No one is caaryying about this complaining no one can take care about thiss who us responsible for this suchh foolish service if my complain will not resolve i will go through the official complaining at the consumer forum an d you will. Know that what i can do

    Hi,
    We have taken a new connection on before 15 days.
    My account no: [protected].
    We are facing so many issue till last 7 days, i have complaint more than 5 times, but still they dont respond me.
    They have already taken money for 3 month advance. Now we are in only 10 days of service.
    — in most on the time internet connection getting disconnecting for every 1 minute. We are not able to use at all.
    — speed they provide 6 mb / ps. But its too slow.

    So i am raising this request plese refund amount or provide us a good service with solving all issue.

      Hi,

      I am in mulund (West), 400080.

      I had raised a complaint on 11th may'17 at 9:30 p. M regarding my broadband not working and unable to access wifi from mobiles. I was told my issue will get resolved by 1st half on 12th. I got a call around 10 a. M on 12th saying someone will visit my place to look into the issue. Nobody came so i called again at 2 p. M and i was told someone will come by 4 p. M. But nobody came. I again called up and there was a person named abhishek who was unable to help me so i asked him to connect to some senior person whose name was sujit. He was giving all sorts of excuses. I again called up today morning and i was told somebody will attend by 12 noon. I am unable to understand what is going on. Is this how hathway treats a customer. I am without internet for almost 48 hours now and my complaint is still in open status. Hathway is not bothered to call me regarding my open issue but i need to follow up. Appreciate if you could help me get my issue resolved at the earliest and not behave like hathway customer care.

      Anticipating prompt response/action from your end to resolve my issue at the earliest or i will be forced to move to a different service provider and also complaint regarding hathway in social media

        Almost 2 weeks back due to lightning on my building my hathway connection is lost due to fault in adapter. Immediately i made complaint to customer service. They said they will send a person to solve the problem. But nobody came. I immediately made another complaint next day but same result. Till now i have made 6 nothing happened. From 2 weeks my internet is off but nobody came to solve the issue.

          We have recently relocated from sanath nagar to moula ali, sec'bad. We have been using hathway cable network since the set top box system started. Since we have relocated to moula ali recently, we have asked the local hathway cable dealer to provide us a new connection. But he is neither responding to my calls nor giving us new connection for which i seriously got offended and thinking of approaching a consumer court for solution if he couldn't respond within 2 days from now.

            I am a new hathway customer set-top box customer i had purchased the hathway cisco set top box by paying rs. 1200 from the local dealer store i had purchased it through one of yours dealers, who collected the cash and delivered/tuned in the set top box. They will give sale this set of box with out activation, after that i visit a my local cable operator he said to me where we're u pursed this set of box they activate for u, i was purchased this set of box before 15days, in this days i was trying activate this set of box, i called customer hathway customer service they will not given proper information regarding this set of box and send so many mails to hathway helpdesk customer service they will forward my mail to me without any reply, what the he'll have u been done to yours customer, this is the worst service hathway put lmt, i[censored] don't have this service why u sailing this set of boxes, rest what can i do if they will not support to me i through this set of box to dust bin or bull #, l understand that there are many cheated hathway customers like me and this has been admitted openly by them.               Contacted local operator for proper bill for both setup box purchase and monthly bill.

              But no response from cable operator and not returned setup box or refunded.

              After consulting with lawyer only
              Option left with me is
              1) complaining against person who taken setup box from my home in my obscene in local station
              2) complaining to asst. Commissiner against cable operator for not providing
              Any kind of proper bill including monthly
              Bill and collecting excess amount with

                My internet is not working since last 3 days and i have raised multiple complaints regarding it but in vain. My company permits me to work from home but because of this issue i have to travel everyday 35 kms to my office because of this issue.                   This is to throw some light on the customer service that the Hathway Surat is being providing me since last few days.

                  I have been constantly calling on the customer service number (Surat), which happens to be +[protected] and boasts of being 24 hours helpline.
                  99% of the time, it says, the attendant in busy with other customer.
                  Are there that many complaints regarding your broadband? Or the attendant is using the customer service for his/her personal use?

                  I have been trying to call the customer service since last 2 days regarding "No Internet Connectivity" for my Subscribed and Prepaid broadband connection.
                  I don't get any response from the customer service number as it is always busy with other customers

                  I always get to hear on the phone or on the mail that the technician will visit place and look into the matter.
                  I don't remember that in last whole year, any technician has came to my place asked whether the issue was resolved or not.

                  They just come into the street and check few wires and they close the complaint. They don't even show up at my place to check what we have to say regarding the issue. They just close the complaint saying "Problem Solved" without our consent.

                  I have to say that the customer service and technical support provided in my area is very poor. When the Customer Service says that they will send the technician to check the issue, we need to remind them 4-5 times (which takes about a week) before the technician shows up in the street.

                    Each and every month my network will not work. Every time i will call cc to report. I am habitated to do this. But from past three months I am irritated. Continuously 4 days or 5 days network will not be there. Recently on 5th jun 2017 my adapter blasted i had co.plained about this. Till today 8th jun 2017 there is no response. Even if i delayed one day for payment those people will disconnect my connection. Then what about my non connective days. I have to pay entire month bill but i will get ony 15 to 20 days connection. Is it correct. If you are not capable of maintainaing dont maintain. Please dont make trouble to customers.

                      I have a hathway internet connection (Account number [protected]) for last 1.5 years. So far, the service has been so-so but it has been unacceptable in the last 1 month. I am unable to use internet for the last 2 weeks. Despite several complaints, no one has addressed the problem so far. As mentioned in complaints, i want hathway to issue a refund asap.

                      I want to log a complaint against the pathetic customer service in hathway. Till date, i have not seen such a poor service from anyone else in india. Bsnl is 1000 times better than hathway's service. Forget telecom department - i think even a roadside vendor is better than hathway's service.

                      I had been facing internet connection problems from 23-may. I made several phone calls and logged complaints. Until 29-may, the connection was not restored. I gave a final warning that if issue is not resolved, i will disconnect.

                      The problem was not resolved even on 30-may. This pathetic quality of service is unacceptable. Till date, no one has called me to address the problem.

                      Everytime i log a complaint, there is an sms with a complaint number. The next day i get another sms saying the issue is resolved. When i call again, there is an indication that they tried reaching me but couldn't. How this possible? I have not received any calls from hathway number.

                      I am disgusted by the quality of service. Please issue a refund asap.

                        Always it's showing no signal and when we call to cable operater for resolution of signal in our area, he is not giving proper response and always says that disconnection of cable is from the city or cable is cutout or power issue in the area. When there is power also, he gives the same answer. It's horrible to bear with such service and there is no meaning to digital india.

                          Hi team,
                          I have been advised to top up my balance using online for renew of my account which is going to expire yesterday. I have opted quick recharge and amount was added for 1770 rs plan to be activated for 3 months but you people have activated other plan for 1 month and deducted my money unnecessarily. Please take necessary action on this order to be on same page and i should not hear that it got delayed from my end.
                          I am following up on this matter, since the new plan was activated (No delay from my end) i keep on calling the customer care no response, they say we will change in 1 hour.
                          There is enough time now for you to change the plan as i did not used any of your data and you can see it in your record and still some balance is left in negative you can use that amount to recharge my plan to 3 months.
                          I have all the bills and customer recording too, for the bill amount you suggested. Please change my plan immediately with out further cheating.

                            I called hathway hyderabad branch to buy a new internet connection for home. I got a call in next 5 mins from some sales executive saying he will meet me in noon to take documents and money. Hathway executive from himayatnagar, hyderabad branch came to my location (Hastinapuram, lb nagar) by bus (Wow that's crazy in hot afternoon and took documents and cheque of inr: 3100 for a 6 months unlimited internet plan. My plan was to commence from 1st june and they agreed to install connection on 31st may so my connection will be active from 1st june.

                            I kept on following up with sales guy for the connection on 31st may and spoke with his manager too. They updated that due to month end there are many connections so my connection will be done on 1st june. I called on 1st june afternoon as none visited my home. Sales guy said it will be installed by end of day or for sure on 2nd june. Same story repeated on 2nd june as none visited to install.
                            On 3rd june when i again followed up sales guy updated that they can’t provide connection at my home as there are no services. (What a #, sales guy visited my home and took money and confirmed me there is a box nearby home around 300meters and even in case it’s not possible they will install a new box at my home). I got to shout on sales guy and his manager where they said they tried but no option and they refund my amount.
                            Refund issue: sales guy said he will come to my home and give back my money and take the receipt which he gave me for payment. Waited since 3rd may till june 7th (Today writing complaint).
                            Today 7th june they updated that money can’t be given in cash and they can only give it in cheque mode that too will take 20-25 days.
                            1. Why the hell sales team is not aware if they can provide a connection at my home or not?
                            2. Why the * they confirmed they will give connection to me and updated me after a week that they can’t provide connection?
                            3. How are they being in sales team when they don’t even know how the refund process works?
                            4. Even today when i spoke with sales guy he updated me to visit himayatnagar branch personally and they will give amout in cash if i show my receipt. When i visited himayatnagar branch they updated that nothing can be done in branch and only sales guy who was involved in taking money can process refund.
                            5. How the hell in this world this is the response from hyderabad headoffice?
                            6. This is like none are bothered about customer once money is paid.

                            The worst service i have seen ever in my career.
                            I have been a act customer since 5 years and was planned to changed to hathway, but thank god i was able to realize well before it’s installed.

                            I still didn't receive any call from Hathway to discuss. I called your team for the status of my refund and they are not aware even if it is processed.

                            THIS IS A DISASTER SERVICE BY HATHWAY. I would suggest a free tagline for you to keep in advertisements...

                            "Hathway - Better be away".

                            I will file a legal law suit against your company for wasting my time and efforts and being non-responsive after taking my money... in case my money is not refunded in 1 week.

                              On 23/05/2017 i paid Rs.3099/- for Six months subscription. Unfortunately i have shifted to new location(Near BHEL circle, Lingampally). I have given shifting request on 30/05/2017. But till now i didn't got response from the executive for connection relocation. I was waiting since one week. When i call customer care, they said it will be done in 4-5 working days but not shifted. Now they are telling that shifting will be done in 24Hrs. Like this 3 days over but no callback from hathway team.

                              Even after calling repeatedly for more than 20times, no response from the Hathway team for my connection shifting. So, i thought of going other ISP by discontinuing my Hathway connection. Even for discontinue also they are not responding.

                              Even i dropped mails at [protected]@hathway.net but no response. My all bills are clear, no due is pending, i don't know why hathway not responding.

                              Intentionally i raised a request for new connection in the same location from new mobile number on 05/06/2017. Immediately on 06/06/2017 morning i got for executive for new connection. This shows hathway customer satisfaction for new customers, but nor for existing.

                              Please suggest the solution for me. What i have to do now?

                                I am writing from hyderabad, ou colony, shaikpet.
                                Our cable operator is anuradha star cable tv networks.

                                My settop box is decativated on 7 april 2017 and i complained regarding the same to my local cable operator.
                                The same day, my local cable operator sent the details on mail to the hathway office for activation.

                                It has been 2 months as of today, still my stb is not activated and day before yesterday again on my complaint, our cable operator sent the details again.

                                Still my stb is not activated... This is a very embarassing situation and i am very much frustated with your negligence.

                                Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                  My name is kenneth i ordered an hathway broadband connection at my place i got a call from a sales executive name shiva and visited my place took the payment of 3275 made from my credit card... However later today after two days technical team comes to home to fix the connection happens to tell therr is no service available and return back and i tried calling back the same sales person who took the payment.. Not picking the call even after calling multiple times and message telling i can't do anything.. Nor the customer care is not very helpful.. I need to take this seriously.. Not even availed the service but i have to pay for the company.. And move around like this.. Please try to refund this money as soon as possible to my account... For the proof i have a bill too.. I really don't understand why the hell they visit our home to collect money and later techical team says no service in our area.

                                  Hathway Team - you bloody #### people and take money and just don't play with consumers around for money...!

                                    My hathway internet a/c no: [protected] registered name: arun choudhary
                                    On march 23, 2017, i arun choudhary made payment (Rs.2805) for hathway internet plan of 10mbps - 400gb-3month +1 plan.

                                    On may 31, 2017, i received a text message from company that i have crossed 50% of my limit. That is when i realised that there is some error done by the company.

                                    On june 3 i raised a complain (Id 03062017w360840) with hathway call center (Mumbai). Their back end team called up the same day and told me that "an error has occured from company side. They have wrongly entered wrong plan right from activation date, and asked me whether i am ok with upgradation of speed to 50mbps".
                                    I replied "no i want my original plan" i did not agree to their offer.
                                    Back end executive did not agree to register my original plan instead asked me if i was ok with 50mbps but data usage limit remains unchanged to 400gb. Also the tenure remains unchanged. Only when he assured me that my date and tenure remaing as per original plan, then i agreed to it confirming that my data usage should not be altered at all.

                                    But even after that the company did not change the plan to 400gb data usage and on june 4, i received a message stating i have exceeded my daily limit. On june5 and june 6 again i raised a complain stating my speed is only 0.76mbps instead of 10mbps.

                                    But the company is now blaming me that since i agreed for 50 mbps so the plan is changed to 20mbps and they cant help anymore.

                                    They are clearly lying. It was not a recorded conversation with back end team. So how can they put the blame on me. This has been really a harrassing journey for me, me being a senior citizen.

                                    Request you to please teach the hathway company a lesson. They are simply taking undue advantage of consumers and torturing them. Many people are facing this. Since there are no actions taken against them, they are repeatedly doing it confidently.

                                    Please take action.

                                      I have got my hathway broadband connection on monday 5 may 2017 parallel to this i have paid the full amount online rs.3800. But up till now my internet connection is not activated. I have called the engineer multiple times but no response.

                                      When i called the customer care they responded me by saying that the activation takes 7 working days, while the sales guy has said that the activation will be done within an hour of payment.

                                      I also asked the customer care representative named asif sayyed, to kindly connect with his senior who can understand my problem and his response was that he is busy in his work and you cannot complain to him.

                                      This is the worst experience i have ever had. The local service providers are far better that these big names.

                                      I am stuck with only a hope to get my activation been done.

                                        I had contacted the person from hadapsar branch pune, his name is harshal. He took the payment rs. 2931 and not given any connection yet.
                                        When i asked him he said he will give the connection in few minutes. This is happening from last 3 days. Sometimes nobody picks the call.

                                        I want this to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise refund my amount.
                                        Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am a user of Bolpur Santiniketan, West Bengal. I have been suffering poor cable connection. I was informed local cable operator, but he is not take any steps regarding this problem.
                                        So, I request to to take n/a as early as possible.
