I am not able to see my tv shows on gtpl service as the display is only "NO PROGRAM". About two weeks i have been waiting for the network to come...When i called the service man he said change your connection if the person dont come today... What is this???..If my complaint didn't get accepted today i will prefer to change my service..I request you to see to my complaint and try to resolve it as soon as possible

    I were using gtpl (Gtpl hathway pvt. Ltd.) broadband since last 8 years. But recently just before 3 months i had shifted my home to another area and so i wanted a new connection at my that new home.
    I visited gtpl's bapunagar area office to purchase a new broadband connection, but executives said me that they cant give me a new connection as there is no other connection near my area and so they proposed me that if i bring them new 5 connection, they will provide me a broadband connection.
    So in response to this proposal, i find other 8 peoples who were willing to buy a gtpl broadband connection in my apartment residency and we all have applied for a new broadband connection at the same time and we all had paid the price according to the plans we had chosen.
    But even after 2 moths of payments, we didnt get the connection and each time we visit gtpl office, they reply us that we will get connection in maximum 3 days, and after that 3 days, we listen the same reply with the arrogant tone. We have been mentally harassed by gtpl staff and we are now tired by their wrong commitments of three days.

      As per deal finalised by the distributor that i will get static ip free after giving payment of 6 months of 4900..
      But its been 1 months that i havent got my static ip..
      Such type of reputed company doing this mistake is not good deal for anyone
      Pay attention towards it

        I have bought a hathway 50mbps internet package but still I am getting avg. speed of around 1 mbps!!! I really think you should do something about this as I bought the connection only on 29 august 2016 and its even using the latest fiber optic connection and i also use the LAN cable . Well I have certainly felt this like a blow to the heart . It would be good if you could do something about it...

          From last 6months I am complaining error.for.651 to gtpl customer care
          They are still in pending and I didn't found any such solution till date to 651 error.
          Gtpl customer always take 24hrs each daya Nd tell.me that your solution will be rectified soon. There engineer tries to solve the solution and again same problem arise within a 2days. From.last 6months I have complaint more than 100times.

            Dear sir,

            My hathway account no is [protected], in the name of santoshr mr, mobile number :[protected]. On 28th sept 2016, i paid rs 1282 (Transaction id : mg4hbt, reference id:r[protected] to activate a monthly plan of 60 gb, 50 mbps.

            From the day of activation, i didn't get the requested speed and it has been reduced to 80 kbps on 30th sept. When i called customer care to confirm the same, to my shock i was informed that my plan has been converted to postpaid plan. My question is after paying prepaid plan amount, my plan has been converted. So where is the amount rs 1282 which i paid for prepaid plan as anyhow after postpaid cycle bill get generates, i need to pay for that too again. First of all who has given permission or approval to change my plan type. For these question hathway broadband customer care don't have answer.

            Every time they are promising like my issue will get resolve but till time i didn't get the solution. Believing this hathway service i lost my work from home option also. So please help me in compensating the same.

            This is clear case of cheating the consumers.

            I hope will get good response from hathway atleast in this public forum.

            Note: also i have recorded audio which i had discussed with hathway customer service just before the activation of this plan.in the conversation nowhere i have request or given confirmation to change my plan type from prepaid to pospaid. As i dont have attach option i could not upload here.

              We have cable connection of hathway company. From the previous few month cable operator close the cable from 8 to 10 days. Though we are paying on time every month. We come to know customer care delhi that our cable temperarury disconnected. We already lodge the complaint to delhi 4 to 5 times. Simelerly we are calling cable operator again & again for the solution but did't get any solution yet.

              Kindly look on this matter & provide the solution as we are paying regularly & does not get any service against the same.

                  Dear team hathway,

                  This mail in reference to my conversation with mr. sandeep (senior manager - customer service team) today because as usual my
                  Complaint to for internet connectivity is still not resolved (as per this trail mail & multiple other mails sent)

                  My hathway account no is [protected], in the name of my husband mr. rajeev gaikwad. the first complaint was raised almost 12 days back to which till date we kept getting different answers from different agents as well their managers. the next time we call asking for manager who had assured as resolution he or she disappears.

                  Infact today afternoon i spoke to ms. sruti (senior manager - customer service team) & she assured me that the issue will be resolved by today eod 6.00 pm. after seeing that the issue is not resolved post 7.00 pm i called the call centre &again one of your agent was giving me the same false promise to wait till tomorrow morning. after asking him to escalate to senior manager i spoke to mr. sandeep (senior manager - customer service team), he gave a prompt answer that there is some "permission issue" mentioned in my account without any tat. he mentioned that he also does not know when it will get resolved. i asked him that as to why i was giving false promises by different agents as well as senior manager & he does not have any answer to it. he clearly mentioned that there was need to recharge on my account since it was "permission issue"

                  I don't understand one thing, that how difficult was it to tell the truth about the issue rather than haressig us for more than 12 days now. my decision of refund is not based on non resolution of escalation but they way my escalation has been handled with all the lies & money cheating

                  This a clear case of cheating customers with requirement of recharge as well as non resolution to our complaint.. we have been constantly calling & following up with your agent & every single person till today evening has lied to us causing us so much inconvenience & loss of money.

                  Through this entire process we have been treated like fools & it seems all your agents are well trained to lie to customers, give false promises as well as cheat them with money.

                  I would want you to refund my recharge amount rs. 2900; transaction dated 27th of august, 2016. i need this refund asap.

                  This is most pathetic & worst customer service i have experienced.

                    I am writing to this having unsupportive services by hatchway broadband services.

                    I am using hatchway broadband and cable services since last 4 month at my home (pune city) but starting from i am facing the cross connection issue with cable and broadband services due to this i am not able to broadband services. i raised this issue to hatchway broadband customer care many times but every time complaint get closed without resolution of the issue. even escalate the issue with senior person, i drop a mail to hathway services but still not getting a respond to any of my mail and no one from hathway technician visit to get issue resolve.

                    Below are the complaint no. which was closed without resolution:-

                    26082016w08041, 25082016c0005, 25082016c003, 21082016w20206, 18082016w1114 and many others. i have also email proof.

                    Can i expect any help from this portal.

                    I paid 3500 quarterly in advance and feeling loss of my money due to bad services.

                      We swtiched to hathway from tata sky because of better service provided by hathway but fooled. Our set-top box was taken for repair at 5/10/15 with rs. 1000 & stated to be returned in 2 months which did not happen. Today, 28/8/16, it has been 10 months 23 days & the situation is same. We won't pay cable bills till then. Look in to this or we switch.

                        Its a common trend observed that the cable TV services are down on Saturdays and Sundays, The only two days where we can spend some time for those days.

                        The same thing happened on 28th Aug. The services were down since morning.

                        We have been calling the service operator since morning. Most of the times the line was engaged (becoz it was kept aside to ignore consumer call). The other 5-6 times which they received the call, we received the standard reply, it will start within half an hour (it seems service operators half an hour was almost equal to 5-6 hours and still tickling).

                        Have been hearing from lot of people about hathways so called customer service.

                        It's true that the people complain a lot about this BS service for which we are paying quite a sizeable changes monthly.

                          I have hathway broadband connection and subscribed for a monthly postpaid unlimited plan of Rs.1050, they have sent me bill of Rs.448 by post for July month. The bill is not sent over email. If asked for billing clarification by sending emails to help desk, there is no response. Then one day they suspend the account without any notice.When asked for clarifications to customer care, they give random answers.There is no contact number to call the billing department.They sent me bill of Rs. 1482 for August month.On asking to deactivate the connection, then billing department calls.They ask me to pay Rs.350 for August month and say that postpaid plan is now revoked by the company and ask me to pay Rs.2931 for prepaid plan. On 27th Aug, I have paid the said amount and when call is made to customer care, then they are asking me to pay Rs. 1799.
                          Kindly help me to solve the dispute of the bill for August.

                            I (hathway account number 1241755) have been receiving calls from Hathway representatives for last 3 weeks for the renewal which was due on 25 August 2016. I renewed the account on 25th August 2016 for HD 4 80 GB paying INR 5, 220 for 3 months. At 11.25 AM on 25th August a male representative again called on my registered number, as he wasn't aware that I had already renewed the account, from his Hathway telephone number [protected]. He mentioned that he had an offer for my renewal. However, as soon as I informed him that no such offer was made applicable while I was paying the sum, he refused to talk as he understood that payment was already made by me. He pretended as if he was unable to talk thereafter. I asked his name thrice but he did not disclose it deliberately as he did not want to take any responsibility. the phone was disconnected by him immediately thereafter and no response to my repeated follow up calls and SMSs. I would like to complian about such missellings by Hathway representative. Such incidents alone will force loyal customers like me to opt for other competing service providers. The management of Hathway will be held reponsible if no action is taken in this regard. I have provided above the telephone number from which the call was made and also the call time. It is the management's responsibility to identify the person, take strict action and provide the offer that was due to me. It may also be noted that I have sent the request to hathway Helpdesk email id however, the response received in not-satisfactory; in-fact missing the point completely. On the contrary I have received a message on my registered number that the issue has been resolved! How can it be resolved without contacting me?!!. I think my next step has to be the appellate authority.

                                  I am a Hathway Internet user from the past 8-9 months and I have forgotten the number of complaints I have filed with them regarding the speed of the Internet service but no permanent solution. Its been a regular affair that I have to call them for getting improvement in speed and it back to the same scenario by next day. I have taken 5Mbps plan with them but I hardly get it. Right now, I am able to get this page (and other websites) after trying for 15-20 mins, speed is o Mbps as per BSNLSpeect Test.com. I call them each time and they do something from their end after that the speed improves and then next day the same story. There is no escalation channel and no dedication to give a permanent solution.

                                  Another problem I faced with them is until last month, they were running special offers by paying early but in order to get it implemented, you have to call numerous times as there is no co-ordination between there teams. Its a nightmare to get something from them and I am pissed off now.

                                  I have not received any update on this from Hathway and not seeing any improvement in service as right now, I am only getting 0.94 MBps and 1.3 Mbps on 2 speed test checks.

                                  Still no update. called up their support as still getting only 1-1.3 Mbps and was told that there is technical problem and he is transferring my call, its more than 10-12 mins and still in q waiting for someone... Alas...

                                  I have not received any update data.on this from Hathway and not seeing any improvement in service as right now, I am only getting 50 mbps every moth los of data onely 2 days working 20 gb 50 mbps, ofter next day 2 kbps how is it possible this to much cheating. onely weare using for mobile phones.that also only 2 members.. we dont want to encourage this hathway network..

Sells person promised me to activate account on next day for sure, so I did pay him 3450/- fees. I asked him twice if I need immediate connection activivation, then only I am willing to pay now.                                       I have subscribed for 3 months. I have used internet only two weeks. Unfortunately, i got transferred to other location. So i requested to refund 2 months amount. After that i informed to customer care executives to terminate the connection and i have hand over the modem also. Within 15 days you will get the refund for 2 months, they said. But still i havent get the refund amount. Each day i calling customer care and asking about the refund but there is no benefit. Each time they also creating a high priority service request id to the billing department but i didnt get any feedback or resolution related to this. Below are the details :

                                      The worst broadband in borivali. More worst is they never take their complains seriously. What pathetic service they are providing. Their executives call millions of times if they want us to renew it but no one understands how in sincere they are at resolving complains. The best part is same complain needs to be made every 15 days. Worst service

                                        My account is [protected], i paid the February, May 2016 subscription on February 20th 2016 but you have disconnected my connection for 15 days stating that I have not paid the subscription which was due to your server problem. Please extend my connection for 15 days at the earliest.
