From Monday that is 12/10/2016 I complained to there reprebstative but they are not responding properly
Several time I ask them repair the work but they are not responding
Nd without resolving the problem they declare my complain as resolved.

I.called for more than. 15 times but they are not responding .
This is extreme

There are many fans available for toonami channel this boring kids cartoon channnel sucks .. we have a request to add toonami as well

    I have been using Gtpl Broadband from March 2016 (7months). And there has been not a single month almost when I didnt had to complain for the connection.

    Even after complaining for several times for the same problem, the complain is never handled in a specific period of time.

    It took more than a month to get my broadband back to working after complaining several times in May2016. we complained for more than 8 times but everytime I used receive a message that "your complain is registered and will be solved in 48hrs time" and then suddenly very next day or two, I had recieved message saying your complain has bee resolved. BUT IN REAL TIME NO ONE WOULD HAVE COME TO CHECK THE CONNECTION AND THE COMPLAINS WOULD BE CLOSED.

    I have also emailed to GTPL couple of times, regarding the issues I have, but I have not received any reply back.

    Basically, at the point of sale I have been told that the connection is 10mbps, where actually I hardly get 5mbps even.

    Customer care is just for the sake of show off.

    The most crap broadban service I have ever experienced in my life.

    I would suggest to people who are planning to buy Gtpl internet. Please Do not use this service, if you do not want to waste your money.
    Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    We have received package 1.5 year for rs. 9500/-. the connection is every time break and not interested any person by GTPL Broadband Team. I have complaint many time from customercare but till date no solution. We have given for refund my money for no service provided by GTPL

      What a stupid service they have!
      There is no way to pay monthly bill online. The person who has to collect money every month doesn't come on time. All of a sudden, the channels stop coming with a message "subscribe to this channel"!, at night 10.00 pm. There is no round the clock service. I have to wait till tomorrow and call their office.

      I got this problem twice now. Nobody has come to collect renewal amount this month! Should I need to call up every month and remind your office to collect
      money???

      If this problem continues, I am afraid I will have to think another alternative.

        Hathway Mumbai Kandivali East charges every month extra 100 /- to provide star package but they never reactivate the package once the previous package is over. We are suppposed to make the phone call asking them to reactivity. I come back from office in the evening by that time their office is shut and no one receives the phone. And this is not the first time it has happened but plenty of times. They take the money in the first of the month but they never get back with package.

          Hi,

          From last week, I'm experiencing a critical Internet issue and no one has resolved it till today. As I mentioned in my earlier request, I was met with an accident and I got an approval of "Work From Home" from my company but due to Internet issues, I can't manage my work from home.

          Hence I have to use my mobile Internet connection though I had paid for my Internet connection renewal in last week.

          I had also registered multiple complaints to online portal of GTPL but they didn't take any action to resolve this issue. Instead of resolving an issue, I got a call from customer care and I was promised that they will make a checking for whole connection line. But when that I don't know.

          Customer service executives are so unethical that they pick the call but keep it aside (I can hear background noises). Even writing to nodal, appellate officers doesn't fix the problem on permanent basis.

          Also mailed to "[protected]@gtpl.net" & "[protected]@gtpl.net", but no reply from anyone. Only got mail from them only about to get my contact informations.

            I am broadband internet customer (ID[protected]

            I have quarterly plan and on a nd as on due date 6th september I made payment. Due to payment gateway errors I made total 3 payments of Rs 3320. (two excess payment were made to Hathway). I sent many mails to hathway regarding this. one payment is refunded. but one payment is still pending for more than a month.

            The staff is so thick skinned they are not replying to my mails and not refunding the money too.The customer service is totally BS. But they are very prompt in sending the mails and SMS before payment due dates and if not paid then disconnecting the connection.

            If they can follow the non-payment promptly then why not the same approach in refunding customer money.

            What a junk company and staff.

            Could I get the top leader's contact nos and mail IDs please? I want them to know what customer are facing despite paying lot of money for nothing.

              I have been trying to contact hathway customer support and officials for disconnecting my hathway broadband subscription but not getting any response. The closest i got to create a service request no[protected]w632001 - which was closed without resolving my query. I did not receive any communication regarding. I logged another request #12102016w646383 - which is in open state. This is going on since last 1 week. I need wuick resolution to this or else i will be registering a complaint in trai.

                I am utilizing since last 1 and half year every time committed speed is below the limit, everytime. When we are trying to contact the customer help line it is a lenghty procedure we have to try minim 15 mints other wise it is not possible.
                Why the company is giving false commitments and advertisements to the public, it is just cheating by false advertisements. If you are not in a position, please refund the amount paid to you by disconnecting by broadband connection immediately. Without any notice.

                Even we are not getting half of the committed speed at any point of time. Your system also not updating the customer status of eligibility automatically and because of this reason it is always showing consumed allowed speed,

                  My cable operator is not answering my calls. His name is rajender sharia. I am from manauri AF Stn. Yesterday I called him that my cable is not working because of notice as "please call your cable operator/[protected]@y office to subscribe to this channel (4)". He replied that today office has closed but I will try. But next day at 1300 hrs I again called him but no response on his number [protected]. I tried at least 4 time. At 1400 hrs, I met him in my Stn. He told me that ur card no. Is not matching and keep the set top box on. I again put the TV on but nothing happened till 1600 hrs. I called him again and again but no response. Then I tried with different no. And he picked up and told me that your set top box was not on. He also refused that he has got any call from my shelf. He hang up without any proper reply and again not answering my call.

                    Initially we are planing to purchase broadband internet, so we thought we will go with hathway we called them with 30 min they came to house & same day only we paid amount i. E. 2400 rs/-. They told that 1 day it will look to active your account & for connection purpose. We will thought it's fine but no response from them 2 days will be over no connection, no proper response. So we thought better we will canceled this net due to no proper response from hathway person.
                    Ame day we raised complaint to head office on regarding cancellation that day told okay we have taken the complaint &resolve the issue very soon.
                    Again after 2 days we called hathway customer care they told sorry we not generated cancellation still with more patience we request for canellation, that time they told with 10 working days they refund amount like this every time they told.
                    Almost more than 10 times we called & wrote a email also but no proper response from hathway customer care.
                    Guys, almost 2.5 months will be over still i didn't get my refund money & no proper respose also.

                    So my humble request to you all don't go with hathway it's worst than very worst.
                    No proper customer response.
                    They are not working on customer complaints
                    It's unfittable company

                      I reached hathway for new connection in hyderabad. On 8th october executive came to my home and collected rupees 2410 for 3 months however till today new connection is not provided and executive is not picking calls.

                      I want my money back from hathway as they could not provided new connection to me.

                      Please resolve this issue.

                        I am using hathway 40gb 50mpbs plan. Not once in the last few weeks have i received a speed even close to that and it's the beginning of my bill cycle. The download speed is within a few kbps. There are problems with connecting to the wifi router as well. Hathway has provided us with the worst service, not picking up our calls. Not only this, we haven't received any word of assurance from them as well. Hathway living up to its reputation. Worst service ever.

                              I'm getting Billing mailers from Hathaway.

                              I have utilized prepaid Internet service from Feb 2015 till September 2015.

                              I have cleared every one of the bills since September in prepaid mode as it were.

                              Post that, I moved to Chennai and there's nobody utilizing the Internet association since that time .

                              When I checked my messages in March 2016, I was astounded to see different billing mailers, Hence I rang the customer support and asked why i got charging email since i'm not a post-paid client.

                              The delegate requesting that I send an email to "[protected]@hathway.net" clarifying the circumstance and educated that the charging sum will be wiped out and I will not get any further messages.

                              In any case, the messages I sent to the above email ID were not being delivered (attached screenshot here). Henceforth, i rang the customer care again and explained the circumstance. I have got a confirmation that I should not get further messages.

                              I would like to re-iterate that the association was just in prepaid mode just and there's nobody as of now dwelling at the house.

                              I will return back to Hyderabad in May 2017 and I'm wanting to continue the service From that point on wards.

                              Kindly keep the association on hold ASAP.

                              I'm not hoping to pay any bills for the months I never utilized.

                                  I have taken a 3 month Hath way subscription plan last month. From then, Every week I am facing a service issue.First time when I face the issue, they said the service was down at poll and this repeated for 3 times with in just 1 and half month.Every time I have to end up calling customer care/service technician and they dont even bother about my complaints and responds lately.Right now my Internet was down from past 4 days and my issue was still not resolved.

                                  Every day I have to make 20 calls to service technician/Customer care and stupidly still the issue was same.I have complete records of persons I spoke to with audio call records.Such a waorst Broadband operator that I have ever took.

                                    These people are not providing services. I have posted more then 5 complaint.
                                    They resolve it for 1/2 hour and after tht same situations create again
                                    Now again call them and let them know about complaint.
                                    I am requesting you to make them know that this kind of thing are making
                                    People in painic situation. This is also one type of dishonesty and corruption.

                                      They are the biggest lair when they say they give 10 mbps speed and post usage 1 mbps..
                                      Have complaint many times but still these guys just keep on making false promises..
                                      I can never see the top speed even when just one device is connected to the wifi..
                                      These are are cheaters.. Why do they promise something when they cant fulfill it..

                                        Dear sir i am using hathway broadband new connection (sushil kawatra, a-3/78, iind floor janak puri & s-39, janta market, rajouri garden, new delhi) from last 2 month. i paid sum of rs5174/ by cheque number 204480 on 20.08.2016 of yes bank. most of the times internet will not work. and it always have connectivity issues. it will work for minute and frequently it disconnects. we called nearly 100 times and response provided by customer service is very bad. most of the times the call just gets disconnected
