I am facing internet problems multiple times. In 20 days I have faced issue around 5 times and still they are not provind any permanent solution.

I am complaining to hathway customer service they are taking more than 24 hours to solve the issue but again I am facing the same problem repetedly.

    My internet connection is down since last 7 days. The complaint was raised at the customer care (complaint number 3480419, earlier complaint 376999 closed without resolution) and was given the assurance that it will be resolved the next day. Now every day I am calling the customer care number and I get the same response that it is in process.
    But it is not resolved yet.
    Hathway is really providing very pathetic service. Managers dont pick up the calls . I get the false assurance that executive will come to check the connection, but nobody visits .

    I am really fed up of the service. I will not recommend Hathway to anybody.
    Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have taken wi fi connection fifteen days ago till that day I am facing speed problem, and complaining since ten days but no solution is there. Now service is blocked from yesterday evening and no solution has been done . What I should do now.

      Internet provider is charging is not on what the agreed upon. Have send multiple email and called customer care for more than 30 times in 30 days. They close the service request without and update. Need full refund from them and they should be punished for wastage of my time. As the company is full of incompetent persons.

        I have subscribed 10 mbps plan from gtpl in february 2017
        Since 5 july my internet is not working and when it works it only give speed around 10 kbps
        I have complained many times and visited their office in bapunagar
        They sent a technician and he checked wiring at my home
        But after that he said that problem might be in gtpl dp! So he told me he ll go to check dp which was in neighboring flat! So i went out to see if goes there or not! And that technician rode off his bike and didn't even check wiring and dp!

            My account no is [protected], i paid 1000 rs advance for 3 months, i think this is my biggest mistake ever. Hathway promised 5mbps speed but i think they meant is upto 5kbps speed. Because in every 10 days time my net connection was broken down and need to chase up with worst customer care executives in my life.
            Literally i had to beg them to resolve my issue. They never visit your premises for troubleshooting. Even i tried nodal officers of hathway but they never pick their cellphone.
            I tried email/facebook but no support.

            Pls guys be aware of such fraud companies never ever have any connection of hathway. I think jio airtel are bigger brand and have better executive who actually visit the site and do work.
            They close the complaint next day without even resolving it.

            Worst company i wish that this company get bankrupted soon.

              I recharged my account on 29th july as got almost 5 calls from your sales guy with very tempting offer and assurances so i recharged but ive got very horrible service and sales guy told me to recharge for 650 and you will get 3 to 5 mbps speed for 40 days i said its for 2mbps plan after checking on net, which i didn't want but he again said its an offer for you, you will get 3 to 5 mbps no fup for 40 days and im not getting even 2 mbps speed properly now he says i cant do anything for low speed or to increase speed its in hands of engineer who is asking 150 rs more for increasing speed.
              This is horrible nature and marketing strategy to extract money from us.

              When i sent you email regarding my complaint.
              As you being in-charge, i was very optimistic that you would solve the issue created by bluffing me by your sales guy namely mr. Akbar shaikh by telling me about a plan which didn’t exist, and making me recharge for the same on 29th of july, but no proceedings from you except getting a call by mr. Mayur from billing department but nothing after that.

              Now its been more than 4 to 5 days you were informed about this but the issue is not resolved.
              Even i have raised a complaint regarding this to customer care but nothing from their side either.in fact i got a message within a day that issue has been resolved, which is surprising.

              I understand there was holiday in between but what before and after that.
              If i haven’t had answered the call. You guys should have resolved the issue as mayur knows everything about it. Or just emailed me.

              I’ll be anticipating for the action which you are going to take and how you will solve this.

              I request you for the speed which i was promised or if not possible, more speed along with other commitments which was given to me by your sales guy like no fup whatsoever and 40 days uninterrupted services.
              Extending the number of days of my subscription from the end date as i’m using the slow 2 mbps since 29th july till today.
              And if you cant do these please refund the whole money back to my bank account.

              I’ll be waiting for your reply or call.

                My acc no: [protected] (Hyderabad, kothaduga). I recharged my connection in advance for 3 months, but got transfered to bangalore after 15 dyas. So logged a complaint on 19-jul-2017 complaint no: 1807201w986779 to transfer the connection to bangalore, also send a email to hayhway id and bill desk id, but ticket got closed without resolution. Again raised a new compalin 22072017w036958 again no solution and compalint got closed stating that it can be transfered to bangalore got this confirmation from bill desk but after than no followup done. So logged one more compalint no 25072017w075044. I which resolution is given. Due to relocation money can't be refunded.

                I don't understand, i have not even used that connection and since they are not able to tranfer my connection from hyd to blr i have asked to disconnect my connect and refund the remaining amount. Which they said can't be done.
                From a company like hayhway we dn't expext this type of service and cheating.
                By taking money without any reason.

                      Dear hathaway team

                      I received a call on 30th of july for activating my internet plan on hathaway. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years. I wanted a plan for less data for longer duration for nominal web surfing. She recommended 100 rs payment for which i would get a 3 months surfing for 3 gb which i was ok with. As i keep on travelliing. After making the payment the account was activated for a trial period of 3 days and my account is still inactive for last 1 week.

                      I have raised a complaint but the supervisortalks in a rather rude and impolite manner and says it cannot be done. This is breach of trust. They ask the records of the phone call which i would not have by any means. On top of it the team handling the complains misbehaves and closes the service request without proper investigation

                        We took hathway connections at vidyaranepura banglore, since the first day there was some or other technical problem with the connection, and when contacted to the person who installed our connection, he replied that he doesn't care and the issue should be registered with the company. So i called the toll free number of the company, 9 out of 10 times the line was busy. It was like they dint value customers. Finally after trying for 1 hr the line was connected. After 10 minutes o navigating through customer default dials got to speak with a customer executive. He asked for n number of information just to confirm that i am a genuine user, that costed me an hour to find all information and tell him. Finally after all that, he said he will look into it and will get back to me within 24 hours. I was thinking am i a fool who is spending money for nothing, have to do my job online for which i an e fired and these people will just look into problem within 24 hours. So i ask him is it possible to withdraw the connection, i don't want to pay any charity money to your company. He again gave me that # about company will get back to you in 24 hours. So i wrote down the customer complaint number and the call ended, half o my day was invested in asking a company to deliver proper service for the money i am paying. This wasn't even first time every second day the problem was there. Now i don't want anything from this company exceptl to pull back the connection and refund me, i swear to god to never even when i am high to refer this service to anyone. Btw if you have a hathway connection, best of luck

                          I am raising this complaints after having lot of discussion with my cable operator in regards to sports channels getting blocked from last few months.
                          Every time when i call they will lift the call or not many times. But in case if they lift the call they refer to the hathway cable is not releasing the channels as they have blocked, they will release after 1 week. The same answer after 1 week.
                          How many weeks do i have suffer more?

                                Internet is working slow and it's taking much time for browsing.

                                You can't complaine online or you can't contact customer care or talk with there customer executive. They only know one thing advertising everywhere for there brand but don't try to provide a better service to there customer.

                                  I raised my complaint everyday about speed that in the evening and night net is not working. I raised the ticket also but they closed it without solving it. Even there technical team are also so dumb that they don't know the issue and just say foolish excuses. I recommend everyone dont go for this if you have other options with you even tikona is better than there service. Hathway provided big GB's of data but not provide the speed to finish the data.

                                    Worst service. Suffered a lot personally as well as my friends also. I had registered a complaint for shifting the connection 15days back and they are neither sending anyone nor refunding us. I had paid for next 6 months and this is the second month. So irritated. Minimum 5 calls per day. Still getting the same reply that will be resolved in 24hr. I need my refund. I don't want this worst service and worst network.

                                    Don't you think it's way too much to wait for 15days just for shifting the connection from one lane to other. While giving the new connection, you guys just jump on but while providing any service we die here calling and waiting.

                                      Its worst network provided company in india. They will not inform you about your plan finish date until you didn't call them. Even nodal officer mobile is continuously ringing and never reply
                                      Cs or 1800 numbers are always busy if you call 02am or 02pm
                                      Paid for 1mbps plan and get only 250 kbps speed whole year, they didnot check line for solve the problems, once they get whole amount cheque they will definitely forget customer, thats my personal experience
                                      Highly disappointed by gtpl
