Hi,
From last week, I'm experiencing a critical Internet issue and no one has resolved it till today. As I mentioned in my earlier request, I was met with an accident and I got an approval of "Work From Home" from my company but due to Internet issues, I can't manage my work from home.
Hence I have to use my mobile Internet connection though I had paid for my Internet connection renewal in last week.
I had also registered multiple complaints to online portal of GTPL but they didn't take any action to resolve this issue. Instead of resolving an issue, I got a call from customer care and I was promised that they will make a checking for whole connection line. But when that I don't know.

So bad they are, as they had resolved my queries on their portal without any technical solution along stupid & nonsense comments.
Sorry for my offensive words but after seeing this status, I can't stop my self to write such bad words.

Updated by Neil4587 Customer service executives are so unethical that they pick the call but keep it aside (I can hear background noises). Even writing to nodal, appellate officers doesn't fix the problem on permanent basis.
Also mailed to "[protected]@gtpl.net" & "[protected]@gtpl.net", but no reply from anyone. Only got mail from them only about to get my contact informations.
