    I personally gone to office to note a complain abt router shifting to other room. The complain was noted on 15th oct 2017 and today is 6th nov. Till now no one came for the service..
    Poor service worst service.. Im glad i didn't renewed my account. And now i have to refund my money of my router purchased from hathway company..
    Worst service..
    20 days no service to customer is a sign of poorservice...

      On 3rd october 2017, i applied for a new connection and paid rs 3180 for a 6 months plan (Kukatpally y junction, hyderabad). But later the technician called and told that hathway can't provide connection as the builder of my apartment didn't give permission to hathway. I have been following up with the customer care about the refund but nothing seems to be working out. They have been saying that it will get refunded within 3 days everytime. I request a refund of the entire amount.

        For shifting the connection marketing and technician are demanding bribe of Rs.100

        These guys have collected money and started not to take my calls. I have the bill and though i approached nodal team, they say we are still solving, it will take 15days to refund the amount.

        They are collecting money and cheating people.

          We, anagha engineers, 259 gidc, vadodara, took a broadband connection from gtpl, 6+1 month unlimited plan on 15th september 2017. But from that day till now the connection is available only for a limited period of time each day and also the connection is not available on holidays.

          For that we have been sending them mails and calling the customer care since then, but they have not yet attended the problem. Every time we complain they send a mail saying that the problem will be attended within 24-hours but the problem is never resolved. And because of that for our business the communication is becoming difficult.

          We request you to make a solution to this problem.

            I have been facing disconnection problem so many times. Customer care is taking complaint and closing after some time without my consent. To resolve the issue they are taking so much time 2 to 3 days and that is also not gaurabteed.
            Fed up with the service and iam unable to use in my crucial times.
            They are telling me to please switch off your device while you are not using internet. It's only 3 months i have taken this connection and they are talking about the longevity of the device. I don't understand why they have committed ro the unlimited data agreement by not serving it.

              I have been following up with local operator for last 15 days for the faulty set top box. He is not replacing / repairing the same. Instead he told that tv motherboard is at fault. I replaced the motherboard by spending 8000 rs. Still phasing the same issue. The tv mechanic mentioned that the settopbox is faulty. Pls pls pls help.

                Technicians visited 4 times already and still net is not working since 14 days. Executives not answering properly. Not able to find out what is the issue.in last 14 days, i've submitted 5 complains but still the issue is not resolved. I don't have internet connection. Worst service ever.
                Dont purchase gtpl service.

                  I placed a request for shifting connection last week (Service request: 29102017w397165), today i got a sms from hathway as "not available at your new location".

                  In last month i made a payment for 3 months plan and paid an amount of rs. 2321.21/- (Receipt no: r[protected]. And my plan is active till 08-feb-2018. As hathway can not provide service to me, so requested for the refund of remaining amount but when contacted nodel office they are saying they will not refund my amount.

                    Hello,

                    I have requested a new broadband connection on 24th september for the following offer which i received from hathway. Following is the message,

                    "dasera offer: unlimited broadband (No gb limit) at 25 mbps speeds for rs.1499 in 90 days. Free wifi router & installation. Plz call:[protected] /[protected]"

                    After a made a call to the hathway & one sales person came for the documents & money. I have paid the amount of rs.1770 which is inclusive of taxes on the same day. The installation people came yesterday and today (26th september & 27th september) and they are saying there is no such plans like 25mb speed with unlimited data & they can't able to do the installation.
                    Even the sales person is not lifting the phone then i made a call to customer care & they suggest me to launch a complaint to you.

                    It is really irritating for the customers as we also go to the offices and hearing these newsence once we came back to the room.
                    Later customer care person suggested me to pay the rs 320 so that they can update it to the new plan. As per the suggestion i maid extra payment of said amount on 14th october & waited for the connection for 3 days with the follow-up to the customer care. After getting to know that the hathway is not capable of setting the new connection to the customers then i asked for the refund of my amount. It has been 14 days since i requested for the refund their is no step moved from the hathway to return the amount even daily followup with customer care. I think hathway should get banned from internet provider's so that no other people face the same issue.

                    Please revert back my amount of rs 2090.

                        In the last week
                        From 18 days i haved complained for broadband not working, last seven days calling customer care and toll free and their executives for solving the issues. Seems like their punctuality for solving customer will b over soon as each of their customers will keep leaving their subscription.
                        Hell with the company, i'll never recommend such a loosy company for their worse service.

                          Please avoid taking hathway broadband by looking at the offers they are announcing. You wont get anything except wasting time in fighting with their in efficient customer care. It is one of the fraud service provide of the country i have seen. I paid for 3 months to get 1 additional month offer. But they have provided only 3 months. The complaints i made has been closed with out resolution. Refer image. Looking for filing at consumer court.

                            Its been 1 day i complained to their support number and on email (Including their zonal officers) about my internet connection not working, till time no resolution.

                            After so many calls and escalation i got to talk to their escalation team and they assured me that someone from technical team will contact me.

                            Technical team did contact me but to do just time pass and they assured me that some technical member will visit to my place, but no one turned up, instead i got the call and that person again doing time pass, asking me to restart the modem and check the status and finally hanged up.

                            I restarted modem some 20 times in past 10 hours on their request but no resolution.

                              There is poor quality of channel and some of channel are not even working i registered a complaint but there is no response by the company it is the worst cable company of india. For payment they come first and when its the time for complaints they don't even responce.

                                My account expired on 23rd and i had an offer on the account till 24th. Which is 1500 off.

                                I had renewed my plan on 23rd of the month itself. But they switched my account to trial on the same day for 3 days to extend my validy for 3 days and i donno why.

                                Later they call me and tell me i need to pay 1500 extra to activate account again because they're calling me on 25th and not 24th, hence no offer.

                                Such frauds should be taken off from cities. This is the most unprofessional provider you can see anywhere.

Every time a new caller attends the call from call centre and said sorry to me for the delay but the problem is still there. Escalation managers are also # and didn't take the call every time.                                     I am the new customer of hathway, staying in bangalore, electronic city, bearing account no:[protected].

                                    I contacted the hathway agent, mr rakesh, through online. On 17th oct, 2017, i paid him 2475 for the new connection through his paytm number. He opened the new account and told the connection can be done in couple of days. After that, i did not hear anything from the installation guys. I tried calling the agent for the past three days to his number but it was not reachable. Finally, approached the hathway office in electronic city.

                                    As the discussion with the team leader, mr praveen kumar, hathway does not encourage customers to pay the transactions through paytm. And also said the agent, rakesh, absconded from the company since 11th oct, 2017. The lead said the company is not responsible for my loss and not going to help me as i have no proof for the payment.

                                    My concern is :
                                    If the agent left by 11th, how he still had the rights to create the new account on 17th?

                                    The lead was asking me the proof. So who created my account? (He said anyone can create hathway account, who "anyone" here?)

                                    Why the customer care guys not taking any action even after i reported them 3 times?

                                    Hathway has got the poor customer care service, irresponsible management which don't respond to mails or complaints. They only care about calling for new connections.

                                    I want my money back.

                                      Hello grievance officer,

                                      This escalation is against hathway broadband services for their fraud sales offers and cheating in the means of providing false promises to renew their services and then they tried to escape by not receiving any single calls

                                      Now the sales executive aparna/ sulochona (Who called me from the number +[protected] started calling every day since 8th october and they tried to convince me to renew my plan by giving additional benefits.

                                      I did not accept that because i was already having another subscription for the same so i said that i will do it later.

                                      But everyday they started calling and lastly on wednesday (11th october, 2017), i told her that i can renew the plan if she can give any additional benefit here.

                                      And then based on that discussion, at 7:45pm (11th oct) she called again in my number and then she told that along with the offer she will also give 40 days free and if i am ready to take this, then she can immediately update the offer but i need to recharge by that day at the earliest, by talking with her manager. I asked for 50 days extra so she said i need to recharge first and then she can update me after talking with her manager.

                                      So, iwas expecting a callback thereafter, but when she did not call me back so then based on the previous conversation, i made the recharge.

                                      And now, when i made the recharge and hathway got the subscription money, then those executives stopped receiving any phone calls and they started denying the fact

                                      Before i made the recharge, hathway sales team used to call every day and now when i did the recharge, then not a single callback was arranged from hathway

                                      Really pathetic and truly frustrating incident being an existing customer of hathway for a long time now i want the committed extra days to be activated on my subscription asap.

                                        My sincere request to all customers donot choose hathway. Its totally fake.
                                        Before paying money they have promissed that they will provide 520gb per month with 50 mbps speed but they gave 220 gb and i have not received 50 mbps from last 2 months even once also. We got a minimum of 15 mbps speed.
