We are using Hathway Bradband service, My customer id is [protected], Name of Kailash Jha, Add: U-38, Office Number 14, Ground floor, Shakarpur, Delhi 110092. We had very bad experience with your customer service last month we have no Internet for 10days, we always call to customer care number[protected], every time I got a service request number but problem not resolve then we stop calling to customer care.

After some time I got so many call from [protected], your side for recharge your account and they promise me will extend the service complimentry for 10days extra, now I payed the recharge amount Rs. 1035 by cash today but still my service is not working. Now I’m calling to[protected] number not working.

You are requested to kindly resolve this issue today, other-wise please refund my money we can’t continue with your services.

      Worst Hathaway service .
      My account is ID [protected] subscribed to speed 50 Mbps and 60 GB data.
      This Month of March WORST HATHAWAY is PROVIDING me with 0.55 Mbps of speed with 0 gb of data after post billing cycle (28 th of every month).

      I have raised the complaint regrading this very poor response hathway.

          I have taken the broadband connection from hathway 20days back with three months plan, Yesterday(On the day o[censored]gadi) is the only day i got free so thought to browse something on internet but it was not working from morning. called customer care so many times and the issue not resolved on top of that they are irresponsible in solving the customer issues.
          Because of internet issue i have been to office at 12AM to complete some of my tasks(if i get internet i thought to do it from home), again the next day morning i called to solve the issue still they are irresponsible in taking calls and resolving the issue.

            I have recharged my hathway account with ruppees 3097.73 on 23rd march 2017. However I got a call from hathway personel stating the amount have been received by them but the recharge was not possible. I was told that the amount will be credited in my account I 4 working days. I have not received any money. I tried contacting on the same number but it's coming busy or they do not receive. I am very dissatisfied with the service. Need the money back as soon as possible so that I could switch the network.

              new spectra cable tv network one against a/c no.- [protected] at uttarpara, cont. No.- [protected]. On 28/03/2017 from evening at about 8-30hrs the network is failed showing "technical problems" informed at 09-30pm over ph. To that cable network is not working but extremely sorry to say that person told me, not yet possible for me, tomorrow will be visit and rectified but now not yet rectified at 11-08am. Complained no. Was not given .Today at about 8-30(am) received no-service id[protected]C0563 after informing over ph no.-[protected].Now till 11-30hrs(am) we are now hopeless andmost of the daythey are not paying proper attention ! please look into the matter .

              After disappointing, Called another one known hathway mechanic person to rectified the same only 5 minutes taken to rectified the same at about 14-35hrs and solved the problem after all, trying our best effort !
              But astonishing to me that Consumer side don't care attitude with negligence to the general senior citizen customer like me.

                Dear Team,
                I got last month an SMS and call from Hathway recharge with one month will get another month free. I have recharged but now I didn't get extra one month.
                Now already one month over and they disconnected my internet. I have raised around 6 incidents from fast one month, not responding till now.
                Cheating and fooling the customers with false/Fraud SMS and calls.
                I have paid 820 rs with in 28 days they disconnected and in between 2 days not working, so for 26 days 820 rs charged. They are cheating the customers.
                Please pass this message to all, so that we can save few customer with Hathway fraud offers.
                My latest incident id: 24032017w486453.
                I have proof of sms and recorded call from hathway.

                    Hi,

                    I have requested to cancel the plan and requested to send back my documents. I have informed to customer case as well as the person who is visited to my place (N. Tejesh # [protected]) that do not deposit my cheque into bank as there is no cash in the bank.

                    I have called to n tejesh so many times and informed do not deposit the cheque amount will be not there, and he informed that until connection not fixed they will not deposit the cheque, after couple of days cheque was deposited into bank and it was denounced. I have called to tejesh updated that cheque was deposited even though i have informed to you, he told he will cheque, after that i called so many times but he did not lifted my calls and said i am in meeting and he will not lift the calls, when i have tried with different number he lifted.

                    Such a waste and woo rest service providing to customers and playing with the customer life's reputation.

                    Note;- starting only i informed to tejesh that if it is not possible to give connection do not go further steps.

                    I called to area manager and informed that tejesh was not lifting the call, so he told that he was not belongs to my area and we don't know how he is, manager also called and his calls also not lifted. I don't know why you will keep these kind of persons.

                    I have all the calls recording that do not deposit the cheque into bank which i have spock to tejesh and customer care.

                    My question is :- how will bare all the headache things like this. If you will not take any action, i need to do futher serious steps with all recording and i will put an complaint on hathway cable.
                    I have not taken connection only and getting messages that amount is due.

                      I took a hathway HD stream 3 fiber broadband in Jan 2017 seeing their offer for 100gb with [protected]@ 1000rs per month. My account number is 1649514

                      After nearly a month, I noticed suddenly the speed got reduced one day and I got a message saying my 100GB exhausted and speed is reduced. When I check their account, the actual usage is only around 50GB. Since it was near the end of the month, in two days the next bill cycle started and speed was restored.

                      In this billing cycle, around 8 days are remaining and today also I got the same message of my data exhausted and speed reduced. The usage is still around 50-52 GB.

                      I feel cheated in a big way where I am getting only half the data of what is being actually advertised. The customer care guy I contacted was asking me like "Who told you that your data is 100GB?".

                      Seems they are not updating the offers to their systems and it works on its on.
                      When the speed reduces, I am not even getting 1Mbps.In a nutshell, nothing works. No data as agreed, no customer care, nobody knows how to rectify it and they are going to take one week for studying the problem and by then my next will cycle will start and same story again.

                      Worst service I have ever seen!!

                        I am using Hathway cable tv services, from Mar 21st 2017 on wards my account got disabled. I have complained to my local cable tv operator.

                        As they are saying some testing is going on because of that they disabled my account.This not first time previously also it happened.

                        So my concern is why I should pay for those days. When I raised the same question to the operator they are saying it is not there in their hands.

                          I had recently taken a hathway connection in the month of december 2016 in chennai. During the installation stage when the connection was setup hathway official charged twice for the same transaction.when there technician came to set up the connection. when i asked them he said the transaction will be reverted in 2-3 days in my account .
                          it has been 3 month repeated mail and sending them bank transaction they have not reverted back with any explanation.

                                I am asking for permanent solution which they could not provided..
                                Due to inconstancy in connectivity i found problems to get in touch professionally.

                                you can file complaints to gov body and should get compensation on your issue or business loss, I did same.
                                They never learn, worse service provider, chear GTPL. I have also face lots of issues, they cheating customer and making money out of it. they also did same with me too block my num, online login etc. You already waste money, dont waste money by calling them and taking follow up.
                                Instead File complaints to gov body on issue better option.
                                Frauder, cheater worse service ever they have dont have customer value once to get subscribe GTPL.

                                  Agreed. This is the worst service. Today Hathway's representative Mr. Mahesh visited to my office in the afternoon at HYderabad and promised to give internet connection immediately at my Alkapuri residence ( near Nagole/Ramakrishnapuram) within one hour and collected the documents and Cash. Since Iam not having change I had given Rs.2, 000 to him. He promissed to give back change of Rs 500/- when he is coming for installation after half-an-hour . Till this second the new installation/ coneection was not given nor I received Rs. 500/- back. Mr. Mahesh Called in the afternoon and told he is coming to Alkapuri house for instalation and requested to be there at Alkapuri residence by 4.00 p, m. I stopped all my work rushed back to my residence and waiting for them . But no reply. In the meantime I received a message informing that my account no. as [protected]. I tried to contact Mr. Mahesh on his phone no. [protected] but he is not ready to hear anything but applying delay tactics and telling installation will be done only next day. He is informing this also only at 8.30 pm. He is not ready to hear anything and asking to speak with his senior Mr.Stephen Naidu [protected]. When we tried his number, it is completely switched off. When we tried to contact customer service, their standard reply is" they will sort out the issue within 24 hours. In this bargain I lost a) Rs.2, 000/- b) time (4 pm to 11.30 pm) and c) mental peace, . If this issue is not sorted out by 9.00 am tomorrow I am going to Press and is ready to takeup the Issue with TRAI and consumer courts.. DEar Hathway Management, donot cheat the clients/customers.. After few days he said talk with Juned Alam, but he never pick my call.

                                    I am very disappointed with Hathway service, I am not sure why they took my money if my home is not their connection area.

                                    Please update me for the same. I want my money back within few days.

                                        Despite complaining so many times the result has been the same, Slow speed. Its sad to complaint that every 2-3 days i get the same issue though i complain every time. My subscribed speed is 1 mbps but i hardly get 20-30kbps. A small video of 10-20 second takes approx 1 minute for me to watch. When i complain my issues are resolved for some time and then again i suffer within a week of the complain.
