    Despite complaining so many times the result has been the same, Slow speed. Its sad to complaint that every 2-3 days i get the same issue though i complain every time. My subscribed speed is 1 mbps but i hardly get 20-30kbps. A small video of 10-20 second takes approx 1 minute for me to watch. When i complain my issues are resolved for some time and then again i suffer within a week of the complain.

        otherwise i complain forward to Tai and ghrahk suraksha
        you can file complaints grahak surasa and should get compensation on your issue or business loss, I did same got compensation.
        They never learn, worse service provider, chear GTPL. I have also face lots of issues, they cheating customer and making money out of it. they also did same with me too block my num, online login etc. You already waste money, dont waste money by calling them and taking follow up.
        Instead File complaints to gov body on issue better option.
        Frauder, cheater worse service ever they have dont have customer value once to get subscribe GTPL.
        I got too much frustrate of GTPL
        request you to go for grahak surasha file complain for fraud.

          My customer Account No is: 1226511

          I was using broadband internet for two years.On 10 October 2016 I have cancelled my account and submitted all required devices (Ack for device collection attached). When i asked about 1500 Rs they said, I will receive cheque for that in 45 Days.
          For same i have contacted customer care many times. Today after 6 months still haven't received any cheque.

            This is with respect to gtpl current scheme of 10 mbps internet pack of 1000 gb in rs. 4, 100 (Considering your 50% scheme on original plan of rs. 8200 for 1000 gb)

            I am existing gtpl customer and happily using your service from last 12 months, recently in the month of feb my i have renewed my plan once again to your service.

            My complain is if gtpl such scheme is already available why you guys or your sales representative are not extending such scheme advantage to existing customer...?

            The worst part is being an existing customer i get to know this details from other sources or users, you guys don't even sms or mail. Having such scheme is available for a customer i was forced to apply for an old scheme which was really ridiculous.

            Here i can see the clear loss of my rs. 4100 for not availing this scheme.
            I have tried so many time calling at your call center and mail communication to head office seeking for help but didn't get any satisfactory response, head office guys in mail communication just reply "sorry we can't help in this" that's it.

            My request to gtpl team is kindly giving me the advantage of this scheme by either returning my extra money which i have paid or extend my validity of this plan to another one year.

              Hathway internet service providers are cutting cables of other providers in kavalbyrasandra bangalore
              From the past 2 decades hathway has not allowed other internet service providers to operate in kavalbyrasandra. Their services are bad and not usable. Therefore we are left with no internet capability.

              Only other option is to use bsnl which is what we have resorted to.
              Their services are also bad.

              It should be a free market not a monopoly.in the end residences are the losers

                    Hi

                    This written complaint is about Hathway broadband. I had taken a new connection in 2015 in June or July. During the form filling, the executive has collected rs 1000 in cash but the same doesn't reflect in my records.

                    moreover, the connection was give very late. And post the installation, for the first week, the data did not work at all.

                    Frustrated, I called them to disconnect the connection. This is where the nightmare began. its took me over 3 months to get the connection cancelled. I called them over 30-40 times. I was mentally tortured just to get the right thing done. While taking back the modem they promised to return back my advance. and till date I have not received anything.

                    Now on every alternate days, their customer reps are calling and harassing me to extend the subscription and pay for the first three months of connection, something which I did not use. No amount of escalation and complaints have resolved the matter and im fed up and frustrated. Please help me

                      Since 10 days they are having technical issues. Whenever you call they just tell that there is technical issue, call after an hour or 2 hours. Again you callback then they apologies and begs 2 hours or one hour to resolve issue. Even i cant understand how can they provide this type of service to Industry. Ours is IT company totally dependent on Internet. In last 10 days including sunday our working output is not even half tjen it should be due to internet connectivity issue. They take money in advance so we are totally helpless now.
                      Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      Please provide me my money back as I requested in Janualry 2017. No action has been taken since now. Everybody just gives me roundabout answers and no proper action has been taken. So plz your service is pathetic and give my money back.
                      As u know feriha became as most popular serial.but we don't know why the production company stop continuing serial. We have request to pls start it with second part after feriha's death. Pls accept my request.

                        My renewal for hathway broadband account was due on 23rd Feb 2016 and as per the discussion from their representative the renewal services provided to me was not at all in line with our discussion. As soon as I made the payment for the renewal they just utilized the amount as per their wish.
                        I had asked them to renew Speedway 5Mbps 5Gb Qtly PreU-3 plan, instead they renewed for ZOOM1 10Mbps Pre 2Months plan. And too for 2 months,
                        inspite of clearly mentioning them in the mail and over the phone.

                        Their staff members are not at all knowledgeable specially the ones in the prepaid renewal team (Madhuri Jhadav, Sujata etc), They are busy in fooling their customers.

                        Not at all satisfied with the services.

                          I ve been facing improper wiring issue since 10 days!
                          I've complained 3 times but customer care wale meri complaints forward karte regte he
                          And local gtpl office owner Mr DIPAK has been ignoring my complaints! He is telling me that he has told the technician but that technician didn't come! Same lie for 3 days!
                          WHAT A FRAUD! I MEAN WHEN TGEY WANTED MONEY, they instantly came to my house but now no one is responding!

                            I had renewed my broadband connection of three months with a changed plan on the 3rd of Feb. Today it is the 24th of February, and my internet is still not working. This is despite multiple complaints at the local retailer, sending emails, and calling Hathway. They keep calling me saying I haven't renewed my account, and overtime I email them the receipt they stop replying. I had also requested a transfer of my connection from HSR layout to Koramangala in Bangalore, that too has not happened. I demand a refund, its almost been one month since I have had no internet connection. Never get hathway, such a loss of money and terrible service. I have now been without internet, despite paying. And no sign of any help from Hathway.

                              I, Nupesh Raheja, r/o B-96/2 Anup Nagar Uttam Nagar New Delhi 59 (Mobile No. [protected], [protected]) want to make a complaint against the cable operation Mr. Munesh proprietor of M/s M/s Sh. Balaji Cable D-82 Partap Garden Uttam Nagar New Delhi 59 due to the following reasons.

                              1. I am having two cable connections with Hathway Set Top Box. The card Numbers are[protected] and[protected].
                              2. The cable operator has told me that the monthly subscription has been increased by the company and an amount of Rs.400/- per month is to be paid for each box. Earlier he was charging Rs.200/- per month for each box for the basic i.e. the lowest plan.
                              3. Last payment was paid to him on 22.01.2017 vide receipt no. 67837. The name of the collection agent is Jitender.
                              4. I asked cable operator to show any kind of evidence that makes it clear that the company has raised the monthly subsciption charges.
                              5. But instead of this he disconnected my both the connections with any intimation to me.

                              Action may be taken against the said cable operator. I had tried to contact the nodal officer Ms. Roopali at his moble no. [protected] and 49775611 but the mobile number was switched off and the landline number does not exist. I tried to talk on 24.02.2017 at 1.55 p.m.

                              The office mobile number of cable operator is [protected]. He has provided the box numbers as 103 and 1876.

                              Please take urgent action against him and the connection may be resumed.

                              I am fed up with this company. They have worst customer care support. Had to wait for about 30 minutes on telephone line still no answer came from other end. They promised to change my plan but had to wait for about 48 hours still no action was taken. And they are taking this so lightly and are not responding to any queries

                                I am a hathway subscriber for the past years and I had bought the HD set top box 1.5 years ago and after 1 year, all the HD channels got blocked and today some of the channels like Star World, Star Movies, Fox Life etc.. I had called the cable operator to unblock the channels, but it's not happening. I had tried to call him repeatedly, but he is not answering. It's been 4 months and the some of the channels including HD channels are still blocked. Kindly unblock the channels immediately.

                                  I have to say this this is the most worst service provider company, my net is not working since last one week, i tried to contact customer service at least 10 to 20 times and the most irritating thing is even their representative have no clue about my complaint, whenever i called in everyone giving different answer every time and making rounded and rounded instead of solving the problem, i also tried to contact local area person but the same thing and same answer, i also asked them to sent technician at home, but no one came in, i will be greatly appreciated if somebody who is knowledgeable, responsible can solve this thing.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I had requested a new connection on 18th feb-2017 (saturday). they promised to give connection on next day... i. e sunday and told you will get a call from technician.
                                    But no any call from technician. i called many times n they confirmed to give on monday.. same comments technicial will call.. but no call. same thing happended till wednesaday. even i asked when you are free that time you can gave me connection.. but still i hadn't received any call from technician.. they have mentioned the comments "lock door" without visiting or any call.
                                    The person who has collected my document he is not responding my calls.. i called from another number he told technician will come but no one is ready to give technician number... atleast they should provide technician number so that atleast we can approach.
                                    Below is the info please take action on it or else i will publish it on social networking or media even to my friend circle.
                                    If we are giving me new connection the why you should take my documents abd all.
                                    If still not happened anything i will complian about it.

                                      Pls look into matter, i getting lot unwanted promotional sms from hathway, i am staying in thana dist. Bhaynder area, mumbai. My mob. No. [protected]. I am business man its continue disturbing me that's affecting my business.

                                      If this text reading by hathway authority so pls stop to sending such kind of sms on my personal mobile no. [protected] otherwise i will file case against you in the court of law.

                                      i am facing the same issue.. no one acted from hathway as of now.
                                      I am facing the same issue. I get calls from new numbers every time. It is really frustrating.
                                      Any one found the solution, please share it, it is very hectic.

                                        I, Hemanth from ramanthapur, medchal district, telangana paid amount of Rs.1500 for set-top box. It's been one week i paid for box and till now they neither reported with set-top box nor available at their office to remind them. There are some many similar cases in my locality when cable operators take money and postpone the arrangements of set-top boxes for months. Please look into this problem. These kind of things are happening with so many families here in my locality. They try to manipulate customers and demand 1500 rupees again for set-top box. If reminded about the previous one, they in return shout on customers that we didn't give money to them for set-top box. Even my relatives paid them 1500 last year but till now they didn't get set-top box. What kind of services are we getting here in Telangana. Please look forward into this issue.
