A couple of months back, when the hathway connection wasn't working, the company suggested i take a new connection along with a new router. This meant that i had two connections in my name.
Earlier this month, i was asked to renew the connection for 3 months and get 3 months free. This payment was made into the new account.
Since i was still being bombarded with calls about renewing the old account, i put it in a request to cancel the old account.
The smart team at hathway cancelled the new account, and now cannot reactivate it.
I have been told that the payment made will be transferred to the active account, and raised a ticket (#18052018w307727).
Yesterday, i received a message saying that the issue has been resolved, but guess what? The connection isn't working.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
