Hello sir/madam, I have broadband services with hathway, I am writing this to report on worst services provide by the hathway customer care. I will explain a brief on the service issues that I have been experiencing from past 6 months. on the day of installation on wards I am experiencing poor wifi range and speed issues, moreover the service tech has installed used old modem and router, saying this the temporary one I am installing and will replace within 3-4 days once we get the new modems, as there is a shortage of modems. But he never showed up at home or comeback to replace it. I have contacted numerous times to customer care regarding this issues, but all the agents would do the same thing, they say they have raised the ticket on the issue and the technician will visit your home and fix it, also I used to get a message to my phone regarding a service ticket CC L2_FS Tech raised on the account, more then 10 tickets have been raised on the account, but not even single time the technician showed up at my home to resolve my issue, then what is the point in raising ticket, recently my 6 months plan has been expired on feb 3 and your customer care, sales team, billing team started calling me on plan renewal, but I didn't renewal, has they are not resolving my issue, they deactivated my connection, finally a sales team guy promised me that he will send technician to my home and replace the modem, so I have renewed my plan on feb 15 2018, assuring that technician will replace, but till now no one visited my home, again I gave a call to respective no. given by sales team: [protected] representing him as a HATHWAY FLOOR SUPERVISOR, he told me the same story I have raised a ticket within 24 hours our technician will visit your home and get it fix for you. it's already went 6 days still I am looking that any other technician would show up at my home, but not yet so I gave a call to the above mentioned number, but they are not lifting my call. this is my state. So I decided to complain to the higher authorities and writing this in consumer forums. my final insight on hathway services is they simply bluff the customers and worst worst worst ever customer service.

Pura din technically problem or koi pic saf nahi aata din bhar khich khich karata hai
Pure din me kam se kam 50 bar likhata ha technical problem koi pic saf nahi aata jab bhi khole khach khach karata hai ya to ise thik kare ya ham ise band karenge

    I paid the money for three months plan on 19th February 2018. And still my account NOT Activated. When I call customer care people singing the same song that give me one day time. Already I lost so much because of this delay. My complete work got interrupted. So, I do not want to continue my association with you. I have some money with you (i.e. Rs.1516.14) . Please give my money back as soon as possible. And close my account.

    Its a kind of harassment to the customer who opted your service.

      I recharged my tv connection online today. My previous refile will expire on 11/12/2017. Unfortunately recharge message shows the expiry date as 05/01/2018. Wherein it should be on 11/01/2018. I would need the explanation of my additional 6 days of connection.

      Need to clarify few things.

      1) disconnect of the connection what will happen to my security deposit of inr-2500/-

      2) if security deposit amount doesn't show up on your records then i can provide you the receipt of deposit amount.

      Please find the attached copy of recharge receipt.

      No response from last 3 months..

        Hello,
        This is in regards to inform everyone who want to join GTPL for broadband connection.
        I had post a request for shifting the connection as my office is being changed and it's 500 Mtrs far from my old address.
        I had requested for shifting before 7 days from this day.
        And the executive told me that it'll take 5-7 working days for shifting.(today it is 7th day and no response yet)
        Shifting number given to me is 235639.
        And again i called the customer care after 4 days after submitting a shifting request.
        They told me it'll take 7-10 working days for shifting.
        And today it's 7th day and again I called the customer service of GTPL and the boy who answered my call name is JAYMIN BHATT. He told me that there's no request is being pending from my side and I have to submit the request and it'll take more 7-10 days to shifting.
        I told him to transfer the call to the senior executive he said he cannot transfer call and he will not help me and i have to visit nearest GTPL office for shifting the broadband connection.
        Worstest, pathetic customer service I have ever seen, seems like they have no more care for their customers.
        When i took the connection the executive (BHAVAN)told me that any of your request will be resolved in 2 working days.
        And this is the worst thing that happened to me.
        I'm going to disconnect all my GTPL broadband connection and i never ever suggest anyone to join GTPL broadband.
        Worst service by GTPL and no one even care about it.
        You'll not going towards anymore if you're treating your customers this way.

          My hathway broadband account number is [protected]. I made payment of 1420 rupees on 6th february with transaction id r[protected]. And received a message from hathway that your payment has been received if your account is not active it will be activated with in 4 hours. But till now my account is not activated. When i am calling their customer service they are always saying please wait 24 hours. How many 24 hours i have to wait. When i am calling a guy who took payment he is saying that if want go and file case in consumer court. Is this a proper way to deal with the customers.

            I'm writing in regards to the internet service that has not provided to me at all by hathway but asking me to pay due amount. Quite some time back, although there's no cable connection but created an account on my name without my concern and signature and i got it closed through this forum. Again recently they came back with offer saying that will provide a new connection with follwing offer "hathway cashback offer, renew your acc no.[protected] with 50mbps speed @ 699/*- monthly & get 100% cashback & 1000gb, visit goo. Gl/j8qzf8 or call [protected]. Tc".

            They requested me to deposit 500 to provide a cable connection and modem, so i did but nothing has been provided yet. Its been almost 21 days that i have deposited money and didn't get any service and didn't get any call regarding that instead they are asking me that i have due amount which needs to be cleared. I don't understand how this due amount came into picture when theres no service at all. Please close my account, otherwise i'm ready to file a fir. It will happen by end of this month.

              It's been almost a month now that I have raised a refund request from hathway and I keep sending emails on the status and there is no response for any emails which I sent. This is really very much arrogant behavior and I am not sure what is their confidence level towards not responding even as a basic expectation. I hope consumer complaints forum will take this forward and let most of the people aware of this.

                Sir learned through ur add regarding hathway connection and called concern person named ravi tel no.[protected] and agreed for new connection broadband to my home and registered into ur account and my registration id is [protected]@gmail.com. Mobile no.[protected]. I paid total amount of rs.7, 073 towards 6 months broadband connection of 999 plan. After two days the technician came to my house and checked and found no broadband line connection towards my area in kasthurinagar. Now since one week passed no information regarding my issue and money which i paid nit returned back to me. I raised the complaint to ur consumer services but no response. Nobody bother to call me even to take action regarding this issue. My hathway account no.[protected] and transaction no. Ctx[protected].
                Hence i haven't get any response from ur side i raised complaint against you in consumer services complaint no.612819. Please look into this matter and get back to me soon.

                  I am using broadband of gtpl from last 2 year. Many time it was not working as say gtpl salesman. I had complained to gtpl. From last month my internet is not working i am complaint many time but they are not resolved it. Many time i called and mail to gtpl every time they send their service man but he is not done his job to satisfy customer.

                    We have been using Hathway broadband services since 2009.We had opted for a plan of 50mbps unlimited plan. For some time it will be 50mbps but after a certian limit it drops to 2 or 3 mbps. We have called the customer care many times. It was shortly resolved but, has returned again. We always have service issues with Hathway Broadband. Why is it so? The customer care number was telling us that the services are in repair since many days, we had to use incorrect account numbers to get connected. Why so much negligence? We demand a refund or fix it immediately.

                      I've recently shifted from gachibowli (Hyderabad) to kondapur (Hyd). The distance between these 2 locations is 3km. I've requested for relocation but these people didn't care. I've called the customer care more than40+ times but no use. They say it will be resolved in 24hrs but they dont do anything. The promptness in taking amount is not there in providing service. Worst service ever by hathway.

                          My internet connection already disconneted by gtpl brodband service due to cable fault by gtpl brodband last 15 oct.2017 and myself already paid through online payments on 8th oct.2017 three month amount rs - 1500 it to be refund back, they are not response. I am many time contacted their representative in office and through phone and mail also but still i am not get the amount.

                            Namalagundu Cable operator is not responding after calling multiple times its being almost 1 month the complaint has raised with local cable operator
                            Please contant hathway or cable operater to view the channels is the error message called cable operator multiple times but no response.

                              Hello sir,

                              This complain is regarding hathway internet service provider, from last three months my internet is not working and no one from the company takes any action regarding my issue i dropped them mail and called them 100 times but no response from company side so i thought to do complain for them.
                              At the time of renewable they promise us that this time you will not get any issue we have changed our cables, server and etc but after payment again facing the same problem. Recently they offered me that pay the amount for feb month and you will get the 7 days more validity with your 50 mbps plans which is your running plan from last one year. I paid them and they are giving me 5 mbps speed plan. They are doing fraud with us, many people are facing the same problem in our area. Please take the action against hathway. I have also send them proof of my receipt where clearly written my plan and payments details but no response from their.

                                Subscribed for the sixmonth connection.. Paid the money after confirming with the executive about the feasibility of connection in the new area that i was shifting to.. Raised request for transfer.. Never got a response.. Instead was told tat the new area they do not have access.. All i could do is terminate.. What about my refund.. Are u an organisation where ppl have to donate their money.. Very irresponsible executive.. No proper tracking system.. Pathetic response towards customer complaints

                                This customer care and the service are very irresponsible about the complaint given.

                                i really want to suggest people to not use take any hathway subscriptions

                                  I was using hathway broadband in nanganallur chennai. I m relocated to gopalapuram a week back in chennai. I have raised request with them for reinstallation at new address. Almost 8 days completed, but work is not yet done and didnt get an update on my connection request. I contacted customer care multiple times to get connection to my new address, but i didnt get proper response from them. I need my broadband connection to the relocated place. Please help me to fix this issue.

If you can't resolve please let me know i will move to other vendor's. But provide me your escalation matrix so that your top management will come to know about their service.

                                    I am from kolkata salt lake sector-1. I have taken a connection from hathway with a agent named arun kumar. They told me that it will be done in two days. Then after 20days they have cancelled my connection and they told me that they will refund me soon.
                                    Again another agent contacted me saying that this time it will be done and he knew about the previous case. This agent name was tapas das. As hathway is a big company and i thought that money will be refunded anyways so i again booked a connection. This time again the connection was cancelled and they have not refunded any money till now.

                                    Its been two months now and i have not received any refund for any other the connection. Can someone please help me to resolve this issue. My contact number is [protected].

                                    First bill is for rs2475 dated 13/12/2017 with invoice number 000165. Second bill is for rs2475 dated 08/01/2018 with cash receipt no. 12197
                                    Attached are a photo of both the bills.

                                    Their address written on both the bills is
                                    "2nd floor eco-station, plot no 7 block bp sec-v salt lake 24 pgs ps bidhannagar-700091"

                                    Now everytime i call them they only respond that your check is not ready we cannot do anything and not giving any definite time to return the money.

                                      I am a Hathway Subcriber with Account ID: [protected], Past one week there has been hardly any internet. Customer care takes in request and next day I get response that its already resolved but it isnt. I requested refund as i just recharged my account which they denied as well. Its painful hopless service by hathway, I even tried to call and reach Nodal authority but there has been absolutely no response from them. If they cant provide the service why dont they refund the customer money. I Paid for internet service and there is no internet and all help from support team has been useless. DO NOT BUY HATHWAY CONNECATION !!

                                        I am unable to use the internet services from 10 days and have called so many times to customer care department . They have raised 7 complaint with different complaint numbers and all the complaints have been closed without any resolution.

                                        None of them are not contacted me and not visited to and every time customer care people are not transferring to my calls High Level
