    Name indrasen prasad, a/c no [protected] i had paid rs 3000 in cash for 3 month subscription and get connection installed but late connection after 5 days when given cash. After installed everyday connection goes failure. After continues calling to customer care for reason no one is able to explain why my connection is gone fail each and every time. So ihave decide to remove connection an refund my money back as fast as possible.

      This company is a totally bad. They disconnected my internet (Customer no. [protected]) giving wrong reason of non-payment, when the payment was already made on 26th october.

      First the customer service said, it wud be resolved in 24 hours. Then i get an automated call saying your issue has been resolved, but it is not. Then the customer service said it will be resolved in 72 hours. She is smiling while speaking when i said either re-imburse my amount or compensate for the loss of internet due to wrong reason of non-payment. WHAT A STUPID CUSTOMER SERVICE FELLOW, THE GIRL IS. As if this company is doing a favor to me by giving me broadband service.

      Not seen a pathetic company like this. I got an sms from Hathway saying issue has been resolved but when i check internet is not working. I then call customer service, first 2 guys tell me its working and they have re-set the wi-fi/modem whatever. But its still not working. 3rd guy tells me that my account is still suspended.

      HOW CAN A COMPANY BE SO PATHETIC!!! SUCH A LOOSER THIS COMPANY IS!!! CHEATS AND FRAUDS

      Please can i formally lodge a case of FRAUD and HARASSMENT against Hathway. Last week after multiple communications, they said issue is resolved and re-started my internet. They disconnected the internet again giving the same reason.

      I don't care what they do, i want to lodge a complaint against these FRAUDS...

        Poor reception of dd channels

        I have subscribed to [protected]@y as it is community connection in our drdo townsip. C v raman nagar bangalore -560 093
        for quite some time most of the dd channels are not being transmitted properly. There are lot of glitches. It is irritating to hear any program or news .
        Please advice hathway to address this. It is mandatory thatDD channels be transmitted properly as it is a National Channel.Bad transmission amounts to violation...

        Hi ! my name is eshwar and i am from Hyderabad, india . i made a online payment for my internet topup (hathway ) . the amount has been deducted from my account but hathway haven't received it . i spoke to the customer care support and they and they suggested me to check with my bank . so i rang hdfc customer care and spoke the executive who confirmed that payment is successful done and the received is hathway and gave the transaction id . informed the same thing to customer care of hathway but still they say there is no record of such payment . i explained each and other thing and the agent hung up the call . felt like i am stupid here . so called back again and spoke to the another executive of hathway and the executive said he will look into these .
        Its been 2 month and still my money has not refund to me as promised by hdfc bank and no call from hathway as promised . the amount is more than 2200 Rs . unethical behavior of hathway executive by disconnecting call . i spend like more than rs 600 just to for this refund .
        there are many things to say BUT MY WORD WILL FAIL TO EXPRESS MY FEELING . so please asap contact me to take strict againt hathway and hdfc bank ( if possible )

        the above two are the transcation id ( Hdfc bank ) . hathway says they have the record if 2500 but not the 2225 .
        I even raised a complaint with hdfc customer care and they said they will look into these and will refund the amount . spoke to the lady and she said the money will be in my account in 1st week of november and i havent it yet ! i am sick of calling hathway to sort things out and so tired of hathway executive disconnecting my call ! its really waste of time and money ! so please look into these

        I will not take back the complaint though the issue is sorted out !

        no one called me to resolve the problem ! i had to make lot of call to resolve this issue . i was surprised when they called me on 16th of November but to remind of my last day ? really ? they call me after 3 month just to remind of my last of internet service. * face palm * . i explained each and every thing to executive but he promised me a fake call back from concerned department as every hathway execuive saying this from past 3 month !!!

        Basically i got what i asked requested for ! but still will not take my complaint back because no one called about the double payment issue past 3 month, complaint raised via email on 18h of august and still no one replied for it ! so i am looking for compensation for this mental torture, wasting my time and money, their poor service and their attitude of doing work without no one calling me for the refund status

          Fx channel, star movies, starmovies action star world, english channels are blocked why do i have to complain after every twice a month after every 2-3 months chanmels are blocked why???
          Iam payimg you its not that you're providing it for free even after complaining the channels are back after 15 days why does ittakes so much time im tired of complaining fix this and fix it permanently

              But till date the connection is not started.

                I made payments for reactivation of my broadband account 5 days back and my account still hasnt been reactivated. I've called them several times and all they do is register a complaint and tell me that it will be resolved in 4 hours, which hasnt happened yet. Even talked to the manager and he had the same response for me. Everytime i call they keep my call on hold to check and take a very long time and its not a toll free number so i get charged a lot for the call as well. They are not refunding my money as well saying that its againt policy. So basically they took my money and are not providing me with the service that they are suppose to, which is a fraud. Everytime i call i get a message that complaint registered and then i get a message that your complaint has been closed. This is all the response i get from them.

                  My internet is down since last 5 days. Inspite of continuous calls and dropping of emails to the customer care department there is no response at all and executives are very rude and no one is willing to help. The floor managers really dont know how to talk to the customers and this been the 5th day my internet issue is yet not rectified. Also every time i call them they are giving wrong excuses and lame promises.

                  They have this carefree attitude and don't value their customers at all.

                    Our internet is not working since more then last 2 weeks, we have been complaining regarding the same again and again but still didn't get any resolution. Just they use to send message that your problem has been resolved and after that also internet doesn't work. As we are working girls, there technician also doesn't inform while coming home to check the problem neither any intimation from there end that some body at this time will come or has come to check the problem, so that we will be available at home.
                    Most of the work we do from home only. It is hamper our work very badly.
                    Please help us here to get it resolve.

                      Here i would like to inform you that my gtpl broadband service is not working since last 10 days, i've registered compliant through gtpl web site on 23/10/16 (complaint no[protected], 28/10/16 (complaint no[protected] and 31/10/16 (complaint no[protected]. but still it is unsolved and this type of problems i faced once in a 2 months, it means it's a regular problem. so many times i've called to their customer care executive and every time they told me that it will be solved with in 24 hours. so request you to look into this matter and solved this problem as soon as possible.

                      It is not resolved, still my broadband connection is not working.
                      I have paid for BB internet plan of 2 Mbps at my home...but company is not providing BB service regularly and with speed as per plan...reapeated reminders and mail...company is not doing anything to put internet service into order...we all at our residence area having this problem...

                        I need a bill copy for my renewal payment which I made recently. I have been following up since 1 month. Sent several mails making calls daily.. The response I get is i t is in progress. And it has been in progress since many days.
                        I simply don't understand how long it takes or generate a bill copy. This is minimum expectation. I need to submit bill in my office.. Today is last day.

                        You guys don't take your customers seriously. Least bothered to reply mails also. This is pathetic derive and worst company ever.. You don't HV prociaoion to talk t billing dept. Every time I cal customer care. They say iris escalated. But bill is not provided till now since 20 days..

                        I would never refer Hathway to anybody. In fact I am going to start negative propaganda. The truth about the pathetic service.

                          I use two hathway internet connections.The one in Pune, I use 1 Mbps plan with 50Mbps for first 15 Gb every month . It has turned very annoying that every month, irrespective of our usage, the speed does not last 50 Mbps for more than a couple of days. While they promise 1Mbps for the remainder of the month, that does not happen at all. Another connection I have is at Mumbai. This is even worse. Here they never ever provide the promised speed. Such is the speed that a Youtube video at 144p gets buffered every 2-3 seconds for 30 seconds. Repeated calls to their customer care have fell on deaf ears. While they are firm on their policies and cut our internet connectivity the very next day after due date on non payment, they seem to have no shame to even check out how satisfied their customers are.

                            In a months most of time hatways set top box shows no receiving signals. Some times continues 2 or 3 days signals not receiving. When we call to the operator the person not receiving call. 60% 9f time in a month there's no connection

                              I am not happy with the service provided by the Hathway broadband service company. I am repeatedly facing the issue with signal even after complaining to their support team. In every hour the internet is going offline for 5 to 10 mins. This very annoying and disturbing. I am simply wasting my money in calling them. Kindly register my complain and take necessary action against the company.

                                I called gtpl for the new connection on 12th of october and gave a cheque to the gtpl exicutive on same day (12th of october). He had promised to start the connection within five days... But till now its not started... Gtpl customer care are saying that we can do nothing till connection is not started...

                                Gtpl guy is dhirendra singh ([protected]) who had took the cheque from us and the reciept number is 264315 which is registered under satellite branch...

                                Please take the strict action on the company.

                                I have been complaining for the last one month regarding internet connectivity issue through local nos, customer call center, noddle officer and appellate authority but no action has been taken so far. Every time against given complaint an auto generated mail reply comes assuring resolution of the issue but the problem is never resolved.

                                      Promises to fix the technical issues by sending a technical repairman within working 24 hours but fails to do so even within 120 hours (5 days) and the same response received from the service centre, that is to wait. Even the service is of very bad quality, the internet download speed is promised to be 10 Mbps but the measured speed is always around 525 Kbps. (Not the KBps). Not the first problem since the connection installed, been encountering such problems nearly every month and lasts for an avg of 2 weeks each. Money totally wasted.
