have never asked for the free router to install and when i spoke to hathwayagent ankababu ([protected]) he told it is free and need not required to give it back however if at all required hathway person will come and take it at the time of disconnection.
This is what he promised me and now hathway is ready for legal action for no reason. Even now i called the hathway to raise a ticket and also conference the call with the delhi legal team person pooja ([protected]) and someone ([protected]). Again the agent (Nikhil) from hathway told that the person will come and collect the router in 24 hr. Which is not happen again i got a call from the legal team this time when i called the customer care the agent (Sajith or sai) told me that it will take 30 days. When i asked him to tell the same thing to the legal team he disconnected the call.
I am not sure whom should i complain and what to do please suggest me and do the need full.

    My gtpl account user id is - shabri_018

    I have gtpl broadband connection internet. I am using gtpl broadband since last two years. There was no any issue for long time. Now they are disconnecting my internet everyday and i call gtpl customers care number everyday for my disconnection issue. Everyday they disconnect and when i call them then they reconnect. Even customers care number [protected] is not working today. I am not happy with gtpl internet service and i could not concentrate on my work because my all work is on internet. I have bought high speed 10mbps internet and paid in advance and still they are not providing proper services for my money. Gtpl is not interested in giving proper service but they are much interested in taking customers money.

    Kindly request you to sort out my problem.

      I have requested for disconnection of internet services one year ago and also paid off all my dues. On tuesday i get a very disturbing sms from legal team of hathway threatening me to pay my due or call their legal team to resolve the issue. When i called them, the receiver sounded like a call centre enployee who threatened me to lodge a complaint if i do not pay my dues. My only demand was to give me statement o[censored]sage. This is a very cheap play hathway. You cannot threaten a commaner without producing evidence.

        I have been hathway broadband customer (Acc:[protected]) for more than 2 yrs. I have paid rental advance till dec-2018. I was residing in rented flat in ramamurthy nagar, bangalore until 13aug-2018. I have shifted to another flat in mahadevapura, bangalore for which i have raised address change request. Their came back saying service not feasible and had initiated device recovery. I have to follow to expedite the recovery hoping of getting the refund sooner. Nothing happened from their side and i have to reach out to appellate authority - mohan. He called me twice to understand the problem and expedited device recovery by assuring of refund post recovery. Post recovery i receive a shocker email saying refund not possible from the same appellate authority mailbix

          I talked to hathway customer service a lot of times (3-4) over phone and asked for my connection to be terminated and modem/wiring taken away.
          No one came to pick up those things from me. Now i have left that place more than 2 years back and i suddenly get a message saying legal action will be taken if i don't return it.
          You people didn't come to collect it even after asking multiple times.
          The person i talked to this time on number [protected] talked so rudely and says to me that "there was no one in that area at that time so i should return it".
          If you had told me that instead of saying that you will come to pick it up, i would have returned it myself but now having moved out of that place more than 2 years back i cant do that any more.

          Please take care of these things on your own and train your staff.

            I took a new hathway connection on 18th of aug, 2018 and was done with the payment of 3 months that is 2120 rs. On the same day and the device got the hardware installed on 21st august. The technician who came to fix the device informed that the connection will be activated from the same day after 3-4 hours, but unfortunately we have not received any password till now. The person who helped us in getting the connection is not responding after taking the payment. Further we have tried to reach out to several customer executives for so many times and they are mentioning that the ticket is still is process and would be fixed within a day.

            Its mentioned in your website that it would take maximum of 72 hours and in this case it is almost going to be 6 days. I cannot wait any longer. This is the most pathetic service i have ever come across. Now i want to cancel my subscription and want to have my money back. Please start the refund as i have not used your internet even for 1 day because it is not even activated all thanks to your disgusting service.

              I got a call from one of the hathway staff on december 2017, and he introduced me with an offer saying that if i recharge with amount 9202/-, i will be getting 12+3 month free and i did renew my account even i had some time for renewal on 27/12/2017 but after renewal i didn't get offer mail or message confirming the plan.

              As on today my internet is disconnected my customer account number is [protected]. I raised complaint or request through app but no resolution and even they agreed that there was such an offer but, it was not updated in the database against my account. I am expecting to get solution for the issue.

                Hi take new connection in hathway broadband on 23/08/2018 and payment made through online on same day with the amount of 2120/- for 3 months subscription. Over the one day they didn't provide the connection and also not attempt a call from me and also tried several times to the customer care but they didn't provide proper information. As well as service centre also not responding and they didn't reply also.

                    I am using data service of hathway. I disconnected internet in month of july due to high charges but a employee of hathway called me and misleading me that we are giving offer to you with discount of 200 per month with double speed and this plan forever. So i accepted and recharged my account but now hathway customer care calling me and says you have to pay full amount. I have contact number of that employee. I can share. Please do needful.

                      Hi Team,

                      I got a SMS from unknown number saying that I have to submit the router from Hathway to avoid legal action.

                      I am not using Hathway from past 1 and half years.
                      I was out of India and I asked for deactivation. No one has reached for account renewal or relocation or deactivation. Surprisingly I got message to submit the Router.
                      I tried to reach customer Care, I got shocked that they are unaware of this message stuff and asking me to come to HimayathNagar office and speak to the representatives.

                      I called the numbers provided in the 'SMS' no one is picking up.

                      Please provide information are these genuine messages from Hath way?
                      Please help me in this regard.

                        Hi team,

                        I had subscribed for hathway internet services in july. I had opted for unlimited plan with speed of 30 mbps. Since the day it was installed it is not working properly. I have filed multiple complaints with hathway but they don't care.
                        Every time i raise a complaint they say there is some technical problem and we have solved it and they close the complaint. I need my money back.
                        I have already made payment for 3 months but wifi is not working properly since the day it was installed. Please help me to get my money back.

                          I am having an issue connecting to vdi and every time i have made a call i have been given incorrect information.

                          I have made a call today (22nd august 2018) and i have been informed that i am facing this issue because of dynamic ip and i have to pay some extra amount for static ip and they will activate it in an hours.

                          I called again an hour and customer service agent is telling me that they will activate in 48 hours.

                          May i know why i have been given wrong information. This has caused me a great loos in my project.

                            I am Anjaneya, have the broadband connection with Hathway. I have taken 3 months plan supreme 20mbps.

                            I am getting varying network speed from 4MBPS to 15MBPS. I tried to call customer care they are not helping me in solving the internet speed. And also misleading in giving the correct reason behind the problem.

                            Now they are not helping in cancelling the connection and refund the remaining money.

                              We needed the routers to be replaced with 2 antennae and were advised to pay the bills which we did for Rs.26000/- to enable the new routers to be delivered and fixed.                                 I paid the amount of rs 2301 on 6th july 2018, on 7th of july installation completed with account id-[protected]. The service was for 3 months with
                                50 mbps speed unlimited.

                                On 29th july 2018, i requested for shifting of the connection to siddiq nagar gachibowli, hyderabad. They didn't shift the connection even after multiple calls and requests.

                                I registered a complaint on consumer affairs regard that with complaint id-864083 and asked for the refund of the whole amount.

                                After 1 week, they called me and sent me a mail that they will give good services and also will extend the services for 17 days and will make the connection.

                                I agreed with the argument after a humble request over the mail and they installed the connection.

                                Now, this fraud services started showing their colours, they started a new plan on my account and made a due amount of rs 2101 over me. After 1 day they again deactivated my account saying, "i didn't pay the money".

                                I again registered a complaint in consumer affairs with complaint id- 873040 for the fraudulent service by hathway.

                                I paid the money for full 3 months services on 6th july 2018, which i haven't received, i need my full amount back to my account without any excuses.

                                  Hi,

                                  I made payment of rs.1460 on aug 11th and no connection is provided till now. I was forced to make payment by frequent calls and messages from salesperson ravi. But no response once payment is done. Already have esclated to area manager karthikeyan and no actions taken so far. I feel like cheated and lost trust on hathway services due to this. I have attached screenshot of please help to get the refund.

                                    We took hateway broad band connection. Due to pathetic service and high tarrif we decided to disconnect. After several calls for disconnection. They stopped service. They didn't inform single time for disconnection we need to give router back. We stayed in same place one year and vacated one year back. Because they didn't ask whole year we thought as it's mentioned as free router while taking connection they won't bother about it now we are getting treatening calls from them demanding 9000

                                      I made 2400 advance payment to hathway for activation of broadband connection. It is reflected in selfcare transaction history but still connection is deactivated. Tried to call hathway customer care they say your problem will be addressed and it been week no one come forward.

                                        I contacted hathway for new broadband connection in july and opted for 4 months subscription after assurance of proper service however in this entire 1 month, there have been cases of frequent disconnection, bad customer support and hence i decided to discontinue the service.
                                        The hathway customer support are however telling me that no refund is possible as per their policy.
                                        It is not right at all as the reason for disconnection is purely service based for which customers should not be penalize.
