    My humble request to all, please don't take any Hathway broadband connection. I have a plan which gives me a limit of 10 Gb. However, after only 2 days I get a message that the limit has been used (specially when there is no one at home). After repeated attempts to get help (20 emails and calls) no response and a very rude customer care service. The. I ask them to pay me the refund for my balance months which I have paid ... They refused me to do so and approved a disconnection of the Internet, which means they only want money and don't cater to customers problems. Guys I guess there are new internet providers in the market, please go to them.

      I have been using hathway for over 15 years now and over the years have seen a decline in their customer service.
      I received a promotional SMS (not email - so no proof) stating that on payment for 12 months I would receive 45 days additional service free.
      I requested an invoice but was not provided. However since I was an old customer, I paid and followed up repeatedly for an invoice. The invoice finally was sent on email but without the additional 45 days. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no documentation provided, only verbal assurance.
      I started receiving reminder emails and calls for payment. I clarified about the offer and again requested documentation. No luck.
      Finally they deactivated my account and are asking me to email with a mention of the offer, else service cannot be activated.
      Disgusted and frustrated.

        ( 3 ) My internet connection was failed from 26.04.2015 to 27.04.2015, ie, 2 days delay .
        ( 4 ) My internet connection was failed on 07.05.2015, ie, 1 day delay .
        ( 5 ) My internet connection was failed from 12.11.2015 to 17.11.2015, ie, 6 days delay .
        ( 6 ) My internet connection was failed from 25.05.2016 to 31.05.2016, ie, 7 days delay .
        ( 7 ) My internet connection was failed from 25.06.2016 to 28.06.2016, ie, 4 days delay .
        ( 8 ) My internet connection was failed from 10.08.2016 to 14.08.2016, ie, 5 days delay .
        ( 9 ) My internet connection was failed from 16.09.2016 to 23.09.2016, ie, 8 days delay .
        ( 10 ) My internet connection was failed from 18.10.2016 to 21.10.2016, ie, 4 days delay .
        My internet connection was failed from 01.04.2015 to 21.10.2016 = 44
        days delay in total .
        Performance of the GTPL work was very very poor .
        Because, I have suffered forty four days for that .

          Dear Cable Operator,

          This is my first complaint due to irresponsible behavior of your cable operators in Rajashree Layout Madhu and Purushottam.
          No one picking up the call and answering the call, my cable is not working since yesterday, previously also when I call about such complaint these guys push every time and the connection remains interrupted for 5 days.

          I want you to send your cable operator either to fix the issue or disconnection as I am now frustrated with your service.

            Hi team,

            Hathway gives false promises and also takes money and not get the issue resolved. I am totaaly pissed. Its been 3 days i have made the payment and the issue is not resolved. I got a call from renual department and they said they will give 4 months in 3148/- i paid that money and now it shows only 3 months and my net is still not started.

            This is really a harresment. I called the call center then a technical guy calls and says we need your router number as it is not our router. I dont know what is the problem. They should come home and resolve the problem.

              I have already made a payment of 2978 on account:1517265 but hathaway says they have not received the payment. Hdfc confirms that they have disbursed the payment and its no more their server issue.. Why am i suffering i dont have internet and i am getting reminders day and night to make payment this is insane.
              I am really agitated with this issue..2978 amount is not a joke that i will forget and make the payment again. Please help.

                This is regarding hathway account no. [protected] which is registered with some mr. baljit singh.

                Mr. singh has provided wrong contact details to hathway. the no shared by him is actually belongs to me and i am nowhere related to this singh at all.in fact, i don't even know any mr. baljeet singh at all.

                I am continuously receiving updates through messages and calls against this account and i have already informed their customer care executives about the wrong contact.

                I have also requested their nodal officers and other available contacts on net to remove my contact no from their records but in reply, i just received 01 single mail in last 15 days stating that this no belongs to mr. singh only and i need to share my address with them to sort out this issue. they also said that i am not reachable.

                How come i am reachable to their customer care executive but not their nodal officer while they are trying to reach me on the same mobile no.

                My second problem is that these guys don't even verify client details before providing their services and my third complaint is that even after informing about the wrong details, i receiving calls and messages against this account.

                I am very much fed up now. my call list and message box is full with hathway account information. i even have few call records available, if it would be require, i could share those details too. i am very update with hathway staff too who don't want to take any action in this matter. they are hardly available and they have courtesy to deal with the client.

                This is my humble request to kindly take an urgent action on this issue.

                  We are customers looking for good service and it is clear that you cant provide it.
                  You dont have control over your own accounts and privacy of the customer

                  After so much trouble we got the service working with you guys only to find out it was disconnected due to non-payment, which your guy did not update you that we had paid already.
                  We are sitting here forced to use our 3G connection which will cost us alot, even after paying you guys for the service. it has been not working for few days now. Only to find out that the connectivity is being used by someone else.
                  You track wrong customer IDs and accuse us of not paying, tell us that our network is active when we are telling you its not.. that just means that someone else is using our service and you guys have no clue ...
                  You guys should STOP providing service, if you cant get your house in order.

                  Its a disgrace that customers are taken for granted in our country and people like you are to be blamed.
                  Only way to sort this out is RETURN OUR MONEY and take your stuff out.

                  Dont see a point in paying for 3G and your NOT working service and wasting our hard earned money.

                    This is regarding multiple requests raised through online (tickets listed below) and multiple phone calls made to hathway customer care. I was on Quarterly 30GB plan earlier. Recently payment of Rs 3108 was made on Sept 6 2016 for the plan till Dec 6 2016. I received calls from Hathway promotional offers several times, saying that my plan can be updated to 50GB by paying difference amount. Since I wanted to upgrade plan to 50GB, I logged in to your portal to place a request for upgrade, which was the worst decision I made. I paid another Rs. 3839 for Quarterly to upgrade to 50GB plan on Sept 26th 2016, trusting Hathway calls that rest of the money will be refunded. Since then, I have been chasing Hathway through online requests, phone calls. Since Sept 6, I paid a total of Rs 6947, and availed 30 GB plan for 20 days. Now all the excess money I paid, was neither refunded, nor is showing as balance. Am not sure, how tickets get closed without any status updates to customer. Please take a look at the feedback I provided on all the tickets. Few of your telephone operators are not even ready to listen to problem and hang up saying I need to contact billing team, which I doubt if it exists. I will be glad if you can refund all the unused money, after deducting your service charges till date . This just shows carelessness towards customer's time, money by making fake promises of money adjustment, plan upgrades. I repent for using hathway broadband and will advise my friends, neighbours and colleagues of the kind of service customers receive.

                      GTPL broadband (Gujarat) was installed at our place yesterday only. And it's not working today. No proper response from customer care number. The call was made on [protected]. I waited for more than 5 mins but no response was received after asking my contact number. I even did not get any call back.
                      Also, our neighbours are complaining the same. No one is responsive at a time.

                        Hello sir/madam, This side ravina here and my user I'd is ravinas19 I have taken Gtpl wifi of 6+1 scheme and since the amount is been paid they have harrazed us a lot . even a customer care executive named :- Nisarg have behaved in a pathetic way I have even maintain call records of him the way he behaved with me on call.. Every 2 days there is a net issue not working and when we called customer care they literally say that you are. Lying as we can see net is working . today dated :- 18 Oct when talk with customer care executive named Tushar he also said that we are lying and not giving any help . after abusing them he noted our complain and registered our complain :- 1758007 before that they were not even ready to listen our complains.                           Hi,

                          On 11 July I had placed a cancellation request and haven't used the services since then, which was the same day I made the payments. Before making the payments I spoke to an agent for the confirmation and they mentioned it would reflect. After making the payments I spoke to the another agent and he mentioned that the offer would not be applied, Since the offer was not applied I mentioned that I like to cancel the service and would request for refund, the executive mentioned that once the request for cancellation is placed the executive would collect the router and post that 15 days the refund will be processed. I have called many times for the refund and to have the router collected as no call or executive had come to collect the router after placing the cancellation request, but for the refund all they would say is concerned team will get back to you. Today as on 18 October 2016 I get to know a new info that the Hathway would not process the refund even after cancellation and router has been taken back.
                          Account # is [protected], I have made atleast 200-300 rupees rs of the calls, I know for Hathway it would mean nothing but for me the calls and the payment made for 4800 odd through a CC means alot. Request to check the internet usage, calls and call logs from the day of cancellation and have hathway provide the right solution.

                            When I had subscribed for hathway internet they had told me that wen i want to shift to another place they would go ahead and help with the account transfer and it will be done immediately however I was persistently getting calls from the hathway call centres telling me to subscribe to a 1 year plan I had told them many times that I am shifting to a new place however I agreed just to take a subscription of 3 months for start that was on 7th September they had told me to deposit money at the tradewrold office and I paid cash and got the net started I had to leave the apartment on 30th September so I had shut down the hathway cable and moved the router and the modem to my new place on the 30th of September the customer care agent told me that within 48 hours there will be a call from the hathway engineer and they will fix the internet at my new address however it did not happen unfortunately I myself went to the head office on the 7th of October the manager there told me that the engineer will definitely contact and then he contacted me on 8th and came to my new address and told me about the feasibility thing that there are some places which are not feasible so we do not transfer them to those locations and they do not know which locations are feasible I had started talking with hathway on the 30th September and got a answer saying that I am in location which is not there with hathway

                              Hathway Internet Account Nol.[protected] in the name of P. Gnaneswar Rao, at Hyderabad ([protected]) near BSNL office, Ameerpet, Opp Actor Posani Murali Krishna House. the internet is down since friday evening. Even after giving complaints on daily basis, no one is taking any interest in rectifying or restoring the connection. And they have failed to provide the services for all these days to me. Kindly rectify and restore my connection immediately.

But my current service provider (Jh broadband & cable network moshi) is not sending noc email. So the new service provider is not able to start service at my new address. I have paid all dues.                                   From last 3rd oct my internet is not working. They tell me that they will solve it in 24 hours but after more then 240 hours problem is not solve yet. So plz guys do not pay money for Internet on this company. They are fraud. Today i call them and they tell me that it will take 24 hous to solve my problem. Even they tell me that my router is defective so i purchase new router but my internet is not working yet so i need to complaint again and again but thay don't try to listen me.

                                      I have been using Gtpl Broadband from March 2016 (7months). And there has been not a single month almost when I didnt had to complain for the connection.

                                      Even after complaining for several times for the same problem, the complain is never handled in a specific period of time.

                                      It took more than a month to get my broadband back to working after complaining several times in May2016. we complained for more than 8 times but everytime I used receive a message that "your complain is registered and will be solved in 48hrs time" and then suddenly very next day or two, I had recieved message saying your complain has bee resolved. BUT IN REAL TIME NO ONE WOULD HAVE COME TO CHECK THE CONNECTION AND THE COMPLAINS WOULD BE CLOSED.

                                      I have also emailed to GTPL couple of times, regarding the issues I have, but I have not received any reply back.

                                      Basically, at the point of sale I have been told that the connection is 10mbps, where actually I hardly get 5mbps even.

                                      Customer care is just for the sake of show off.

                                      The most crap broadban service I have ever experienced in my life.

                                      I would suggest to people who are planning to buy Gtpl internet. Please Do not use this service, if you do not want to waste your money.

                                        What a stupid service they have!
                                        There is no way to pay monthly bill online. The person who has to collect money every month doesn't come on time. All of a sudden, the channels stop coming with a message "subscribe to this channel"!, at night 10.00 pm. There is no round the clock service. I have to wait till tomorrow and call their office.

                                        I got this problem twice now. Nobody has come to collect renewal amount this month! Should I need to call up every month and remind your office to collect
                                        money???

                                        If this problem continues, I am afraid I will have to think another alternative.
