I am using hathway cable tv from last 9 years in mira road shanti nagar area.
From oct - 2017 there are many problems in cable tv network

1) daily technical problems around 8 to 10 hrs per day.
2) we can see tv only 2 to 3 days in a week because of technical problems in
Hathway tv cable network.
3) no one pickup the phone at service centre. (Mira road hathway office)
4) every time same reason from service centre. (Mira road hathway office)

Please take strict action about who is handling mira road branch.

    Setup box is half of the time not working n when finally works there is a payse again and again as if it is hang and make noise and always shows technical problem if you call at customer care the staff have very bad attitude and don't know to talk to customers and the only reason given by them is electricity issue or theachine placed there is some work going on that is the issue

      Hello,

      My account suspended on 07 dec due to kyc document is not submitted. I submitted required documents on the same day and your customer service agreed to resolve the issue within 2 to 4 hours. There is no issue resolution from your customer service. I made several calls to your customer care people and they replied same message another 2 hours issue will resolve. It went on two days without any solution.

      Later i called to sales person who did my account activation. He requested documents again and i forwarded same on 9 dec and he promised to resolve the issue within two hours and that didn't happen.

      I got tired to call the customer care people requested to activate my service. I lost hope and i requested to close my account and provide by money back after taking the number of days that you provided service. I paid 6 months of charge rs. 3080. I also requested to take out the wifi router and wire from my home as i am not going to use it. Customer service took my request and they informed by billing team will callback you within 24 hours on the refund details. I didn't receive call even after 48 hours of my account deactivation request.

      I called to customer care again and they are giving abnormal replies it may take 1 month for refund or you may not get refund.

      Please provide my refund status and how long it is going to take and how the refund will be initiated i. E., cash or check. Please provide an update on this. I am really dependent on this as i need to connect to office from home and internet is very basic need for me.

        Dear team,

        Hello this is charan from hyderabad regarding payment details of my account number i am facing a problem in bill payment we took the new connection on 8 november, 2017. As one of your executive named - nagappa came to my house and collext all the documents as he informed me that now i need to pay rs. 1415/- for that particular month including new connection and fixing charges he assured that from next month onwards i neex to pay 500 means from december. Now after i downloaded hathway app and when i checked my account i have seen that i nees to pay rs. 824. 64/- which is not at all fair. I have call to your customer care one of your employee informed me to write a mail to customer care and i wrote as i got a return email from roshini after 3days saying that we will get back to you with in 2working days and now it is 10days no mail from you people and not even a single call.

        On 9th of december i have call to shiney she understand my problem and she said ill transfer to my supervisor and she kept me on long hold for 15mins after that she informed me that there is no supervisor available which is not a satisfied answer but she informed me that we ill activate that plan within 24 hours u can pay the ammount of 500 once you get the message from us its been 24 hours no call from you people and she gave me a service request number as well.

        Again on today 10 december 2017 again call to your customer care i talk to pramod he again i explained everything he said ill arrange a call back within an hour its been 4hours again no call. Fine still i have tried to one more time to customer care rehman spoke to me and i informed everything he kept me on hold for 15mins he disconnected the call which is not at all fair. I am requesting you to take this as a serious action as a customer service officer they need to help us instead they are giving a stupid confirmations without knowing anything kindly check the call recordings and take action against them and solve my problem as soon as possible if not ill write a written letter to higher officers which will lead to be a big escalation. I hope you people will understand this and solve my problem as soon as possible thank you.

          I'm facing the same issue . They told me that the area is feasible and took the money for 3 months . I even mailed the nodal team . I'm planning to goto the consumer court now .

            My internet connection is not working since 15 days and i calling 4-5 times daily to send a technician, every time they told our technician will visit within a 24 hours, still any technician is not visit to solve my internet problem, even they close the complain without solving the problem.
            We paid the Rs. 11000 on 24th November 2017 for 6 GB unlimited plan and we were told the broadband connection will be configured and activated in 2-3 days.

            It is now more than 25 days and the broadband connection is still not activated.

            The guy who took the money is not even answering our call.

              My account no. [protected]. I paid the amount 2872 on 25 sep 2017. The connection was not made. I asked for the refund. It's been more than 60 days and i have not received the refund. I want my refund as soon as possible. I have sent numerous mails to them even to their nodal team, but they always say that they are working on this and then there's no response from them. They gave me an incorrect information that the area was feasible and collected the money from me.

              I have approached the consumer court, But these Hathway people are shameless . They don't even have 2892 rupees . I don't think that they have a finance team . I have asked my several friends to disconnect

              I got call more than 10 times a day to get connection but I paid based on demand and now executive is not picking up my call.
              Don't even get Hathway connection in Chennai.

              Hathway is the worst internet service provider here in bangalore kamanahalli. When i approached they said within 2 days i will get connection as of today its been 15 days no connection and the best part is sales person is least bother not even picking my call. Don't even think of hathway. ACT is super fast. Now when i approached for redund they are saying 15 days which doesn't make sense to me. Hathway is a fraud internet company i have ever come across. And their customer servive is next to worst whatever you ask their answer will be i don't know.

                I have submitted my documents on 29th nov subsequent to which the cheque also cleared. As on date 9th dec i am yet to get the connection. The sales person karthik ‭+[protected]‬ disconnects my call whenever i try to reach him and not bother to call back. If this is the service for new customers i wonder how the company will sustain.

                I expect a call back from the team and my problem sorted latest by tomorrow 10th dec.

                  Hathway are the worst internet service provider. Please do not use hathway internet in hyderabad. Do not get attracted by the there idiotic 6 months or 1 year offers for low price. You will not get the service worth of rs 100 /month.

                    I have been facing frequent internet disconnection issue since last 4 days, i have raised so many complaints on this issue but no action hasn't been taken yet, my complaints are being auto closed, i don't know what is happening, i am very much frustrated with your service. I never prefer hathway again.

                        In spite of being in the fup limit i m getting only 3 mbps connection.
                        Where as i have a 50 mbps connection for 400 gb. Called the customer care centre they told me that systems are down. Technician came home and told me i will change the modem as there is some snr problem. Even after changing the modem i m still getting only 3 mbps connection. Have given the complaint on 6th december 2017 on 7th and i think i will give one more today. I all get is one stupid sms every evening that your complaint has been resolved as per our records. My a/c no. Is [protected]. I want my refund for next 2 months which i have paid in advance if this issue is not solved.

                            Hi team,
                            I had renewed my gtpl broadband plan on yesterday morning. After that i had also informed the same to my local agent appointed by gtpl and also about internet connectivity issue. Till today no reply from gtpl. After that i had also registered an online complaint via www.gtpl.net portal about internet connection issue but on yesterday evening it was closed by gtpl customer care without resolving it. So, i had to call and inform the gtpl customer about connectivity issue. The customer care representative had told me that it had been resolved as soon as possible but nothing was happened and again the complaint was closed by customer care without resolving an issue.

                            Again i had registered a complaint on gtpl online portal and after sometime i received the notification for complaint closed without any response by gtpl.

                            Prior this i had to register multiple complaints about bad services by gtpl. I had received 3-4 calls by gtpl agents within last two days about to collect payments for renewal but no one had resolved my issue.

                            At last i have to submit a complaint against gtpl via this forum.

                            Hoping for quick action.

                              My name is manan khunt.. I purchase gtpl broadband connection on 27th november. Today is 5th december. Speed is too good but, in service world worst service. I'm complaint 7-8 time but they said tomorrow our technical person will come... But he never come.

                                My name is puneet kumar ahuja i have ordered a new internet connection with hathway company on 10.11.2017,

                                They told me that there is no connection available in my area.. I have already paid the installation and service amount on 10th nov.

                                So now they are taking a lot of time to refund and even giving me wrong information that i haven't given back the router (Modem)..

                                Where the truth is that i never got any modem or any wires.. No installation is done here.

                                Everytime i call customer care they say that, i will get a call.. I m newly married and have commitments. My budget is limited.

                                I had to take new connections with act service provider.

                                And now i am stuck with no money left. All my responsibilities are being hampered due to hathway's incorrect and delayed information.

                                I am really not happy for this. I recently shifted to a new home for rent and due to lack of money i wasn't able to pay the rent.

                                This mental and financial inconvenience is not atall acceptable.. Please help me

                                  I am a resident of malad east, mumbai and my hathway broadband account no is [protected]. I write with reference to the refundable deposit rs 1000/- which hathway broadband has not paid me since august. Despite numerous calls, requests, pleads and email reminders to the nodal officers and appellate authorities in hathway broadband, the issue is falling on deaf ears. As per the conditions of hathway, i have surrendered the modem hardware against which i am supposed to get refund within maximum 45 days. However, hathway has been delaying things unnecessarily and giving excuses. They had also stooped down to the level of submitting a fake proof of delivery of a demand draft that was raised for refund. I am following up with the sales teams, the customer service team and technical support team (Along with the nodal office) since august first week to give me my refund online back to my credit card or give a credit of rs 1050 to my hathway connection so that i can consume that amount in the next recharge however, their team does not answer the phones and emails that i have been sending them. I am sick and tired of this lethargy in customer service from hathway and i had no other option but to write to the redressal forum..

                                  I therefore urge this respected forum to instruct hathway broadband (Western mumbai office) to immediately pay me the refund amount along with rs 3000/- towards the mental harassment, inordinate delay in resolving the complaint, wastage of time and the forgone interest on the non-refunded amount.

                                  Trust that your good office is vigilant enough to provide me with a favorable resolution.

                                    My account number was[protected] in Delhi Paschim Vihar. It was horrible experience with this unprofessional company & most of the time internet was down. Even when working, it speed varies from 1 mbps to 20 mbps against committed 50 mpbs. I desire total refund from the company

                                      I applied for new connection on 2nd december and paid for 6 months online. Was told that the installation would be done by 12pm of 3rd december. And today is 4th december and i'm still waiting for the call from installation team and the installation guy to come. I also got the area manager number. His name is sudhakar. I called him but he is not attending the call and not even trying to call me back

                                      Hathway complaint 21112017W730585 HAS BEEN RAISED bu no reply from hathway cable. unnecessary harrassment faced. They always say we are escalating but nothing happens. I am without cable tv for last 6 days.

                                        I was using hathway internet services from last one year and the usage plan was pre paid where i was paying for a quarter in advance.
                                        I relocated and hathway was not able to provide service at the new location. Now they are not refunding my prepaid amount of almost 2 months. Also i did not receive the security amount for returning modem which was taken at the time of installation.

                                        The customer care says that it is there company policy to not to return the pre paid plan bill.
                                        Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
