On 9th sep my cable connection was cut, when i contacted hathway pune office on [protected] number (Given on hathway card), no body responded for 10 times, then i contacted on [protected] (Another number on card) one person picked the phone and told me to pay online as september bill was not paid. I paid within 5 minutes and then contacted again, in that short interval of time that person left and another person picked the phone and said as he will connect the cable in 30 minutes but it did not happen till 10 pm of 10th sep, i again contacted and again nobody responded for several time, after a lot of try one person picked and said it will be done in 30 mins and swithed off the mobile. Now i am not even able to contact them. I have never seen such a pathetic service in my life. Third class service i have observed for hathway. Tell me now what to do. I regret why i chossed the hathway cable.

i am going to update the status on social site so that everybody will know how this company is fooling people around. this company has got deaf people hired, they will not respond to my complain.

    You guys had disconnected my service due to late payment. I was hospitalized and when came back i went to self care and made payment of 1150.00. To my surprise payment was debited but it was not updated on ur system. I tried contacting customer service phone line busy. I tried contacting hemant (Rep) he picked phone once and now is not picking the phone. He had given no for bhupinder (Billing) whom i talked to and said would get the same corrected but has not done so. I am now without money of what i paid, have no service, customer care no is busy, hemant is not answering and bhupinder has put me on ignore list. Is this the service i deserve /???

      Hi,

      Last month, I was met with an accident and company had provided me a facility of "work from home". So, I have renew my internet plan on this last Monday "3rd October 2016" but from yesterday again I lost the internet connection and so I had to suffer a lot. I lost whole day of my office and it will be reflected in my current month salary as well.

      I'm writing this mail with the help of mobile internet.

      Please do something else I will lose my current month's whole salary and of course my work will also get affected.

        Dear hathway, my account number - [protected] and customer id is sud180.

        I called up hathway broadband in hyderabad on 28th sep and your guys paid a visit on on 28th sep, i was asked to pay immediately in order to get the broadband installed quickly.
        Till now the instillation has not been done and today someone calls and says that they can't install and they will refund the amount in 8-10 working days. Why is that answer so late and why are you processing the refund so late??? I need a reply.

          Since last 5 months im facing a problem where my internet disconnected from evening 9pm to morning 9 / 10pm.
          I have taken 10mbps 500gb plan. where because of their shutting down internet in night i cant able to properly use my data packs.

          While complaining in their contact number their customer assistants has no manners how to talk. They shut down the call in between of my complain. I complained so many times but dont get the proper solution. The internet shut down since 5 or 6 months in the night. I went to their office near by my area but as expected .. worst answer from them. They dont even hear my problem regarding the same.

          Even some of their office staff talked roughly even in some abusive languages. I am a customer Iam running their 3 connections on my office and home. My bapunagar, ahmedabad branch office is facing this issue since long. Every time when i called at their customer care it takes 10 to 15 mis to connect..after that their representative cut off the call in between with no manners in talking.

          As a working person I dont have such time to getting behind them all the time. They have taken money and they are liable to provide service. simple . But in their case they took our money before and not providing proper service. So i Demanded my refund not on the basis of Months i Want it on the basis of DATA which have been left because of their shutting down internet in night.

          I am so fed up with gtpl service that iam planning to close their remaining connection in both my office and home. I send my complaint through mail too but I also know that my email doent bother as my previous complains at their customer care number and their office.

            I have been trying to contact with customer care from last 5 days & when ever i have dial the number it says "all agents are busy pls call after sometime or we will give you callback later" & till now i didn't get any call.

            Issue - i'm not able to log in to my account,
            I'm getting messages from hathaway regarding to pay the bill for two account holders (One is mine & another one i don't know),
            My router is also not working properly
            Sometimes it shows "there is no internet access on this wifi"

            So, i request you to do something

                  First of all i need to call this guys every week and their toll free number is not working. My internet is not working from 2nd October...i complaint them so they tell me that we will solve that in 24 hour but after around 100 hours problem not solve thay tell me today that it will take 24 more.idiots😠

                  I have registered multiple complaints about internet service not available to GTPL but despite of resolving it, they are closing all complaints without verification . I have wrote to their grievance department, but as it is just to show case no response till date. Worst Worst Worst Service ever...
                  I am really very upset with your services that are provided by ur company. That on very sunday our broadband (wifi )is not working. And also very night after 10 pm wifi is not working properly. Your city managers are not giving the response popularly.

                    I have been using hathaway from last 10 days and every day i am facing issues some time it's speed (From 30mbps it suddenly drops down to 0.4 mbps) often the modem goes offline

                    I have made several complaints but it goes to call center and they say we will forward it to the department. For a while it get resolved but same thing starts again i am loosing my business because of this

                      I was bought gtpl broadband connection on 30 November 2015. I have 2 maps plan and my validity is 15 month. I have paid rs 13299. In Starting gtpl net is regularly connected. But since last 3 month gtpl net very bed. I did many complained to gtpl. After complain problem solve but only 1 hour net regularly connected after net is disconnected. Today also net is not connected. Gtpl services is very poor. Now I am complain to gtpl and I ask to return my money.

                        As per my plan I sud get 2mbps at night from 9 to 9 day.. Bt I get only 0.45kbps from one week.. M completing since one week bt no is listening our composition nor taking actions on dis.. V r tired or yr services. When our plan is getting expire on dat time u call plzz renew ur service n all butter u put to customer. You jst making fool to customer seriously.. U think u too oversmart to your self.. As per plan I need my service dats all.. Plzz take some actions regarding it.

                          I have been using GTPL broadband services since december 2014 and had it renewed in march this year. Since July, every alternate day I have to lodge a complaint regarding disconnection (651 error). Customer service executives are so unethical that they pick the call but keep it aside (I can hear background noises). I have the same issue and it's a big opportunity cost for me as I have paid for 1.5 year in advance. Even writing to nodal, appellate officers doesn't fix the problem on permanent basis. I won't recommend GTPL to anyone.

                            Hello, sir please help me out, I am very unhappy with GTPL service.
                            My complain number- 1503422, & complain regarding "low speed & i want to change my password"
                            & net connection not working.
                            N for that i complain on online n so many time i called to GTPL customer care but no one giving any kind of solution so i m very frustrated for that.
                            I talked to komal ben one pf yr from customer care on 04/08/16 & Mangem on 07/08/16. n i called alot for that so please take action on it.
                            N Still, i called their costumer care but no reply for company side.

                                I have subscribed for quarterly Internet services and as it was expiring on 24th September, 2016 I duly made the payment online. Till 03 Oct 2016, Internet was not working. I have been calling every day and one single answer I get is that the internet will start in 4 hours.
                                The same tape of 4 hours was sung by the support staff when I called at 14:15 including the so called supervisor.
                                Totally unacceptable service by Hathway Support staff - even after conceding their mistake, they keep on postponing at the cost of the customer.

                                    This is Srinivas we r using this account from 2 years. Hathway is taking money money from customers upfront, then it is giving worst service to the customers. I have renewed my account on 25 the Sept 2016. They took money on. 25th Sept. But activated on 27th Sept. After calling so many times to their customer service spending more than 50 rupees. Hathway technical service people don't know what they are doing. Now customer service, wheneverwe call to customer care it takes 20 mints to the customer to get a service adviser. I live in Hyderabad, used to call[protected]. It always take 20 mints. With the options they ask customer to select.

                                    I am expecting good service from hathway broadband now on words.

                                      My Hathway cable card no is[protected].I am currently residing in Challaghata, Bangalore and the local cable operator is Jayaram([protected]).
                                      I have taken the connection on 20th June'16 and after a month it was not again. The cable operator says it was on auto recharge but on the tv it said 'the card inserted is not a viewing card' for 2months. We did not bother because we did not need it then. After that we wanted an HD connection on 19th August and we asked for them to recharge. After the recharge they said the HD recharge is done and someone will bring the HD box soon. No one showed up after that. So we decided to stop the service. Now, today they came to take the box and not only are they refusing to refund for the cable set top box they are also charging us for 3months. The local guy checked the tv and can see that it's not working but the cable operator Jayaram keeps insisting from his office that it was auto recharged. I don't know who to reach out to. The customer care executive had no idea how to go about this and insisted that the cable box is not refundable.

                                      We live in benson town post and there its mostly disconnection of cable facility is the main concern.we call the operator twice or thrice a week and sometimes he does his duty and most of the time he dont, which is why we suffer.

                                        I have renewed my plan of 512 kbps-2 Mbps this month. But after I renewed my plan the service has become pathetic. They are not responding to my complaint of slow speed instead they are closing my complaint without resolving it. A picture is attached which shows that the speed is so bad that the speed test is not able to conduct( ideally it should be 2 Mbps during this time I.e 9 pm to 9 am). The customer care executives are providing irrelevant answers and are very irresponsible. I am getting frustrated now. Don't I deserve peace, is it necessary for me to call customer care daily for this issue? Though I have paid for the service in advance this is how they treat a customer. Please help, no they have crossed the limit.

                                        Internet is not working properly. Not getting speed as per plan n getting net connection problem very often n it takes long to solve which i can't afford. Today i have wasted my day without net connection n still problem is not solvedm. My whole work schedule has been affected due to this problem so pls get it fixed ASAP for me.
                                        Very pathetic after sale service. All Customer care executive n technical persons behave rudely. No professionalism at all. Will never ever go with GTPL. Without solving ur complaints n taking feedback from customers they simply close it. Very poor company n poor service.
