    It seems they are not customer oriented company. My net frequently not work and continue i approach customer care no. But they only say "mafi mangu chu aapni asuvidha badal" like one robot. They even chopped policy on your face and say 24 working day is time to solve any complaints. Cp nagar branch is located 2 km away from my home to pass this distance they need 3 days what a joke. After talk with many times customer support i approach nodal officer kuldip mistry but he not picking any call and cut the call. So approach the appeal authority mr pathak he also cut the same way. But giving continue call his sub ordinates mr chintan pick the call and say again same answer like robot behind customer support desk. Even i mail and message to both nodal officer and appeal authority. But they are not interested to solve issues and call back.

    Friend i suggest to all who face this problem must collective file case and drag this management to court.

    Also put complaint on cnbc. As this company recently list on market. So investor must know how the management and how the services they provide. So not to invest in it.

    Hope all who face this take initiative.

      Hi.

      Pathetic response and false commitment given to us on the lines activation..

      It's been more than a month. While getting out new connection of lease line.
      If they are ill-equipped to provide connection in particular area they must inform the customers before hand.
      All the documents are collected and no connection has been done or refund has been processed
      Spite paying advance.
      1. Technician or sales executive are arrogant and not satisfying customers queries
      2, at the time meeting executive
      We have enquired several times is it possible to activate for our location office and you have given assurance that no problem with the location and we got positive response on feasibility check, now what happen.
      3. Our first visit was july month end and now its sep
      4. Sales executive name prashanth collected all the documents 15days back and never turned up on an update of activation. He never returned to our office or responding to our calls.

      Need an strict action on this...

      We will lodge a complaint on all the staff's whom we have communicated for new lease lines..

      Documents are been submitted a month before, someone from your sales team is calling me today and mentioning he has forgotten to share and will handover when he is free. Is this the way you guys deal with a customer. Firstly you do a feasible check and confirm that line would be up and last minute you say it’s not feasible. If you have any policy which is followed to ensure connectivity for the customer for resolution please put in place

      When i mentioned i will ask my legal team to get in touch if the documents is not submitted and also think there is a misuse of the documents, your spoc prakash mention do what ever you want and he will wait for it.

      Please let me know the actions you will take on your employee. We has a company have decided to go legally if i don’t get a response by tomorrow day end. Also i need a apology letter from you spoc with our documents.

      I want my connection to be activated.

      Need a strict action taken on hathway team sales person prashanth.

      This person also collected soft copy and hard copy documents of our company and there is a possibility of misusing it, we have asked the person about the company documents but he is denaying on this and instead he also he is very rude and behaving in unprofessional manner.

      Request to take the necessary action and also update on the connection status, we have been doing a follow up for past a month..

      The whole hathway team has involved in this and proper action to be taken on the concern person involved in this.

      I hope this will be taken in high piriority and resolved asap..

        My internet stopped working from 8th sep, 2017 and today it's 12th sep. But still now started. Registered a complaint and do number of calls. Complaint number: 2719371.in 24 hours even thay didn't came to check. We have call them and have said that we have registered complaint please come now. They are just told that your complaint is in high priority. But no result. Even closes the complaint without fixing issue.
        Don't know how the government allowed such company to bring ipo.

          I have an issue with the services that you are providing. Apart from standard plans you also give extra offers which we get on our cellphones, such an offer was a plan for "3+1 month @50mbps with additional 5000gb" for which we payed rs 2650. After 1st month the speed was downgraded and the plan was altered with a 70 gb limit, though they resolved the issue but still again after 2nd month they again degraded it. I have contacted many times to customer care regarding this they say your extra gb is not added but nothing has been done. At the name of solving the issue they added 570 gb but after 4-5 days they again downgraded it to 270 gb. I am not sure whether they will further do such thing. This is seriously a breach of our trust and surely not a way to treat a customer.

          I used hathway connection 1 year back, while giving connection they taken amount by check and later after some issues with their services i discontinued.
          but hathway customercare service people called me and asked for renew, said no.
          but other person called me now and saying that check bounced now(after 1 year).

          The hathway is worst service.

            Since last 4 days, my hathway cable in chinchwad (Pune) is disconnected and the following error comes on tv,
            "please call your cable operator/[protected]@y office to subscribe to this channel (4)"
            Not a single channel is showing. I have called the cable operator 10 times each day, but no use, they are not responding at all.
            How can be it resolved? Please help me to get rid of it. Or tell me email id for taking the issue forward with hathway.
            I hope for positive response and suggestion to solve the problem.

              Even two days after making a complaint... & more than 10 follow-ups nothing has been done service id[protected]w706980
              After 2 days i got a message that problem has been resolved... Even though no body attended it... When i complained again they simply raised another service id[protected]w730482 (Just to show that they have resolved the problem & it has resurfaced again)

              This is completely unprofessional behaviour...!!

                I am from siliguri, west bengal, and got three cable connections of hathway in the month of may, since than i am getting regular connection issues, the line gets disconnected for hours on regular basis and now one of my connection is disconnected from last 4 days and i am not getting any response from the cable operator, it seems i have made a big mistake by believing on this cable company, your cable provider name bimal contact no.                   I have used hathway internet for almost three years when i was staying in hsr layout sector ii and then i was shifting to another area. As they do not cover my new location, i asked them to disconnect my connection.

                  At the time of connection, they took 1055/- as deposit for their modem and i have a receipt that mentions that it is fully returnable. I disconnected my connection on 22nd july 2017 and their representative came and collected the modem.

                  I was told by their executive on the phone that i will receive a cheque of the deposit amount withing 15 days of returning the modem. It has been more than 1.5 months that i don't hear anything from them.

                  Whenever i call their call center, they tell that concerned department will call you but nothing happens. Instead, they keep calling me to recharge my account even after disconnection.

                  Please help me to get my deposit back.

                          I have been cheated by hathway. They promised me to resolve any issue which was occured in 24 hours.
                          From past 1 week, iam not able to browse google.com via the hathway service. I have raised 2 complaints which are getting closed without contacting me (Ref no: 01092017m604631 and 06092017w6763643).
                          I got the technican number and when i called him for the service, i got response as he dont know when it will be reoslved. Iam getting reckless answers by hathway people. Even from 3 days iam following with nodal and appellete teams and the worst part is even they are not responding to me via mails or calls.
                          Iam getting frustrated with the service and no one is worrying about my issue. Complete management is not worrying about the problems. Can you please help in resolving the issue

                            I have 21 connections of gtpl in my hotel. Whenever any of the set top box has any fault, the cable operator charges very high and they take more than one month for repairing. Gtpl customer care has no idea and they dont provide the contact number to whom we can contact for our issues. Worst service. They have no responsible person to whom we can contact for our issues. They dont have plan charges information.

                              I have taken hathway broadband which told me that it's speed will be 40 mbps and then i paid a three months pack as i trust it but here from so many days net was not coming and i want to remove the connection as the problem was coming for every 3 days nearly and the speed is not good sometimes it is good but sometimes it makes me to use mobile data of mine now at this time also no net so i am using mobile data

                                Id proof, address proof, hdfc bank check everything...
                                Still i didn't get the connection even after a month,
                                Vijaybhai patni is handling the gtpl connection in our area,
                                Kindly take some legal action against him, otherwise i'll file a fraud case against him & gtpl...

                                I want my check & all documents back,
                                Please do the needful...

                                  Worst services and technical support

                                  As i am hathaway customer from last one year and i am facing issue with frequently disconnection from last 15 days and couldn't able work. Two times i have raised tickets on the same but without attending the call and without rectified the issue, they had closed the calls. Even i am trying to talk with manager by calling to customer care but they are also not connecting and disconnecting the calls. Here are below details of my account,

                                  If your guys couldn't able to rectify the issue and don't want to rectify what is use of your services and it's waist of money for me. Otherwise i will go for other network those who will provide better

                                    I am virat thakur, my user id is virat_2220, i have purchased internet services on 1st aug 2017, and till date there are constant disconnections, when i logged the case with gtpl, they are closing the cases without resolving the issues. I have asked for the disconnection & full repayment also if possible for service extensions, they have denied. I have been cheated by the gtpl company.

                                      I am using hathway internet service from apr-2017, i paid first 3 month 50mbps plan first time and i was happy with the service that time. But after the expiry of that, i paidbps but they are providing me less than 22 mbps internet speed.

                                      I have raised complain to hathway may times, they have looked into it also. But not able to resolve the problem. I have paid full amount for next 6 month for the plan name "thunder4 50mbps blr pre qtrly" but they are not able to provide the proper service.
