I have subscribed for 3 months. I have used internet only two weeks. Unfortunately, i got transferred to other location. So i requested to refund 2 months amount. After that i informed to customer care executives to terminate the connection and i have hand over the modem also. Within 15 days you will get the refund for 2 months, they said. But still i havent get the refund amount. Each day i calling customer care and asking about the refund but there is no benefit. Each time they also creating a high priority service request id to the billing department but i didnt get any feedback or resolution related to this. Below are the details :

I raised request on 18th july 2016 itself to collect modem and terminate the connection. They did termination but and taken the modem also. But almost one month over i have not get the refund. Please kindly help to get the refund.

Each time they are giving the complaint ids and there is no solution for that.

Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The worst broadband in borivali. More worst is they never take their complains seriously. What pathetic service they are providing. Their executives call millions of times if they want us to renew it but no one understands how in sincere they are at resolving complains. The best part is same complain needs to be made every 15 days. Worst service

      Hi,

      I am satish, my account no is : [protected].
      It was my bad luck thats way i have opted hathway broadband.
      Previously my connection was prepaid so i have rechaged it with 900 for 1 moth. But cc say that we will not give you option of 1 moth in prepaid.
      Then i asked what about my 900 rs that i had already recharged as previous call with cc, they mentioned it could be adjusted in your bill.

      Which is not adjusted yet. — 1

      Again i had chat with cc for put on hold my account some 1 month.
      They just said you drop mail to us with date so that we can put your account on hold on this duration.

      But they havent done this.

      They sent me a bill for 2 moth with big total.
      Very bad service provider and lair.

      I have that call and mail with me.
      Can you help me on this.

        I have paid rs. 560 on 6th aug 2016 towards shifting of gtpl broadband connection from 171/2 sec - 3/a gandhinagar - 382006 to 1085/2 sec 3/d gandhinagar - 382006.

        No one is taking the responsibility of the above shifting.

        Its already 15 days over and still there is no one came for the above request.

          Please refer to my complaint id: 06082016g06519 dated 6th august 22, 2016. Mr. Arun of your company called me and informed that my money will be refunded immediately as there was failure of activation of vc[protected].

          In this connection, i would like to state the entire episode as follows for your ready reference:

          1. On 1st july 2016 my cable connection was disconnected in spite of the validity of hd channels (Rs.1834 /-) till 28th march 2017. I have informed this to your customer care service staff several times and they informed me to make online payment for my base channels;
          2. According to their instructions, i have made online payment of rs.4115/- on 7th july 2016 which was accepted and the receipt issued by you and the connection was restored ;
          3. But the local cable operator mr. Rohith l. Achar of rohith star vision, horamagu agara wanted the money to be handed over to him and supporting him, you have disconnected the channels immediately on 7th july itself. You should have arranged with the local cable operator but you have deprived my money paid to you – total of rs.4125 + 1834 = rs. 5959/-which can be seen in my account no: [protected]. This is a criminal offence.
          4. I have sent several emails, sms and calls to mr. Madhusudan, your nodal officer but he failed to reply to my emails and responded to my calls.
          5. I wrote several letters to you and you also showed deaf ears, which made me to disassociate you as my cable provider.
          6. I demanded the refund of money due to me i. E., rs.5483/- and sent several complaints/letters to you.
          7. On 29th july 2016 mr. Arun of your company called me and after ascertaining the facts, informed that my money as mentioned above will be refunded and further sent me sms stating that the same is under process. He also informed that the cheque will be sent within 20 days.
          8. But so far the cheque is not received by me till date.

          I therefore request you to settle the matter immediately by sending the cheque for rs. 5483/- to the following address:

            I want to change my user name and password of my router because there are some problems. And here in vidhyanagar my area there are very slow network so i would request to please change your service and solve to my problems and yes i also complain that your customers care numbers is very fake because every time when i call and thay say busy busy.. Every time busy line and solve my network problem veru quickly.

            I want to change my password and username and here thre are many network problems and slow network and very poor service to sloving problem.
            No response even though broadband is down since 13-Aug-16 morning, at Vejalpur/Jivrajpark area
            I need to open as IP 38.110.33.2, i have complained 3 time before this but i didn't get any response .

              As a customer, this was the first time i really got pissed up with a company.
              On 11th aug 2016 i made the payment for broadband, and i waited for a day to get the connection, after that i literally made 24 calls to the so called customer helpdesk @hathway and every time i get false assurance from them; some saying wait for 1 hr, other wait for 4 hrs; few other said to wait for 3 days, and till today i haven't got the connection. Now all i need is my refund but for that also there is no update form the helpdesk and no reply of my mail from the billing helpdesk.
              There is absolutely zero customer satisfaction.

                We had taken a hathway broadband connection in indore two months back right after when it was introduced in the city. We're experiencing downtime since a week and the company is not even picking up calls from the consumers. They are fraud and there service is pathetic even. The call center is not even contacting us in any regard. They are advertising a lot in the city but are not worth even a penny.

                  I am having problems in my connections since almost the past six months. In the past month it has not even worked for the entire day properly. i call the help desk everyday, they put forward my complain and then nothing happens. your local offices do not response well. I am terribly dissatisfied with your services. I have a prepaid account and have change dmy plans too according to the suggestions that your executives have given. In spite of this I have got atrocious services from your end.

                  Can you please forward my complain such that some action will be taken and I can use the internet connection that I am paying for. Please let me know what is the procedure.

                    Hello I am a resident of E56 nehru nagar nd I have this hathway service which is nit Gud at all every alternate day we face no service or technical .Earlier rain was a reason bt now as there is no rain stil we're fcing this problem and the service provider is least bothered abt now as m Caling him nd he is not lifting my calls nd if by mistake my call gets picked up his wife is the one who is talking in a weird manner.
                    I need quick solution now this please
                    Also I would like to say -PEOPLE DONT TAKE HATHWAY CONNECTION IN NEHRU NAGAR THERE IS NO SERVICE HERE ALSO SERV PROVIDER WILL NOT HELP I[censored] FACE PROBLEM IN CABLE CONNECTION!

                      I, rohan gogia, with id - 1344790 and register number is [protected] would like to highlight my concerns and they are quite upsetting.

                      I have been your customer since last one year and i am totally unhappy with your services.

                      The internet remains down most of the time and it becomes very difficult for me to work as i work from home. My work requires good internet speed. During subscribing, your representative confirmed that the speed is good and we would have no complains. But unfortunately the internet works pathetic and it impacts my work. I have been paying the bills on time and all the dues are clear so cant think of any other reason that hathway should be providing me with such service.

                      The worst part comes, whenever i have called to complain, the representative tells me that we need to wait for 24 hours for the technical issues to get resolved. I am not sure how can you ask your customer to wait for 24 hours every alternate day. Is this how your business works?

                      I would really appreciate if i am given a good explanation for this or i will have to think about changing the service provider.

                          Our cable connection is disrupted everyday 3 to 4 times for hours. It is going on since last 7/8 months. Our cable operators name is hemant. He is the most worthless cable operator we have seen in our lifetime. He doesnt respond to our calls, he dont give any service to subscribers, he dont have any office or line maintenance team. Our cable is out of service for 6/7 hours everyday and he says it is hathway cable problem or reliance power supply problem and we cant do anything. Is that so?
                          If hathway is giving this types of service by this types of worthless operators, your reputation will go down the drain. We the residents of liberty garden are thinking of disconnect your cable and go for dish antenna.
                          How would you feel if your home tv connection is off 6/7 hours a day everyday?
                          Please dismiss this worthless cable operator & appoint someone capable. I am mailing this on behalf of all society members.

                            If i use gtpl some pages og my software not opened and shows url bolcked or url banned. i[censored]se another network then it works completely. please solve thsese problem. I posted a photo below of screen shot of page being shows url banned .if possible send technisian to see this problem and solve this.
                            thankyu.i call many times in customer care but they did not take any action the fist time this type of problem occur at[protected] at 8 pm something. please try to clear this problem as soon as possible . beacuse it affects my business.

                              Hi,

                              I am a resident of delhi & have been using hathway as my cable service. Despite of making so many complaints with the company regarding the cable operator and his pathetic service, my matters are never resolved. There is always some fault at there end. The co. Has all the records of my complaints &still are so casual about it. After paying such a horrible service i am receiving. Please take some action against them as they are not even scared of these court complaints.

                                    My Broadband is not working from last 5 days
                                    I have talk with many customer care persons, but no one has visited at my place.Very Poor & third class service from GTPL.

                                    Every time they told me we will solve today, but no one has visited my place.
                                    It is very bad to say that in the digitization environment india have a very bad n poor service like GTPL

                                    Since 5 days.internet service are not getting from gtpl company.
                                    Whenever we call coustmer care they take our request and later when we inquire about the request they had taken.they reply that your problem has been resolved.twice this thing happened.but still today didnt resolved anything.
                                    We have bought the router and now no one is coming for the installation, I have visited the office 4 times but they do not give proper answers, they don't pick up the phone call, I have not started using the net, and this is the service I'm getting, I want instant action to be taken, or else will file a PIL regarding ignorance of consumer.

                                      I applied for NEW Connection for cable TV. The connection can only be done by phone. I started in June 2016 but it is August 2016 about 2 months but there is no proper response.

                                      Till July I ignored but on 9-August-2016 I applied with Request No: 321561. I got to know that within 24 hours I will receive response BUT I called several times on 11-August and 12-August but I used to get various response.

                                      On 13-August-2016 again I applied for a new connection with Request No: 323057.

                                      I am fed up of this GTPL if they say NO I can find alternative.

                                        I have payed Rs 3600 on 3/08/16 but still they have not provided me broadband connection and when I ask them to return my money they say will provide connection in 1-2 days . I want my money with interest of days they have kept my money.According to the company while providing the service they said it will take maximum 5 to 7 days as it is raining these days but even that deadline is finished it has been more then 12 days now and still they have not provided any connection .

                                        5000 PLAN 4 MBPS, Connectivity has not happened so far, one is to take the money. If you can not connect to two days in advance, you should take no money
