Here i would like to inform you that my gtpl broadband connection is not working since last 1 month. I have already complained on their customer care as well registered compliant on gtpl website (Complaint no[protected] on 7th jul'17. Also send 3 mails to their gujarat nodal officer (Nodalofficer. [protected]@gtpl.net). But still my broadband is not working, so request you to look into this matter and short out this issue as soon as possible.

    You guys keep calling me before 15 days to make me a payment and when i make the payment you guys don't provide proper service and do not fix the issues upon calling for 3-4 times you say can't fix for more than 24 hours. If you can fix within 24 hours why the # do you request me to make thw payment before 15 days?? Just cancel it and make a refund you losers and fraud people.

      I got hathway broadband as they advertised good speed n #, i literally bought this #, regret every single day, super bad connectivity, no internet at the exact time when i need it, the executives will sugar coat the words so much n make fake promises while renewing the connection, i'am literally using mobile data hotspot to complete the work, the officials at the hathway outlets clearly say "sir apka connection to paise k liye kiya tha" later i come to know my area is not coverd in the hathway zone. I was using bsnl before this i really appreciate thier services in the entire span of 3.5 years there a slight glich for few days (Which i was informed prior),

        My user id is 1609739 at vadodara.

        I would like to inform you that i am really frustrated with your internet providing service that i am using since 6 months in vadodara. The starting of 3 months, it was ok but last 3 months i am only able to use it for not more than 30 days continual. Every next day i have to complain to this number for internet off[protected] and they only tell me to reboot my wifi router but it does not make any difference to the problem.

        I request you to kindly terminate my connection and please provide the full refund amount that i have paid at the up-gradation time. Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful in my favor as soon as possible.

              What a rubbish service from your end.
              I m not getting permanent solution from your side.
              I already complain regarding my issue to gtpl customer service but after 24 hours i m not getting solution regarding my problem.
              I received below messages from gtpl after complaining.

                Today after a so many trial, with very difficulties i could join customer's care
                Phone. As since one month i m being harnessed by gtpl staff as my internet is not working and even customers care staff is telling lie that i have used internet for eight hrs. And 800 mb is used. This is now serious issue as my complain remains as it is. As my whatapp remains open so any time internet comes and withing short time it goes down. When whatapp remain open so when net is coming so immediately downloading starts and then suddenly goes down also.
                So when it come s and goes down the time, we do not know.
                Customers care unit see my used data and informing me that internet you have used so your complain can not sustain and now you have to log new complain.
                During this discussion i got angry as i have not used internet, and how he blame on me that i have used internet.
                Either you are cheating me or you do not bother about my complain
                Sir i am very busy person, not at all time to do fake complain.
                So pls inquire, who is using my internet on my name. May be your service engineer is cheating me. And i am not aware. So pls inquire and do something as i am being harnessed since last one month.

                  Worst service provider ever..!!! I have been using hathway broadband for more than 1.5 years now. My account number is[protected].
                  On july 5th, i have done a payment of rs. 1380 via i-mobile app. A couple of days later i got a call from hathway customer care that my bill is pending for the month of june. When i informed them that i have done a payment through icici mobile app on 5th of july, i was told that the payment has to be done only through hathway website or through hathway mobile app. I did a payment of 1416 on july 13th with an assurance that the 1380 rs will be refunded to me within 10 working days. Days went by but i never received my refund. So i called back again and i was asked to submit a screen shot of my bank statement which i did to some girl named monisha a. But i never got a revert back. By this time icy frustration was on peak and i wanted to talk to some senior person or a manager, but no manager was ready to talk to me. Every single time i was given the same lame excuse that the managers are busy they will get back to you very soon. But trust me nobody did. I am quite surprised what kind of managers hathway has, who are always busy and don't have time to solve customer queries. Today i got a call from hathway saying that they cannot track my payment despite me giving my bank statement. I asked them to send me an email stating the same, that they have not received any payment. I was assured by the agent that she will get back to me after consulting with his senior. After an hour i get a text stating "your request for cc billing with a service id 17072017w971128-1 has been resolved as per our records". Can you believe that..??!! I called back customer care again in order to check that how my query got resolved when i haven't got my refund back. I asked him to connect to the manager so that i can escalate my problem to a higher level but guess what i replied to me. Yes, the same lame excuse... The managers are busy right now. They will get back to you shortly. Trust me this is not about the money anymore the way this issue was handled is very frustrating. I'm sure if hathway had more responsible/literate managers, my problem would have been handled in a better way. I'm sure i will not be getting a revert even for this feedback because i have figured out the unprofessional attitude of people in this company.

                    I am really surprise that i am being inform that there was a phone from your side but my convieniant time is 3 to 6. So pls ring me accordingly.
                    You have just phone me, but you have not solve my problem.
                    Still my net is out or order.
                    Every day i am complaining but still you have not started my net.
                    Some time it start form 5 or 10 mints only, that too i can come to know as my whatsapp remain open. And immidiately started downloding.
                    Othrwise day and night it remains closed.
                    Either you are not willing to solve the problem, or you have not appointed enough mechenics staff or you are cheater company.
                    I am so harressed that i m giving warning to you that do not ring me after finishing (Expired) our period for this connection. Pls go not ring me after expired this connection period.

                    Every day i tried to reach you through mobile so every night i have to go to cyber cafe to complain to you.
                    And every night i have to spent 40 rs for this complain.

                      I have recently (23rd july 2017) paid for a new hathway connection but none of the hathway representative has come to my home to install the new connection. The account number which is generated for me is:- [protected]. The hathway support executive who has called me before payment was very eager that i pay the amount and he said that they will install within one or 2 hours. But soon after i completed my payment, he stopped responding to my call and no one from hathway has come to my home to install the connection. I have called the same person but he is not picking my calls. (His mobile:- [protected]). I called hathway customer care 3-4 times but none of the action was taken.

                      Customer care provided me with my area manager and on calling him, he said that hathway services are not available in my area and asked me to get to office and take my refund! (So, why were they so much eager on getting paid in advance on the first place? Also, i paid online and they are telling me to come to their office and collect my refund! Otherwise, online it seems it will take 45 days to get my refund! Wth!).

                      This is very disappointing and a very bad customer experience as a new customer. Now i have absolutely no interest in taking any connection from hathway. Request you to please look into the issue and get my refund asap. Following are my details:

                        I had got this connection last and it worked well so recommended to 3 of my neighbours. After sometime these people started calling me for the connectivity problem and i too used to attend these calls as a customer care service of gtpl. Eventually i stopped registering complains as it was almost daily thing. But yesterday gtpl’s so called engineer visited next door as there was no connectivity for last 7 days. Though he saw that cable disconnected, he was requested fix it up. But it was shocking to here his reply – he won’t do it unless and until complain is registered. So practically gtpl wants me to keep on registering complains daily and keep on begging to keep my connection up.

                          I have been using hathway broadband in chennai. Due to relocation, we had to terminate the connection. We were promised a refund of 420rs once we terminate the connection. We have even returned their modem but now they are saying they cannot refund my money. While giving connection they showcased themselves as a transparent and customer friendly organization. All their staffs are half baked and doesn't give us full information. I need my money back.

                            I have submitted all hardware from my end and have stopped using hathway from like 1 month back. However my refund amount has still been credited back.
                            What i was told was that i will get back below from [protected]@hathway.net

                            1) refundable amount-2699/- (999-security amount rest 2 month subscription amount)
                            2) within 30 days

                            Now no one responds back.
                            I have provided details of bank account where i should get the amount back.
                            I called hatway helpine, the team does not provide any information.

                            This is complete stuck point now.

                              I am from ahmedabad. My gtpl id is zsc4. Whenever internet is down the customer care phone lines become busy. And the issue does not get resolved for days. There is no way to put a complaint in such case. Customer care is just useless in this situation. My internet is down since 2 days. And this has happened many times. Gtpl has to give me refund of all these days when internet was down. To gtpl - resolve this asap or else i will take stricter action.

                                Being asked to payback incorrectly. My plan was changed from prepaid to postpaid without any information. To add worst to that, service provided by them is not up to the standard and incorrect information is passed by their customer care executives. Very frustrating. I'm losing my valuable amount of time due to this and of course a lot of efforts which is not required.

                                  Broad band connection is disconnected daily and then after some it is connected - time varies from 5 minutes to 5 hours. The customer support number is always busy and now they have stopped allowing to create ticket using the app. For all complaints the message is same - this self registered complaint has solution.

                                  This is happening since last three to four months.

                                    Dear sir, i have been calling your customers care from 5th july to move my broadband. Every time i call the advisor says it will be done 24-48 hours. It's been 16 days now

                                    This is the last time i am contacting you and then i will be raising complaint to consumer forum. I am totally dependant on internet connection as i am working on internet

                                      My three month payment has been done by 21/05/2017 of rs.3098/-.

                                      Till now there is no connection. Already i have registered my complain with hathway company complain no[protected]w209916 dated - 30/05/2017 but complined not resolved but i have received message dated - 22/06/2017 but i have not received my money. After that again i called hathway company they told by mistake it was happened so they will refund my amount within next day. But its more than now 50 days i have not received any amount from company side. Although i have called to company more than 100 times for same issue i have record of all those all with me.
                                      So, this is extreme cases of customer harassment. I hope that you will look into my matter with most priority.

                                        1) not working since 2 days.
                                        2) half of the no on net is not in working condition.
                                        3) only 2 no is there for registration of complaint.
                                        4) most of the time nos are busy so, it take at-least 1 day to register compliant
                                        After so many attempt.
                                        5) how it is possible that such a big net work having only 2 nos for registration
                                        Of complaint, so there is lake of transparency in working.
                                        6) and after complaint min 1 day is for solution of problem.
