To whom ever it may Concern

I, Amit Prajapati, pay 13320 INR in Advance on 20th November, 2016 to GTPL BroadBand for 12 Months of 2 MBPS Unlimited Plan. From my first day of service, I am not satisfied. It is with great sorrow that I write to you today regarding GTPL high-speed Internet service. I have experienced so many interruptions to my Internet. I believe that because I have not received any service I am paying for. I should be refunded my all money, as I don't want to "ENJOY" GTPL's Service any more.

The major problem began on 27th November, 2016, when my Internet went down for several days. I established that the problem was not my computer or the wireless connection, and then contacted you about the service interruption. You claimed you would send a repairman right away. No repairman was sent for another two days.

The problem continued throughout November 2016 and into December 2016. My Internet would cease working for several hours at a time, and then restart spontaneously. You claimed that the problem was on my end, but I checked this possibility at every occurrence by plugging my computer directly into the modem instead o[censored]sing wireless. I also tried using the Internet from different computers, to no avail.

Today on 28th November, 2016, again I called GTPL BroadBand Coustomer Care (+91-[protected]) at 9:31 am for the same Issue. I talked to Miss Mina on CC number and requested to transfer the call to Senior Staff Available. She replied me that there is no any Senior Staff present right now, so please call on same no. after 10 am. As suggested I again call on CC Number & requested Mr. Chirag Rathod to transfer the call to Senior Staff Available. Again he answered me that there is no any Senior Staff present right now, so please call on same no. after 11 am. This is not the way GTPL Broad Band is providing the Service.

I have established to my satisfaction that the problem is beyond my control, and that you are not providing the service I am paying for. I work online, so it is essential that I have Internet that is functional. If you cannot guarantee service, I will have to move to another provider. Please call me at +91 - [protected] to explain to me what you intend to do about this situation. I would normally ask that you email me at the address listed below, but since I cannot guarantee that I will be able to access my email with your service, I would prefer that you call.

    I had received a pamphlet from Hathway with the new Tariff plans, I had requested them to change my existing plan which is of 5 mbps speed and 25 GB free data limit to the new plan RIDE CENTRAL - 5 mbps speed and 60 GB free data limit effective December. Monthly rent only 699/-
    However till now it has not been changed, its been more than one month, there are a lot of email exchanges and phone calls . However no resolution whatsoever . They are saying to pay extra however i have already made a payment till March and i am paying a higher amount with low benefits. Hathway is cheating their customers by having two tariff plans and the old customers are not getting any benefit. Also why i should wait till the expiry of this plan for a simple change.

    I want the authorities to take this complaint seriously as Hathway has already wasted a lot of time.
    These are the things which I want to see for my Hathway Account.

    1) Immediate Change in Tariff plan.
    2) I can’t wait till the expiry of the plan just because I have already paid for 6 months,
    Hathway cannot cheat customers by providing different plans

    Attaching the brochure that was sent to me. I need a speedy resolution before i decide to end this account to Hathway.
    However wanted to register this complaint so that other customers don't have to go through this disgusting and hopeless

      Its been two days after i upgraded my hathway connection from 512kbps plan(which i was using from past 2years) to infinite 2mbps plan.. i was been told by the customer care guy that i will be getting actual stable 2mbps downloading speed(when you download something) and plus 2mbps uploading speed in an amount of 10234rs for an year. so i upgraded but now the problem is that i am getting roughly 200kbps download and 40kbps uploading speed! after then i contacted the customer guy and he said that sir thats the speed you get in a 2mbps play so i simply asked them to refund me as they have a 30days refund policy but they are just waisting my time by saying that we will resolve your speed problem... we have forwarded you req.. they are just a bunch of liars guys its almost 2017 now!! you just get 200kbps of speed? now i do know that they will not going to refund me easily guys please dont go for hathway because they are seriously outdated! i have all call recordings where they fake promised me about the speed i will be getting and all... i will take every legal action against the hathway branch for fooling me this

        They are not refunding my payment they charged me wrongly n now they make me fool everyday that they will refund my payment today but they make only fool fraud people fraud n worst customer service if they will not give my payment till christmas i will register a case in police station plzzzzzzz dont make me fool hathway worst

          This is the request to look into the matter,
          To whom it may concern,

          I krunal nayi from ahmedabad gujarat and my customer id is “black virus”, customer of gtpl broad band and tv cable since 13 years.
          I have concern that whenever we have any problem related intenate connection it takes so much of time to solve it and they are totally non responsive in terms of post purchase services. When i wanted new connection they came quickly to grab money and now they are not looking back to services where we are facing problems badly.
          I complaint them three times :
          Complaint lodged after three days of time given to them for resolve it.
          1. 16 dec 2016 service request id : 1905808
          2. 20 dec 2016 service request id : 1914784
          3. 24 dec 2016 service request id : 1925319

          After doing all this no response from their side.
          I called them at customer care : they are only taking complaint and giving services resuest id nothing else.
          -when i asked :
          -why internet is not working? Ans: sir internet is down.
          -when it will get resolved? Ans : sir very soon.
          -will u compensate the lose of 10 to 12 days? Ans : sir we cant process
          -can u take request for withdrawal of your connection? Ans : sir we cant process.
          -then what u can do? Sir : we can take services request
          When i called to customer care we are not even getting connected to cc.

          Today morning :
          After that i called to office located in paldi, ahmedabad on[protected] they have put security guard to answer. The time i called was : 10:17 am
          Then i called to head office of gtpl at sindhu bhavan, ahmedabad on[protected], there was answering machine “ the number u called is out of service “.
          The time i called was : 10:23 am
          Then i called to nodal officer namely : kapil mistriy on [protected] at 10:20 am
          The number was switched of f.
          Its been more them 10 days i am not getting proper response of resolution of the problem after paying money on time.

          Kindly kinldy kindly help me to resolve this problem. And help me to compensate this big lose due to internet problem.

            I have made the payment in hathway for a internet connection.
            Its been 10 days that no action has been taken for installation.
            One of there executive named jagdish ([protected]) took the money and now he is not responding to my call. Even customer service person is not active. Its very frustrating to keep following them.

              I have applied for connection on 14th of Dec 2016 in Indore, Scheme No.53. One of the Hathway employee (I'm not mentioning his name here as I 'm expecting company to take necessary action against him) told me that I will get connection in a day and maximum time is 72 hours. I have given him cheque for 15th Dec and money is already debited from my account. I asked him that are you sure of connectivity there, he told yes I'm very sure.

              It's been six days nothing happened. I was calling him and he was telling everyday that it will be done today. On 19th of December I called him and he didn't receive my call. I even messaged him but no reply from him. Then I called on a landline number,[protected], and given complaint. They told me that I will get a call back from concerned department but I didn't receive. I called them four times and every time same response. In my fourth call they forwarded my call to some senior person and he told me that connection is not possible in that area and they are aware of this.

              Today on 20th Dec 2016, I came to know that they have done this even before with Vodafone office which is just next to my office. This shows clear case of cheating. I have Hathway connection even at home and I didn't expect such an irresponsible response from Hathway.

                The worst of all customer service, raised ticket 4 times through customer care number, from the pasted 38 days no response.
                I have also paid the money of shifting charges of 560 in sector 21 office gandhi nagar. No one turns up.

                I[censored]nable to shift please do update the customer i'l move on with another broad band connection, never gtpl again.
                Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                My User ID is msn_1996. I am complaining continuously since 12 days. But everytime I am getting same reply "There is fiber cut issue". Before that also I am continuously facing connection issues since the day I have received the connection. The worst broadband connection provider.
                I have complained about 4-5 times regarding internet connections. But still facing issue in daily manner. This is very cheap and irregular service .

                  Since my plan was going to expire on 16th dec, i changed my plan on-line on 15th december 2016 to the "new supermax 10 mbps 80gb pre qtrly" from hathway website by logging into my hathway account.

                  I was given a choice of 4 different plans. I have attached a screen capture which has the details mentioned. I selected the "new supermax 10 mbps 80gb pre qtrly" which was listed second in the options and the amount for that plan post tax was mentioned as rs.3448.85, which is the exact amount i paid from using a debit card.

                  Later i called the contact center and asked them for a confirmation of my plan change. The representative over the phone said that the plan is cannot be changed to "new supermax 10 mbps 80gb pre qtrly" as the cost for that plan is around rs.5000. (I don't remember the exact amount he mentioned). He said that you will have to pay more to get that plan activated. I have also asked for a refund they said that refund could not be given as its a prepaid account.

                  Post that i called multiple times to the contact center, most of the times my call was disconnected and when asked for a supervisor, the supervisor was not available. I have also sent an email on [protected]@hathway.net with the screen shot attached. However there is no response to the email as well

                    I made a payment from my citi credit card to Hathway around 03:00am on 16Dec and received an error page on Hathway portal the amount of Rs.1977.12 is debited from my card by citrus however the amount doesn't show up to be credited on Hathway portal. I enquired with the bank and they confirmed the amout been debited from the card. However hathway could not see any trasaction done from my end.

                      I was locked my complain on 19 Dec. but still not get any solution regarding complain. Complain was close by technician with out solution.My connection is not working form last 14 day and not get proper solution..

                          Unhappy to see very few hd channels though subscribed for hd.
                          Earlier were able to see star sports hd1 & hd2. But now heard for these channels need to extra amount of 160 rs. Which is unfair.
                          If this is the case would like to look for better options.

                              This is to inform you that i have opted for a new account no: [protected]; payment of rs.2940 /- for 3 months made on 08th dec 2016 at 2pm please note that mr. Yogesh - mobile no :[protected] sales executive of hathway promised that the connection will be activated within 6hours. We were in need of broadband connection hence we opted for this network thinking it will be done.
                              To our surprise nor did the sales executive picked our calls or never turned up after that when i called up the customer service they are so irresponsible they just give us one reason stating they will check with their backend team and will revert by 48 hours but even the customer service is just like the sales executive never revert with a solution in-spite they just raise our bp high.

                              For refund they take 60days, they never even explain us how they would process the refund. We are stuck very badly.'

                              If anyone looking out for hathway connection i would say a big no instead.

                                I vaibhav Vishwakarma owner of Vision Earth Realtors had uing your Hathway internet Connection from 7/9/2016 In mid of October and November due to there technical issues we are unable to use there Internet Connection. We were requested a complaint against this and also visited in there office in Lower Parel as they committed that whatever's days you are unable to give service the same days you will give Extend days o[censored]sing on my hathway account My Business is running on internet basis and i had suffered from a big loss i dont have any other connection.
                                Now my last date is over and without my extend periods you had stopped my internet connection. Its an request you to please extend my connection immediately those they were unable to give service.
                                Iam very Disappointed and totally unsatisfy.

                                  I have availed of Premium high speed broadband services from Hathway over a year ago. Athough I am paying for a high speed 10mbps unlimited data plan, i barely get 0.10 or 0.11 mbps speeds!

                                  Hathway has gone about giving multiple connections to everyone in my neighborhood and their already dismal bandwidth has become non existent now.

                                  i am a graphic designer and my livelihood depends on the internet-yesterday i lost an important client because i could not upload my presentation on time.

                                    Hathway is disconnecting the internet for maintenance very frequently, when talking to nodal officer (Mohan - bangalore [protected]) he is claiming they have send sms to intimate the same (Which is false claim, no sms send). Internet disconnects very frequently i have to manually disconnect and connect the ethernet cable multiple times a day.

                                    Pathetic service as hathway doesn't take complaint request claiming this is a known issue and the same comes under maintenance. They are not ready to extend the validaity (Down time of 24 hours) when payment is made/taken for uninterrupt service for 3 months.

                                    The response of nodal officer is final and there is no escalation matrix, if any one is planning to work from home beware of this.

                                    Hathyway has very irresponsible support team (Including the nodal officer). This issues will go un noticed as they never register a complaint.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      This is regarding the wrong plan update against my Hathway Broadband connection. I’ve requested for the plan change recently and billing team has suggested 3 plans Thunder1, Thunder2 & Thunder3.

                                      On 2nd Dec 2016 billing team called me and did that plan change to Thunder1 which is 50 Mbps speed and 60 GB data, post-paid plan that costs me around approx. 1108.00/-(rupees per month). However, today(i.e. on 6th Dec 2016) customer care confirmed that I was in Thunder2 plan, Not sure how was that done.

                                      Need help to get this issue fixed. I’ve the call got recorded on that day when the billing team reach-out to me on 2nd Dec 2016 and I hope it was done from the Hathway side as well.

                                        next renewal should be[protected].

                                        renewed notice in april 2016.
                                        deactiviated before renewal complainted.

                                        renewal date should be as per rule[protected].

                                        customer is faulted not for updated by customer care complainted
                                        or bill department for renewed paid online by customer.

                                        from above what is result of report

                                        all mistake is done by hathway co. not by customer

                                        so what should customer do due for non faulty but have to suffer for services he /she is paid his/her hard earned penny to these service provider companies.
