I have registered for internet connection on 30/03/2018 and done all the payment but till today as of 03/05/2018 there is no action taken towards my registration. I was using gtpl internet connection at my old place then i shifted which is nearly 5 km away from that old place, i have registered for connection to my new place and taken a 10 mbps unlimited plan but after about a month also there is no action towards my registration.

    Hathway has removed some channels from their list like cnbc, colors, mtv etc. As hathway hasnt paid them for the service. On enquiring about the same, the hathway team informs us that the rates quoted by them are higher, where we customers have already been charged for the entire year and are not even getting the services promised by them. What are we paying for? When we end up making a late payment, they stop the cable service, what are we as customers supposed to do here? The channels were removed last week by them. Request the concerned authority to take some action.

    Hello, i am try to explain customer service that i have ping issue while playing games, i return what response i get is "sir its your game which is having problem not hathway" like seriously, all my friends in mumbai get 5 ping and i am the only one who get 100 to 1000 ping it is litteraly unplayable

      Hi i am facing problem from last 10 days but no response from hathway team its very pathetic situation for me i paid for 6 month but hathway system suspended my account in 3 months your customer care can't help in this they says we are not able to solve this problem because its related to billing and billing team never reply.

      I am waiting on my refund for last 45 days but no response received from them.

      Customer care is very bad and even Kailash ( POC -Rose Icon ) is not responding.

      Pathetic service.

      Please be aware before investing in hathway broadband.

        Sub some important channels stopped telecasting in mulund east area.

        Since last 10 days hathway cable has stopped telecasting color marathi, cnn, cnbc awaaz, cnbc tv18 & many more channels without customers any fault. Where as in other part of mumbai mulund west, bhandup, thane, kalyan, dombivili, pune every where telecatall these channels.

          It has been 3 days when I requested for Hathway internet connection, have made almost 10 call to sales person Ravi and Customer care to installation Modem,

          after number of followup installation has been done, on 29th April around 1:00 PM, but till now its not activated and I don't see any benefit in instrument kept at my place but service not activated.

          Though have followup with customer care multiple time and same with sales team, and seen no pro-activeness or action on raised complaints.

          Can you cancel / de-activate my connection and ask you sales or service team to collect modem back. and kindly initiate to refund my amount as soon as possible.

          Expecting quick revert and action.

            I have terminated my hathway account on 30th jan, 2018 and returned my modem and router to the hathway office. The amount deposited for the same was supposed to be refunded to me within 45 days. But even after 90 days hathway is not refunding me my amount and they are just giving out excuses.

              Am a existing user of hathway. Got call today from hathway customer care named pooja and the way she talked to me was totally not fit for to be agent. Giving wrong update and promise and according to her mathematical skill 943 * 3 for her 3543 coming for her and am saying politely that's wrong calculation. Because of her am going to cancel hathway.

                मेने आपके यहाँ से नया इंटरनेट ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन लिया हे, और सब प्रकार से पेपर जमा कर दिया हे और रकम भी १६५०/- जमा कर दिया हे हे तथा आज दिनांक २४-०२-२०१८ को जब कनेक्शन लगाने के लिए श्रीमान मनीष ( ९००९७७९३००) आये थे और कनेक्शन लगाने के बाद उसने सिर्फ मॉडेम ही लगाया और कहा की di LINK का राऊटर hathway कंपनी ने मन कर दिया हे और वह से चले गए, इस सम्बन्ध में मेने जब HATHWAY कंपनी से संपर्क करा तब कंपनी ने कहा की नया कनेक्शन के साथ में मॉडेम एंड राऊटर (DI LINK ) का राऊटर फ्री हे तो मेने आपके सेल्स पर्सन श्रीमान रोहित (८८७८२५३६३६) से बात करि क्योकि उन्होंने ही नया कनेक्शन के लिए बात करि थी तब वह बोलै था की यह दोनों फ्री हे इस समय, लेकिन कनेक्शन लगाने वाले ने मन कर दिया की कंपनी की तरफ से मना हे, जब मेने आपके मुंबई ऑफिस से बात करि तब उन्होंने भी बोलै हे की मॉडेम और राऊटर फ्री हे इस समय, और तो और आपके इंदौर ऑफिस ने भी कन्फर्म करा हे की यह दोनों फ्री हे और आपके HATHWAY वेब साइट पैर भी दीखता हे तो यह कनेक्शन लगाने वाला हमारे साथ धोखा कर रहा हे में इसके सम्बन्ध में कंस्यूमर फोरम में शिकयत करने वाला हु कृपया निराकरण करे,

                  Hi,

                  I had applied for new connection from hathway broadband on 8-apr-2018. After talking to sales executive mr kishor, i submitted my documents on 8-apr-2018 and got the account number [protected]. On 10-apr-2018, i made online payment of inr 2300/- against a/c no:[protected].

                  Since 10-apr-2018, i am following up with mr. Kishor for installation and setup of internet connection at my home and he is ignorant since that day. Its been more than 15 days, i am following up with him for connection to be setup and he is not picking up my phone. I tried to reach him from different numbers and he hangs up when i ask about the status.

                  Few days back i have received a new a/c no i. E. [protected] after rigorous follow-up for modem installation. I am still waiting for my username/password and wireless router installation.

                  I spoke to hathway customer care about the issue and asked about assurance when issue will get resolved. I have neither received a call back from customer care nor they have provided me any contact details where i can reach and resolve my problem myself.

                  I am surprised with the way hathway is treating new customers. For now i do not know when will i get new connection or my payment gets refunded. I am frustrated with the service provided by hathway sales team and standards being followed.

                  Just to update, I spoke to customer care third time today and they provided me their office address. To my surprise, I did not find any Hathway office at given address. I wonder how come Customer Care does not have details of their own office in given area.
                  Unfortunately I am in a situation where sales person is not picking up my phone and I don't know where the office is located. I am not sure if I will get refund of INR 2300/- which I have already paid 15 days back.

                  Please help me.

                    I have requested a connection 10 days back and i paid the money, but still now it is not installed and they are saying that one more day we will install it. When i asked for refund they are not responding correctly sometimes they didn't even lift the call, this is not the right way. I want my money back, when i asked money they said come to the office which is far away and would cost more than i paid to the internet then what is the use of coming, it doesn't make any sense to me, just make any digital payment to me.

                      Hi,

                      I have activated hathway connection for 12 months on assurance from customer care saying amount will be refunded if in case connection is cancelled within this 12 months due to non feasibility on relocation. I have requested for feasibility check on 22nd March with service id[protected]C13077) and no response till 26th March then again raised request with service id[protected]W518957) for feasibility check then finally got update saying no feasibility at my new location on 28th March. On 22nd April we relocated to our new house and requested for cancellation of data connection and refund request for remaining 8 months (till 14th December 2018) with service id 22042018M913826. As a follow up to this requeste I have been contacting customer care atleast 5 times a day but no luck. Every time they are saying some one will contact me and closing request. Everytime they are creating new request and asking to wait 24hrs. Could some one please help me to get my refund without fail.

                        I have been using hathway internet services under account number -[protected]. I got call from billing department and told me if i pay for 3 months in advance i will get 4th month internet free so i agreed to pay 3 months instalment in cash on 12-apr-2018 for rs. 2655 (885 per month).

                        However when i log in to my account it says paid for 3 months subscription and when i call the support number they are saying no offer is reflecting in their account. I need my money back or i need 4 months of internet. Customer care agents are so rude not ready to listen and even hang upon me. These guys are cheat and fraud!!

                          I am using a hathway broadband activated on april 2, 2018.
                          On 16th april, i have raised a complaint by calling the local support no regarding internet speed. That person assured me that complaint has been raised already and someone will get back to me. Now i am not even getting response from this local support, whose assured me that my complaint and been raised and been worked on.
                          I am not sure whom to reach out. I have sent couple of messages also asking for update.
                          My internet speed was committed as 20 mbps but its not even 2mbps.

                            I have asked for Hathway internet connection on 12th April, the say day the sale person Neetaji came and taken request and a ampunt of 2830 for a 3month plan, but till now no one came for any installtion or anything and he is not recieving my calls now. when asked for refund cumstomer care pepole also not responding correctly daily they are telling like give us one more day we will reslove your issue like that but till now no response from anyone. I request you to do the needful.

                              Hii i had installed hathway connection 3 days back. The installation boy said it will done by 2-3 hours. But till now i did't get my activation done. And i had contacted customer care also for many couple of times, they are telling it will be activated within 24 hours from the day i made called to them. But till now my prblm is not resolved. I am not at all satisfied with this connection.

                                I have a hathway broadband with account number [protected].. I have taken a long term subscription and after that the line becomes dead after evry couple of days.. On registering a complaint they have excuses evertime like the wires have snapped or device is changing etc etc.. Its been a month and more then 15 days of downtime... Its absolutely ridiculous.. And now they are not even ready to refund the money if i close down the service

                                    I took hatway connection in hyderabad, after a few days say 15-20 days, i had to relocate to pune. First of they started the connection 3 days later even after full payment for 3 month, leave it that's not the issue.
                                    The issue is i have contacted them and aksed that i'm relocating to pune so whether the refund is possible for the 56 days of plan left in my account or else i'll reloccate the connection to my friend's house. They said sure sir, our billing team will contact u and get you the refund. All you need to reply with your account detils to email when u get it.
                                    I have waited 7 days, then started calling, i have raised a total complain of about 9 times, every time i raised the complaint tgey said you'll get a email from our team for refund. It's been 1.5 months. Now they are saying that the refund is not possible.
                                    Are you kidding me?
                                    Its not about the money, its about the time values and frustation you have given sin 1.5 # months.

                                    I have the voice clips as well with me in which on they very first time they said the refund is possible and since one months every executive told me that you'll get the refund.

                                    Now a guy name kaushik, whi work for hathway broadband in hyderabad talked with his team lead and gve me the # that it is not possible to get you the refund.

                                    Why? Why u have waited my time, money, values gave me frustation since 1.5 months. I need an answer for sure.

                                    Also i'm ready to take this matter to court and sue this company.

                                    Get me my refunds or a well decorated argument in context of this which can keep me shut.

                                      Date - 22/march/2017 date of activation

                                      Hathway sold their broadband service with 799 monthly and recharge of 1 year will give 6 months free from subsequent recharges. This recharge period i wanted to opt as per the offer - now hathway says the offer is withdrawn on aprl 2nd onwards

                                      No prior intimation was provided to new connection holders who were sold their services with commitment that this offer will remain. This is breach of commitment. Would request hathway to take it as exception and provide one year recharge offer as committed.

                                        I m joel sandeep from hyderabad, i took hathway broadband in 2015 jan and i called the customer executive and asked them to cancel my net connection on 2016 when i got a text msg that i had to pay 3100 due for 6 months, after that in may 2017 i askd them to cancel my services by dropping an email but they never responded to my email, they only send texts msgs which i ignore because of too many spam texts from hathway, on april 16 2018 i got a text that i have to pay 8790.
                                        When i called them they transferred the call to the billing department and asked they were like this was your previous bill amount from[protected].
                                        But i never used their internet from past 2 years and i shifted to some other place now.
                                        They never respond to their emails and they never sent me invoice/bills through email or did contact me through email about the nonpayment of a bill
                                        In their terms and conditions, they clearly state that:

                                        "if the customer commits a breach of any one of the terms and or conditions of the contract including
                                        Non-payment or late payment of any invoices or if customers use of or action in connection with
                                        The use of the service inappropriate, in company's sole opinion, with the continued use of and/or
                                        Subscription of the service, the company may at any time, at company's sole discretion and
                                        Without prejudice to any other remedy available to it at law, either suspend customers access to
                                        And use of the service until such breach is remedied or terminate this contract and customers
                                        Access to and use of the service immediately"

                                        So they can and have the right to stop the net service within a month from the date i stopped using it but they never did that and are trying to loot me stating that they continued their service to me and they were pointing me out that you did not use it?
                                        How ridiculous is this? It's their duty to get back or talk to the customer through calls and emails about their nonusage but they never ever responded me through emails abt this.

                                        And the main thing i want to get to ur notice is when we need a connection we just have to dial them and they comeover but to cancel thier service they tell us to put an email and they did not mention this issue in thier policy, they just say for cusomer suport dial [protected] or email to [protected]@hathway.net

                                        I called them, 20 times in 2016 to cancel my service when the bill i got was 3100 but they said we will do it immediately again i got a text in 2017 to pay bill i texted an email stating them to cancel then they did suspend my ac and now they are asking to pay 8700 for which i never used the service,
                                        And two of the customer executives said you need not pay the bill but the executive from billing dept says you have to pay the bill t, hey dont have a clear platform to address an issue and they lack coordination among them

                                        I am planning to approach consumer forum on hathway
                                        If anyone who wants to join the cause can write to me at
