I had a Hathway Broadband connection in Pune ([protected]). It was a prepaid connection. In the month of Jan 2017, I extended the connection for one month and paid Rs. 880/-. And on Feb 22, 2017 I asked for a disconnection and I have submitted the modem to the agent. And I had paid 100/- as some closure fees. Also, I had sent a mail to the concerned authority for closure of the account. But, a few days back, I got a call from some one claiming to be an advocate asking me to pay my due amount of Rs.4852/-. When I checked the details, I see they have set the due amount to pay as 4852/- in the website. On June 09, 2018I met with the Pune office manager Mr. Rakesh Phuge, explained the details. When he checked the details he found that for my account the submission of the Modem is listed. The account is terminated. But there is a payment due of Rs.4852/- too. I do not understand how this bill is generated when everything is closed.
Request you to look into this matter and revert the wrong bill generated.
