Hello grievance officer,
This escalation is against hathway broadband services for their fraud sales offers and cheating in the means of providing false promises to renew their services and then they tried to escape by not receiving any single calls

Please note that, there was an offer of (3+1) month subscription + 500 gb extra data in my account
Now the sales executive aparna/ sulochona (Who called me from the number +[protected] started calling every day since 8th october and they tried to convince me to renew my plan by giving additional benefits.
I did not accept that because i was already having another subscription for the same so i said that i will do it later.
But everyday they started calling and lastly on wednesday (11th october, 2017), i told her that i can renew the plan if she can give any additional benefit here.
And then based on that discussion, at 7:45pm (11th oct) she called again in my number and then she told that along with the offer she will also give 40 days free and if i am ready to take this, then she can immediately update the offer but i need to recharge by that day at the earliest, by talking with her manager. I asked for 50 days extra so she said i need to recharge first and then she can update me after talking with her manager.
So, iwas expecting a callback thereafter, but when she did not call me back so then based on the previous conversation, i made the recharge.
And now, when i made the recharge and hathway got the subscription money, then those executives stopped receiving any phone calls and they started denying the fact
Before i made the recharge, hathway sales team used to call every day and now when i did the recharge, then not a single callback was arranged from hathway
Really pathetic and truly frustrating incident being an existing customer of hathway for a long time now i want the committed extra days to be activated on my subscription asap.
