There is a serious fraud done by [protected]@Y and they are not refunding my money i am calling [protected]@Y customer services and since last friday ie feb 2nd 2018 till date ie feb 6th everytime they say there servers are down and ask me to call and also when i ask for a supervisor they deny giving a supervisor.
even the sales guy to whome i paid the money is giving me diff numbers but till date no one has given me any answer, i want my money back pls tell me i do i get my refund because your customer services are always saying servers are down and they cannot initiate anything, HATHWAY have duped me of my money, GIVE MY MONEY BACK.
EVERYTIME I CALL ON HATHWAY CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPT IN MUMBAI THEY SAY THERIR SERVERS ARE DOWN AND WHEN I ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR THEY SAY HE IS BUSY AND THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY SAYING THAT SERVER IS DOWN

    I have hathway broadband. I am from delhi. I have called the customer service many many times all they say is call after 1 hour there is technical issue. This is happening since 10-15 days i am fed up. Kindly help me. I have paid 3000 rs for this service and they are not even giving adequate response as if i am using this service for free. Pls help

      I have requeted foraddress change to gtpl telelink and they have give me ticket numer 464632 and informed me that in 24 hours they will shift it but now after 3 days there is no reply from gtpl. We inquir at rajkot gtpl office but they are not supporting also. They said we will inform you soon but service has been close from 3 days now what we will do?

        i am facing internet speed issue from December very badly. i am getting only 1 mbps instead of 40 mbps. i had made many calls to support center to resolve issue. but my problem not yet resolved.every they give false promises.

          Hi i have paid 3180 on jan 30 th for hathway connection and promised that i will get the connection same day. My account no is [protected]. I have tried to contact the executive so many times he is not picking up the call and he has given his manager number through whatsapp to contact him, he will answer my questions. I have contacted him, he said within 24 hours it will be installed. This happend for 2 days and third day he is very reckless and asked to take refund by contacting customer care and he cut the call.

          I have contacted the customer care and i have explained the whole thing and waited for their response. I have almost beg them but still they are not explaining the process how to get refund/ nor by when it will get installed. As per calls what i have understood is they are not raising any tickets and following up.

          When i have tried to mail them [protected]@hathway.net no one is responding and no use. I am tried of this. Can you please take proper action against this service provider

          When i renweal u will give u addional 200gb still didn't getting, i Think worest plan 500rs u r giving 20gb this is plan u r thing...Please deactive my account permanantly..

            I am having an digital tv cable line from long time and without inform me the cable line is diconnected from last four months. When i was asked to local cable operator why it was disconnected, they told me we dont know you ask the hathway company. Then from last two months i was ask to company they tolld me you ask the your local area operator. Till date my cable is not connected, now what to do.

              Since 3 days there is no internet access and literally 3 days i have been calling customer support and they tell me the same answer either application is down and there is an outage and it will be fixed in next couple of hours and sometimes they even pu automated message saying there is an outage and maintenance happening and it will be fixed in 6 hours.

              They forward the customer calls to this automated message and hathway doesn't even care for the customer issues. Pathetic company and worst customer service provider in the world as far as i know.

                Hello hathway team,

                I’m an existing customer of hathway with account no. : [protected].in tariff plan: gpon lightening_2 150 mbps with cable network: ganesh vishwa darshan ganesh banglore.

                I have paid an amount of rs 9, 196.92 for a period of 6 months.

                During discussion of installation, representative had promised me to provide a monthly break up the bill for each month, so that i can claim for reimbursement.

                As per instruction, i was asked to reach out customer care and ask for a monthly breakup bill. On surprise, customer care team denied as it’s not at all possible to give monthly bill.

                I being a customer, i’m being misguided and was cheated of by taking the money first and then the connection was provided.

                Efforts put as a customer:

                I have called customer care to connect me to the higher official who can take this issue seriously, customer care is not authorized to connect as they are restricted.
                Even then i have called customer care multiple times, they say someone will call back and resolve no one has called back yet.

                I have been calling up sales manager in my region every day to sort this issue. Sales manager is trying to follow up with billing team, but they are not responding. (Note: sales manager is helping me but since there is no internal support, even he is unable to help me out)
                Impact to customer:

                - my organization, do not accept quarterly or half-yearly bills. They need only monthly bills. Hence, if the hathway team won’t give me the monthly bill, i shall be unable to claim the amount paid.
                Its bad experience as a customer to follow up with customer care and hatchway team member as they are irresponsible on the service they provide.

                  I need a decent smart technician for solve my packet loss and unstable internet issue. I attach screen shot below as proof of your bad internet service. Repair it asap or refund my money. I suffer from this problem last 2 months. And none give me solution. My main problem packet loss, ping variation. I want stable net which provide me stable ping. See this photo below where ping variation nearly 3800 and packet loss problem, timed out.                     Sir i am facig ping problem for about 1 month and also complaining for it but noone is solving my problem so with proof the first 2 pics shows that with jio mobile data connecting in laptop it is showing much better ping and the last 2 is taken for ur hathway net that i have and it is showing very high ping as you can see so plz this proves that ur net has problem and i have already mail u about 4 5 times so plz sir i request you to send ur team to my home adress is 148 nimri colony ashok vihar ph 4 i have already called about 20 times but they are not able to solve my problem so they suggest to mail u as i do so plz help otherwise i will not pay bill and change my net plzz hope you help as soon as possible

                      I have taken hathway connection for 12+6=18 months from your executive. But hathway only provided 12 months and now connection is closed. I am complaining since 10 days still no solution and now hathway executive are replying rudely and not making complain. Very bad experience with hathway. This is cheating and clear fraud case. Solve my problem fast and return my 6 months fast or i had to take legal actions against your company.

                        Despite of many complaints (from last month till now) regarding poor delivery of service no proper action is taken.
                        Receiving low speed interest i.e, around 2.2 Mbps against the promised speed 50 Mbps.
                        The customer satisfaction is worst of all.
                        Would like to discontinue this connection and switch to other one.
                        Would also to get a refund of last month and ongoing month.
                        Big company name without even proper redressal system. Shame.

                          I had took a new connection its been 4 days still i have no internet access, i contacted customer care 12 times their response is negotiable. They don't even care of customer. Worst service ever, they dont understand pain of customer.
                          I want refund of my money, i regret to choose hathway.
                          Worst internet provider.

                          Every time i had contacted them they told they will resolver in 1 hr and they they told we cannot resolve it and again they change their word to your are not registered with us. How could you change your word these many times.
                          Dont you think while taking our money.
                          These kind of service should be banned.

                              I was told that after 90days of connection i will get an extra 45days of internet because some special offer was going on that time but m not given that extra 45days now when i have completed my 90days, also in every 30 days the internet 2days the net is not working because of some technical problem i would want some compensation for that too.

                                Hi,
                                I have opted internet broadband from hathway having account number [protected]. I paid for three months and its got deactivated within 30 days. I raised the complain complain number[protected]w545379, they told they are looking into the problem they will sort it out within 72 hours. They activated after following up continuously and again they deactivated on the next day itself. After that they are not listening anything and saying you have paid for 1 month. I am surprised how come its possible i did the online payment as per 3 month plan. Now they are not listening anything and saying to do the payment. We have the screen shot as well which is showing for 90 days validity.

                                  On jan 26, 2018 we opted for six month subscription, shortly after registering online a executive showed up, and collected the fee (Rs.7120/-). He said that, "we complete the installation the next day". That's it nothing from them, when i called their executive who collected the money he switched off his mobile. When i tried to the office person who has guided this executive she replied, "sorry sir i am no longer part of hathway i had quit my job please don't call this number". After paying i never expected this from them i feel like i am cheated.

                                  @hathway : i have once used your isp services before, that's why i trusted you guys please take some action to restore that faith.
                                  Ps: please provide your employees with company phone numbers and mobiles, i guess customer services is not part of that rs.500 core three year plane investments. If this goes on like this, then you will not achieve 5 lakhs customers, you won't even end up with 10 (Ten) customers.

                                  After calling the customer care the third time they conformed me that my area is not covered. If they would told me that a week ago i would not cancelled my old connection now i am left with no internet.

                                  @ Hathway : If my area is not under your coverage then why the heck you collected my money on top of that you guy didn't give me a correct answer.

                                  Please provide a coverage map on your website so that what your employees can't do customers can identify the coverage area and act according to that.

                                    I have started using Hathway cable and Datacom. I am facing issue with the kind of service they deliver to the customers. I am unable to view the telivison from past 7 days. Complained the same to local hathway operator.. still they havent resolved. They dont even pick the call of customers. Local operator is arguing that almost 50 customers are facing same issue.. how can he handle all of them. Why the hell did they charge from each one of the customer if they cannot provide proper service to its customers

                                      I, on behalf of my wife, Ms Swati Kamath (customer ID number [protected]) have made the payment of INR 11, 150. As discussed over the phone and on mail communications from Hathway team, the HD Elite plan (50 MBPS speed) was for 15 months (12 Months + 3 Months free) with limit of 350 GB per month. However, the plan activated by Hathway is completely different. The plan activated by Hathway states connection duration of only 12 months with data limit of 250 GB per month. Now I have been chasing Hathaway and multiple attempts to resolve this via calls, emails, social media have proved to be futile. Following documents have been attached:- 1) Receipt for payment of INR 11, 150 2) Email confirmation from Hathaway and 3) Screenshots for communications.

                                        No w10744 dated 25.1.18, not registered dt 29.1.18 and w 708544 dated 30.1.2018
                                        The service to the a/c [protected] is frequently down and causes losses to the beneficiary.

                                        None of the phone numbers on their websites answer :[protected]Delhi service,[protected]&[protected]Nodal office sikandar ali) answers or doesn't exist.

                                        The online facility for registration of grievances on the hathway portal refuses to register the complaint saying : please check the email you have provided and try again" which is obviously a mechanism to ensure that grievances cannot be lodged. A webshot is attached herewith.
