I made hathway renewal payment of rs 1060.82, using hdfc netbanking, using citrushathway gateway.
My account no:- [protected].
Hdfc ref no:[protected]
Due to gateway error, recharge was not successful.
My money got deducted and i spoke to the bank customer care and they reverted back saying that the payment is made to the citrushathway gateway.
They told me to contact the vendor payment gateway and ask then to revert back the amount back to the bank.
Please contact the gateway and please help me.

    I cancelled my connection in march 2016 at hyderabad. Hathway raised a bill in june 2016, which i paid. I kept receiving bills and i kept writing back not to send as i cancelled the connection.in may 2017, i received a legal notice on email for rs 8700/- saying pending dues else will file a case. I reached out to appellate officer, who said we are looking into your concerns and we will get back to you.
    Suddenly, since this morning i've been receiving calls saying we are calling from tees hazari court and a case of cheating has been filed against you. You were to appear before court today. When asked, they gave the number of a lawyer, who says he hasn't filed the case yet and will give us 30mins to pay, else he will file the case worth rs 75000/-. Then a lady posing as resolution officer calls and threatens to pay. I've all the emails, recorded calls of threats.

    This is a dupios company, harassing innocent customers.

    I continue to receive threatening and harassing calls every alternate day. Despite writing to TRAI, Vatan Pathan (Their CEO), I continue to get harrassed. I have written to their nodal officer atleast 25 times till date. She never bothers to respond.
    same case with me. started harrasing me almost two years after disconnecting the connection and leaving the place. Infact mine was a prepaid connection strictly speaking there cannot be any dues as I have paid for three months before hand and disconnected it in one month with out even using it after that. now they are asking me to pay for the wiring charges and router .

    Why hathway guys have the moto to harrass every single guy who leaves hathway. I have been tortured from hathway from last 1 year. 3-4 calls a week, plenty of sms. Cant you guys understand, if someone is not interested in using your service anymore? Disgusting..

    After disconnecting Hathway due to poor service, I get more than two calls everyday for renewal.
    During the period of the service, even when I would log a complain, no one would answer, now due to disconnecting, I am being harassed with calls everyday.
    Despite writing emails still the calls haven't stopped.

    Hathway only harasses customers by giving poor service during the tenure of the service and after disconnecting they harass by calling everyday.
    I stopped using Hathway in January 2020 and returned their router. I keep getting calls several times a week (and sometimes several times a day) and SMSes to go back to their service. This is the worst kind of harassment. I have emailed them multiple times to remove me from their lists yet, 7 months on and counting, they continue to harass me, calling me in the middle of very stressful times when I need to keep my phone on and expecting calls from the hospital. Please, please stop.
    The same issue is with me. I submitted all the things related to Hathway to them but they are harassing me every day with more than 5 calls every day. Hathway should respond to this

      Ac no : 1524101, i took connection in jan 2016 and disconnected in 2 months. I am still receiving bills. I mailed helpdesk, now after 2 yrs there are asking me disconnection proofs, inspite of my multiple requests. I am receiving many calls (Might be fake calls from delhi) that a complaint has been raised on me for not clearing the bills. I think hathway is gaining bugs cheating customers and india as well. Please take some action on this guys. I have all mail profs for disconnection. Customer care of hatway is so worst none responds.

      Hi Guys,

      I disconnected Hathway in June 2016. Today I got a call from number [protected] and she told me that hathway has filed a case against me in delhi court and I need to pay them 1900 within one hour or else they will go ahead and I need to go to delhi to attend the hearing and it will cost me 10000. When I checked with hathway they said 1900 is due from my end even though I cleared all my dues before disconnecting. I call the delhi court number again after 2 hours and asked her to give details about the case again. She couldn't give the details this time and asked me to tell her what is the case about. Then i told her that I am in a police station and asked her to talk to Police officer. She disconnected the call and she didn't pick my call after that.

      Yes sreerag, i did the same thing. Every time i get a call, i get a new case number interestingly . Pathetic thing is hathway data is been hacked i believe and customer care is so bad doesnt even respond . I have informed this to my friends and circle to get rid of HATHWAY as early as possible
      I am also facing same issue, my connection was in Hyderabad and i make a call to Hathway costumer care to disconnect my connection, since may i am also getting calls from Delhi.

        Hi currently i have months subscription till september 2018
        I have raised a request for relocation my internet connection to my new location.
        But hathway is not able to provide me connection due to some internal issue...
        Then i have made a refund request.
        After few complaints they started to say my registered mobile number is not reachable. Later with a serious talk they started to say we are not refunding any money.

          I have an hathway broadband connection, since 2 years i am not using that account because service is not good. So i accled to customer care to cancel my account long back only they said they will close the account, after that i forgot about that but last month i got a call from advocate about the payment due hathway is going to file the criminal case against me.
          Actually that is prepaid connection, whenever i used month starting only i have paid but without closing the account they are Blackmailing for the payment.

          Because of they blacmail i paid 1600 rs but still they didn't close my account. multiple times i called to customer care evry time they will say we raise the request to close the account.

          What i need to do on this, please help me.

            Hello, i want to register a complaint against hathway broadband bangalore.
            We are using this network from august, every day we face network connectivity, we raise the ticket but they close the ticket without resolving. They never intimate prior if there is any technical issues unless until we call them.
            They are providing the worst network service in entire bangalore. The team is so irresponsible, they never resolve issues and they never call back. Today is the third consecutive day we are not getting internet and we are requesting hathway to provide internet as it is compulsory for us to work.
            Please take appropriate action on hathway.

                  This account was disconnected way back in 2015, can you please help me to understand the usage, and provide all bills for 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018?

                  My ask is simple, you must have a ticket where i requested for disconnection of internet services and was acknowledged by one of your executive, still bills were randomly generated. I did even receive calls from your executive asking reason for disconnection which i explained.
                  I do have an email from your executive asking reason for disconnection which i replied back. This itself confirms there was a disconnection request which was actioned..!

                  I was called to offer best plans and switch to hathway. Now these calls to offer plans will only be made when i am not a customer already on hathway isnt it?

                  I am now being asked to pay a hefty amount for which i am not responsible at all!

                  1. I have not received any notices from you over email, calls or written document via postal services. Even if you claim they were sent who acknowledged them? If they were not delivered at address, they must have been sent back to you and a call is expected as a next step of intimating customer isnt it?

                  2. I have noticed that multiple times password was reset for the account i used when i had your connection - now these requests were not made by me, so who did them? (Since the mobile number was somehow my own in records, i got to know that but i was no longer using you service then!) guess account was alloted to someone else?

                  3. I was told that a consumer forum case is registered and i am informed about it at 11.30 am on 26th saturday, forcing me to pay bill of 12k (Including bill arrear, advocate fee which isn't mine obviously) by 1 pm same day! So 1.5 hrs for me to know and action? Else i should be ready before the honourable court in delhi on monday the 28th! Is this so easy for someone in just a day? Even your complaint redressal needs 48 working hours...
                  Again why notices were not sent to me if so?
                  What i don't understand is i am the consumer, how can a company raise consumer complaint?

                  4. Each and every transaction, usage, tickets i logged and calls made to me by your executive asking reasons for disconnection should be available in your systems, i need to know the details and move accordingly. How do i retrieve these? A company which is falsely looting from their previous customer can provide details legitimately?

                  5. If i call cc# [protected], the ivr fails to get information on said account and states no info found! True isnt it because i am not your customer from mid 2015!

                  You can check from the usage as well, not even a single byte is used because there was no connection at all!!

                  So who should file case on whom now? You or me? You have hired a full time advocate to call people and threaten about legal action?

                  For a customer in hyderabad, what isnthe jurisdiction? New delhi?

                  It is what exactly happened to me. I am tired of calling customer support and complaining about poor internet connection way back in 2015 or 2016. I asked them to disconnect my internet connection and asked to take the box. They collected box after 3 months, but they charged me for next 3 months. Now i am receiving calls to pay the bill or else I have to attend Delhi court in next to days. I have also sent email to Nodal Hyderabad asking to provide my internet usage report for the invoices they generated. They replied stating that "We are working on your issue and will respond back shortly". Its been a month and there is no response at all now even after repeated followups. I am also from Hyderabad and I don't know why they are filing case in Delhi. They also changed my acc number from 1425668 to [protected]

                    I have made the payment against my hathway broadband connection on 22 may 2018 but hathway disconnected my services saying tht payment has not been made. Actually the payment has been received by their citrus payment gateway. From the last one week my account has been deactivated for not making the payment. The payment issue is internal which needs to be resolved by hathway. I am a customer of hathway from last one year but not been treated well. Their customer care use to say i will talk to technical team n resolve this issue but since last week they are unable to resolve this issue. Neither they are refunding my money back nor they are activating my broadband connection. I hope hathway understands customer relationship and activate my connection asap.

                      I have taken Hathway Broadband in Bangalore and now after recharging there is no service, internet is not working. I have complained many times after recharging within 24hrs. But no response from the service provider and I also requested to discontinue the service and refund the because I have not used the service. I Request you team to kindly take this up as priority and help me to get the justice and also kindly help others who are suffering from these types of issues by this service provider.

                        After having best review of gtpl, we have switched to gtpl and got connection on 22052018, but even after 5 days there is no connection, we had complained about the same and we were told that it would be solved with in 24 hrs. Every time i called i receive the same answer but even after 120 hrs. The problem is as it is. Our billing is stopped due to this and when we tried to connect to the responsible person there is no satisfactory answer given to us... Is gtpl ready to bare the loss of our business sofar? We are sorry to say it is really a bad experience...

                          There has been frequent disconnection the past one and half month.. The technician comes and fixes after 2 days again same problem. They are unfit to solve my issue. I have been placing complaints after complaints past one month but unable to solve. Every time i call the customer service they say 24hrs. I am unable to download a 300mb file without any interuptions. But they ask for money every month correctly.

                            Attached junction boxes on our wall without permission. When we contacted to customer care five times, always people found too rude and dump. They have only one answer that go to gtpl office and contact in person. This call center cannot do anything and no information with them about where to contact further.
                            Gtpl is horrible...
                            One of gtpl associate told that gtpl has high authorities backing so they are not listing to any ordinary people and they harrase normal and ordinary people. If you raise complain against gtpl then they have contacts with local fund as to harass... Staff is mostly uneducated.

                            The company customer care are not responding proper.Also they don't want to do his job proper and they are bothering to customer

                              My broadband line has been broken on 23rd may 2018. I had registered a complaint and the complaint was closed without resolution. There is no contact person who is responsible for this and the company only gives false promises of service. Nothing is being resolved expect for fooling the customer. The line should be fixed and i should be compensated for this harassment.

                                I have made payment of 1500/- to hathway broadband on 24.05.18. Before taking the payment one person named rohit has called me that connection will be done within one hour. However they have not made a connection. Now they are telling that i have to make connection of my own. Neither they are making the connection nor refunding the money.
                                So, i request you to take appropriate action against the company and get my money refunded.

                                  I had to raise complaint + fraud with me from gtpl broadband as im complaining since 2 month to till now regard net issue every night after 9 pm my net stop with unknown reason and after noon start working fir koi technical banda aata hai noon me chalu dekhta hai net to chala jata hai complaint close krke yahi cheez last 2 mahine se ho rhi hai i dont know whats going on with gtpl agar meri query resolve nahi hui to i get my fulll money refund

                                    I have booked a broadband connection from company's rajkot office for my residence and it has been cancelled before it's been activated. I have deposited required amount and that amount i am still waiting for the refund.

                                    The company is unresponsive. The receipt number 19565 dated 12/05/2018 for your information.

                                      I am not using hathway since 2 years, but i got a bill amount 9965 rupees, you will know if you can you check the data usage,
                                      I don't want hathway connection. 2 years ago i called hathway persons regarding account closing, but they didn't respond, i called many times. From that time i am not using hathway broadband internet.
                                      I got a bill amount 9965.98 rupees even without using internet.
                                      Customer support is worst. Please verify this.

                                      Today (25/05/2016) i got a call from one lady from delhi ps, she said they got a complaint from hathway company, and also she has given complaint number ('dl502class18').
                                      After that she has given advocate number, she is also from delhi, after that i called her, she said i have to pay the all the bill amount. So listened her and paid all the amount. Still my hathway account is in active.
                                      Two years ago i told them i don't want connection but they didn't respond.
                                      Without paying bill how they give internet for current month.
                                      If i wont pay, the account should be suspended within a week. But it is not happend. They charged me wrong amount because of their worst customer care.

                                        I took a Hathway connection on Feb 28 after paying 3500 rs for a speed of 50 Mbps. From the time I took the connection till April 8 I had consistent issues with the internet speed which was less than 20 Mbps as compared to the 50 Mbps promised. I issued several complaint requests during the period and the customer service did not even have the courtesy to send in a technician to check the problem. After multiple complaints, the issue was resolved on April 8. As is only fair I issued a request for a month's extension of the connection. My request was approved by a customer service professional on March 29. However, when I followed up the request I was told that since I had used the net during the said period I was not eligible for an extension
                                        I contacted the nodal and appellate officer only to hear the same thing. The appellate officer told me that they had no authority to issue a months extension following which I mentioned that a customer support executive had provided misleading information. About three days later I came across Trai regulations that said I could ask for a month's extension if my complaint had not been resolved in 15 days. I contacted the hathway office to know the exact date I registered the first complaint. At first they told me the system was not working and the second time they told me that the complaint was registered on April 3 when I know for a fact that the complaints started way back in March. The appellate officer very calmly claimed that despite the fact that I signed a contract for 50 Mbps, you cannot always get the said speed and that therefore they could not refund the money. Hathway, if you can't provide even half the said speed then you should not cheat your customers and commit fraud. Do not charge your customers if you can't provide proper service
