Hi I am using GTPL hathway set top for television channels at gandhinagar sector 30.however suddenly without notice many channels that I view regularly were stopped.some of them include times now, star movies, and star world to name a few. When i called they seemed clueless.. next time when i called i was asked a number on the box and channels resumed that day. The very next day they again went off. When i called they said its some package system., That is implemented. I fail to understand that if at all it is a package system..why were consumers not informed or asked about what package they wish to choose. Moreover some gtpl hathway subscibers in ahemdabad(some ppl i know) do not know about this..all channels are working fine at there place.

    Hello Concerned,
    This might be an advertisement marketing strategy but clearly it is not helping. It is more irritating than informative the frequency of the messages being everyday.
    Moreover, I do not wish to retain the connection anymore and I shall contact the concerned Hathway agent and get the connection done because as of now I am using mandatory organization provided connection.

      I have been subscribed to Hathway broadband and have never been the speed they have promised. They promised m 50mbps and currently I am not even getting 1mbps.

      I took it for a 3 months. Now it says I have already exhausted the complete data whereas I have not even used half of it.

      I would really appreciate if you could take the action against Hathway.

        I am using the Hathway fast 7 -8 months and today I have received the call from Hathway customer care (+[protected], she had told me I have consumed that 40GB FUP this month, so If I pay 1215 rupees, I can get 120 GB per month next three months (I have 2 and half months old 40 Plan exists). So I have agree and paid the 1215/- and checked my account only 80GB plan given. I have called the customer care above number told me that they will arrange call back and I have received call from different person told me that there is no 120 GB plan. Why these ppl cheating the customers I am not understand. Please take necessary action on this company.

They took the advance money for one year for wifi service but out of one year their wifi connection works only for six months. No service, No proper customer care & only fraud company. No care for the customer & Not proper staff. Only customers like us faced the problem. We lost our money.. I have email back up also of this complaint. I want to know whom I contact...

          I am srikrishna reddy using hathway braodband in hyderabad with account number [protected]. I have problem with accessing websites which are not banned by Indian government. Those shows always error. I gave complaint but they never rectify it, they will call and tell me they will send executive but they will never send and my problem is not solved. They don"t want to refund my money back also.

            As in 2017 fatmagul is re starting on zindagi channel but why not feriha .pls start feriha as little lord is also ending . after feriha ended zindagi became very boring for me and for my friends I request pls start feriha one more time on zindagi in 2017 its my favoraite tv serial on zindagi or if it would not be started I will not see zindagi channel anymore pls start it again...

            I have many call to gtpl brodeband but it has not a resolving my complain I have tired for this connection and I have many times sent mail but not resolved my complain now still myoung connection is not working please do some steps against gtpl brodeband

              My name is prakash chaturvedi my registered number is [protected],
              It's been Months I have been waiting for resolution .I m repeatedly informing customer care team that The device installed at my terrace is mostly off due to which we face innocence as our internet stops working.

              I m getting below great features after I bought GTPL Broadband connection.

              - Never get continuous proper network connection as well as speed that was agreed .
              - Never get response from Customer Care executive or supervisor
              - we suffer rubbish behavior from Customer Care executive or Supervisor.
              - we get non-sense answers for any issue from Customer Care executive. They have very great executive team with vast knowledge. Like, if you have network connection issue, then it’s your router issue not theirs . (As they always say)
              - Your internet is not working and you complain then they will come after 2-3 days when internet is working and give great answer, “sir/madam you internet is working fine” and then gone without doing anything.

              ITS seems GTPL CONNECTION is WASTE OUR MONEY AND TIME.

              Image attach of device installed at my terrace . I ve video as well audio how your support staff response to us. And your supervisors are not even bothered to call customer even after repeated complaints .

              Please start Toonami Channel. There are many kids and adults want Toonami channel. We all are fans of animes and cartoon.Thereare many people who start using other operator and switching to Tata sky and airtel DTH just to watch there favourite shows on Toonami channel. But we want you to provide ToonamiChannel to us. Please start Toonami.

                now nobody is responsing to our calls to their office at seven bungalows mumbai

                Rose rise janakpuri Delhi office provides hathway connection however after recharging the hathway internet connection these guys do not come to fix it as there is no internet at my place and rose rise operator is not ready to come. I will sue hathway for giving such pathetic service

                  My name is srilatha, am using the internet service form hathway since almost two years. since last six months am not at all getting the service properly. still then i have been continued using your service just because i don't have time to shift to other networks and you people are taking this for grant and not providing the service.just in month of January i have raised complaints every alternate day or two.
                  really fed-up with your service. i just need my refund and then am not going to use you service anymore and i wont be recommending your service to anyone and i will make sure who ever is using the service will not use your service any more.

                  when i call and ask customer service to transfer call to higher authority they all have enough stories to tell and they are enough talented that they say wait we are transferring the call and very cleverly they will disconnect the call.
                  we work for mnc's and you people should know how busy we are and your team will say just write a mail to customer service. we are not that free but am writing this today because
                  YOU PEOPLE ARE USELESS.FIT FOR NOTHING.YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST.YOU JUST EAT PEOPLE MONEY. YOU DON'T VALUE FOR CUSTOMERS. DURING THE RENEWAL U WILL CALL 10 TIMES A DAY BUT WHEN A COMPLAINT IS RAISED YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT BOTHERED TO SERVICE THE TICKET.

                  I WILL PROCEED LEGALLY AND WILL MAKE SURE YOUR SERVICE IS BANNED.

                  I JUST NEED REFUND!!! NO MORE EXPLANATION REQUIRED.

                    I have made this request of plan change from Quarterly to monthly.But still this is appearing on as a Quarterly plan.Payment for feb month was done on 31st Jan, 2017 but still my account got deactivated.Customer service people are saying that I am still on Quarterly plan, But as per my request I was told that I have been changed to a monthly plan way back in December.See the support ticket Raised in December( Ticket[protected]W174052).Now For no reason, I am bearing th loss.Payment was done from my side but account was deactivated.I kindly request to deactivate and refund the money that I have paid.

                      Hathaway Internet A/c No.[protected] which I was using from Last 3+ Year because of Relocation I have to disconnect the service which was in Dec 22 which intimated and accepted and Device was collected attached the copy for Reference.

                      It was Promised I will received the amount in 15 days But it has been now almost over 1+ month since I closed my connection and I have not received my refund of security deposit. Please help me get it back ASAP. My account details are below:

                          i am using broadband of gtpl yearly subscription
                          i have rennew the subscription on 28 dec 2016, and from last one month i am expriencing very parthtic net connectivity issues very alternate day net connection down

                          i have also registerd almost 15 times in this one month but no resolution receiveed from the company

                          also company's grivences contact number, nodalofficer number were not working have tried so many times but failed to contact

                          i want my money back and want to close the connection as i am feeling mentally harress by the company

                          i feel like cheated by paying for whole year amount in
                          advance,

                          i need componsation for what i have suffered from last 1 month by 1.5 times of amount i have paied in advance for connection

                            Have a problem of connect disconnect and launched many complaints but no proper solution. problem exists every other day.

                            I have paid all money with check. I can't use my connection when it is most needed. I can't say if have used my connection without any problem for two days. And I have paid for 18 months in advance.

                            I have registered many complaints they ask to wait for a permanent solution. If a problem exists for a day or two it can be understood but if it continues every other day, it raises serious questions

                                My hathway broad band internet has not been working since before 4th January 2016. I have been calling their customer service number multiple times and every time i call them they inform me that there is a technical issue and that they will send their executive over the weekend but noboday arrives. I have informed them multiple times that as we are working professionals they cannot send their executive on a weekday. This is the 4th or 5th time i have called them to request for them to fix this but the issue is not yet resolved. MOney paid to them for the internet is a package of 3 months but three weeks have gone without an service being provided. My account number is [protected].

                                  I am having Hathway internet service for more than a year now. My accouint number is [protected]. I had complaint of internet connectivity issue to the customer care but after repeated remainders also no one turned up. I had called again to the customer care to let the manager know about the complaint but the lady in the customer care mentioned to me that she dont know any manager number and also she was so rude. I had a prepaid connection and paid the bill on 19th of January. If the hathway is not able to provide me the service they have to refund the money. Hathway are in sevice sector and they are showing to the world how a customer service shouldnt be.

                                      I paid my last bill as on 21st Oct, 2016 for 3+1 month.
                                      But I was receiving messages continuously from 19th Jan, 2017 to renew the account. I call to the customer care and informed that I am in the offer of 3+1 months it means I have to pay as on Feb 21st. From now on wards do not send this messages. They told to send an email to helpdesk. I did the same and also informed clearly that I do not want any disconnection at all
                                      As on on 20th Jan, 2017 I received a call confirming that "Yes we do have one more month extra and we do not have to pay now we can directly pay in month of Feb 2017.
                                      But from 21st night till now I am not able to access the internet. Everytime, every day I call to the customer care of Hathway broadband. I am just told that I will be access an internet with in 24 hours. But it is not happening. I am facing the same issue till now. I am really fed up with such a bad customer services. I also have a call records of the conversation which I have with the executive from Hathway broadband.

                                      This is really disappointing thing that there is such a very very very very bad customer services. Because of you incapability of giving good service I am in loss in my own work.

                                      And not even one executive are capable enough to solve the issue at all.
