I applied for new connection on 2nd december and paid for 6 months online. Was told that the installation would be done by 12pm of 3rd december. And today is 4th december and i'm still waiting for the call from installation team and the installation guy to come. I also got the area manager number. His name is sudhakar. I called him but he is not attending the call and not even trying to call me back

    I was using hathway internet services from last one year and the usage plan was pre paid where i was paying for a quarter in advance.
    I relocated and hathway was not able to provide service at the new location. Now they are not refunding my prepaid amount of almost 2 months. Also i did not receive the security amount for returning modem which was taken at the time of installation.

    The customer care says that it is there company policy to not to return the pre paid plan bill.

      I am trying to change my plan for the past 10 days and due to very poor service from hathway i am not able to get this request completed, and now they have deactivated my services. Every time i call them a new request is created and the request is closed without the issue is solved. Since today is a friday i will have to spend the weekend without internet as these guys are not working on weekends.

      Please never ever take a hathway connection for boardband services.

        I have been having connection problems everyday for the entire month. Most of the times my upload speed is 0 kbps and hence i cannot do anything online. I have lodged a complaint everyday. Most of the times it takes more than a day for them to resolve the issue. And other times it is not resolved at all. Yesterday iwas told by them that a technician would be sent to my house within 30 minutes to resolve the issue. I ended up waiting the entire day at home and nobody showed up. Again today i was told a trchnician would be sent immediately and still nothing for hours. This i believe is fraudulent behaviour by hathway. I have tried my best to come to a mutually beneficial solution to this problem but i do not think hathway cares. I seem to have no other option than to file an fir and go to the soncumer court.

              Customer care executive explained a plan of 50 mbps for 3 months at the cost of rs.1500. But once i made a payment through paytm, they told me we are unable to proceeed for 50 mbps plan for 3 months, instead asked me to get the connection active for 5mbps plan for 3 months in same amount of 1500. It's unfair to promise something before payment and deliver something else after payment.

                My internet is always down, after giving n number of complaints still no action is been taken. I am fed up with there service i am on a daily basis raising the service request in their portal but their technical team is closing the service request themselves without consulting with us. Pathetic service & really fed up with hathway broadband internet services. I have send e'mail to the team but no respose. I want refund for the past one month and prepaid 2months mony back. Want proper solution or take your service out from my house n refund my money.

                  Hi, this is mustafa. I have registered complaint with hathway broadband for wifi not working on 22nd nov.ac no. [protected] and service id: 22112017w738545. Its been 5 days, but no one bothered to fix this, they will simply call and ask to restart router when i will be in office and moreover, i have tried that several times. Last friday, engineer called me and said that he will come on saturday, but when i called them on saturday, he straightaway said as he is on leave. Pathetic service, i have ever received. Pls help getting full refund as i am not willing to continue with their service as their service is useless and false. I am requesting officials to take strict action against this fraudster.

                  Hi there, My connection wasn't working for more than 15 days and Hathway denied to compensate or extend the service. Please help me get complete refund as their service wasn't promising and now someone rudely called me stating that they will collect the router from my home tomorrow without allowing me to speak.                         I have recharged my hathway account [protected] for 4 month pack on 9th nov 2017.
                        But from the next day i am not getting any internet connection in my account.
                        I have contacted customer care multiple times (More than 15 times).
                        They kept on saying your issue will be solved in 24 hours/2-3 days... Etc.
                        When i wanted to speak to senior representative then they told me "you will be contacted with in 1 hour" but nobody from hathway contacted me. And this happened many times.
                        You took the money and you are not providing any service then please refund my money.

                          About the internet line which is not functioning from last 3 weeks for the account number [protected]. We keep calling customer care and waited on line for 60 minutes and there was no answer and if they answer we reset the port and after that disconnect the line. We had bought in the package for 6 months and 1 month free.

                          These guys anil/mosin attended to the complaint and there was no fix as of now. You all need to learn how to treat customers. Your stupid customer care disconnects the line if we say we are existing customers. But for new customers you need them. When you cannot service existing customers why the hell you need new ones. Who will pay my telephone bills for all the calls that i have made to your customer care where there is no care.

                            We have taken hathway broadband connection of 20mbps, 230gb per month plan which was for (3+1=4 months) for rs. 2475/- and the same plan would be continued whenever i renew my account as said by the sales executive of hathway. Now my account is deactivated, so if i asked the same what their sales executive has conveyed us. They are not agreeing with the same plan. Its fake offers they are providing just to enroll for their connection and loot our money. I have the installation report and their its clearly mentioned as 3+1 month 20mbps of 230gb and we have signed for the same with all due respect. I'll definitely complain against their fake offers if they don't resolve my problem as early as possible.
                            We gonna fight against this with all proofs what we have and about your sales tricks of fake promises.

                                Hi team,

                                We have taken the new internet connection four days back and the internet service which they are providing to us very poor daily the internet service is not working properly we are raising the complaint to customer care and they are saying that it will be resolved in 24 hours. Next day also the same thing happens and again we continue with the same procedure but the problem is not permanently fixed daily we are experiencing the same, so we taught of disconnecting the service so on the 3rd day i have dropped an email to the hathway hyderabad help desk team they have not responded to the refund request and the issue i have stated. Please initiate the refund request and return back the total amount which we have paid.

                                This is to inform you that we have given many chances for you to rectify the issue but you have taken our kindness as foolishness, If you have any doubt on it please check how many complaints that has been logged on this account number :[protected] from the past few days.If you don't have the proper technical team to handle the issues with in less time why would we still continue your services.The time they had given the connection at that time only they haven't done properly.If you don't have an efficient workers that's not my issue right.We patiently waited for a long time for the support we didn't get the support and service also.We straight away want to disconnect the services and we want refund of money.                                   Connection taken on 30th october 2017 and activated on 3rd november 2017 by hathway since then the connection works sometime and disconnects majority of times. Have given series of complains but it has gone in vain. The connection doesn’t work at the required hours of the day nor are they able to fix the same.

                                  Have requested them to cancel however they said that they don’t have a refund policy and hence they will not payback the money i paid 3008 for 3 months.

                                    I am writing this after losing hope on hatchway customer service.
                                    I have requested relocation of internet connection from kondapur to kukatpally around 15 days back and i have called to customer care and submitted all the necessary documents.

                                    No relocation has been done and i have called to customer service around 10-15 times each time they repeat the same lines we will get it done in 24 hrs and am not getting even a single call, and from the past 4 days i am calling they escalated they said but still i don't see any action from them. Literally i am frustrated with their service and customer care responses.

                                      I paid for a new connection in hathway, indore branch. They came to my home for payment procedure and all, i have the receipt, but after that i've called them several times but the service person is really rude and keeps on delaying, plus he has blocked my number now. They haven't even activated the account and no one has come for installation purpose, thus i cannot open my account on ur official website to register a complaint.                                         I am using gtpl broadband since last 1.5 years.in last 1 year, there is rarely any month where i have not called customer care to register complaint about wan port unplugged. This is regular with gtpl. Their team is not able to provide permanent solution.
                                        Even their ridiculous online portal does not work. Also their mobile application does not allow to register complaint through mobile. I have to call and wait in the queue to register complaints every now and then. Online is portal is so inaccurate that it does not list all the complaints i have registered till now.
                                        Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
