I'm customer of Hathway cable TV recently I have called to office to ask about the channels they have removed they talk about all nonsense & useless things till now no reply to the complaint given today also I called not picked the call, this is not the way, very bad service...

Promises to fix the technical issues by sending a technical repairman within working 24 hours but fails to do so even within 120 hours (5 days) and the same response received from the service centre, that is to wait. Even the service is of very bad quality, the internet download speed is promised to be 10 Mbps but the measured speed is always around 525 Kbps. (Not the KBps). Not the first problem since the connection installed, been encountering...

My humble request to all, please don't take any Hathway broadband connection. I have a plan which gives me a limit of 10 Gb. However, after only 2 days I get a message that the limit has been used (specially when there is no one at home). After repeated attempts to get help (20 emails and calls) no response and a very rude customer care service. The. I ask them to pay me the refund for my balance months which I have paid ... I have been using hathway for over 15 years now and over the years have seen a decline in their customer service.
I received a promotional SMS (not email - so no proof) stating that on payment for 12 months I would receive 45 days additional service free.

Hathway gives false promises and also takes money and not get the issue resolved. I am totaaly pissed. Its been 3 days i have made the payment and the issue is not resolved. I have already made a payment of 2978 on account:1517265 but hathaway says they have not received the payment. Hdfc confirms that they have disbursed the payment and its no more their server issue.. Why am i suffering i dont have internet and i am getting reminders day and night to make payment this is insane.

GTPL broadband (Gujarat) was installed at our place yesterday only. And it's not working today. No proper response from customer care number. The call was made on [protected]. I waited for more than 5 mins but no response was received after asking my contact number. I even did not get any call back.
