I have done payment for my broadband services for a/c no: [protected] on 24th june against transaction id: r-8304660

But i have not received the invoice even after multiple follow ups.

The call centre toll free no. Is always busy so you can't talk to customer care executive also.

Pls help as i need this urgently for tax reimbursement purpose.

Dinesh vishwakarma verbally promised me renew the quaterly pack i will give u 2 months extra validity & 100 gb every it means (3+2 months) but still iam not get any extra period & in email he had given (3+1 months) attached email copy this is shows he wants the business by any ways by giving wrong promises i had called so many times relating to extra period but he will not responding i want justice

      Complaint : i have done online recharge for renewal of internet plan of 3m @ 3999 for 7 months on 5th july 2017, money had been deducted from my account and its confirmation also received from pay.in but on gtpl website no any payment shows in gtpl website so gtpl did not renew my internet plan

        Hathway is the worst service provider that i have come across. For the last six months i'm suffering with extremely poor internet services. I have registered complaint after complaint after complaint. The best solution their incompetent technical team has been able to provide is that i restart my modem and router. I am restarting my modem and router atleast twice a day on daily basis now, and this has been going on for months and months.

        I've called customer care number several times and everytime a ticket is created, someone calls and assures something would be done, but after a few days the ticket is resolved with no solution. I'm back to restarting the modem and router everyday.

        The only thing their customer care is prompt at is calling the customer for upcoming re-charge date. Once you are done with recharge, you are back to your sufferings. The worst is no one is coming to even disconnect the system despite raising a complaint for doing so. Unbelievable!!

        Around 3 to 4 months ago i was told that both modem and router are old and there is also latency issue from the main box outside on the poo (Whatever it is). But nothing has been done about it.

        Please help me with the issue. I have two hathway connections one of them i've refused to recharge because i'm anyways unable to use them and i'm unfortunately stuck with the second one till august. Please take some action against this fraud service provider.

        So, despite saying ASAP, two days later no calls from any of your executives... Brilliant customer service!! I have a request, please send someone to disconnect the internet from my place and take back modem and router. Your guys are not visiting even for disconnecting...

        To add to that, for almost 5 to 6 months I've been requesting a call from any of your senior managers or someone in the hierarchy who understands what customer service is. Till date I haven't received even 1. My internet connection stops working atleast twice a day and I have to restart the modem. Never experienced such low level of service from any ISP.

          Just to bring our notice. My shifting is not done since 17th of June. Everyday i call your toll free and you guys give some lame excuses.

          Are guys want to give the connection or not.

          Otherwise refund money.

          Your technician who called me yesterday. I have clearly;y mentioned to come either before 10:30 am or after 6 pm. They closed ticket stating customer don't want shifting to be done.

            I have made a request to hold my account (ac no:1504219) around 8 months back period, now I want to resume my connection but my account shows a due amount. I have used a prepaid connection which stops its services @12 midnight immediately after the renewal date. now I wonder how could I have the due amount.please clear all the unnecessary due bills and resume my connection.               I was given application before 8 days for the connection shift on my new residential and last 3 days i take the following to gtpl all executive was just asking as will do it. But after 8 days not shifted. Daily i have lots in my business. Very bad service form gtpl. Not any executive are take the responsibility. I was also paid rs. 560/-charges of chifting. But finaly result is not shifted. Can you please guide us anyown.

              Very bad experience with the GTPL BRODBAND SERVICE. DAILY LOTS MY BUSINESS BUT ANY SENIOR PERSON TAKE THE ACTION FOR RESOLVE MY ISSUES. VERY UNPROFESSION BUSINESS AND SERVICES FROM GTPL BRODBAND.
              TODAY AFTER 13 DAYS NOT COMPLETILY SHIFTED MY CONNECTION.
              I need to his do notified, I want to do first. because customer care is not supported and also not supported by local office. How can I known status about my complaint.

                Hello Team, We had requested for a new Broadband Hathway connection for the address Flat 302, Aruna Enclave, Megha Hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad-500081 and paid an amount of INR 3443/- on 26th June for 6 months of Hathaway Broadband Internet Service subscription. As promised by Hathaway Team, technician came on 1st July 2017 Saturday for installation. However, they didn't have any tools or equipment to drill or complete the installation. So, they told that they will keep the internet cables hanging outside the main door and will establish the connection next day when they return with necessary tools. Surprisingly, that next day never came and neither the technicians ever returned to install the internet, on top of that Internet was activated on 1st July and we started facing data charges, lost days in subscription starting from 1st July itself. I called Hathaway Customer Service almost 8-9 times everyday, however they only informed that they informed the local area technician and they can't do anything more than that. They neither could give any guarantee on when technicians will come nor they assured the issue will be fixed. Going by their lackluster attitude and unhelpful nature, I demanded for a refund and informed them that I do not want to proceed with Hathaway Broadband Internet Connection any more. They raised a query with Billing Dept on 2nd July, and informed Billing Team will call us in 24 hrs. This was another fraudulent promise by Hathway as never received any call from Billing Team and still waiting for refund. Hathaway looks like a fraudulent company who falls back on their promises and when asked for valid refund of the INR 3443/- paid as the promised service was never used, they are harassing by not issuing any refund and not even sharing any update when the refund will happen. After reviewing their refund request history on Internet and pathetic customer service I experienced, I'm registering this complain on Public Grievance Portal and request immediate action against Hathaway Company and refund of the money I paid for Hathaway service which was never provided i.e. INR 3443/-.                   The hathway internet (Wi-fi) services are unstable, intermittent and i regret subscribing to hathway for internet services. When the month is approaching its end, i am bombarded with messages to pay the subscription amount.
                  From the date of payment i am provided with good service hardly for 7 days and then the hathway is at regular course by providing intermittent connection.
                  When i call up its customer care they take up call and simply say that the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs, in this way in a month i end up calling hathway 3-4 times and this has become a routine whereby the calls to hathway are also charged from rupees 10-15 on one call.

                  At times even for a day i am not provided connection and when i request them to extend the connection for one day to reimburse the day when connection was not provided they state "we cannot do so". Earlier orders against hathway were passed by hyderabad consumer court where the company had to pay compensation to the complainant.

                  This is a clear case of cheating public by advertising uninterrupted connection of internet. The company is liable for cheating under indian penal code and is liable to be sued in a court of law.

                      You have the worst ISP in the area. ever since I have taken the connection, I have spent more time trying to reach your people for issues rather than spending time on browsing. Every day one new problem. Highlight is your customer care, after asking all details and going for technical help option, the line gets disconnected. I have all calls recorded which I have made to your sales and wiring executives since it involved multiple follow ups. However for collecting money the person turned out at the very first instance. Moreover your backend team is more irritating, making multiple calls to remind me for recharging the account - something which I am not even satisfied with.

                        I recently got a Hathway connection. It stopped working after 4 days. I have been unable to reach an agent who can think beyond restarting the modem since then. I keep trying to explain that they have a problem with the connection and not the modem (which is working fine when I tested with my neighbours ACT as well), but either they do not have the manpower or they are too lazy to make a trip out to the field. Additionally I have never been able to reach an agent before 8 AM on their so called 24x7 care lines.
                        I honestly think this company does not care about their customer experience and service quality and also has no clue how to manage their employees - who are leaving posts unmanned and taking work avoidance steps instead of taking care of their customers properly.
                        I have also called 4 times to request for disconnection without being able to get through to anyone - so I have put it in the text for a service request and shall stop paying the bill and disconnect formally when they call about this.

                          I made a new connection request on company's website.
                          For the same A sales executive came to my place and collected the cheque for the required amount and gave me the receipt, assuring me that the new connection will be installed within a week.

                          However, it is now over 3 months that there is no connection.

                          Everytime I call the sales representative, He tells me that connection will be done next day,

                          When I called the company's helpline number.

                          They said, they cant do anything as there is no phone number registered.

                          When I asked for the refund I was told connection will be done.

                          PATHETIC COMPANY.
                          IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE NEW CONNECTION AFTER TAKING PAYMENT, I WONDER HOW DO THEY MANAGE AFTER SALES.

                              On MAY 28th of 2017 i launched the 1st complained regarding the speed issues i am facing during evening and nights, they said they will resolve the problem, but the complain was closed with out resolving, after that i called hathway customer service multiple times around roughly 12 to 15 times and launched complaints, each time the complaint was closed with out resolving. The problem is, in day time speed it good, during evening and nights i have speed issue, i mostly use internet at nights after coming from office. I am suppose to get 50Mbps but i hardly get 2 to 3 Mbps, with out proper speed i cannot do my office work. i have already prepaid for 6 months plan. So today i called hathway (June 29 2017) and asked them to disconnect and refund my amount because they were not able to resolve the issue. They stated that they cannot refund the amount.
                              Because of the poor internet service i have faced performance issues in my work.
                              I Have all the call recording of all my complaints.

                              The service given by hathway to consumer has to be questioned.

                              Kindly, Solve the issue.

                                Effectively having the connection for 25 days 3years

                                Now, howeverthey dont have good plans i asked exit

                                But they called 7 times for having connectivity issues in 15days
                                . There is no permanent solution. Having paid all the money for this month and not able to being exit.

                                They cheated with a three month plan telling one month free.
                                For record callcentre people they hire are frauds they promise offers that are not there.

                                . I am really perplexed as to why did i opt for such an idiotic service. I have already started intimating my fnf to avoid these scam people who will take money and offer great things and ultimately provide nothing.

                                From 2years of the close request, they are calling and sms sent.
                                If harrashment is your busines model rot in hell!

                                  I have recently buy a new connection from gtpl but the internet not working since 2 day but there are no such reply from gtpl. When i call at consumer care they doesn't respond and they have only a recorded voice message that our lines are busy please try after some time. Worst type of internet broadband connection. The problem occur at very soon duration and i will strongly not recommend to any one to buy a new gtpl connection.

                                  Why the hell are you switching off Zindagi channel. I only use to watch zindagi channel b'coz all the serials are my favorite.. There is no reason to stop it by hurting our mind.. I always use to watch this Channel to refresh my mind.. There are interesting stories like total dreamer, snowdrop and all.

                                    Simple issue with the slow speed, gave multiple complains issue still pending
                                    The call center is pathetic and the manger are worst, the agent don’t transfer the call to them and they don’t call back also
                                    When it’s comes to their escalation team which is “fs team” the buried my expectation 6 feet below, this made me regret my decision of buy #hathway connection but unfortunate for me there is no other isp in my area
                                    As the last option i am writing this on facebook and other social media so there upper management know how there worker are playing with their customer and their brand is getting hampered

                                      Hi,

                                      I have planned to take your broadband connect and one of your sales executive approached me on 22/06/2017. He said that if i confirm about the connection by 23/06/2017 before 11am then installation will be done on the same day before 8 pm.

                                      I have confirmed him around 9: 15 am and around 11am he came and took the amount. Receipt number is 9339.

                                      In the evening i spoke to the sales executive and he confirmed before 8pm it will be done. Around 7:30pm when i called, he said outside they have put the cable and next 30 minute installation will be done. But no one came for cable and no one came for installation. Around 8pm he said by 9pm it will be done, at 9pm he said it will be done by 10pm and after 10pm no response from him.

                                      Next day when called and asked about it, he started to talk in rude manner, started to abuse with wrong words. Finally i told him i dont want your service and cancel the connection process and refund my money. He was not responding in proper manner and his wording were not good.

                                      I have called many times customer care but no one provided any resolution on this. I asked any senior to come on call but no one came. They said they will call back to me in 1 hour but till now i dint get any call from any one.

                                      It is really painful experience with hathway. I feel i made mistake by trusting hathway.

                                      I hope you will take some action on this and provide me solution. I dont need any connection from you, please refund my money back.

                                      Dont harass me more.

                                        I have taken 50 mbps internet connection from Hathway. My Id is [protected] For the last SIX months I am getting 1 mbps speed . I have complained many times at the helpline and my coplaints nos are 26062017w670800, 24062017w649141-1 but no action has been taken to rectify the issue. Every 3 months i am paying 3500 rs for 50mbps speed but i am getting speed less than 1mbps. When I call the help desk they always answer that i have get call back from the technician but the call never comes and nor is the issue resolve. I am fed up with this useless service provider and want to take a legal action against them. how can a service provider charge u for a 50mbps speed and not give u that service ? Is it not a complete breach of contract by the service provider? Please advice what legal action can i take against them. I have also attached image of the speed test which clearly shows the low speed braod band speed.
