Dear sir we are recently shifted our home from Shaikpet Dhargha to LB Nagar Hyderabad Our set box is not working and it ill shoe\w contact the hathway office or cable operator we contacted our operator but he is saying it is not activating and it will not work in our area so kindly activate my setup box

    I had paid amount of rs 2000 towards hatway on 30th april 2017 broadband connection account number :[protected] they had not given me any connection i have given a request for refunding the amount they are not taking any action since 30 days instead they had created new account

        Hello,

        I am using GTPL Cable and WIFI Internet. Both are not working good.
        But GTPL cable is worst.

        First incidence - local GTPL guy came and collect 3 moths payment. and after 15 days our cable connection was cut off because he run away with payment. we tried on his mobile no # [protected] but it was switched off.

        After that i want to the Ghatlodia GTPL office and paid money for my cable - staff of this office is very bad mannered and uneducated. so sorry to say like this.

        then our cable was not working - like one day it's working properly and next 4 days it 's stuck. so we decided to remove GTPL so we asked them to submit their set up box and refund my deposit amount. they denied to do that and after that i sent mail on [protected]@gtpl.net - @ 10th may 2017, they ask me to keep some patience. now they event don't reply me for my mails. i have mailed them many times.

        GTPL Internet is also not working we complained but they told me - "Avu j Chalse"

        Dont have any solution.

        One more steps - That local guy cut my GTPl internet connection because i complaint against them.
        Now please contact me what i should do otherwise forcefully i have to take some action.

          Sir/mrs i had paid money 2287/- 7day before your executive mr ajinkiya had promised me to activate line in 2 ur on 7:30 24th may 2017 same time he collected cheque number (648215) no services rare activated i had also given a complaint to nodel officer mr vijay 48hr gone no services activated i said to refund my money back mr vijay replies me i can't do anything for refund so if i can't get my money back i have to do some legal action towards hathway broadband company.

            Are you thinking customers as fools... I have paid 2100 for 3 months subscription but there is no technician, no executive responding.. Pathetic after sales service no proper response from the hathway..surely will go to court soon and file a lawsuit against you.

              On march of this year I was contacted by hathway broadband that if I renew my subscription for three month i will be eligible for an offer called Ugadi offer where I will get extra 350 GB per month and a month free so i renewed my subscription for three months and I was provided with the extra 350 GB for the first two months now in the third month they are saying I am not eligible for the offer and they cant provide me with the extra 350GB . I request either a refund or extra 350 GB as specified in the offer.

                I have recharged for 5 months broadband, but within 3 months my account got suspended,

                Recharge date : feb 24-2017
                Suspended date: may 25-2017

                Validity till: 25 jul 2017

                And no response from them, a huge fine need to be imposed on them, and my account should be activated asap.

                    My internet is not working. It was not working from Friday Evening then i checked balance, it was showing -2rs then i have paid money (around 3443 for 3 month).

                    but internet is still not working. I called customer care they are saying account and mac details not available (called 2 times).No response after that. Checked my account in portal and my balance is -3445 rs. please check and let me know the status.

                      1. Cimplain not resolve and send me mesg on mobile your complain is resolve. 2. Technical peroson home visit at 8:05 pm on night 25th may 2017 (This timming is right for home visit without any inform and at homes availabe girls and ladies are availabe who is resposible any think happn.) look in to this so poor service.

                      3. Technician visit and then after not taken problem instrument and go away. His not come to again.

                      So after this exp. Not to joiinig to gtpl
                      Please refund remainning amount and dissonect conection. So poor

                        Our building has been monopolised by Hathway for cable connection and I have been using it for about 10 years now. However, since last year, the quality of service has totally gone to the dogs. They have hiked up the price twice in one year. We pay for the service, but most of the channels don't play smoothly - the channels keep scrambling, with a lot of noise, voice and video lags and constantly goes off air with the Technical Problem message coming up.
                        Since last Saturday (May 20) I have been seeing the Technical Error message on most channels. I complained to the contact person on May 22, he came and checked on May 24th and said only I seem to be having the problem. He promised to come in two days time to rectify the issue. It's been 4 days now but there is no response from Hathway. The problem continues but there is no effort from their side to resolve the problem. I am tired of putting up with such poor service. We consumers are taken for granted in India. It is only here that cable companies and mobile operators can get away with poor service and we end up paying up and still not getting proper service. There should be some new rule where we will get discounts when they fail to provide accurate service. When they are at the receiving end hopefully they will improve the quality of their service.
                        When I refuse to pay the full amount the following month because of these repeated problems, I am told that I will have to make full payment even if service provided is not up to the mark. Channels like Sony are not coming at all although it is part of the Rs.250 package.
                        I am a working parent and am not at home all the time, so I do not want to spend a lot of money per month for cable TV when I hardly watch a lot of TV. Otherwise. I would have opted for the other dish TV options which are more expensive.
                        What action can be taken against Hathway Cable TV Hyderabad for the shabby service they give? Please guide me so that I can take action accordingly.
                        I have attached a video of Zee channel on which the movie Dangal is playing now. You can see how bad the relay is.

                          Hi,

                          I have hathway broadband connection from 2 month. For every month we are facing issues more than 10 days/month. When we register complaint against issues customer care support will responds very late. They will mention by 24hrs it will be resolved, but they are taking more than 20 hours, some time more than 3 to 5 days. If 10+ days we will unable to use, then how our subscription will worth? And they will not refund money/data forward for those days.
                          Please consider it as a high priority issue & take a strict action on hathway.

                            After submitting the "Get New Connection" form online, an agent came to our house and explicitly stated that they can provide a broadband connection and took 3 months advance deposit. But later, their technician told laying the line is not possible in our location as the nearest hub was far away or some such dubious reason. This is even after the agent who took the cheque had told clearly that laying a line will not be an issue at our location. But by the time the technician told this, our cheque had been encashed by them eventhough they themselves told laying the line is not possible. No idea when refund will be given. They are generally not reachable by phone.

                              I am so frustrated with the service of your team and the DSA agent in Delhi at safdurjung, one guy came to my house and he offered me with the service on 19th Feb 2017 and he took a payment of 2700/- from me and post that no one turned up and i had tried calling them so many times but no one responded back and than i have registered a complaint on your customer care and asked for refund and they have cancelled the account number and lodge the complaint one month ago and said that you will get your refund via cheque but till date i am following but no one is ready to give me the exact status of my money which that fraud Mr Vikas took from my house, his mobile number is [protected], i have made the payment through credit card and till date no reply neither from this guy nor from customer care, I am totally pissed off with the stupid service of hathway, this happen with me twice and i dont want to use the service of this company in my life and i will also ask my society to close all the connection of hathway with immediate effect. I am mentioning this complaint for the last time on your website after this i will go for legal suite against this company and publish the same on facebook and tweeter.

                                    The internet connection is not available for last two days. When contacting the customer care services, getting the recorded message that due to technical snag, the service is disrupted.
                                    For past two days getting the same message. No other message, how it will take to resole and when the service will resume.
                                    I have sent the email also to this regard but no reply so far.
                                    The business is effected to a great extent without internet service.
                                    Would like to get the conformation that when the service will be resumed?

                                      I bought Hathway broadband services with 1000 gb, 30 days limit at 150 mbps (fiber optics) in chennai but after few hour of connection speed got reduced to 200 kbps and occasionally going to 1 to 2 mbps bu they mentioned 150 mbps in their ad..i complained for the same but when customer care executive called and check the speed it improved to 15 mbps, after that speed again reduced to kbps .. and also not able to connect to wifi most the time .. in second instance they called me but there was no voice from the other side, after they send me the message that your service request is resolved (but it is not).. they are not providing a fraction of a service they promised or claimed in advertisements.

                                        Hathaway person collected Rs.1950 as setbox and activation charge saying 3 yes warranty for set up box and not given any even requested bill for many times.
                                        Now set up box damaged because his high voltage from his cable due to lightening.
                                        Now he refusing to give either purchase bill to set up and free service.
                                        He taken setup box and returned it back.
                                        I don't want his service and need my advance and setup box amount.

                                        Sorry he told 3yrs warranty while purchase and he has taken set up box in my absence and not returned setup box.
                                        Since it is in warranty as told by cable operator while purchase, I refused repair on chargeable basis.
                                        Pls arrange to refund my Rs.1950 + Rs 200 next month bill(paid in advance)
                                        I don't want there service.

                                        Closing complaint as resolved, where as
                                        no body contacted till now.
