We took hathway connections at vidyaranepura banglore, since the first day there was some or other technical problem with the connection, and when contacted to the person who installed our connection, he replied that he doesn't care and the issue should be registered with the company. So i called the toll free number of the company, 9 out of 10 times the line was busy. It was like they dint value customers. Finally after trying for 1 hr the line was connected. After 10 minutes o navigating through customer default dials got to speak with a customer executive. He asked for n number of information just to confirm that i am a genuine user, that costed me an hour to find all information and tell him. Finally after all that, he said he will look into it and will get back to me within 24 hours. I was thinking am i a fool who is spending money for nothing, have to do my job online for which i an e fired and these people will just look into problem within 24 hours. So i ask him is it possible to withdraw the connection, i don't want to pay any charity money to your company. He again gave me that # about company will get back to you in 24 hours. So i wrote down the customer complaint number and the call ended, half o my day was invested in asking a company to deliver proper service for the money i am paying. This wasn't even first time every second day the problem was there. Now i don't want anything from this company exceptl to pull back the connection and refund me, i swear to god to never even when i am high to refer this service to anyone. Btw if you have a hathway connection, best of luck
