Dear customer care,

Good afternoon.

I am sorry to inform that i never seen such a worst customer service providing me by hathway ever.

My account number is [protected].

I have created an account in hathway on 25.02.2018 and paid the amount on same day through online.

I had act connection in my home since last one year and it was working good. I got many calls form hathway sales team in february month to take a new connection. Then i was decided to close the act connection and took a new a hathway connection on 25th february 2018.
But i told to hathway sales and account creation team that i have act connection already so i have to close the act account then activate hathway connection by end of march. The same was agreed by hathway sales and account creation team. Finally i had closed act connection and ask hathway to install the modem and activate the connection on 22nd march 2018. The installation and activation completed on 22nd march 2018

But i got many message from hathway to renew my account before 27.03.2018. I have informed to hathway customer care team about the issue. They have created the service request no.[protected]w[protected] and they promised me your account shall not de-activate on 28.03.2018. They agreed we have found some mistake form our end and the same shall be rectify shortly. I have received the a message that the service request has been resolved as per our record on 26.03.2018.

I was satisfied in hathway internet but i was surprise that my account had de-activated on 28.03.2018. I am getting the message from hathway to renew the account still. I don’t have internet connection form 28.03.2018 to till date (7 days). I am a working profession based on internet so i am suffering every day to do my professional task in internet.

I still believe you will immediately activate my account.

    Its been 10 days while giving payment to gtpl and still they are not giving connection. When i called them they said that equipment are not available. No one is taking care of what is a customer facing. Totally useless people.

    My existing connection was about to expire on 4 april but they disconnected that connection to upgrade with fiber one and still no connection.in short i have given money and running out of service and gtpl is careless.

    Can anyone give me gtpl's md or director's email or phone number?

      I am using GTPL Broadband connection at Gujarat - Junagadh.
      Since last 10-12 days, i have issue with Internet connection. every time, i am generating ticket on help desk number/customer car. when next day i call to customer care, they said, your ticket is closed. when i asked to them, how is it possible? my problem is still there and also i didnt get any message or call from you about problem solved. they have no answer. last time, they provide me Junagadh's support number but now they are not picking up my call and no response from junagadh support. it's seem like, MANIPULATE to customer. also i tried to submit my complain to "http://www.gtpl.net/customer-support" . it's also not working.

      I have 1 year plan and paid full payment to GTPL so i cant cancel this one. can you let me know, how can i rid of this?

      My gtpl customer id is BB278066 and my internet connection is not working since last 3 days. I lodge 3-4 complaints in gtpl but they are not resolving issue. On the call they are just pretending to enter complain woth keyboard stroke so we have hear in call.

        I had asked for new broadband connection from hathway internet.
        Sale executive mr. Naresh was the responsible person for my new connection request.

        He received amount for months subscription and send a fake receipt on 25th feb 2018. He has not even created account id for my connection request.

        Regarding this i had called hathway customer care and raised my concern, but none bothered to address my issues, rather evryone was passing to the issue to other people.

        More than 20 to 22 times i had called customer care[protected], they used ask me to wait on line to check details and making me wait for more than 15 to 20mins every time and suddenly disconnect the call.

        I think this all planned cheating.

        That sales executive is not at all responding for my calls or messages.

        This is pure kind of cheating in the name of new connection.

        Hathway internet is not trustworthy.

        Kindly someone help me how to resolve my issues and get refund.

          During online gaming, there is a frequent packet loss due to which there are a lag and even the connection stability is not proper i am getting frequently disconnected. There has been no proper lookout for my problem whenever a complaint is given they just message me it is resolved without any confirmation with the client.

          I just want the problem to be resolved as it is the last month of my package if a feel that this issue would not be resolved i would probably change to another service provider.

            I got a hathway connection (Number :[protected]) yesterday but the person who installs that had informed me that in my place their no availablity of network so he said me that he will inform that and say me about the refund but i didn't get any information regarding that. The total i cost i paid was₹1461. Send me my refund amount as soon as possible and send me the details of it.

            They are Cheaters, Dey wont respond oly... same issue with me, i have nt yet got installation also, but recvd 3 months subscription of rupees 3540/- . NO response from Hathway.

                Dear sir,
                We have taken dish connection from rakesh kumar cable, kydganj, allahabad (Mob no - [protected]) since log, but after complaing several times he is unable to provide even free channels like subh, aadyatm, sanatan, shraddha and other like channels etc.

                So this complaint for doing the needful in the matter as the government has provided for giving the free channels without any cost.

                  I recently subscribed to 3 month plan for 2, 520rs. The agent who came for receiving the payment said, you will receive 500gb per month. After thr payment done i went through my account and saw that i'm only getting 250gb. I called that agent and told him about this issue. He fixed it for good, then again next month it was showing 250gb. I raided a complain to thr hathway team, but they did not took any action. Again 3rd month same issue, then i realised that this company is totally fake. Hathway broadband dont have integrity to live upto there terms.

                  Yes are right saying hathway is fraud company . They are showing best plans and after installation they cheated costumer. I advise to all hathway customer plz check your plans and net speed. They are fraud. No body take call and response.

                    A receipt is issued by Hathway for making online payment for renewal of subscription for one year.

                    The payment was made out of good faith on recommendation of one of their Sales person.

                    He informed that there is an offer that if I renew my subscription which was due on 23rd April 2018, I will be getting subscription for 14 months i.e. upto June 2019 (14 months from April 18).

                    I will be getting 325GB

                    Combo Modem will be replaced free of cost as the old modem is giving frequent breakdown.

                    However I regret to inform that, NONE of the above has been adhered to by Hathway. The Account is also not updated with the offered scheme.

                    I have lodged a complaint on 18th March[protected]M366516) and on 20th March[protected]C7931).

                    I also spoke to Customer service on 20th March 2018. I was assured that this will be updated in the system on 21st March 2018. Regret nothing has been done yet.

                    I feel I am cheated by their Salesman who has no courtesy to pick up his mobile when I call him up. He gave me his mobile number at the time of taking the subscription.

                    I now have a strong sense that he is not a genuine person representing Hathway. or, Hathway has a system of treating their subscribers with such false assurances thru their sales person / customer service.

                    I have repeatedly sent emails to them to resolve the issue but regret, I have been receiving standard replies from their billingdesk that it is under process.

                    The senior management should wake up and look into the issues raised by the consumers. Else the subscribers will move to other ISPs.

                      I had subscribed for hathway broadband connection in noida sector 15 up.
                      They 02 days to take the call and come home for connection setup. Same day hardware were installed and no its been 3 days i have paid the money advance rental and my connection is not active.

                      Sales person. - mr ashish tripathi don not pick the call, reply the messages, not checking whatspp
                      Hathway app is so pathetic and don't accept the complains online
                      Customer care shutsdown at 6: pm and nobody reply back

                        On 25th March 2018 I applied for a new connection through Hathway Broadband Services, in Hyderabad Dilsukhnagar location. And I was approached by the representative, who Installd the cables and everything, and I paid him subsequently. It was promised my connection would be actived within 2hrs prior to my payment and it's been more than 24hrs and they still did not yet activated my connection, the representative wouldn't take my calls and I'm getting calls from Hathway asking for payment? Which I already paid. Now the representative won't take up my calls (his number is [protected]) and I still don't have my connection actived. I have the billing information with me.

                          Hi,

                          I have subscribed for six months connection, and yes i paid the amount and the router got fixed at my home a few days back. And the service provider executives has promised me that i can use the service after six hours but it's more than 48 hours still the connection hasn't got activated. I tried calling to the executives/representatives who are in touch with the executive but they started ignoring my calls. Please look into this issue.

                            I have been having trouble with internet service provided by hathway. The internet service does not work most of the time. I have to call the service centre on alternate dates to give a complaint. They usually ask to reboot the modem and then say that they have reset the system from their end. But none of these helps. I am tired of making complaints to the company. Kindly make hathway accountable for the service. The call centre appears to be given a repetitive process not aimed at solving any problem but merely deflecting. The call centre does not part nor send sms or email of ticket no/token no of the complaint registered. This leaves no trail at the consume end. The company should be penalised for not delivering the service it promises. They have collected full year subscription in advance and thus leaves consumers helpless.

                            Net is frequently getting disconnected and speed is very erratic
                            Maximum time tv cable not running and after calling call not received or not given proper solution. Some times 4-5 hours cable disconnected and that's why we missed our programmes and boring at the home.

                              At the time of installation the offer was given that if i pay for 6 months in advance i will get 3 months free. But now i have got only 2 months and when inquired with the hathway team no one responds they asked for the proof and i have uploaded the receipt on which it is clearly mentioned but till date they didn't provide the offer.

                              Regarding to the speed issue . I am calling from a month onwards I did not resolve any issue and another problem I got today I took 50mbps they told me that ur pack is downgraded to limit 20gb I need my amount refund .my phone num [protected]

                                I'm a customer of hathway broadband service. I currently have unlimited data plan. But recently i discovered the truth that the company has fup limit of 20gb data for unlimited plan and they never disclose it to customer. The customers are cheated that they'll get unlimited data but the data given is limited and in this way they cheat customers. I was having problem with internet service but they always auto resolve the complaints even when there is need of technical person. They always make fake promises about resolving the issue within 24 hours but they never do.in turn we are cheated. I have terrible issues with the customer service when i try to complain the ivrs automatically says it would take 6 hours to resolve the issue and same is repeated if you call after six hours.

                                  There is no internet connectivity in my home since 4 days i.e from 10th Mar 2018, I have waited for it to be resolved for some 6 hours and then raised a complaint on 11th March. But there is no response from the concerned team and i have been calling their customer care for 5 times today i.e. 14th March and they are always inform that they will get back in an hour but with no luck.

                                  I want my internet account to be terminated and want a refund amount that i have paid for them if the issue is not resolved by tomorrow.

                                    Payment of rs 2500 made on 03-mar-2017 with transaction id: ctx[protected] for account no: [protected]. Invoice copy is not provided till date inspite of raising several service requests and writing several mails to [protected]@hathway.net. Each time the request is closed without providing the invoice copy. Need the invoice copy urgently before day end today.

                                      Nothing has happened since the above mail. I have not even received an answer.

                                      This is the culture of hathway.

                                      No body takes care of customers.
                                      All the employees say...

                                      Now the latest complaint

                                      My renewal was from 04 march.

                                      I started getting calls for renewal from 14 feb.

                                      On every call i told the person, i want a wi fi router.
                                      No one was concerned. They were concerned about
                                      Their targets and money.
                                      Finally, shrikant from pune office rang up on 28 feb,
                                      Last day of the month. He told me to pay deposit amount
                                      Of rs. 1050 /- along with renewal charges so that
                                      Wi fi router will be given immediately. Since i had not
                                      Given the deposit amount, i was not given the router.
                                      This was never informed to me, so i said shrikant must
                                      Be correct.

                                      Hence i paid 1050/- separately as suggested by shrikant
                                      Because he said if i pay with the renewal charges, no one
                                      Will notice it and that deposit amount will be taken as
                                      Renewal charges. Look, he is aware how his friends work!!

                                      So on 28 feb i paid 1050/- and 6 months charges so as to
                                      Get 8 month connection.

                                      Sanjay wanted to collect it, but i was near ratna hospital,
                                      So he made arrangements. Shakeel came almost immediately
                                      I had to keep him waiting as he did not inform me before starting.
                                      I paid through credit card. No delay in collection!!

                                      So team's target of getting money from me was over. And their
                                      28 feb target was done.

                                      Now who cares for customer?

                                      I am just waiting and waiting to get the router.

                                      Shakeel told me since it is holi and 2nd day dhulwad
                                      So no one will attend on these two days, but you will
                                      Get it 100 % on saturday 03/03.

                                      Later when i reminded him, he said he will send the
                                      Engineer immediately.

                                      Probably engineers have not joined duties after dhulwad.
                                      They are still enjoying dhulwad.

                                      Customer care ki holi aur staff ki dhulwad!!!

                                      What more can one expect from hathway?

                                        I have still not received refund amount of ₹1000 even after more than 8 months
                                        After registering for refund

                                        Your billing desk is just buying time for this

                                        Since last 8 months i am taking follow up patiently

                                        Now it’s on my nerve

                                        That while taking the money you send guys at home

                                        And
                                        Now while returning i need to suffer

                                        Who will pay the interest for my amount held for more than 8 months
