Inspite paying advance subscription i cannot enjoy cable tv, due to
1. Technician are arrogant and not satisfying customers problems
2, at time of installation box was checked. Suggested to purchase
Remote, which was purchased
3. On day of first visit of technician power was on setup box and now due to bad quality of box
Box is stopped
4. Technician was to visit after 5 minutes to check the problem, he never returned and
Close the complaint with remark problem solved
5. How complaint is closed without cable tv
6. Your cable is also faulty as stated by technician
7. Hathway resolve the complaint nor refunded the advance subscription
8. Hathway is harassing consumers by selling digital boxes at high rates

Sir in our line cable there are not showing many channels like toonami, animax, disney xd, disney channel, and many more cartoon channels and colors and that are showing for onlyupto ch700 but my friends home come hathway channnels are upto999 and many channels are misssssing toooooo...

    I am writing this letter with a view to register a complaint against hathway broadband services on extorting money from customer post service disconnection for customer id numbered [protected] on[protected] by request. It is disheartening to note their negligence in service with umpteen flaws right from the service request raised by me with hathway customer care to confirm my termination back-dated on dec’16 to the routine/annoying calls made to me by hathway broadband services despite clarifying the details about the termination of services again and again over the phone.

    In brevity, i terminated my hathway connection on[protected] with proper confirmation.. Moreover, i confirmed its termination by making calls to customer care with the request being raised, and consequently, got an oral feedback about its termination, which was free of charges as per law of land.

    The plight of the customers after proper disconnection is commonly happening with hathway broadband service, as i am aware that some of my colleagues too faced such incidents post termination request raised. I am not writing this to pin-point some specific authorities on the negligence and deficiency in service. But, hope this complaint will reduce such incidences from happening to a civilian in near future.

    Meanwhile, i have received several calls now stating the 'retention plan' charges to be coerced and consumed for back-dated service termination, dated 25th of december’16. As i had already paid an amount of 2460/- inr in advance to their account on 17-05-17, they are deliberately trying to dispel refund request claims for their service non-scalability now. It is shocking to note that once after proper termination/disconnection of service (No cost), how could a firm levy amount in the name of disconnection once a customer pays amount for a subscription (Retention) plan?

    Please take necessary actions on this complaint raised and help in keeping their monopoly under check. Also, admonish the enterprise service authorities on treating customers in a hospitable manner.

    Henceforth, please take necessary action based on my letter and resolve this issue at your earliest convenience.

    Note: communicated before lodging this complaint to mr. Yogesh with contact number +91 [protected] from broadband hathway services, bengaluru through instant sms as he was deliberately not attending the calls from my phone number.

    Also note that the contact number mentioned in customer appellate section of hathway broadband services was not reachable.

      Its almost 10 days now i had renewed my exsiting account and still i am facing connectivity issue from day 1 and speed issue is also not resolved till now.
      Everyday i call for this on customer care number but i did not get any solution for my issue and problem.
      Request you to look into this on high priority.

      Please resolve this on high priority . I have already wasted 11 days of my plan.

      None of web pages are opening. Its loading for a long time then i get a time out error. Check the attached screen shot.

      Please help me out in this. I had already made the payments and also wasted my 10 days from my plan because of your connectivity and speed issue.

      Please looking into this or refund my full amount with all taxes or else i will take this to consumer court. It been almost 11 days, that i am calling customer care no. and still the issue is not resolved.

        Team this is mahesh, my hathway account id [protected]. Today dated 18-05-17, i call to hyderabad customer care[protected] for 3 time and i speak with 3 agents. Now one resolve my issue and disconnect call. I called from different number i. E. [protected].
        Every it is happening from your cc.
        Now one is resolving the issue.
        In every month atleast 3-4 days we are facing for internet when we are making call to customer care they will say that application is down call later. If we ask to transfer to escalation desk they will blindly transfer. After a while call automatic disconnection.

          My internet is not working and when i called the customer care but they never response. They are having all illiterate staff. These guys don't know how to talk with the customer. I called them four times and they cut the call four times. And every month they call hungry and say give my money for the internet. Now i don't want hathway anymore i want my security

            I am subscribe for 3 years from the 1st month we are not getting proper connectivity and we are compalain lots of time with customer care and nodel office at ahmedabad and appellate officer regarding this issue and since 12 months my connection totally disconnected and we complain for this many times but every time they tell me that wait for 10 days we can resolved this complain or refund your money but they doesn't refund my money of start my connection

              My Internet connection doesn't work properly and I have to make call everyday to raise this concern to the customer service, But still there is no positive response, Its been one month, Every morning I have to remind them about my concern. Pathetic Customer service.

                We are providing technical support to our clients and we have taken hathway broad band. Hope you understand how important is internet for us to provide remote assistance to our customers.

                Recently we have been facing issue with hathway broad band. It's been a week and we have give many complaints to fix it at the earliest. Every time they say it will be resolved in 24 hrs but even after a week the issue keep on persisting. They told they will replace the modem as it was getting heated some time. We were not able to provide assistance to our clients to due to this improper network. We have to go through lots of depression due to their poor service.

                Even though we told them we don't want their service and take their modem back and refund the left over money. They are not even worried. Again they sent an text message saying your issue has been resolved but actually not.

                They keep provoking us to scold them without resolving the issue. We really feel such a pain.

                I believe this people will not understand when we talk smoothly. That's the reason I'm bringing this into your notice and would like to claim 2lakh due to depression we have gone through because of their pathetic service.

                  I am of a customer of hathway broadband service. The internet connection is not continuous it stops working and start working for 5 minutes and again stops working. I contacted the help liners. The service was not toll free, plus at the beginning there is 2 min advertisement. After connecting the call they ask us to wait so that they can check the problem this continuous for three to five minutes. But finnaly the service is not provided.

                    You are cheating your loyal customers with fake messages. On 30th April, I got message stating FUP350 for 3months +1month extra offer for Rs.3493 where offer resembles for only that particular day.
                    I paid the amount on same day ie.30th April, with help of your Customer care executive, Receipt No. R-7575289.

                    Where my current plan Thunder4 50Mbps Blr Pre Qtrly expires on 6th May, i paid you for FUP350 but you provided the same Thunder4 50Mbps Blr Pre Qtrly.

                    I don't want to continue with you false promoting service, Please refund my amount Rs.3493 and discontinue my pathway account.
                    I won't tolerate any of your false promises.

                      Your service for customer is very poor. After a 10 min some excutive comes on the phone. Everytime recorded voice give the message. Your excutive is asking many questions before listening our request. You are giving false promises when we choose your broadbandregarding sevice and speed. As my plan is of 2mbps speed but i am getting hardly 0.55 mbps speed after 9 pm so who will pay for it or how you will compansate my problem.
                      Keep proper person for representing the solution.
                      Earlier also when i want to change my address that time i personally went to your office but there was no authorised person to give me any information
                      Each one was telling one or another.
                      Manager was on lunch for more than 2 hours? Very surprised???
                      Hope for your reply if necessary action is not taken then i must go to consumer court

                        I have booked for a connection in hathway the agent named senthil (Contact number [protected]) had collected the check and he told its not possible to do with check so give me half of the payment we asked check but he told after doing full payment next day he will give butt he got full payment and next day onwards he didnt took the call i have checked either he did payment or no by calling custamer service they told we didnt paid the payment like that... And we told everything completely they took it as complaint and they told within 24 hours everything will be cleared 2 persons gave call and asked again about payment we told them clearly but the next hour the suspended my connection didnt gave check didnt informed anything

                          I have purchased hathway set top box from my local cable operator and after installing the same I am not getting all the channels and there is so much distortions in the display of the channels too. I have complained couple of times and the problem not got rectified. Every time when ever I call to my cable operator he will be very harsh and he will say why you are always complaining and the way he treats the customer is too worst he wont listen to us at all. Please take this complaint as a serious concern.

                            I've raised many tickets on hathway site for cancellation of my subscription.
                            The tickets show resolved but they keep calling me during office hours asking me to pre-pay for continuation of services or asking why i cancelled subscription.

                            Ive clearly mention in all of those tickets why i cancelled subscription. And i will repeat here: because the connection is horrible speed is bad and customer service is just non existant.

                            Do not call me again. I'd like my privacy and will take harsh action if called again.

                              I am a hathaway hd subscriber since march 2017 and it has been extremely unpleasant. I have never been able to watch the channel i want to watch only the channels that are available at that point of time which also works for a few minutes and then gone. I subscribed for hd all channel and even though i am paying 25 rs extra to the cable provider i have the [censored]est service. Some 10 channels works and others show technical problem. Some show technical problem for a minute or so and then it's just sound no picture for that channel. Even after begging the cable company (Thunga cable provider) to come and look into it, they keep saying that they will send some one but no one ever comes and i pay bucks to watch the channels they want me to see. This is extremely frustrating and enraging. When i call the cable provider she shouted at me and cut the call and since then she has been not receiving my call

                                I have applied for hathway broadband connectivity directly Hathway executive (Senthilnathan - Chennai) at Neelankarai, Chennai. I have subscribed for monthly plan (156 mbps) and paid a total amount of 1570 rs/- on 25/april/2017. Till date i didn't get any connectivity, i have called to hathaway customer care and spoke to the concerned team and senior team and expressed my concern still no luck and got a generic answer from all that "they have escalated to back-end team". Also that fraud executive din't pick the call. Till today I am following up but no progress. Anyway I am going to file a complaint against that FRAUD executive and Hathway.

                                    I want to cancel my subscription on hathway, i've been looking through the site but theres no place i've seen where i can cancel my subscription. Ive raised ticket but they just get closed with no form of communication that its been resolved or my subscription cancelled. I will need confirmation of cancellation.

                                    Needless to say i'm cancelling subscription and moving to act because the connection quality is hopeless and service is almost non - existant.

                                      I have applied for hathway broadband connectivity directly at hathaway outlet at cv raman nagar, bangalore. I have subscribed for 3 months plan (80 mbps) and paid a total amount of 3450 rs/- on 20/april/2017. Till date i didn't get any connectivity, i have called to hathaway call center -[protected] and spoke to the concerned team and senior team and expressed my concern still no luck and got a generic answer from all that "they have escalated to back-end team". I have done my 7th followup on 26/april/2017 and spoke to a senior guy, he promised me that he will get the work finished, but no progress.

                                      Today i could see a surprise in my mail box that hathaway has sent me "internet invoice no 38648824" with "account no. 1662022". There it was reflecting period recurring charges - 30/4/2017 - 29/07/2017 & bill due date-08/05/2017.

                                      This is the worst part that i could not understand, how can i get invoice with bill date starting from 30/4/2017, without even giving me broadband connectivity (No cable was laid, no installation was done, no wifi router was given, no user credentials were provided).

                                      I called again to call center-[protected] and with huge difficulty i spoke to a senior executive - farheeh (Or farheen i could remember), she told me as old story "that she will escalate to back-end team". I tried reaching hathway engineer siddarth - [protected]. Each time he cuts the calls and no clear response from him. This show what kind of integrity you have towards customers.

                                      Need help and justice to be done on this

                                        Hi this is regarding a connection of hathway broadband services.

                                        Few days before i called to [protected] (Hathway representative) and asked him to collect the money to restart the connection. He came after 20 mint of phone call.

                                        He took my money from me and gave the receipt for the same and gone. I tried to start the wifi connection. But i wasn't able to access the internet.

                                        Then i called on the same above mentioned number to arrange the executive. He promised that the executive will be there before end of the day... Till now no executive came and even no call received from above number. Yesterday i got received the calles from mumbai customer cate executive. And they said that they have resolved the problems from thier end

                                        I would request you to please do some thing in it so that i can be answer my family of what i have paid to them.
